As an appetizer, I made a pb&j with cinnamon and honey on a hamburger bun. For my main course, can of organic black beans, can of sweet corn and can of basil/garlic diced tomatoes seasoned with pepper, smoked paprika and chili powder. For dessert, ginger molasses cookie treat 😎
