Récord brasileño u18 de salto con garrocha, por Ana Mykal

Fuente: Federacao Paulista de Atletismo La atleta Ana Mykal  Cardoso dos Santos(EC Pinheiros) saltó 3,90 metros en garrocha y batió el récord brasileño de la categoría u18. Fue este sábado 11 de marzo en la Villa Olímpica de Sao Paulo, en la apertura del Trofeo SP. La prueba fue ganada por Juliana de Menis Campos con 4.42, seguida por Isabel Demarco de Quadros con 4.20 y Beatriz Benjamin Chagas con 4.00, quedando Ana en el curato puesto.  Juliana poseía la anterior marca brasileña u18 con 3.86. En conversación con la FPA Ana contó que inició su carrera en la gimnasia y que estaba emocionada y muy feliz con el récord.  La atleta también dijo que el tiempo de entrenamiento en el atletismo disminuyó en comparación con la gimnasia. Además, la técnica es “ bastante diferente ”.  “ Cuando me dijeron que fuera a salto con garrocha, me asusté un poco… 'No tiene nada que ver conmigo, correr me puede lastimar las caderas', pero cuando entré me encantó, me encanta, evolucionando cada vez más. jornada”, revela la atleta sobre su ingreso a la modalidad.  Ana Mykal también habló sobre sus expectativas para su camino en el deporte. “ Evoluciona cada día más, conquista más récords y participa en competencias importantes ”. El récord brasileño sub-18 proporcionó un momento increíble para Mykal: “Estoy demasiado emocionada, estaba entrenando para esto, es muy emotivo, mi corazón latía mil veces, me temblaban las piernas, quería llorar, era una sensación de logro”, celebra la atleta .  Después del  récord, el entrenador Henrique Martins (EC Pinheiros) expersó:  “Como entrenador es lindo ver validado tu trabajo, es una validación de mi metodología. Lo más chido es que ella vino de la gimnasia hace un año y medio, y en ese lapso logré diseñar toda esta metodología que demuestra que vamos por el camino correcto” , celebra la entrenadora.  Ana Mykal y el entrenador Henrique Martins – Foto: Junior Alves La marca es bastante expresiva y, por lo tanto, hay una gran esperanza de que la atleta mejore su rendimiento a lo largo de su carrera.  “Ver emerger a Ana Mykal con 17 años, después de solo año y medio de entrenamiento y ya saltando 3,90 y pudiendo saltar aún más, creo que es un soplo de aire fresco y da una buena perspectiva”, apuntó Vale la pena señalar que el profesor también destacó la importancia de la campeona mundial y plusmarquista brasileña Fabiana de Almida Murer de la prueba.  Ana Mykal forma parte de la Beca de Formación con el apoyo del Ministerio del Deporte. Además, agradeció al Comité del Club Brasileño y al EC Pinheiros por toda la estructura ofrecida a la atleta Juliana Campos y Ana Mykal – Foto: Junior Alves Juliana de Menis también reveló que estaba sorprendida por la evolución del deporte y la joven atleta.  “Es genial ver crecer de nuevo la carrera, es una muy buena chica, quedé impresionado con la técnica aplicada en su salto, hacía mucho tiempo que no la veía y pude ver una gran mejoría, estoy muy feliz para ella y para el profesor Henrique ”, celebra Juliana.  Finalmente, revela que tiene la esperanza de que Mykal continúe evolucionando. “ Estoy seguro de que podrá saltar más alto, eso ya se lo he dicho y no se detendrá en 3,90 ”.  Read the full article

Extremely jealous team Italy sat right beings you omg!!! Did you talk to them at all? Super cool if yes totally understandable if not! Also exciting that you were there live for that drama when he got thrown out! I wasn’t watching the Italy matches very closely did they let him in for the next game or was he out for the rest of the tournament?

You are totally right Edin was so in the zone the whole time and wrana looked like lowkey hyper and also a bit distracted as he kept looking at everyone!

I’m now even more into curling than I was before I went and I looked up the mixed doubles champs entries and I’m sad it’s not Vicky and Chris from the us, it’s not Oskar and almida from Sweden, and i couldn’t find italys entry yet!! Fingers crossed it’s stefania and Amos

We did not! We are both LA locals so the like "let celebs live their lives" instinct kicked in hard. but i did share some smiles and nods with them. like a "yes hello congrats on the win" but with no words LOOL and yeah! Gonin got booted from the match but he was back for the next one, he also won an award i think from what i saw. not sure what for lol, i dont think its for his anger issues tho xD ALSO K JUST DREW THE CUTEST ART OF TEAM EDIN LOOOOK

No surprise here - #MCM post about 🐐 @niklasedin who competed in the mixed doubles training competition in his home club this weekend against other @teamniklasedin members who are part of the @svenskcurling MD national team. I’m having a hard time finding more info on the event but one of the Swedish members of the Rockheads group stated Oskar and Almida won, which gives them the slight edge as favorites for who’ll represent Sweden internationally, but I guess we’ll find out soon enough. . . Due to certain track selections I made the mixtape didn't grow the way it should have. Honestly, I hindered it allot because of certain collaborators I involved within the project.
