Fanfic Idea! (ABO Lucemond, where Rhaenyra dies from Alicent's knife)
Rhaenyra died protecting Lucerys from Alicent's knife after she tried to take his eye.
After that day, Alicent was supposed to be executed, however Otto pulled strings, and though Viserys was extremely reluctant, he was forced to imprison her in her chambers indefinitely, with no one allowed to visit her, instead.
She has gone crazy, screaming that she didn't mean to, that it wasn't her intention. No one cared what she had intended. The Heir is dead. The Queen killed her. That is the truth that rang all throughout Westeros.
Corlys and Rhaenys, angered that Viserys allowed the green queen to live, immediately sprung into action. They told Viserys that Rhaenyra's children are not safe while the murderer, her followers, and her children lived in the Red Keep. They asked that they would live with them, in Driftmark instead. Unsurprisingly, Viserys was adamant that they'd stay, that he had already lost his (only) daughter, and that he refuses to lose her children too.
Daemon then appeared and the three fought to convince Viserys to send Jacaerys and Joffrey to Dragonstone, where Daemon will personally raise and train them alongside Rhaenys. Rhaenys, who was trained since the beginning to be the heir to the king, unlike Viserys, can teach Jacaerys everything he needed to know about ruling. And Joffrey would be taught under Daemon, to raise and train him as a prince and a warrior.
Corlys would have Lucerys in Driftmark, to be raised and taught the ways of the heir of Driftmark. Though Viserys was at first adamant to keep them all there, even going so far as threatening to imprison them, he eventually agreed when he saw the three boys and their cousins gathered together, crying their hearts out.
And so, they left, and it was a horrible thing, to convince both Jacaerys and Joffrey to let go of Lucerys so soon after they lost their mother, and to hear Lucerys crying, begging them not to separate them, but it had to be done, and so they were separated, with Lucerys only having Baela as company. Together, they mourned their losses.
--------------
Time passed, and news spread. The two princes in Dragonstone grew, both presented as an alpha, but the one in Driftmark...
He presented as omega. What shocked the people was the fact that Corlys was insistent in keeping Lucerys as heir, despite it all. But they remembered how he fought for his wife's claim, and now, it was less than surprising that he continues to fight for his grandson's. Unfortunately, he had to fight once more in the Stepstones, calling Rhaenys and Rhaena back to Driftmark, with Lucerys already acting as heir despite his age.
It was to no one's surprise that Vaemond, coward that he is, decided to go against his brother's claim after ensuring that his brother is injured in the Stepstones. He plotted with Otto, who managed to keep his position despite everything, and the hearing was set.
Daemon, Jacaerys and Joffrey first arrived, and everyone was curious to see how much they changed. Jacaerys was calm and collected, a charming man, he had the stance of a proud general, one that is used to leading and fighting, a perfect mixture of one taught by the Queen Who Never Was, and the Rogue Prince of the City. Joffrey, unfortunately, was taught entirely by Daemon, and it showed. It was like the second coming of Daemon, a charming little boy, but there was a viciousness hidden in him.
Then came Rhaenys, Baela, Rhaena, and Lucerys. The crowd that gathered couldn't help but stare at Lucerys. Ignoring his coloring, he was the mixture of both Rhaenyra and Aemma, his face schooled like Rhaenys, calm, without a hint of anxiousness. Like he just came to visit instead of the truth, where he had to defend himself and his claim. He had long lost his need to hide behind the people he loved. Corlys ensured that he would be able to stand on his own, to have pride in himself.
He wore a dress his mother would have worn, a dress with the designs of old Valyria, but instead of black and red, like his brothers, he wore blue. What made it all scandalous was the fact the he, an omega, came into court collarless.
Jacaerys and Joffrey all but ran to him, and his facade cracked, revealing a sweet smile reserved only for them.
Jacaerys and Lucerys walked around the castle walls, Daemon had a hard time taking Joffrey away, since they needed to see his brother, the King, and Daemon did not trust Joffrey out of his sight.
Jacaerys and Lucerys strolled around like they had lived in the Red Keep all their lives, ignoring the stares, and eventually made it to the training grounds, where they saw their uncle Aemond defeating Cris Cole, apparently not caring for tourneys.
When he turned to see them, he ignored Jacaerys, and his eye lingered on Lucerys. Specifically on his shoulder and unprotected neck. Lucerys and Jacaerys glared, for him, their mother died. He owed them a debt, and sooner or later, it will be paid. They soon entered the courtroom, and glared at Otto, who dared to sit on the throne.
When Vaemond was finished with his bouts, Lucerys began his own, until Viserys came to defend his grandchildren. Viserys reinstated Lucerys as heir to Driftmark, ignoring Vaemond's words, angering him enough to call the three bastards, and Lucerys, an Omegan whore.
He kept his tongue, the rest of his head, however, separated from his body, and Dark Sister was fed with blood again.
------
With the dinner comes the problem. Alicent, for the first time in years, was allowed to leave her room, to the anger of every single person besides the greens.
The argument started when Viserys decided to betroth Lucerys and Aemond.
All hell broke lose, however, when Alicent called Lucerys "Rhaenyra", and he asked if she planned to kill him too.
-------
So, thoughts? Violent reactions?
If anyone wishes to create a full fanfic with this setting, please tell me!

PART 3 In plain sight
Aemond x niece!reader
Warnings: AOB, swearing, HOTD things, targcest, incest uncle/niece, tension, angst, smut, sexual things, reader is Rhaenyra’s daughter (specified brown hair), plus size reader, fat shaming, self esteem issues
Previous part <-
The dragon pit is tense when you land. Your dragon grumbling as she enters the pit and disappears from your sight. There’s guards outside waiting no doubt for you. You approach as a knight steps forward nods his head.
“Your room is set up princess” he says and you nod following him as he turns then walks and you follow. You keep your head down no doubt the word getting around quicker than an infection. You enter the room quickly what little things you bought in a pack on the desk. Gods what a mess.
A small knock comes and you tense before opening the door frowning when you see Lord Larys.
“Princess” he bows his head.
“May I come in?” He asks and you nod letting him inside.
“What can I do for you lord Larys?” You ask nervously rubbing your hands together.
“I did wonder how long it’d take for someone to recognise you” he smiles slightly and it leaves you a little uneasy.
“The prince regent took longer than expected” he shrugs slightly.
“My lord I don’t wish to talk about this” you cut the man off and he nods.
“Of course, to the issues at hand. I’m afraid your- the prince regent is thirsting for war” he says and you frown briefly at his lap of words.
“I’m aware” you say shoulders tense.
“I don’t know if there is truely a way to stop it without blood shed on either side” his explanation is slow and his avoidant eyes make you annoyed yet you try to keep your calm.
“Perhaps you could play a much greater part in this” he says looking to you again.
“I have played a part look where it got me” you gesture to the room probably your now prison.
“The king is on the mend, I’m trying my best to get him up quicker, but it’s going to take time with his wounds, and with the whispers of new dragon riders the prince regent doesn’t have as many dragons” you know all he says.
“Lord Larys speak plainly” you say.
“Distract him” the lord says and you frown.
“For the sake of us all” he mutters as hurried footsteps come closer and the door is opened. Aemond stands there brows frowning as he spots the lord.
“Lord Larys” Prince Aemond says his tone menacing.
“Prince Aemond” Lord Larys answers and leaves.
“Did our whisperer, whisper something to you?” Aemond asks closing the door behind him.
“No” you say simply.
“If you aren’t going to kill me-“ The alpha has the audacity to let out a small growl like noise.
“Uncle” you scoff lightly as he approaches.
“Such familiar titles” he says and you frown as he keeps his eye narrowed on you. He stands too close, but you don’t back down from the silent challenge of the alpha even if his scent fills your nose deliciously.
“Change out of those clothes” he says eye darting down to your servants outfit and you scoff quietly.
“Afraid to be seen with a servant my prince?” You talk back but he stays silent.
“What do you want from me?” You sigh and you watch his pupil dilate before a knock comes.
“Who is it?” Prince Aemond calls before you can.
“Servants My Prince” a presumed knight answers and the door opens. Three ladies walk in and you know them. Ilya a young woman with blonde long hair tied in a braid, Brenna a slightly older woman with brown short hair to her shoulders and Lyria, same age as Ilya with light brown hair in a bun.
“Your ladies in waiting princess” Prince Aemond says and you frown.
“I know these women” you say a little quieter.
“You did work with them” your uncle says matter of factly making you glare.
“You’ve been deceived I’m afraid, the princess of Dragon Stone has been hiding amongst you” the women stare in shock before they all bow slightly muttering soft ‘Princess’ as they do.
