Home cooked vegan meal, Kota. @_vandanasharma is a very healthy conscious lady and takes very good care of mine whenever I visit home. Not only she makes sure I’m served all the green and leafy vegetables but also that I finish each and every bite of it. Being a good blogger has its own set of merits and demerits. While you’re binge eating the junk outside you don’t realise how much of toxin you store daily. Having the soulful food balances the diet and whitewashes your sins to some extent ( I hope😅). Nevertheless, my mom cooks the most amazing food and even the simplest of the recipes taste too good to be true. On my plate: Lauki ( bottle gourd curry), aloo gobhi masala ( potatoes and cauliflower cooked in tomato based curry), methidana ( pickled fenugreek seeds), Bhindi ( okra stir fried), mooli- mooli ke patte ( radish and leafs stir fried), mogri phali aloo ki sabji ( beans and potatoes stir fried), fried rice, chapati and salad. 🤤😋🍴 . . . .
