Ghost thought of this morning since fall is approaching us quickly: The ghouls in their fall wear but it’s all just bits and pieces they stolen from eachother or the others have made! love, love, love. each ghoul having their own distinct style makes it difficult to steal from each other’s closets sometimes, but also results in some amazing fit checks. it’s also means that sometimes they wander into another room and just go “hot or flop?” and it turns into a 2000s magazine forum about whether or not the combination works or if they need to turn around and change.

you also mentioned short leather skirts and my brain immediately jumped to mountain, so… 😵‍💫 put that big ghoul in a mf skirt.

rain is gonna wear cute little shorts (and I mean little, like the shortest inseam possible while still having an inseam) with a bright and goofy pattern on them like dogs with swimsuits on or sharks with sunglasses

aurora is gonna always wear something pastel, frilly, and so adorable yet sexy, and make everyone wanna put it on (and take it off)

cumulus ALWAYS looks SO DAMN GOOD in something light colored and plunging, maybe baby blue with a tiny, sheer skirt to go with it to show off her ass while she lounges by the lake with a filthy romance novel…

CIRRUSSSSSSSSS, FUCK. she never disappoints. it’s a one piece that functions as a two piece, sometimes barely even a two piece. something dark, strappy, that wraps around the waist and the tops of her arms almost like lingerie. unlike dew, she thinks the many tan lines she gets from her suits are sexy and she makes every excuse to get more

phantom is a wild card. there's no telling what he's gonna show up to the lake in. sometimes its the shorts copia bought him, other times it's a pair of boxers or nothing at all if he's feeling overstimulated... there was also that one time that he stole one of cirrus' swimsuits and made quite a show of it

Nameless Ghoul tickle headcanons part 2

A/N: Had mild anxiety that's keeping me from getting that final hour of sleep... So I wrote garbage before work. Here we go!

~ ~ ~

Aether:

-Another tall boy-o. But unlike Mountain, it doesn't take many people to tickle him. Rain could get him by himself, if Rain could hold his own.

-Actually pretty ticklish. It isn't hard to get him to laugh.

-Tickle spots include: Where his tail connects to his back, upper back, ribs, calves, palms and stomach. Stomach and calves are death spot.

-Very squirmy and wiggly. He tries not to flail too much so he doesn't hurt whoever's tickling him.

-His tail goes batshit. If one doesn't keep an eye on it, he'll smack them by accident and then he'll feel bad.

-Snickers and chuckles initially but get the right spot and you'll get belly laughter. He'll yelp and snort too. His laughter pitches up, if one goes for his calves. It's an unmistakably gleeful laugh too.

-Gets shy and embarrassed easily. If he's unmasked while getting tickled, he'll either hide his face behind his hands or grab his mask and try to put it back on.

-Gentle when he seeks revenge.

-Playful when he tickles back.

-He and Dewdrop do a thing where he pretends that the one he's tickling is a guitar.

-His tail gets used to hold arms up, by wrapping around one's wrists.

-Teases but not too much.

-Likes hearing others laughter. Especially with how uptight and serious the clergy is. He views laughter as a nice change.

-Can easily start a tickle fight or end one, if he is pulled in.

-One of the few that can hold his own with Swiss.... And Sunshine.

Cirrus:

-Very sweet, giggly ghoulette. She definitely gets in on tickle fights and will start them.

-She's also pretty ticklish, so she loses often despite her best efforts.

-Tickle spots include: Ribs, underarms, kneecaps, feet, horns, and thighs. Thighs and ribs are her death spots.

-Giggles. Soooo many giggles, and Swiss teases her about it. Her laugh is distinct and can light up a room.

-Snorts sometimes too!

-Like Sunshine, she sees tickling as a way to loosen up and have fun. That being said, she likes both being the one tickled and tickling others.

-Her favorite targets are Terzo, Rain, Phil, Copia and Swiss.

-Like Aether, she adores hearing others laugh.

-Definite revenge seeker! Got Terzo back immediately after he tickled her the first time.

-Terzo and Rain are among her favorites to tickle, since they're smol.

-Always compliments the target's laugh.

