Nika alias Flatline, a character created by writer Joshua Williamson and artist Gleb Melnikov, was introduced in Robin(2021) run—where Damian Wayne as the fifth Robin running off home attended the Death tournament on Lazarus Island.

Nika is the first opponent Damian faces on the island and she proceeds to take his first life with her signature move— ripping his heart out with her bare hand (no one actually dies, people would have three lives during the tournament on the island).

She is a Russian metahuman girl and a martial arts fighter, with the power to absorb the skills of people who had died in her hands.

- has a dedicated social media accounts for his pets. he gets income and sponsorship from luxury pet brands all the time because of it. he doesn’t really care about the money he’s just happy his pets get to have free stuff that give them a better and spoiled life.

- bro’s a gen alpha he’s probably a brainrot humor kind of kid but he hides it well but it comes out at random times

- he’s a dedicated hater, he loved kendrick lamar’s drake diss songs

- his personal/ official Damian Wayne tiktok account is literally just a hate page for his brothers (but in an endearing way he still loves them)

- prefers watching reels over tiktok bcs of the funny comments and the unhinged reels that come out there

- Damian Wayne is a weeb… he was absolutely there during the Anime tiktok lockdown era (if he was even born yet idk) so he knows all the cringe weeb shit.. he quotes it at random times….

- Damian was strictly shoujo mangas and anime but Jon showed him My Hero Academia and he LOVED it. he respects Koda and likes his quirk. MHA was one of the only mangas he read that’s not shoujo lol. Stephanie absolutely is always with him, Cass as well but she’s only there because Steph seems to love it so she’ll always do what Steph loves. It came to a point where Tim Drake, Damian Wayne, Dick Grayson, Duke Thomas started to become pretty boys (Jason is not there he could not stand Brucie persona)

- there has been rumors of Brucie Wayne having a bbl and to prove them all wrong Brucie posted a gym workout where his focus was his ass. lets just say BRUCIE JUICY ASS?? on twitter was trending and the kids HATED it. maybe haha certain heroes liked it a little more than others lmfao

- Damian got hyperfixated on into the spiderverse and across the spiderverse he forced his whole family to rewatch it with him

- Jason got asked to come over to the manor by one of the siblings and took a sneaky pic of his whole body just to put it in one of those “dance if you love your family” ai dancing thing on tiktok. he never came back to the manor….

- Tim and Damian have this online feud in tiktok where they comment unhinge and insulting comments to their public official account each other but ofc its filtered so it can cross the tos. Damian once commented “I hope to see you hanging in the streets” and almost got banned from tiktok

- whenever any of the fam asks something from Cass that she doesn’t wanna do she goes “sorry I’m mute” (she takes advantage of her not so disability) Stephanie taught her that she said it would be funny. it works sometimes bcs the other was probably too tired to notice or just goes along bcs they think Cass learning gen Z humor is funny.

I made a post like this sometime last week but I was deliberately vague about the point I was making so I feel like doing it again

I don't hate SabiNika. At all. It's...fine, to me. I don't really ship it, but also I don't have any kind of objection to it either. But I've seen so much fanart and fanfic of it and every time I see more it just fills me with a kind of...bitterness. All of this, over two girls who had one conversation with each other? Well, in most cases that's nothing noteworthy. Happens all the time. Nothing wrong with it. And if Sabina and Nika were the only two girls this happened with in the show I wouldn't be making this post.

But they're not.

Lilique and Renee had an entire subplot about the latter being furiously, violently, explosively jealous that a boy she wasn't even dating simply asked the former out on a date (and was politely rejected!). A little more than one conversation. Now I know people love ships with a little bit of animosity, or ones where some mean girl alpha bitch has a little soft spot for a human ray of sunshine. This is both. Theoretically this should have taken off like wildfire. But for some reason, it did not.

Want to know why I think it failed to launch?

Simple. Lilique is fat. And god forbid fanartists have to draw a fat girl.

So every time I scroll past a hundred pics of Sabina carrying Nika over her shoulder like a sack of potatoes or whatever it just makes me think about how none of you bothered to draw two girls even just holding hands because one of them wasn't skinny and conventionally attractive.