“Run her a bath, get her changed for dinner” Prince Aemond orders before he’s out the door without another word. You glare at the door and huff as Ilya goes to the bathing room area.
“Apologies” you say.
“No, it’s alright I understand” Brenna says a small smile on your face.
“I’m here on my own accord, as daughter of the true heir” you say slightly testing where their loyalty lies.
“Long live the Queen” they both say and you nod smiling a little.
You bathe, the feeling odd of having someone who you worked with now cleaning your hands and nails. Your hair is brushed and braided before you’re adorned in a dark blue dress and some jewellery. You’re escorted down to the dining room, finding it strange you’re not the one serving. You sit at the table finding it oddly empty besides Helaena and her children and Aemond at the head of the table. Helaena glances to you briefly before going back to her food. It’s silent the whole way through dinner. Nobody speaks except for the children and their soft babbling as the servants help feed them. You don’t dare look at Aemond, finding yourself having simmering rage against him even more so now.
After dinner finishes you excuse yourself and follow the guard back to your room. You grab some parchment and a pen before you begin writing to your mother in quick lettering. You sigh scribbling the words out in annoyance before grabbing a new piece of parchment. A knock comes but you ignore it hoping whoever it was believed you were asleep. Only they didn’t, the door opened and you turned with a frown before you saw the prince. You huffed quietly turning back to your desk and dipping your quill in the inkwell.
“That’s no way to greet a prince” Aemond says voice teasing and you roll your eyes.
“You want to be swooned over and relished go to the silk streets” you sneer back sighing when you can’t find words for your mother. Gods she must be worried, maybe even thinks you’re dead.
“What are you writing?” He asks voice surprisingly softer.
“A letter, is there something you needed?” You say rushed hand shaking as you hold the quill. You feel like the days rushed back to you, everything that’s happened. You see splotches of inc on the paper and sigh a little. You stiffen though as you sense the prince alpha directly behind you.
“What are you struggling with?” He asks voice close to your ear but calm and smooth.
“Nothing you can help with” you snap. You feel like you’re begging to be executed with your rudeness to the prince regent of the realm. He hums hand on your bare shoulder making you jolt.
“Your scent reeks of anxiety’s” he says as you take small breaths trying to not melt into the warmth of his hand.
“That’s what happens when one has a day as I have” you mutter grabbing another sheet. He hums again hand moving to the back of your neck making you even more tense till you feel him gently massage. You can’t deny the instant reaction of your shoulders drooping a little more and your eyes closing. You breathe a little deeper cursing him silently but also enjoying it silently. This action should be banned from your biology as omega, the calm it brings.
“Write” he says softly and you snap out of the small trance you’re in.
“While the enemy looms over my shoulder?” You ask hearing him chuckle softly.
“I have to make sure you’re not writing anything to give our enemy information” he answers.
“Your enemy, my mother is not my enemy, my family is not my enemy, except you” you say blankly.
“Write omega” he repeats and you curse him silently. You write to your mother. Explaining why you left, what you planned to do, and now that you were living at the Red Keep unharmed. That Elea had flown here also on her own accord and that you were alive. Apparently whatever you writ was appropriate as you finished and sealed the letter. You doubt he would truely send it off anyway as you hand it back to the prince alpha. He hums, takes it and leaves the room without another word. Your whole body sags but you don’t get much time to breathe as your ladies in waiting dress you for bed.

It was a day of celebration for everyone in Kings Landing.
The day celebrated the betrothal of Lucerys Velaryon to the second son of House Tully.
Inside the main hall, in front of the Iron Throne, music and dancing and laughing could be heard and seen.
The Lords and Ladies galavanted and gossiped, danced and sang, feasted and laughed.
Some looked over at the Heir to the Driftmark Throne, sat next to his soon-to-be-husband with the Queen and Prince Consort sat beside them, to gauge the brunette’s expressions.
Others couldn’t careless as long as they were able to satisfy their greed.
However, one wasn’t.
The One-Eyed second son of former Queen Alicent Hightower and late King Viserys Targaryen, first of his name.
His keen eye kept track of every little detail on his nephew’s face, not once looking away.
Soon, the nephew catches his eye, and the two gaze into each other’s violet and dark orbs, taunting each other to make a move.
It was the uncle who followed through.
Walking towards his seated heart, he stands at his side, and raises a palm up to offer a dance. It catches the attention of all those in attendance, though they attempt to look dismissive and uncaring.
Lucerys stared at the offered hand, before putting his own on top, and was pulled away from his betrothed and soon to be husband after the feasts and festivities to officiate the marriage.
Sauntering to the center was rather easy, as the excited crowd parted, whispering to one another of how Luke’s first dance wasn’t with his betrothed at their own wedding, but with his own uncle - whom he maimed in their childhood.
The nephew-uncle duo soon started a chain of dance as the music picks up, and more Lords and Ladies join them on the dance floor.
“Do you not feel bored at this procession, my dear nephew? It’s rather dull, and lacks the appeal of a true wedding befitting one of the blood of Old Valyria,” Aemond starts, leaning his head in to whisper to his nephew’s ear.
His eye looked around, and he makes contact with the silently furious gaze of Rhaenyra Targaryen, the Black Queen.
“No, uncle, I find I rather like a dull wedding with so little fanfare. I rather dislike an obnoxiously jubilant one, it makes me feel rather…overwhelmed.”
Aemond twirls his heart, before the brunette quickly hits their hips back together with a soft thud of clothing.
“My dear uncle, I fear this betrothal to a mere second son of a lower House would prove to be unfruitful, and utterly flat,” Lucerys softly whines, leaning his head closer to his uncle’s neck.
His warm breath tickles the fuzz on Aemond’s neck.
“You play a dangerous game, my little dragon.”
“We’ve been playing this game since the day you and I came into this world.”
Aemond hums, “this game can go no further, my Lord Nephew, you will be leaving me behind for a mere second son of House Tully. He knows naught of our House, it’s traditions nor its history.”
“Then take me.”
The two went silent for a few moments, their eyes fixated on each other.
“My dear uncle, you know of our family’s importance, of our family’s history and it’s traditions. You’ve known me since I was but a mere babe. You’ve known me for longer than my betrothed.”
Aemond and Lucerys have long stopped their waltz, halting in the middle of the dance floor, surrounded and covered by a distracted and exuberant crowd from the eyes of outsiders. Their heads were leaned in close to each other, foreheads touching, cheeks nearly doing the same. They could feel each other’s exhales on their lips every time they took a breath. All while they kept their eyes on each other.
“So take me, uncle. Cut through the Queensguard. Take me in the tradition of our House. Take me to Dragonstone, and make me your husband, and I’ll make you mine.”
Suddenly, Aemond’s hand shoots forward, and clutches a side of Lucerys’s face. The alpha’s fingers at the back of the omega’s head, threading through his dark curls, roughly grabbing onto the loose strands.
“My Lord Dragon-“
A loud shout came from the Royal Table.
Daemon had stood up, and unsheathed Dark Sister, and was pointing its sharp blade at his one eyed nephew.
Aemond covers Luke, and whispers gently and quickly into his ear, so that only he could hear the next words coming from his mouth;
“Meet me on the back of Arrax tonight, I shall ensure you and that Tully man shall never wed nor know of the marriage bed, now and forever more. We shall fly swiftly to Dragonstone to wed, and consummate our long-overdue marriage in front of the Septons, and Maesters, and Maids. For you, Lucerys Velaryon, are my dearest heart.”

Lucemond classic canon-divergence, abo au where Viserys betroth Lucerys to Aemond after the eye incident. With a twist.
The union between alpha and omega is a sacred thing. It’s cherished by the old gods and new, especially by the Targaryens because it will bring heirs and dragons. Lucerys respects such union, and so does Aemond.
Lucerys has always been a loving and compassionate kid, though he can be cheeky and mischievous sometimes, in his core, he always cares for others. He is a little chubby and clumsy, not overly good with swords, but has a passion in embroidery. He will be an omega like his mother, all people say. Lucerys believes them.
Apparently King Viserys believes this too, because his solution to Lucerys taking out Aemond’s eye is to betroth those two boys. Another union of alpha and omega will mend the rift in our house, the King declares. Queen Alicent objects of course, but to no avail. Surprisingly, Aemond doesn’t seem to mind too much. So the matter is settled. Lucerys will go to King’s Landing as prince Aemond’s betrothed. They will learn, train and grow up together, and after they both present, the wedding will be held in the capital.