-Likes pretending Terzo's ribs and Copia's, stomach is her keyboard. Both brothers lose their minds with this.

-Likes holding her target against her or in her lap for maximum comfort tickles. Afterward, it quickly becomes a cuddle session.

-Teases her target but all with compliments and praise with how well they're handling it.

-When he's Papa, Copia goes to her for stress relief via tickles.

Cumulus:

-Not very ticklish but one would still be able to get her to giggle.

-Tickle spots: Sides, stomach, ears, and neck. Her neck is what really gets her going.

-Quiet laugh but still nice to listen to. She usually laughs into her hands, prompting whoever is tickling her to gently pull her hands away so they can hear her better.

-Often just allows others to tickle her, since she isn't that ticklish. If one gets her neck or stomach, however, she starts squirming and trying to block hands and fingers.

-May or may not get involved in tickle fights. Depends on her mood. When she does, she ends them.

-One of the few that can hold her own against Swiss and make him yield.

-Often has to keep others from killing Rain... But can't resist getting in a few pokes herself.

-Thinks Copia's laugh is adorable, so he's often a target of hers.

-Doesn't mind being tickled. It reminds her to try to relax and not take everything so seriously.

-If she gets to uptight during rehearsals, Aether pokes her.

Sunshine:

-Lord, let me tell ya. This ghoulette, like Swiss, is a mischief maker.

-Absolutely loves to tickle others and be tickled. She sees it as a way to make others smile and laugh, which she loves.

-Another one of the more ticklish ghouls. Tickle spots include: Underarms, ribs, stomach, neck, and back of knees. Underarms and behind the knees are her death spot.

-Loud, bright, laughter, that makes anyone tickling her smile too. She squeals and squeaks quite a bit. Highly contagious laugh.

-Copia likes targeting her for this reason. He enjoys the laughter of all of his ghouls but Sunshine especially makes him smile.

-Her tail wags in a blur when tickling others or getting tickled.

-Starts tickle fights but often loses. Sometimes on purpose.

-Teases? Absolutely and she can be just as flustering as Swiss but doesn't mean to.

-She is so damned chaotic and never stays in one tickle spot for long. It murders Swiss when she rapidly switches spots.

-Also likes to playfully nibble.

-Remember how I said in part one that she and Swiss like to team up? Run. Both of them are chaotic on their own but when they decide to tag team someone? Nobody is safe.

-Like Swiss, she gives embarrassing nicknames and gleefully points out when the target is enjoying themselves and having fun.

-Sneaks up on her target, pounces on them or traps them in a tickle hug.

-Will use cheer up tickles but not if her target doesn't give consent.

-During a rare movie night, she nearly gave Copia a heart attack because she rose up from behind the couch, pounced on him and wrecked his shit.

-Uses her tail to poke and tickle.

-Like Cirrus, she always compliments one on their laugh. She's very affectionate when tickling someone. Lots of head bonks and cuddles.

-Sees it as an accomplishment when she can get someone to snort.

-Her enthusiasm and joy are contagious. If she's having fun, others will too.

-She's who others go to at night, when one can't sleep. She'll give comforting, back tickles.

BONUS:

A/N: I was not leaving him out. Phil needs more love!

Phil:

-Very ticklish. A trait he tries to deny, even when getting tickled.

-Because he's responsible for much of The Clergy's social media work, he keeps late hours. He gets tickles from Terzo, Copia, Sunshine, or Cirrus to remind him to sleep.

-Loud, boisterous laugh. Cackles but one might even call his laugh adorable. Dissolves into these bubbly giggles, if the right spot is tickled.

-Tickle spots include: his horns, neck, stomach, ribs, feet, spine, and scalp. His stomach is his death spot.

-He's not a social ghoul, due to always being on his laptop to make social media posts and promos. Cirrus has to pull him away from his work and wreck his shit to get him to relax.

-Since he's not as outgoing as the others, he rarely gets involved in tickle fights... Until Swiss pulls him in.

-Cirrus and Sunshine like to team up against him. They unmask him so they can see his smile.

-Because he drinks so much caffeine to keep him awake and focused, he sometimes gets a bit energetic. Someone winds up tickling him to get the excess energy out, so he can focus.