If FNiN took place in the HTTYD universe, what species of dragons would they have? (Alternatively, who would be which if we're talking about A.I)

felix - i feel like instead of a full-on rider, he would be more of a tinkerer/blacksmith and would focus on inventions(if somehow him and hiccup ever met they would end up talking for hours-). you know, making saddles and stuff like that! soooo he has a huge black gronckle!(yes this is an excuse to put caban here). alternatively an armorwing would propably suit him well - for obvious reasons.

net - uhhh he would want something cool and fast maybe? - so a deadly nadder or a razorwhip? im not really sure about this one though... or a changewing! since he likes petty revenge and overcomplicated plans? and also doesnt like to take responsbility? so a dragon who can turn invisible might be up his alley!(hes so funny to me i love him)

nika - okay, so we know this girl has a good hand with big dangerous animals(i can recall two seperate occasions of her vibing with a bear), and im assuming shes still an orphan here and would propably at least partially fend for herself - thus i am giving her something absolutely huge and overpowered, like a crimson goregutter or a timberjack or thyphoomerang or something. shes very emphatetic and caring, so maybe she helped a hurt dragon and it decided to start protecting her?

laura - shes definetly the best rider out of this four(horses cant be that diffrent from dragons, right?) and i bet shes good with animals - and thats why i think she should have either a razorwhip or a monstrous nightmare. shes competent and knows what shes doing!

golem golem(my sweet man. i love this guy so much) - uhhh he literally has. a body. a humanoid one at that. so shouldnt it be more fitting for him to be a regular human?? but then again hes very far from anything regular so.. hm. if we're going with dragons, definetly something big and bulky for him! a rumblethorn perhaps? and if hes human then hes just riding one.

manfred - hm. ai are so diffrent from humans in fnin that its kinda hard to assign dragons to them?? but also theyre literally people. ngl im kinda tempted to make him nets older brother/uncle here. but i also think it would be funny if he was just. a really smart terrible terror? i remember in the first(?) book he got a body and it was this small wall-e esque thingy? also i think him being small and easy to look over and underestimate fits well with how in the books the trio sometimes forgets hes there or net accidentally turns him off(imagine this extremely pissed off terrible terror stuck in the bag net carries him around in). basically hes a cat but can fly and breathe fire

konpopoz - my mind tells me hes a speed stinger. i dont know why. it doesnt even fit since hes slow and bulky?? basically hed be any dragon the riders usually find annoying or likely to cause problems. so a changewing mayhaps? since they can easily go unnoticed and have a nasty attitude! and if hes a human then i imagine hes like that old cabbage man from defenders of berk but less evil. just an asshole who hates his job.

morten - he could work well both as a dragon hunter and a dragon. something like the red death or an alpha seems fitting, but i honestly think he would work better as either a whispering/screaming death or a queen of those fire-bee dragons(i dont remember what theyre called).

Packverse time. (so all of this is personal headcanon) Victor's great/grandparent, Victoria's grand/parent, having been a member of Romulus' pack

because the gladiatorial lion (and because i like Spartacus)

tossing around the idea of the name Lykos either as their real name, or the name they were branded with (because lion); if branded that, some form of Nikolaos as their real name (to keep the 'victor' thing, but also haha Nika is inadvertently named after family more directly too). though there is the caveat that if they are a slave, then they might not be Greek/Roman so could be a different language variant...

anyways, all the constant fighting and wound recovery did obscure their presentation, but they are an omega; that really comes up after Rom liberates slaves for his army, recognizes Lykos as a feral so they become Pack, but when they don't need to regenerate as often and they can get a steady heat cycle, that flips the switch for Rom. because he is a very possessive pack alpha, obsessed with getting and heir as we all know

there's infighting, because Lykos is a gladiator and will not submit. this is also still early enough that Remus is more aligned with Rom (but perhaps Lykos' defection is what starts turning them). Lykos ends up dismembering Rom (which only slows him down admittedly) and they escape on a ship towards the New World

thus Lykos lives in the wilds of Canada for a long time. thus the questioning of the timeline...because either they are Victoria's parent, or her grandparent, but still alive when she's born either way (and no, she is NOT related to Rom). leaning a bit more towards grandparent now, just so there's a bit more distance...but Victoria's dame was still an omega feral, but with 2 non-feral paternal points that would explain why she isn't...