Those first months are the hardest. Lucerys is all alone in a place he once called home, but now filled with strangers. Aemond is still healing, so basically all Lucerys does is reading to his uncle, his betrothed. He has a soft voice and perfect pronunciation of high valyrian, a relaxation like no other, his mother would say. Lucerys hopes Aemond would feel the same. He desperately wants to make things better, to take away Aemond’s pain, even for a little while. Aemond just listens, never demanding him to leave nor making him stop. Little by little, Lucerys could see Aemond relax, tension fading from his shoulders, a painful frown turning into a slight smile. Not until Aemond falls asleep without the help of milk of the poppy for the first time in two months does Lucerys deem this as a win.
After Aemond resumes training, Lucerys finds himself a new routine. He would accompany Aemond to the training yard at the crack of dawn and sits there to watch. Aemond normally pays him no mind as the one-eyed prince trains hard to regain control over his body. Lucerys flinches every time there is a clash of swords, but he forces himself to stand still. After training, he would go with Aemond to the Dragon Pit. One and a half year later, on a random morning, when Lucerys greets Aemond outside the latter’s chamber, he gets a whispered good morning in return.
They come to a truce, or even a real relationship, Lucerys would argue. Aemond presents at his 14th nameday, an alpha like everyone expects. Lucerys meets him after Aemond recovers from his first rut, the first thing Lucerys notices is the proud smile spread across the alpha’s face.
“Congratulations, uncle. I am sure you will be a formidable alpha.” Lucerys says with all his heart.
“I thank you, nephew.” Aemond replies with dignity and pride.
“I brought you a gift.” Lucerys pauses before draws a small embroidered handkerchief from his pocket and presents it to Aemond. On the light blue silk is a massive dragon about to take flight.
“Forgive me, uncle, the needlework is not that intricate. You don’t have to use it, of course, I just hope you could accept this as your presentation gift.” Lucerys rambles, heat creeping up to his cheek.
“Did you make this yourself?” Aemond asks, seemly intrigued by the embroidered dragon.
“Yes.” Lucerys admits.
“Then I shall keep it on me at all times.” Aemond tucks the handkerchief in his tunic and gently takes Lucerys’s shaking hand into his calloused palm. “It reminds me of my duty and commitment to you, nephew, as your alpha.”
Lucerys stares right into Aemond’s lone eye, and all he sees is tenderness and devotion. That’s when he realizes he is in love with Aemond. Maybe he always has been.
“I thought you didn’t want me, didn’t want our betrothal because I hurt you.” Lucerys manages to babble among hiccups.
“Don’t cry, sweet omega.” Aemond calls him omega even though Lucerys hasn’t presented yet. “Nobody is able to resist your stubbornness it seems, not even me.”
Lucerys chuckles as he leans in for Aemond’s touch.
People at the Red Keep start to call them lovebirds, much to Queen Alicent’s chagrin. The King is thrilled despite his ailing health. He sees an alpha-omega union with so much potential and happiness. Now it’s Aemond who accompanies Lucerys everywhere, to read, to take a leisure stroll in the garden, to fly on dragon back. Lucerys can’t wait to present. Sometimes he daydreams about the children he and Aemond would have, all with silver hair and violet eyes, little dragons who are both adorable and fierce.
All his happiness end on that fateful day. Vaemond Velaryon challenges his claim to Driftmark so there is a petition held in the throne room. Lucerys isn’t worried, no, because his mother and family are here, he knows they will defend him at all cost. And there is Aemond. His alpha keeps a steady grip on his wrist during the whole ordeal. Vaemond’s accusations are harsh, but that man soon loses his head for his arrogance and vulgar insult. Lucerys collapses after seeing all the blood spilled on the floor. He hates blood and conflict, all of which reminds him of when he hurt his alpha. He feels hot, the air suffocating, the bloody smell blocking all his senses, and Lucerys presents. As an alpha.
When he comes to, it is well past midnight and Lucerys is in his chamber. Rhaenyra is there, offering her sweet lavender scent as comfort, but Aemond is nowhere to be seen.
“Where is Aemond, mother?” Lucerys asks. To him, not seeing Aemond has become an anomaly.
“My sweet boy, it is not appropriate for your uncle to visit you in your private chamber at such late hour.” Rhaenyra answers, stroking her son’s unruly curls.
“But he’s my betrothed.” Lucerys argues. Panic begins to rise from his gut when his mother hastily breaks eye contact.
“Your betrothal is annulled as you both present as alphas. The King deeply regrets this but for continuation of our family, you are to marry another omega and sire children. Rhaena, maybe, if the King accepts my petition.”
Lucerys’s world shatters. Did Aemond willingly agree to this? Why didn’t he defend their relationship? Are his promises all lies? Does Aemond only love him for his second gender? Does Aemond abandon him because Lucerys couldn't bear children?
“No. I won’t accept this.” Lucerys struggles to get off the bed. “I want to talk to Aemond. We love each other, mother. He promised. He promised we would marry.”
“Oh, sweet boy, I am so sorry.” Rhaenrya embraces her trembling son. “I don’t think it is wise taking to Aemond now. In fact, it is him who suggests the betrothal to be annulled.”
Lucerys’s resolution breaks along with his heart as Rhaenyra hands him a handkerchief with dragon embroidery.
It turns out, promises are meant to be broken. Lucerys has always been a loving and compassionate kid; he cares for others and avoids violence as best as he can. He loves unconditionally and whole-heartedly.
He is not that boy anymore. A part of him died with his betrothal, turned to ashes and buried deep in the ground. He is not that boy when he leaves King’s Landing on Arrax, swearing never to return. He is not that boy when he enters the great hall of Storm’s End. He is not that boy when he sees Aemond’s measured expression falter for a split second.
He is not that boy when he proudly tells lord Borros that he shall take the lord’s word back to the Queen but bear in mind that prince Aemond is an oathbreaker. He broke a promise once. He will not hesitate to break them again.
Lucerys is not that naive boy anymore. When he sees Aemond’s shocked face as he falls from the sky, he feels no pity, only a cruel sense of contentment.
If I cannot have you as my alpha, uncle, at least I can take your sanity away. I will haunt you to your last breath because I promised I would always be with you and I am not an oathbreaker.
That is Lucerys’s last thought before he is welcomed by eternal darkness.

Yeah, another babytrap... but this is also have Luceferth on it!!!
I mean, I'm just saying, with an Omegaverse where Aemond and Osferth are both alphas and Lucerys is an omega.
Osferth and Aemond, clearly they can be twins as well as not. There's evidence that some people just look too similar to each other for their own good anyway.
The point.
Aemond clearly doesn't like Lucerys being with others. Osferth... he adores Lucerys in all his well being, and while he wouldn't deny his free flight to other arms he wouldn't hesitate for a second to poison a glass of wine or two if necessary.
What better way to keep Lucerys from fleeing than by tying him to them?
Aemond definitely doesn't mind raising a puppy that belongs to his alpfa friend, and Osferth is just thrilled to see Lucerys with a cute little baby bump on his soft tummy.
The two of them wouldn't hesitate to line up the three of them in heat, both of them taking turns, sharing and making sure Lucerys ends up with two bleeding mating marks on his neck and a cute baby inside his youngest's belly.
Osferth would be the one who takes the turn to indulge the nightly cravings, while Aemond the daytime ones. Both of them always caring abput the morning sickness and give him tons and tons of kisses ang hugs.
Both would care little for the fit of rage their precious omega child threw at them when he noticed they had altered the moon tea, or when he learned from the maester that he was expecting twins.
They were both happy to have their precious boy by their side, and even more so knowing that they were going to be parents and the twins might get a little lonely after a while.

* Jacaerys always seemed to seek the attention of his uncle, as they were growing. Aemond always tried to be with Jacaerys at all times. The boys would throw tantrums when their parents would separate the two, crying as if the distance between them caused pain, nobody understood what Aemond knew.
Jacaerys was born to be his, and nothing and no one can change that.
Or

House of the Dragon A/B/O-Verse:

Fanfic Idea! (ABO Lucemond, where Lucerys shares the same fate as Aemma)
Lucerys has always been compared to his late grandmother Aemma. Besides his hair, he looked just like her, from the shape of his eyes to the way he smiles, it was like Aemma was back, reborn as the son she could never have.
When he was younger, he didn't know how to feel with this comparison. He has never met her, grandmother Aemma was introduced to him through his mother's stories and his grandfather's mournful eyes, a woman loved by all, they told him, and a woman taken by the gods too soon.
Now that he was older, he felt a strange companionship with grandmother Aemma, despite not having met her at all, for they share more in common than features. It was the fact they could not give birth to boys.
The war ended with both green and black leaders dead and Lucerys and Aemond forced to marry to create a new start. It wasn't easy, however they both swore that as long as the other is alive, they would stay faithful to each other. And their marriage became bearable. Until the problem became evident.