-Snorts. He gets flustered and embarrassed when it's pointed out. His tail wags too and he'll grab it to stop it but whoever's tickling him has already seen it, pointed it out, all while going on about how cute he is.

-Swears in a multitude of different languages and loses his mind, when his ribs are scratched.

-Doesn't fight back. Often too tired and enjoys the warmth and closeness too much.

-Doesn't seek revenge often but he finds it enjoyable when he does so.

🔫 Tell everyone about gianni rn or I’ll shoot (it’s full of water) (just regular water but it’s like just slightly cold)

damn guess i gotta tell the world about my main boy gianni. it'll be under a cut bc its long as shit

okay so this right here

is gianni (technically gianni copia emeritus if we're going by full legal names here). we've made our own lore and i hope eventually you'll make a masterpost of it so if i write stuff later on i can include the link as a reference for anyone that might choose to read it bc honestly i think the lore that we've altered and made up is really interesting and i think people might enjoy reading it one day. anyway, onto the meat and potatoes of this.

so, with the lore that we've created, gianni is the twin brother of copia (named giorgio/gio in our lore bc honestly he needed a name and that name slaps) born to nihil and lucifer (i am 100% down to answer more questions on this bc this slaps also ik owen will def be down to answer questions about that little tidbit or it might be in the headcanon tag on their blog).

there's a bit of a branching path with him because i go back and forth between having them be raised together until they're both 10 or until they're both 5, but the constant is nihil having to send away one son to keep them safe from imperator (named cirice in our lore and will be called that for the duration of this post just to keep things streamlined). from 5/10 until his mid to late 30s, gianni worked his way up in the ranks of an abbey in italy that i think i made up. honestly, he was completely taken advantage of in that abbey, being worked to near death by the cardinals and siblings of sin (fun fact this man is a people pleaser to the max and also physically cannot take a single day off and has actually almost died from it). while literally being overworked by pure luck he managed to meet a special someone (you'll shit when you find out who it is) and starts a little sneaky relationship with them.

the person? temptesa, aka our own rain ghoul. (i'm sure owen's posted lore about it so go check it for more deets). they probably get a good year or two together and exchange rings before his beloved is sent away without his knowledge (to Linköping by pure luck where they're later reunited and i'll def expand on that if anyone wants to know more)

so he's eventually asked to return to the abbey as a cardinal (that we placed in Linköping just for simplicities sake and to have one cohesive area anytime the abbey's mentioned) and arrives back home after 25-30 years to one of 2 things

the previous papas already having been executed by cirice and prepared for the veneration of relics and everyone in the abbey absolutely depressed

during anti christmas :)

i haven't really taken the time to build the lore on everything that happens immediately after he's returned home, but he does continue his work as a cardinal and watching as his twin becomes papa and tours the world spreading the word of the church

UNTIL

he gets to play papa one time because his brother's way too sick to perform the ritual/show and he's the only one available who can fill the role. he literally crams learning all the songs in like 11 hours and is such a nervous wreck before that first show and he def barfs at least once before he goes on stage for the first time.

this man is a whole ass natural at being on that stage. talks to the crowd, puts his whole self into every song, and literally stays a few hours after that first show just to talk to anyone who stays after bc this man loves the fans, adores them tbh.

he finally gets his chance to be papa when gio wants to step down and focus on starting a family with his wife (who i am also 100% down to talk about later, not rn tho this is gianni time) and this man puts his entire being into being a good papa. he doesn't take a salary, pushes for the ghouls to be equal to him, defends the ghouls (and there's a ton of stuff i could talk about when it comes to him with the ghouls bc this man is lowkey a whore), and just pretty much revamps the church from the ground up and has the ghouls finally be equals to everyone else.

HC: So i decided to do that. For your enterteinment. i presENT YOU: ghost astrology. Papa Nihil - CAPRICORN : Since he is described as a powerful, firm leader with stamina and sexual energy (when younger). He seems to me like the old king in fairytales that refuses to give out his throne, no matter the fact that he's no longer suitable for it. Im not saying he's a bad person or anything, im just pointing out stuff i notice. And thats fine! Control and strictness is what keeps a good order and drives business ahead!