anwhos, why it took THAT long for rom to track down where Lykos went, idk, but that woudl explain why he went hack and slash through the Canadian wilderness and wound up siring Thomas Logan. unfortunately, the final confrontation between the two ended with Rom killing Lykos, but Victoria and her non-feral parent were able to escape and hide (again not ferals, so Rom didn't really care anyways). or maybe Victoria isn't born yet, and her non-feral dad is caught in the crossfire to allow her dame to escape while Rom and Lykos duke it out.

hm...now idk, the more i babble about this the less clear it feels. but i do like Lykos, the gladiatorial lion feral, so might keep that

My dog Bubba Wayne Sánchez went to K-9 University and Pet Smart schools in Chicago. We also hired different trainers to learn to train Bubba. Mac was a foster who came along years later, we cared for Mac who was given for adoption a couple of times but came back home due to a couple of of issues with his free spirit nature and the highways. He was maybe a little ferocious with a few, he was a very honest dog, low key. Loving but self sufficient, strong yet not nearly as imposing as Bubba's figure was. Don't get me wrong he was a sweetheart (I was never able to make him stop pretending he was going to take a bite out of the hand of a passer by just as he walked by with me pulling on the leash. I think he got a quick out it every time he saw people jump and hide heir hand.) My fiend Michael once described Mac as a conman, referring to the way Mac stayed with us after being foster at our home for little time. Stealing our hearts away. Bubba took the lead on everything. I used lots of play to feed Bubba and I used his food, no treats just his daily meals to train him, little bite after bite. He was a very food driven dog while Mac was not driven by food at all. He really could care less for food. Mac had more liberty because he didn't grow with the restrictions Bubba did while having lots of fun and getting love, giving love and wellness. While training Bubba I made sure I left room for Anarchy in him, later for them. Even though dogs are happier went they have a strong and Alpha Male figure just like any wolf pack would. They like routine but also enjoy learning with games. Mental challenges. With that tiny extra room for freedom they would just run fucking wild. Quite a few times they made me chase them for many blocks before stopping. They would pick a fight here and there.

Bubba love pig's ear. Mac preferred deer antlers. We were regulars at the city's dog parks and beaches and spent endless afternoons of sunshine, tenis balls, a slinger, a towel, water, treats. Once we were at the Montrose beach and Mac started running all along the shore, I was so embarrassed. I had to chase him and I had to carry him back to the Montrose beach. He always sat next to Bubba and with little time his stress levels had come down and he became a very calm and relaxed dog. I was happy when I got his adoption papers as a birthday gift. MacLoving Sánchez. I used to call him Mac. His previous name was Tucker which I used from time to time just to play him a joke most of the time. He was responsive. He was my Mac. A street smart refined dog. Bubba was displaced by Hurricane Katrina's most likely. We got him as a pup. He looked like a border collie as a young pup but later as an adult he took the form of a black lab with a white tie and two white front paws. Baby's pupils could not get as big as Mac's for sure. He just loved everything while Bubba loved to love what I loved. I'm making sense to you, page? Sounds clear to me. than. press send. and forget about it... (forget about it...)

The caste system of the Upper is just a fun game to demons, but to angels, it's law. And she's fair game in so many ways…

The Angels wear masks in the presence of their prisoners, and are known only by their caste and a color. It's three of them, the Alphas Gold, Crimson and Azure, who become Nika's biggest tormentors. Gold, their leader, is mysterious and cocky, laying traps and unsolvable puzzles to give the prisoners false hope. Crimson is the youngest, mockingly seductive but straightforward in his malice, and his group's claim over Nika. Azure is cold and professional, his temper flaring without warning, but his allegiance to the Upper's council seems as slippery as he is.

Three Alphas versus one Omega. Nika doesn't stand a chance, or so both humans and Angels think. But Nika's not some helpless runt. She might not be able to fight, might not even be able to walk, but she doesn't need to do either. Her wheelchair, her cunning, and her kindness will see this through. They have to. If she fails, there's far worse than death waiting for her this time.