Lucerys' first children were twin girls, one looking entirely like himself, and the other looking entirely like Aemond. He nicknamed them his "heart" and his "soul", naming them Aemma and Rhaenyra, despite what others say. He loved both with everything he had. There were disgruntled people, disappointed that the first of their line were women, but not worried, it at least showed that Lucerys can give birth.
His next was another daughter, a pure Targaryen beauty with brown eyes, and he named her Alyssane, to appease his husband by giving her a Targaryen name close to Aemond's mother. She was nicknamed his "sweet girl". By then whispers began, though others say they were still young and can still create a boy.
When Daenys, his "darling", the fourth girl with blond curly hair and purple eyes came to be, the greens' mutters turned into a roar, demanding that Aemond marry a second wife, because this one wasn't giving them the male heir they needed. Lucerys was stressed with their words, and though Aemond have not shown any dislike when it came to his children (quite the contrary, he showed great love to them), it didn't change the fact that the greens blame Lucerys for not being able to produce a son, already asking for Aemond to find another wife.
Lucerys' only comfort was knowing that Aemond wouldn't hurt the children, for despite their fights and their loveless marriage, both know that they would rather die than harm their children. It didn't change the fact that there were people already asking for Lucerys' removal and for someone else to take his place, and he knows just how much a second woman can change the lives of his own girls.
So he tried, desperately tried. He prayed to the Fourteen Flames, then to the Seven (much to his disgust, but he was desperate). He asked others what they did to have a boy and took their advice. He stopped eating sweets (which broke his heart), he drank medicine and even followed smallfolk remedies. He was pregnant again, and he prayed it was a boy.
And it was, but he died during labor. It was a horrific thing. He was breathing, crying, then he was silent. Sudden deaths of babes weren't uncommon, but it didn't hurt any less. When he was physically capable, he tried again. Aemond was uncomfortable with this, seeing as it had only been months since the death of their son, but Lucerys begged Aemond, and soon he was with child once more. Unfortunately, someone has tried to poison him during his pregnancy, resulting in a miscarriage as well as making it harder for him to give birth.
It was a painful thing to hear while he was weak, only able to let his tears fall slowly as Aemond held his hand, a surprisingly kind gesture from the usually calm and cold man.
When the greens heard it, their words were spread. The omega is useless. Find a new wife and give them the male heir they needed.
Lucerys' girls visited every day during his "sickness", cheering him up for a few hours, before leaving, despite wishing to sleep on his bed like they used to. He eventually got better, and Aemond and his daughters became his little shadows, following him everywhere.
After a year or so, it was surprising to hear that he has gotten pregnant again. They were so careful, checking his food and drink, his clothes. They doubled up the guards, his daughters would act like little patrolmen, entering the room and looking around for anything strange that might hurt their muña before saying that the room was clear, letting him in gently. He didn't like it, but allowed himself to be treated like a fragile thing, afraid of losing another one. Then he was in labor for a whole day and night, and the Maester gave Aemond a choice, Lucerys or the babe.
Lucerys was delirious, but he heard the Maester, and turned to Aemond. Who would he choose? A possibility of his heir, or Lucerys, the mother of children?
His mind went to overdrive. His girls, would they harm them? If he was gone, they have no one else but Aemond, what if the new wife they call for would harm them? They were still too young. He remembered what happened to his mother, how she explained her life living under the new queen's thumb, being abused by the greens and being looked down on by them all. Would his girls have to endure all that if he was gone? Would they need to fight their half-siblings? Would they even be allowed to live if the new wife would give birth to a boy?
Aemond looked at him, his face full of fright and fear and pain and a mix of other emotions he wasn't sure what he looked like, before he held his hand rightly, kissing his wrist, and turned to the Maester. "We have enough children."
Aemond chose him. He didn't know how to feel about that, when he came to. But his husband chose him over a chance of their child being a boy. This made him unconsciously relax. He would choose him over an heir. That was the truth he needed to hear.
He rested, the child gone from his belly, and the Maester told him that he will no longer be able to have any more children. It didn't feel as painful as it would have been before.
He hoped Aemond would continue to believe that they have enough.
Then he heard rumors, of a certain Baratheon chit who tried entering Aemond's chambers wearing a green gown similar to Alicent's old gowns, to comfort him for the death of another son, only to be coldly rejected and thrown out. It made him smile, the weight on his shoulder slowly disappearing, leaving him the most relaxed he's ever been in a while.
Aemond began to sleep next to Lucerys every night. Lucerys has no complaints. Soon, their children came to sleep with them too. Again, no complaint was given. He knows they would need to deal with a lot of problems after he heals, but for now it was just him, his husband, and their daughters together, enjoying each other's warmth.
---------------
Enjoy the fluff while I go back to reviewing for a statistics exam🫠.

Can I fix him? Probably not. I fucking love his actor Ewan omg he is a precious baby boy😭 Aemond can fucking die by dragon fire 👌🏻😂 but I will still write about him because I’m delulu
Your dragon: Another Daughter of Silver wing roughly the same size as Caraxes, looks like Syrax just different colour and size with a different shape head closer to Silverwing mix of grey body and white wings Name - Elea
Set around after Rhaenys’s death
PART 1
Being sent back to the red keep was daunting, your mothers story’s of her life in the keep didn’t seem this daunting with her fathers rule and her mother when she was alive. Nobody knows you here, if they did it’d be a shock nobody regards you as a Targaryen, they see you and think of a lowlife piglet as some have said. Despite your mothers proudness of you, despite her always wanting to say this is my first born show some damn respect or suffer dragon fire, you always dressed down, made handmaid dresses, common folk dresses and stood on the crowd or to the side line. When your mother would spot you she would try to beckon you over, you always told her you were too sick to go to the meetings, party’s, gatherings whatever was happening, but instead you’d been there as a servant hidden. When your mother would address it you’d shrug her off, more than once have you snapped at her accidentally before apologising and just saying it’s for the best. You’ve never ridden your dragon, to scared too even when she came out of the dragon pit and claimed you. It scared you that day when your mother was heading to go out on Syrax and another dragon appeared, much bigger than Syrax and the colours of the moon with silver eyes staring at you. She bent her neck to you while your mother beamed proudly urging you to go on. You didn’t, you apologised to the dragon in high Valyria, ordered it to go back to its den and bid your mother farewell. Your dragon Elea did not take kind to being told to go back to bed, you were out taking a walk when she swooped you, landed heavily in front of you and snorted angrily. How you ever explained to dragon that you cannot ride her was beyond you, it took three weeks before she gave in to your demands to reside where she lived and be merry on her own before she chose you. Now with everything that’s happened, your mother has been more persistent about you riding Elea, this war turning to the dragons to take down the Queen of them all, Vhagar and her prince rider. You couldn’t though, so you snuck off.
You weren’t here to reminisce though, or think about how you left your mother without telling her or Elea. You went to the red keep, managed to get past the guarded gate with the help of Mysaria and her whisperers and got a job as a maid in the castle right under their noses. You thought all was going well till you met eyes with the prince regent and his one good eye glinted. You were pouring drinks at the council, standing off to the side with a jug of wine in hand pretending not to listen. This is what you were good for, listening, gathering information, not riding dragons into war. You see the flick of fingers and walk to pour more wine into the princes cup. You hold your breath, too many times have you caught his scent and frozen from it. You glanced briefly to his face, first mistake, his nose flared, jaw clenching his one good eye staring at you. Another gift from your father no true light purple Targaryen eye colour. You quickly looked away and resumed your post. Nothing of importance in these meetings so far apart from the prince regent taking his mother off the council.
You were roaming the halls hoping to steal some secrets or whispered when someone called your name, your true name and not the servant name you made up. You pretended not listen knowing that voice too well till you were snatched into a thankful empty room, an angry alpha prince staring down at you.
“My prince!” You say surprised and bow your head.
“Drop the act little niece” his words are venom but you keep your eyes on the ground and shake your head.
“I am of no relation to the prince, apologies if I have deceived you in that way” you bend your knees in a curtsey keeping your eyes on the floor and your breath still. He says your name and you try not to flinch at the smoothness of it. Instead you take a small breath regretting it when his scent hits your nose. Two fingers go under your chin and you’re forced to look at him, you don’t know how he could recognise you, how anyone could, nobody knew you.
“My prince I am late for my duties” you say in hopes of deterring him. He holds your chin and tilts your head to the side slightly making you frown before he leans down. Hot breath fans against your neck and your body shudders.
“I could always sense you in the shadows” he mutters.
“Smell you close by but always hiding” he adds and you try to relax your body.