Papa Emeritus I - VIRGO: Now as the oldest one of the Emeritus brothers I strongly do believe he has the most of his father's influence, which doesnt necesserily make him bad or evil at all. In fact he tries his best to transform all the learnt lessons in something productive and useful for the new Papas! Basically helping them grow, teaching and showing them their ways in order for the bloodline to prospere. I imagine his number one mission would have been to fulfill his duty towards the Clergy and hiis father, but as well try to be a good exmaple for II and III.

Papa Emeritus II - ARIES:  He is the middle child. Not too old, not too young but perfect to be between the hammer and the envil. I imagine him as a quick learner, deffintely has a lot from his father's leadership characte (big dick energy i mean), he's always trying to be better and stronger, trying to prove himself, to find his place in the family. Emeeritus II would deffinitely be the problematic child in my eyes, but also very passionate about his little brother - he'd protect him at all cost, which would probably cause HIM a lot of arguments with his father (punishments for instance), but also be extremely respectful towards the Emeritus bloodline.

Papa Emeritus III- SCORPIO: As being the youngest of his brothers, I suppose that III would be full of energy! I think he'll have a lot from his father's sexul energy and stamina, but he'd lack the leadership and strictness, when it comes to ruling. He'd be more of a friend with every single person rather than being their "Boss" (lol). Of course if needed be, III would probably make a good leader and a Papa - he'd do his best to keep everything under control, maybe he'd look for help or seek advice from his older brother so Papa Nihil doesnt think he is not fit for the place. But in general i think he has a soft heart, full of lust and desire. Papa III might be a little manipulative, sassy, flirty and secretive at times but oh well its part of his charm!

Cardinal Copia- LIBRA: Deffinitely a sass machine! He was the character that i was like 100% sure about! Cardi is a soft boi, he aint ashamed of it and he loves showing it to the people around him. His undying love for his rats and his geniuane good character are one of his best traits! Cardi tries his best to prove himself worthy in front of Papa and Imperator, no matter how sceptic the patriarch is. I imagine he'd be the sensitive type that would be in good humor all day, being all goofy and friendly with every single person, while doing his best to fullfil everyone's expectations.. And in the end of the day he'd just lay in his bed, stare at the ceiling and become way too self-critical about everything he had done during the day, which would lead to his hidden anxiety and maybe depression.

GHOULS. ERA 4. Aether- TAURUS: Beefy boi is definitely a Taurus. There is no other sign that fits him more than this one! He's humble, a good friend, really talkative, extremely friendly not only with the other band members, but the audiance as well! Aether gives out the 'big teddy bear' vibe and he's not afraid to show it. He loves a good company, I suppose he'd be one of the good chefs around the ghouls and he'd be more than glad to share this talent of his with the others! I imagine Aether as the jolly sweet friend who's always there to help and is really passionate and protective of the people he loves. Also - really sensitive, even tho he might not show it.

Dewdrop - ARIES: Hyperenergetic, attention loving slut. He's the human form of the word 'firecracker'. Dew is like a magnet for troubles, no wonder why he broke his horn! I suppose he'd have a lot of bruises on his body, maybe even tattooes! He is the sporty type - likes running, hopping, skipping around and most of all - terorizing evey single soul around him. What's more - he is 24/7 aroused and he aint afraid to show it. He's well aware of the fact he intimidates people with his sexually agressive aura and he enjoys every bit of it! Also stomping on stage and the little "guitar battles" he has with Aether sometimes is what keeps his competative spirit alive and in shape!

Rain- CANCER Softboi allert!!! Absolutely no doubt that Rain is a Cancer. He is one of the "quiet" ghouls on stage. He's not a fan of the attention like Dew for instance, he just loves to enjoy what he's doing! The vibe he sends out to the people is also really soft - Rain wants every single person to feel the melody of his bass in their hearts! For him, being a part of the band is like being a part of "God's work" to spread the gorgeous art of music! Rain loves to be surrounded by the people he loves and most deffinitely has anxiety around new people and sometimes on stage. He feels at peace while playing the bass and is also really caring and loving, always trying to make others comfortable around him!

