was rewatching fabian’s baron moment on account of it being the most delicious piece of pvp in my recent memory and ally beardsley’s growth as a player just shone through so brightly and with such clarity. after dusting off their shock they immediately asked about the nemesis ward, had enough knowledge about fellow pcs stocked to remember adaine’s ac with such like frustrated confidence and certainty, suggested to siobhan to dimension door out of adaine’s room, like. they came into this making a character with 4 dex. and now the dice deity offered to roll a check to sense if adaine was in danger. making decisions, asking questions, getting invested in the story, trying so hard with the tools they have to save characters from danger; ally beardsley is an incredible d&d player.

Forever grateful they ditched the voice-over thing from the earlier seasons, it just made me cringe. HOWEVER, I would have willingly cringed through it to hear Buck and Tommy's internal dialogue in the restaurant a la Buck and Abby's Valentine's date, because that shit would be hilarious.

My respect for the US as a country has never been high, been consistently dwindling for the last 25 years, and is now effectively at zero. It has been the annoying, loudmouth, bully neighbour my entire life. Fuck I wish we could more effectively trade elsewhere and have at least one day where it’s not a thorn in our side. I think as bad as Ed wants to marry Stede, he’d never be the one to ask. Stede would have to be the one to propose. Stede’s already done the marriage thing and Ed doesn’t know if Stede would even want that again, so he just sits on it. He wants to marry him so bad it makes him crazy but he can’t bring himself to ask. And I think if Ed ever did ask it would probably be a subconscious thing. Like not even realizing what he’s said until he’s confronted with Stede’s reaction.