“Are you embarrassed of being a Targaryen?” He asks and your hand moves without warning. You grip his wrist and tug it from your chin his head lifting up. Your hand holds his wrist tightly like you want to snap it off and you struggle to breathe.
“I am the embarrassment” it slips from your lips. You stare harshly at his top buttons on his jacket, eyes narrow.
“So you admit you are who I say you are?” You can hear his smirk and realise you hadn’t let go of his wrist. Holding it between you both.
“Excuse me my prince” is all you manage before you’re holding your dress just above your feet and rushing down the halls to the servants quarters a burning in your chest.

I 1000% agree that Aemond would be an amazing Alpha. I'd love a fic of him and his beloved Omega. Like meeting and claiming and heat and all sorts. Gods. It would be so good. He'd never let Aegon or Daemon near her. And Rhaenyra would want to be close to another omega because gods alphas can be a lot. And Helaena is 100% a beta. She'd be the only one that Aemond would probably let bear his omega.
OMG Yes to everything! 👏
Aegon wouldn't be allowed within 15 ft of Aemond's Omega at all times and Daemon would need a escort and Aemond would have to be present. No way he would allow his Omega to be near them or any other Alpha (his father is the exception)
Rhaenyra would LOVE to have another Omega around to keep company. Surrounded by Alpha pheromones and their peacocking causes enough headaches so she would relish the change. Also it's just nice to have someone like her around to keep her sane and to probably gossip a bit 😉
Helaena would also like the company. As a Beta she is often used to keep the Alphas calm so it's a nice change of pace to spend time with an Omega who doesn't expect anything from her.
(ALSO I absolutely love the idea of Helaena being a Beta. Better to calm down Alpha!Aegon 👌)
Aemond definitely has his hands full keeping his Omega safe. Makes his instincts even more intense and causes him to be extremely overprotective and possessive. When she nears her Heat Aemond wouldn't even let her leave their room or allow anyone but his mother or Helaena to enter.
And when she's in Heat?? Oh boy 🥵
Would spend a majority of the day scenting her and marking her with his own scent. Would keep her on his knot and growl at the slightest noise from their bedchamber doors. Would hand feed her and bathe her when needed just to roll around in their nest to get his scent back on her.
Would also come over her cunt and breasts. Further marking his territory.

I am Yours, You are Mine -Aemond T.
This is an A/B/O fic. You have been warned.
Everyone knew, they had always known.
It wasn’t hard to figure out from what I assume, my mothers children are all boys with brown hair and brown eyes, I have white hair and purple eyes. Everyone knew my older brother Jace and my younger brothers Luke and Joffrey were Harwin Strongs children and just like that, everyone knew that I was the daughter of Daemon Targaryen.
Laenor hadn’t been able to give my mother a child and I looked nothing like him, Daemon however…I’m told I’m the spitting image of him. So while I am technically a bastard, I’m also full Targaryen, so I was never treated like it. I was born only 5 moons after Aemond was and therefore was raised with him in a way, as we grew up his older brother Aegon and my older brother Jace got close, at least closer than they were to us and Aemond got picked on a lot. He didn’t have a dragon, and while I didn’t either, everyone knew to leave me alone, whether it was because I was a girl or because I was Daemons daughter I don’t know. My father is the only current Targaryen Alpha in the world and that made people so much more terrified of him than they already were.
Most people in the world present as Betas, it’s normal and no one really thinks twice about it, an Alpha however is a blessing from the Gods. He will be stronger, and tougher, and defend your family better than a Beta can, at least that’s what people believe, an Alphas instincts being so much stronger than a Betas, the only presentation stronger still is an Omega, and an Omega is considered a blessing from the mother herself. Presentation happens around puberty but usually you can see certain traits in children to tell if they will be anything other than a Beta, my mother believes I will be an Omega because even with a father like Daemon I’m quiet and sweet, always the most submissive in the room which for a Princess is a good thing.
Aemond and I spent more and more time together as we got older, him being shunned from the group with his older brother and mine, along with Luke who followed them around like a puppy and didn’t mind getting pranked once in a while. Aemond was the smartest of all of them, he enjoyed learning, and training, but most of all, he had no dragon. Neither of our dragon eggs hatched and the both of us bonded over that, and I always tried to make my uncle feel better when they had been particularly cruel, like the day they gave him a pig instead of a dragon. We skipped dinner that night and sat together in the library for hours just talking. He was my best friend, and my closest ally in the world, we made promises to always be there for each other.
The promises of children never seem to last though…even if the children weren’t the ones to break them.
After Joffrey was born mother moved us back to Dragonstone, me kicking and screaming, clinging to my uncle who held me just as tightly until our mothers gave up. We had a small second of hope as I wrapped my arms around his neck and he held me to him so tightly it almost hurt. That’s when our mothers called for their guards and we were yanked apart harshly and I was carried all the way to the ship that would take us home.
We weren’t apart for long after that, my fathers wife dying in childbirth brought us back together for her funeral. As soon as I saw him I pulled away from Jace and ran to Aemond who held me close and breathed in my scent as I did his, it was a comfort that only we seemed to give each other. I stayed by his side holding his arm while everyone spoke about Laena, saying kind words about a women I barely knew while my “father” stood in the ocean below, crying for the Gods only know how long.
Aegon was with us for some time, watching the maids and being his normal vile self and eventually we were alone, speaking as if no time had passed at all. That moment as we sat on the steps talking would be one I regret for many years to come, watching Aemond as he gazed at Vhagar. I knew my uncle wanted a dragon, more than even I did and I told him he should go, as the sun went down and people filed inside to bed, I encouraged him to mount her while he had the chance. 2 hours later I was awoken to a knight running into my room to check on me and seeing I was in bed and fine. I followed him downstairs to my mothers relief, Luke was bleeding from the nose, Alicent was angry beyond belief and my uncle and best friend sat with a maester stitching his eye up. I moved to his side quickly, taking his hand in my own and holding it tightly, allowing him to squeeze it as he got stitched up and everyone continued screaming. I didn’t care for the politics, I didn’t care for the threats, or insults, only that my favorite person sat beside me maimed and my brothers had done it. I stayed by his side for the rest of the evening, even as the maester gave him milk of the poppy to be able to sleep, snuggling into his chest and feeling his arms around me as he slept soundly and all the while I felt sick to my stomach knowing that what Jace had said to me when I hugged my mother had been completely true… ‘This is all your fault’
I was taken from Aemond’s bed late in the morning, he had awoken to eat and been put back to sleep, all the while clinging to my hand. My mother took us home immediately, we went back to Dragonstone and so did Daemon who quickly married my mother as soon as Laenor passed.
Jace and Luke were quick to blame me for everything, knowing that I had encouraged Aemond to mount Vhagar, maybe if I hadn’t he would still have his eye and I wouldn’t have had to leave again. Maybe Rhaena wouldn’t despise me for “helping to steal her mothers dragon” even if I don’t believe you can have claim to a dragon if it hasn’t chosen you. Jace and Luke spent all their time with Baela and Rhaena and I was left alone, not wanting to be near my brothers to hear about how much they and Aemond despise me, how the only person I had ever truly loved besides my mother wouldn’t even write to me anymore no matter how many times I wrote him apologizing. My mother and father were the only people I ever spoke to anymore, Daemon practically claiming me as his own even if he couldn’t “officially” do that and I learned that being alone is better for everyone, especially once I presented. Jace, Luke, Baela and Rhaena had all presented as Betas as expected but I was “blessed” to a life as an Omega, suffering through my heats alone in a locked room, only maids to bring me food and try to relieve my pain which never worked.
I was 15 before I was truly blessed with anything in my life, out for a walk by myself, having escaped my guard and stumbling upon a dragon. The Grey Ghost was a name given to a shy, pale dragon, one I never hoped to even get a glimpse of in my life and I suddenly had, his eyes locked on mine as if waiting to see what I would do and so I reached into my bag to get the bread I brought with me and the fish I planned to cook on my little adventure, tossing them to him and watching as he snubbed the bread and ripped the fish apart. I had sat down on a boulder, watching as he ate, assuming this would be the only time I would ever see this elusive creature but it wasn’t. He had laid down to nap after eating and the next day he sat at the same spot as I brought him an even bigger fish. That went on for nearly 2 weeks of me bringing him food and talking to him before he approached me and allowed me to touch him, letting me mount him after that. I kept him away from the pits, away from everyone who only saw him when I went flying, knowing he was just as comfortable around people as I was, which was not at all. I even had all of my riding gear dyed as close to his color as I could, making it truly impossible for anyone, even another dragon rider to find us in a cloud bank. Daemon was impressed, believing it was a useful skill, especially for an Omega to be able to hide like that. Life continued on like that until Corlys’ injury, resulting in all of us needing to return to Kings Landing to fight for Luke’s inheritance. I was less than enthusiastic about going but my mother forced me onto the ship.
