Aloy lowered the bow as she placed it on her back, and the boar shot fell over before it even knew it was hunted. "I would hope so, I will be dead if I wasn't," Aloy said, as she tilted her head and headed toward the forest covering where the boar was laying and paused for a moment. Wait, did Kassandra compliment her? She wasn't used to such things, more times then not it was insults or annoyances and she took things so literally. Her instinct was Kassandra just commenting but now she was starting to try and break apart what Kassandra said.

Aloy prided herself on her skills, knowing it wasn't out of ego to be this good but out of necessity and survival. But when it came to others noticing, it was not a common action and so the compliment had thrown Aloy for a loop but she shook her head. "No, it's not that just…" how did one tell someone that compliments were not given in her line of life.

"It's just not something I'm used to," Aloy admitted, as she pushed her wild red hair back and put her foot on the head of the boar to pull out the arrow. It was a clean kill and the arrow was still of use so she placed it back in her quiver.

The way that arrow flew through the air with such precision, Kassandra couldn't help but to be impressed. A nod of approval (not that Aloy required it) came as the misthios glanced at how far off the boar was when it was hit. "True, but even then not many could make a shot like that. I'm impressed." It wasn't a compliment she paid lightly, to anyone. Kassandra considered herself quite the huntress, so if she was impressed... Watching Aloy, she raised a curious eyebrow. "What? Am I not allowed to compliment you on your skill now?"
