Today started with a fluffy, bluebird powder day. I was fortunate enough to grab third chair. Epic. I was hot lapping the hill for four hours, laying down tracks across everything patrol left open for us. In the afternoon a heavy flurry rolled in, refilling everything I had tracked that morning. Stoked. At that point, nobody was on the hill. I rode for three more hours, not crossing another track in the stashes. My heart, mind and soul needed today. Any day on the hill you can walk away from, is a good day.