In Kings landing once again I was stuck with Jace and Luke as mother and Daemon wanted to go see Grandfather, forcing me to follow them to the training yard that I hadn’t seen since I was a small child. Everyone’s attention was on a fight in the center of the yard and I pushed between Jace and Luke to be able to see, seeing Criston Cole fighting a young man with an eye patch and knowing instantly that it’s Aemond, and that he is winning, dodging the mace repeatedly before his blade was at Cole’s throat and I ducked behind Jace and Luke, catching a very strong Alpha scent as I did and feeling my stomach twist into a knot.
‘Nephews. Have you come to train?’ He questioned and I knew they were no where close to as good as he is, he would kill them. They had continued training but not very much and Aemond is clearly quite passionate about it. ‘Niece, lovely to see you again…or smell you I should say, and what a lovely scent it is. Hmm?’ I blushed darkly, not moving from behind my brothers until Jace turned and pushed me to walk back the other way.
‘I would stay close if I were you sister, wouldn’t want to be alone with him, would you?’ Luke teased and I wanted desperately to strangle the cocky little bastard but the last time I had hit him I’d given him a black eye and made him cry like a bitch, mother made sure I knew Omegas should never be violent, especially when they’ve been trained by Daemon and could make a man feel emasculated enough to be murderous.
I sighed, rolling my eyes and following them inside, finding my room as quickly as I could and locking the doors. I sat on the windowsill and stared out over Kings Landing, seeing a dip in the clouds and knowing my dragon had followed us, it was a comfort in case I needed an escape and knowing my family, I definitely will.
I stayed in my room until my mother came to get me, walking all of us together down to the throne room where I stayed as close to my father as I could, feeling men’s eyes on me, flinching from one who leaned in to smell me making my father turn and glare down at him, the man moving to the other end of the room quickly. I held onto his belt as Otto Hightower spoke, feeling eyes on me and knowing Aemond was staring as well. That same Alpha scent was back and my stomach felt like it was quivering as the wonderful smell assaulted me. My attention was only drawn when the doors opened to reveal our grandfather looking rough…half dead honestly as he walked into the room, stumbling up to his throne, Daemon helping him as he dropped his crown and leaving me exposed with no one to hide behind until he came back. I watched on, thoroughly entertained as Vaemond shouted about Luke and Jace being bastards, and actually couldn’t contain my snort as Daemon cut off his head though as expected nothing happened to him and Luke keeps his inheritance.
‘Now, if we’re through with this useless event, I think we can-‘
‘Actually my King, if I may?’ Otto asked, approaching the throne and mumbling something to him quietly.
‘Are you sure? Rhaenyra! Why was I unaware of your daughter presenting as an Omega?’ The King asked and my blood ran cold, Daemon pushing me completely behind him.
‘She was not ready for every noble man in the kingdom to be vying for her hand Father, I was protecting my baby. I apologize if you think I’ve hidden it from you but that was never my intention.’ She explained.
‘My girl, this is wonderful! Otto is right, there’s no need for anyone to look for a husband when we have a perfect Targaryen Alpha right here. Honestly I always did believe Aemond and Y/n would end up marrying, they were so sweet when they were babes.’ I backed away from Daemon, moving around the crowd and moving towards the doors the maids use to get to the kitchen quickly. ‘My son, you will take Y/n as your wife, do you have any objections?’ The King asked and I waited a moment, waiting for him to start yelling, or begging to get out of it…but he didn’t.
‘It will be my honor Father. Thank you.’
‘Well then it is settled, there will be a wedding, right here tomorrow night-‘
‘Tomorrow?!’ My mother exclaimed.
‘I’m a sickly, old man Rhaenyra, I would like to witness their union before I pass on. You can afford me that, can you not?’ He questioned and I knew my mother would cave at that as I got to the door, pushing it open quietly.
‘Father, I would like to request one thing. Since it must be such a quick wedding, I would like to do it in the traditional Valyrian custom.’ Aemond asked and I took pause.
When we were children we discussed just this, we talked about how we would be married one day and I told Aemond that I wanted to do it right, in the old customs. Since the day I learned of the traditional wedding I thought it was beautiful and I wanted it more than anything, Aemond promising me the perfect wedding. The idea that he remembered and even cared enough to request such a thing brought tears to my eyes.
‘I don’t see why not, I leave it to my wife and daughter to sort out the details with the bride and groom.’ My mother and the queen? And they want me in the middle of that? Fuck no.
I turned, leaving out the door, quickly running down the corridor and into the kitchens which were busy making dinner, allowing me to run through quickly and out another side door. I just made it to the gardens and down the steps, hiding in the bushes when a guard rushed out after me. ‘Princess! Princess! Your mother demands your presence!’ He shouted, running into the garden while I crept out and down the side of the castle. One good thing about growing up in a castle, you learn how to get around quickly and unseen.
I looked up to the sky, hoping to see my dragon, knowing exactly what he looks like now that I’ve spent so many years by his side and on his back. ‘Come on Ghost! Where are you?’ I questioned, getting down the stairs to the front of the castle, peeking around the corner to see many guards and I quickly moved around the wall and past the gates to the plaines where I knew Vhagar rested by the water. I kept far away from the resting place of the nearly 2 centuries old dragon and whistled, seeing the grayish white color separate from the clouds and dive down towards the ground, landing just ahead of me and just as he nudged his giant head into me in greeting a voice stopped me.
‘Byka Zaldrīzes!’ I froze, knowing only my uncle had ever called me that. He had since we were kids and I was trying to comfort him when he was upset about not having a dragon. My child brain figured, I’m a Targaryen, I can be your dragon and it made him laugh so hard he couldn’t breathe. He called me Little Dragon ever since. ‘Where are you going to go?’ He asked, not yelling…not even seeming angry.
‘Home…’
‘Going home already, and I didn’t get a hello or a goodbye. I admit, I had hoped for a different reaction.’ He stepped closer, Ghost growling but not doing anything more as I shushed him to keep him calm. ‘You used to be excited by the prospect of us being married.’ That wonderful Alpha scent came over me again and I could no longer deny that it was him I was smelling, though deep down I knew it was. ‘You can’t even look at me?’ His voice held more emotion now, upset at the idea I couldn’t face him.
‘Please Aemond, please stop this? You don’t want to be married to me, there’s no point in whatever you’re doing…’ I told him, turning to face him and I couldn’t deny how beautiful he is. I had always found him cute but he had become incredibly handsome the past 9 years.
‘You dare tell me what I want? You?! After all of this time?! I have always wanted you Y/n and I always will, nothing will change that apart from you telling me you no longer love me and that my face is too much for you to accept as your Lord Husband.’ My eyes widened and I took an unintentional step forward.
‘Aemond, you are beautiful, you always have been! No scar changes that, and it could certainly not change the way I feel for you-‘
‘Then why do you run from me? Why have you spent 9 years not answering my letters? Why do you find it so hard to look me in the face? Why-‘
‘Because it’s my fault!’ I shouted, unable to take his questions anymore. ‘Because if I hadn’t encouraged you it wouldn’t have happened, no one would have fought, you wouldn’t have lost your eye! It’s my fault! And Jace and Luke, they tell me all the time and I don’t want to hear how much you hate me! I don’t want to hear you lie and tell me I ignored you, I wrote you every day for months! You never responded and I don’t think I can handle hearing how much you hate me Kepus…I can’t…’ the tears were now streaming down my face like crazy and as I reached to wipe them away he grabbed ahold of my wrists, forcing me to look at him.
‘You think I blame you?’ His voice was so soft it actually startled me. ‘Y/n…first of all I never got letters from you and I’m realizing you didn’t receive mine either which I’m assuming was your brothers but Gods Y/n! I have Never blamed you for that night!’ His face was so serious and hard I knew he wasn’t lying.
‘Never?’
‘Not for one second! You are the only one who gave me any kind of comfort, everyone else was either scared or angry, but you just held me. I loved you so much in that moment I thought my heart would explode! Waking up next to you in the morning, in so much pain, but you were there to make me feel better…then you were gone. My Little Dragon was gone and I couldn’t even speak to her, and now I come to find out you’re carrying guilt that has never been yours to hold! Your brother did that, not you, Luke! He chose to pick up that blade and slice my face, not you! And Vhagar was no one’s to claim, she chose me and I chose her, and yes you helped make me feel better about it but I was going to go to her no matter what you said…please let go of that guilt, my Princess?’ I nodded, sniffling as he let go of my arms and used his thumbs to wipe my eyes before leaning close and pressing his lips to mine. ‘You’re mine Byka Zaldrīzes, all mine!’ He swore, kissing me again, harder this time and pulling me flush against his chest. ‘My Little Dragon is going to be my wife, the mother of my children, my perfect little Omega…Fuck you smell amazing!’ He groaned, digging his face into my neck and inhaling deeply.