Swiss - LEO: Swiss boi is definitely a Leo. He radiates such a strong sassy, flirty vibe i cant even. He loves dancing (obvs), being in the center of attention but not as much as Dew. While the little jumpy-boi is demanding the crowd's adoration, Swiss just gets it not the agressive way. He just naturally gets all eyes on him with his swift moves, sexy ass body, grea talent and backing voice. He deffinitely is the star "in disguise". I imagine him off stage to be as sassy as on it, but way more flirty when it comes to giving autographs or even talking with someone. He just flirts naturally, he doesnt even need to try!

Mountain - AQUARIUS: IDK why i get this vibe from his. He's a little(lol) dork. I feel like Mountain's the "dad's joke on regular basis" type of friend, who always knows how to cheer up a situation. He's not a fan of being in the sportlight, he enjoys his place. I think he doesnt like arguments or confronting anyone anyhow, much like Rain, but if he has to go out there and defend his opinion or someone else's he'd be more than glad to do so. The civilized way ofc. As much as he loves drumming and all the loud noise around him, i have a feeling that Mountain would love to be left alone in peace after a show, have a walk or just simply take a shower and read some conspiracy theories or his favorite series.

Cummulus PISCES: Girly girly girl VIBES!!! I have a feeling that the short, sweet little ghoulette would be A) a shopaholic and B) your best friend in crime! She's the one serving looks, willing to gosip all the time and most probably try to turn Rain into her own live verison of the Ken-doll. In fact i think they're both really close since they have share a fair amount of common interests like music, small animals, taking care of others etc. I suppose they'd often go for duets or something. Also I think she's the "mother-friend" who apart from being super crazy and ready to do a lot of stuff (brunch, nights out, girly nights with Cirrus and others), Cummulus would be very protective around the people she loves! Also she has a great connection with the fans - they love her and she adores them!

Cirrus - GEMINI: Cirrus is definitely the one that's more "fiery" from the ghoulettes. Her stage presence is showing really well and she loves to communicate with each and every ghoul. In fact if she had the chance, she would get someone from the audiance on stage and jam with them! WHo knows maybe they'd become friends after the ritual? She is one of the ghouls that have the strongest need to be around others. I imagine her being really close to all of the ghouls  (mostly Cummulus ofc) and Cardi, almost as if she's the best friend of the group. Cirrus is definitely the ghoul that spends most of her time on the internet, chatting with fans maybe or simply spending time in tumblr or twitter, sharing her day and creating memes. Also big fan of posting funny photos of the ghouls and Cardi (Dew being super mad about it, tho)!

Aether:

- worked in the infirmary before joining the band as he can use his powers to heal minor wounds. however, doing so tires him out pretty quickly. to prevent such fatigue, Aether trained himself in physically treating a range of common injuries and ailments

- adores sports. this ranges from watching sports to playing sports to just thinking about how excited humans get when talking sports. has started up an intramural soccer team at the abbey. no player is 100% on the all rules but together they are at least 96% functional.

 - absolutely not a morning person in any sort of way. is generally pretty jovial and friendly – except for first two hours of the day. has a very predictable sleep schedule and fates help you if he’s woken up before his usual time. the fam has gotten used to giving him ample space in these morning hours

 Cirrus:

- the mom friend – but do not for one second assume she is going to passively field everyone’s complaints when they aren’t putting work in to fix them. she’s a wonderful listener but one of her worst pet peeves is when people constantly come to her for advice and never take it or worse, expect her to fix the problem for them  

- a killer dancer. everything from classic ballroom styles to club bobs, she can do it with precision, grace, and passion. if given any opportunity, her and Swiss will absolutely tear up a dancefloor together

 - toes the line between beer connoisseur and beer snob. has a seemingly unlimited knowledge of hops, fermentation, the impact of packaging on depth of flavor, the most pronounced notes in a $18 microbrew, etc. will not judge if you order an inferior beer, but will inform you as to why you’re wrong

 Cumulus:

