Creekstar (94) recovered from greencough!  Just in time to get struck by lightning and die.  At least she has nine lives (well, eight now. . .) Creekstar is a little nervous after losing her first life.  Is it a sign from StarClan that they’re dissatisfied with how she’s running the Clan?  Hopedawn (29) is exhausted by how nervous Creekstar’s being.  She just wants a break.  Almondpaw (11) has been made a warrior with the name of Almondback honoring his loyalty.  Streampaw’s (11) a little jealous.  He’ll have to train extra hard to catch up with his brother.  Meanwhile, Almondback has already gotten his first apprentice. Wow!  The newly apprenticed Oriolepaw (6) promises to be the best warrior the Clan has seen.  Aww.  Almondback just hopes that she doesn’t get eaten by an eagle while out training.  She’s so small. . .Oriolepaw is a little uninformed about the politics of the Clan.  She makes a comment about dark-cursed cats that rubs Bluestripe (15) the wrong way. Meanwhile, Primcrest (82) is glad to have a powerfully fire-blessed cat like Brightmouse (15) to go on patrols.  Brightmouse is less thrilled to be spending so much time out on patrols.  She would much rather be chilling with Shinebreak.  Who she ensnares with a charming smile.  Safariaster (147) is a little too old and cranky to have an apprentice.  She makes Rindlepaw (7)  try bitter herbs on purpose.