‘That’s enough!’ A deep voice shouted and Aemond jumped but I knew exactly who it was.
‘Father, you ruin everything.’ I teased and he just smiled as he got closer, Ghost rumbling in irritation at how many people are here now, seemingly willing to deal with my Alpha and that is all. ‘Did you take my letters?’ I asked and he instantly looked confused.
‘What?’
‘The letters I wrote Aemond, and the letters he wrote me, we never got them. Was it you? I am asking you despite the fact that you’re the least likely…I’m going to kill Jace…and Luke.’ I told him and he seemed irritated.
‘If they really did that, then they will be punished, I assure you. However right now, we need to get you back inside and help your mother plan a wedding.’ I hesitated but nodded my head, moving to follow Daemon and he turned to walk away as well just as I pulled away from Aemond and climbed onto Ghost.
‘Y/n, what are you doing?’ He laughed.
‘You think I’m going to mediate our mothers? Not gonna happen, by this time tomorrow we’ll be married or they’ll be dead, but I won’t be in the middle. Bye father!’ I shouted, hearing Ghost rumble. ‘Sovēs!’ I commanded before he leapt into the air and began climbing towards the clouds. ‘You saved my life, you know that?’ He screeched and I snorted. ‘Not really I suppose, but it wouldn’t have been fun…at all.’ We stayed like that, flying contently over the clouds for several minutes before Ghost seemed agitated and I turned to see the shadow of a large dragon above us causing me to push Ghost down before seeing Vhagar behind us, Aemond laughing while Ghost complained. ‘Not Funny Kepus!’ I shouted, diving after him as he turned to land on a nearby island.
‘I like it when you call me that, Princess.’ He told me as we both got our feet back on the ground.
‘Really? I would have thought you would hate it. My father does, it makes him feel Old when my mother uses it.’ I laughed and he just snorted, laying out his jacket for me to sit on so I could be comfortable.
‘He is nearly 20 years older than your mother, of course he hates it. When you say it, it just excites me.’
‘Hmm, well then I will refrain. Wouldn’t want to excite you too much, would we?’ I leaned into his side and he wrapped his arms around me, Vhagar laying down behind us and Ghost wanting to lay his head on my lap but I wouldn’t let him with Aemond here too.
‘I knew you would be a perfect little Omega, I just knew it. So perfect Y/n, and all mine.’ Aemond’s nose trailed through my hair and I loved the feeling.
‘Not yet Kepus, you need to wait to say that until we’re married-‘
‘Are you going to tell me that you belong to someone else, Omega? Because I will remove their organs.’ He threatened. ‘I’m already keeping myself from killing your brothers so save yourself more problems. If any man has dared put their hands on you-‘
‘Aemond!’ I exclaimed, laughing as he went on his tirade. ‘No one has touched me! Jace tried once when I went into heat the first time but I smacked him so hard his ears rang for a week. I love the possessive attitude but no one has touched me.’ I teased him, giggling as he trailed his nose over my scent gland, groaning.
‘Good, because I would’ve killed them. I told you before, you’re all mine Byka Zaldrīzes, Alphas pretty little Omega.’ His lips wrapped around my scent gland, sucking on my neck and making me cry out. ‘Oh, such sweet little sounds you make for me, my good girl.’ He teased, pushing me onto my back and laying over top of me, arm circling my waist. ‘I’ve waited so long to have you under me like this, to have to wait one more day is torture.’
‘You will survive Kepus, no one will keep us apart again…I am yours, and you are mine. Forever.’ I trailed my fingers up his jaw to his cheek and removed his eyepatch, dropping it to the ground and taking his face into my hands, his eyes closing as I held him.
‘Should they try, I will set this whole world on fire my love. No one will dare take you from me again.’ His voice was firm and fiery, every bit the Dragon that he was always meant to be.
As he leant down, I turned my head and let his lips touch my cheek. ‘We’re not yet married Aemond.’
‘Surely you can afford me a kiss, we will be married by this time tomorrow, don’t make me wait to kiss you one moment longer.’ I had to giggle at the way he made it seem like a life or death situation. ‘I had your first when we were only 8, I would have your last before you’re married.’ His fingers trailed over my cheek as I blushed a dark red before I leaned closer and felt his lips on mine. They were soft and warm as he held me close. I touched my fingers softly to the scar under his eye, hating that he had had to suffer so much pain and I couldn’t even be there for him, or even write to him. ‘I am sorry this is the face you must look at for the rest of our marriage, I-‘
I glared up at him and flicked his nose hard before he could finish speaking. ‘You will not speak ill of the man I love that way! Do you hear me? I care very little about a scar, I’m just sorry that I could not stop it.’
‘Little Dragon-‘
‘All this scar shows me is how strong and tough my husband is. It tells me that I will be safe in his arms and bed, and that our children will never know the feeling of danger…I love you Aemond.’ I could see the unshed tears in his eye that I knew he would never let fall and I pressed my lips to his again.
‘I love you Y/n. You are mine, and I am yours. ‘
For everyone who asked me for more Aemond content as well as those who asked for more Alpha/Omega fics.
I hope you liked it, cause I loved writing it!

That's my bad
That fateful day at Driftmark two very important things happened and only one thing changed the course of Daemons life.
The first thing that happened was Aemond, his nephew, lost his eye. Very gruesome. Very sad. Very bad. Moving on.
The second and most important thing to happen was the presentation of Rhaena, his youngest daughter, and Lucerys, his great nephew. The screams, the chaos, the anger, the fear and the bloodshed drove the two into early presentation.
Rhaena and Lucerys were Omega's. Not just any Omega's though.
Royal Omega's descended from the Targaryen and Valeryon bloodlines.
The last Omega royal in Westeros was Rhaenys Targaryen, beloved sister-wife of Aegon the conqueror.
So, when Daemon and Rhaenyra entered the hall the first thing the Alpha prime picked up on was the scent of distressed Omega's. Distressed children, their scents still had that milk and honey after tones most pups had and so he stood closer and released calming pheromones.
Not exactly something he uses a lot but if he had to do so to calm the little ones he would.
He first looked at his youngest daughter, crying and shaking but no longer hysterical within her grandmothers' arms. She smelled of Seabreeze, from her alpha mother, fire, from him, and exotic fruits. The ones that were always sweet. She glanced at him, and he gave her a nod of reassurance. She would be safe for he was here, and he would kill anyone who came close to her.
Once she looked away and had fully burrowed into her grandmother's side did, he look away and his nose led him to the second scent and oh wasn't that a surprise.
Sea salt, from Laenor, Fire, from Rhaenyra, and Citrus fruits. The boy was a Valeryon with Arryn colourings. How fitting that the Omega would take after his grandmother more than his mother.
Rhaenyra was stepping forward and talking, they were all talking, discussing the missing eye and the fight but Daemon did not care.
Could they not, see?
Could they not open their eyes and look at the two most important beings right in front of them?
Two Omega's!
Both born from Targaryen and Valeryon bloodlines! Both presented at the same time! This is what Daemon would call a sign from the God's!
Then it happened those words shot through his ears like an arrow.
"Ser Criston bring me the eye of Lucerys Valeryon!" Alicent said and before the knight could set foot near the young Prince, Daemon had drawn dark sister and run him through.
He put his sword through the man's abdomen and angled it up towards one of his lungs. As soon as it was pierced the hall fell silent and they listened to the Knights sick gurgling as he choked on his own blood.
Daemon watched the life drain from his eyes before he removed his sword. He used his shirt to remove the blood before sheathing the sword and looked up.
The hall had gone still and silent.
Alicent had gone for Viserys's dagger, and Rhaenyra, the she-dragon she was, was ready to defend her sons with her own body, Corlys had dragged Lucerys and Jacaerys behind him while the Driftmark soldiers surrounded them, Rhaenys had covered Baela and Rhaena's ears and eyes before she too was surrounded by guards.
Otto Hightower stepped forward to speak, most likely smooth over the fact that his daughter tried to hurt the heirs to the throne's son and the heir to Driftmark, but Daemon held his finger up, telling the man to hold his tongue.
He looked around him and could see the little ones peeking out from behind their protectors.
"It absolutely sickens me what is happening here," he started and as soon as Alicent went to yell at him he held his finger up to her as well.