- your resident occultist. need a reading, cleansing, or spiritual tune-up? she’s your gal. has put immense time and effort into honing her craft and as a result, is also probably the most capable when it comes to using her elemental powers

- the most literate when it comes to social media management. runs a blog that is updated every three days on the dot, knows how to construct a concise yet humorous and socially insightful Tweet, and can turn any old scenery into a beautiful Instagram pic. has been known to assist humans and ghouls alike in setting up dating profiles

- gets embarrassed hella easily. the type of embarrassment that causes her cheeks and chest to get all blotchy, her voice to crack, and make her want to hide in her room for the rest of the day. it took immense encouragement from the gang and rigorous practice for her to be semi-ok with playing and providing backing vocals in front of a crowd

 Dewdrop:

- can be a vicious perfectionist regarding his own work. will spend hours practicing the same two bars over and over and if he can’t get it right, he’ll get into a dark mood pretty fast where he keeps at it but due to his frustration, screws up even more and it’s this gross downward spiral. it usually takes someone to intervene before he snaps out of it

- if permitted, he will eat the same thing every day for weeks on end. it depends on what he’s fixated on at the moment, but this may range from something relatively healthy like carrot sticks to complete garbage like funyons dipped in bbq sauce

- this is a secret from most people but is an avid listener of ASMR. was introduced to it on a whim by Cumulus and after being initially weirded out, found that it was actually very relaxing and helps him either focus on a task or quiet his mind after a stressful day

 Mountain:

- absolutely loves reading and in any spare moment he’s got a book or article or pamphlet or whatever the fuck else with words on it in his hands. appreciates all sorts of genres but prefers nonfiction. this has made our boi Mountain the go-to source for any information regarding history, religion, and current events

- probably the most organized of the fam. tends to be the one who knows when meetings are, what city they’re in, and where they’re going next. keeps detailed notes on occurrences, supplies, and grievances so even though he’s generally a quiet guy, is usually the one that gets finagled into leading any sort of presentation

- will just. wonder off for hours on end. no one knows where he goes or what he does and he always returns on time but sometimes that dude’s just gotta roll out. this habit used to piss off or worry the others, but they’ve mostly gotten used to it at this point

 Rain:

- is just a total nerd. he’s shy about it, but if asked, he can talk for ages about game mechanics, fan lore, and media critique. he’s ecstatic when he can get the fam together for a board game or RPG night

- people don’t often expect it, but he’s super handy. drawer off its track? he’ll whip it into shape. need to install a digital thermostat? got you covered. car engine not turning over? he may not know immediately what to do, but he will sure watch has many youtube videos as he needs to get a handle on it

- an extroverted introvert. as in, especially when he’s been drinking, will hastily agree to join social situations that he later regrets being a part of. is the leading expert in constructing clever excuses as to why his plans have changed and ghosting parties

 Swiss:

- this dude can cook. ghouls don’t have to eat as regularly as humans so oftentimes, they don’t necessarily develop well-rounded culinary techniques. but swiss has figured out that a good meal can go a long way in wooing someone or just bringing people together. has taken the time to study up on diverse flavor profiles, which he employs often to impress a date or a crowd

- while he may be smooth, he’s absolutely terrible at emotional consolation. he of course never does it on purpose, but nearly always manages to say the worst possible thing if someone is angry, sad, injured, whatever else. if he doesn’t accidentally say something to escalate the situation, he’s being unbearably awkward about it

- the name giver. hands out nicknames like candy and doesn’t just stick to one. may refer to the same person by five different names in the span of five minutes.

 General:

- upon summoning, ghouls are assigned numbers and are usually referred to as such by the human clergy. they pick up their nicknames from fellow ghouls over time

- Swiss, Cumulus, and Dew are the most “technically” proficient with music of the ghouls. they can sight read, have little trouble picking up the basics of a new instrument, and have acute ears for pitch and rhythm. they occasionally go off on jargen-laden tangents during practices

- it’s basically a crapshoot whether ghouls are affected by human substances like alcohol, caffeine, or pot. but generally, if you’re affected by one thing, you can be affected by them all. Mountain, Rain, Dew, and Cirrus are the only ones in the squad who can be under the influence of something
