‘ that’s quite a scratch you’ve got there.’ ( Aloy )

"What?" Aloy questioned, confused at what Kaaras meant. She looked over her arms and her body went she noticed the scratch he mentioned. Actually, it wasn't a scratch, it was a pretty nasty gash as she raised a brow. "Huh," She hummed lightly as if it was nothing to be concerned about.

"I've had worse, didn't even realize I was wounded," Aloy had a habit of becoming desensitized to wounds and pains amid a fight. She set down her spear next to her as she sat down and grabbed some cloth dressings to temporarily bandage the wound til they could return to camp.

After dealing with the red templars, Aloy's immediate concern became that of her companion. She put her spear on her back, and she immediately pointed toward the ground in a silent word to sit. "Well, my magic is a bit more… offensive," Aloy admitted, as she did not take to the healing techniques very well. She could do a little bit, at least stop bleeding but she knew it would take better healers.

However, she had something better in her opinion. She learned from Rost well how to use the world around her. She reached into her pack and started to pull out a few jars. "Perhaps you should find some chainmail for your legs," She noted, as even a thick hide could still be stabbed into. "This is going to sting, but it'll dull the pain," Aloy said, as she poured some of the liquid salve onto her hands and rubbed it around the edges of the blade, and rubbed it into the skin.

"Are you going to need a stick bite?" Aloy questioned because when she pulled it out she knew it probably hurt. However, the salve should dull the ache afterward.

Kaaras’ lips pulled back in a hiss to the sudden pain that throbbed down his leg. Damn. He wore chainmail as a precaution (because of course he did), but that didn’t mean those that were up close and personal couldn’t get a shot in. This time, they’d managed to stab a knife right into the thick of his thigh–where the chainmail did not cover. 

Qunari skin was extremely thick, but it was not invincible. Considering the rogue templars knew exactly who they were fighting against–the Inquisitor–they’d managed to make blades out of materials that were clearly strong enough to penetrate the thick hide of his kind.

“I don’t suppose you know a good healing spell, do you?” he asked, looking at the weapon that still protruded from his leg. He knew he had to pull it out eventually, but that was going to hurt…

"what did you think was gonna happen ?!" @ aloy !

"I don't know!" Aloy said, as she lifted up her hand and showed the mark on it. "this doesn't exactly have a scroll saying 'this is how you use this magic' for dummies!" Aloy said, as she found herself annoyed with the magic that had inflicted itself upon her. She glared at her palm, but at least mark had done something useful? She had only opened a tear in teh fade once, most of hte time she was trying to seal them. But in a quick attempt to get the demon away from Helena, she had just reacted and the magic seem to respond to her.

"Least the tear is close," Aloy said, walking toward the elf and offering her good hand toward her. "Come on, let's keep moving before a pack of bears decide to attack us next. I am really just wanting to take a break already,"