"I feel for the boy who decided to claim a dragon, truly I do. My brother and I can attest that we have done the same bull-headed thing but what I do not sympathize with is his way of doing so. Syrax has laid another clutch, Rhaenyra had told me she wished to give one to Rhaena, my daughter was made aware. This boy took a dragon, commendable on his part, truly brave, but then he proceeded to gloat of it and call into question the legitimacy of his nephews, which could have them put to death. He spits fire and brimstone at them, and they are expected to take it. To make matters worse they fight, as all children do and when That boy, a boy of ten holds a rock over the heirs, heir prepared to bash his skull open, what did you expect to happen?!" Daemon seethed at the people around them.
It was still quiet.
He turned his attention to the youngest of his nephews.
"Who told you these vile rumours about your nephew?" Daemon asked.
His lone eye looked left to right before settling on a figure, "Aegon told me,” He said and Daemon saw Viserys grow angry.
"Aegon who told you these things and don't think of lying to me like your brother just did. I am not your father nor am I one of your guards, I will beat it out of you, I am a Prince as well."
Aegon looked around before finally meeting Daemons eyes and the older man could see the young man realizing it's not worth it.
"Mother and Grandsire told us that our nephews are bastards because of their hair and because none of them look like Ser Laenor," Aegon said and there flew the gasps and the whispers.
Daemon looked around before clearing his throat.
"Need I remind all of you that Aemma Arryn, our Good Queen who was taken too soon, had brown hair before it turned Targaryen white? Or that Rhaenys Valeryon, our Queen who never was, had her mother, Jocelyne Baratheon's brown hair before it turned Targaryen white? Both after they gave birth to their firstborns?" Daemon asked and once again the cogs were turning the dot's connecting and conclusions drawn.
"Now that it has all been cleared up, I would like to know why is it that when in danger the Princess is surrounded by the Driftmark guards, all of whom looked ready to kill should any harm come to her, and not by the Kings guard, those sworn to protect her?" That made Viserys pause before he looked around. The idea was planted.
"Now back to what I really wanted to discuss. You all stand in the presence of not one but two, newly presented royal Omega's. Rhaena and Lucerys have presented and all you can do is trade insults, spread rumours and try and kill each other. Show some decency for fuck's sake!" He yelled at them.
At least they had the decency to look ashamed.
He turned his back on them all before he held out his arms.
"Rhaena, Lucerys, come here," he beckoned them and before Lucerys left Corlys's side he nodded to the man. Telling him to ensure the Queen does not try running at Lucerys again.
The two Omega's stepped closer and Daemon scooped them up, one on each arm before he turned and faced Viserys and the rest of the court.
"Tonight, has been a long night and it has also been a tiring day. My daughters lost their mother, and my great nephews were attacked. I would like for us all to be dismissed and go back to bed so that we might continue this conversation tomorrow without having to worry about anyone running at children with swords," he did not give them time to respond, only turned around and walked out of the hall with the two Omega's in his arms and the other children following closely behind, even his nephews.
He led them to the nursery, where little Joffrey was sleeping soundly in his crib before he sat the two of them down on the blankets and pillows that were on the floor. The makeshift nest made for all the pups.
He tucked Rhaena and Luke in before he did the same to Baela, Jace, Heleana and her worm, for some reason, before he turned to Aegon.
Aemond would only be allowed to join them when the Measters were done with him but up until then he would stay within the measters chambers to recover.
Aegon looked as if he would rather be anywhere else.
Daemon approached him, he smelled of wine, he looked more sober now than ever and given tonight's events he most likely was.
He looked down on the young boy and he saw him squirm.
"You are an Alpha of house Targaryen. Younger brother to the next Queen. Pull yourself upright and start acting like it." Deamon ordered.
Aegon went to protest, all he ever did was protest, it seemed but Daemon cut him off.
"You might not realize it but these little ones behind me are your charges. As their older Uncle and brother, it is up to you to protect them and break up their fights when needed. You are their protector, and they do not need a drunk protector. They need their Uncle Aegon to be there for them."
Aegon's mouth fell open before he nodded his head and walked past Daemon towards the nest.
There were no discussions held the next morning for Laenor had "died". Daemon had no idea how it happened, but he was very certain that the corpse was not Laenor.
He and Rhaenyra married later that week, Corlys was against it at first but upon realizing that it would keep his granddaughters closer to him he insisted on officiating the wedding to ensure it was done right.
After the wedding, after Daemon and Rhaenyra bedding each other frequently it happened.
Daemon 'the rogue prince' Targaryen would be found at Dragonstone or Driftmark doing whatever Lucerys and Rhaena wanted.
If Rhaena wanted him to help her buy dresses he would do it. If Lucerys wanted him to take him flying, he would do it.
Daemon loved all the children equally and fully, but everyone agreed that the two Omega's had him wrapped around their pinkie fingers.
Most of the realm held the belief that Daemon would kill Rhaenyra's older boys to ensure his children sit the thrown but those were all snuffed out when the Princess and her brood attended a tourney in the Vale.
House Arryn were celebrating a marriage, and the entire realm was invited.
King Viserys, as weak, as tired and sick as he was, attended along with his second wife and their children.
Daemon, to the disappointment of everyone, refused to enter the tourney stating he had other things to do.
Rhaena, the sweet girl, was wrapped around her stepmothers middle the whole day and refused to let go of the Alpha woman for more than a few seconds, the Princess indulged her stepdaughter to no end and continued with her day as if nothing was amiss.
Then came the shock.
Daemon Targaryen was walking around the camps with nine name days old Lucerys, tucked safely within his arms, indulgently answering any questions the young Omega's asked him. Even going so far as to buy him whatever he wanted from the stalls.
It would be later in the tourney, the fifth day, that Deamon Targaryen would beat a Lannister Knight to death with his bare hands that the entire realm exhaled at the idea of the Rogue Prince killing any of Rhaenyra's boy's.
It is said that after consuming copious amounts of ale the Knight sat himself down next to Daemon and started talking like no other. It was only when the Knight started talking of Lucerys that the prince paid attention. The Knight spouted off and on about how the young Omega would make a good bargaining chip and that any Lord would be lucky to have his womb, then proceeded to say that the prince would have to find a good match for the boy unless he wants to be sat with a useless Omega son.
It was gruesome, to be sure, but everyone agreed then that Daemon would rather kill than sell any of Rhaenyra's boys off like cattle.
Then came the realms horror.
Daemon raised Rhaena and Lucerys to be every bit Targaryen as they were meant to. The two Omega's were considered to be the most spoiled to ever live, and some of the Omega's in Essos were given whatever they wanted for free.
Rhaena "The Bejewelled" Targaryen-Valeryon was named that because whenever one would see her, she would have jewels on. On her fingers, around her ankles, around her wrists, up her arms, around her neck and in her hair. A seamstress from Essos had been commissioned to make her a dress made from the finest jewels for the girls fourteenth name day. She only had the most expensive and lovely perfumes gifted to her and her grandfather even went as far as commissioning a ship in her name. The Jewelled Rhaena was best known for its reflection. Corlys has asked the boat builder to put only the best and brightest jewels into the mast.
Lucerys "The Pearl of Driftmark" Valeryon was named as such for his pale skin, resembling a pearl, his dragon Arrax, smaller than Syrax but somehow more spoiled than she, and all the pearls he had. Lucerys always wore pearls within his hair. His sword, something Omega's never wore for it took away from their beauty, had a hilt of pearls. The same Seamstress from Essos commissioned to make Rhaena's dress made Lucerys's dress shirts, tunics and pants. There was one pair of pants the entire realm adored. Tight black leather pants and on the outside seams, on each side, sewn into the fabric were some of the tiny but beautiful pearls ever found. Corlys, never one for small gestures, build a ship for his grandson as well. The Pale Pearl had big and small pearls encrusted into the ships wheel.
Both The Jewelled Rhaena and The Pale Pearl could always be seen traveling the same routes together and like all in the Valeryon fleet the sailors onboard the ship always held it up like a badge of honour.
Just like the two ships you could always find Rhaena and Lucerys together. Always busy with something important.
Spoiled to no end by their families the two Omega's have never been told no. Daemon Targaryen being the biggest supporter of such rule for his two Omegan children would indulge them even into his old age.
Lucerys and Rhaena had travelled all the Seven Kingdoms, something no one could say no to when they asked, they stayed with Lords and Ladies, dined with them, traded with them and even stolen a few hearts.
Out of all the Targaryen children, all who came before them really, they were given much more freedom and leeway, and the Realm loved and hated it.
For the two Omega Royals could smile so pretty, as they set ablaze an entire castle.
