school is super normal when you are 14 and grew up in the apocalypse and have a twin who gives you severe existential dread on sight.

HI. POSTING LIKE I SAID I WOULD. i did much discussing with a friend recently and it renewed my vigor. not going to go through everything we dicussed, but here's some of it!

Silver goes to an alt school. already well established, but the details were never really looked at until now. SO.

Silvers school is the city, if you remember the metal virus arc, the one he was overlooking at the end of that. the school itself is small, about 20 kids, in a repurposed clinic (lots of rooms for individual teaching, big reception as a common area, even a little corner for thyme to hang out in : ) unfortunately it can't really be called a chao garden, BUT it has toys and thyme is a baby so thats enough for her. the common area also has an eating area as well

they also have little pockies as school pets, well loved and taken care of by a handful of the students there

in the school, the biggest issue everyone is facing is Silver and Venice. when silver is there, there is almost always some kind of incident. when he isnt though, things are still pretty chaotic, but nothing matches the spats Venice and Silver have. teachers are TRYING to help, but their help mostly serves to upset silver more, trying to get him to say things he doesn't mean

this place sucks bad for Silver. he's trapped in close quarters with a bunch of people who hate him and then That Guy who has his face and doesn't know what a boundary is. more often than not, silver will leave halfway through the day, until he got some cryptic truancy letters. now hes gotta stay or he's getting in Trouble.
