I got three batches of sugar scrubs done today, plus the new labels! I'm super proud of myself.

The old labels were very minimal, but they worked. That was until my cousin decided it was a cool idea to remove my product labels. These are a bit harder to get off. Like you need WD40 to get them off. I tried.

These were the old labels. See, minimalist. But now we have super professional looking labels that can probably give Bath & Body Works a run for their money (not really because I am small business). I still have seven more batches to go for the holidays, but hey, it's the perks of being your own boss.

I'm debating on shamelessly promoting my products here, but not sure.

Oh and I did make a Pumpkin Spice Latte scented scrub...

Brains are weird.

It never fails, whenever I know I’m going to need to get up and function, my brain steps in hours before the alarm clock.

I’ve been wide awake since 4:00 am because of having a vivid sex dream involving more than one of you. I’m a gentleman, so I’ll spare the explicit details, and just express my gratitude. So thanks for that.

It’s almost reminiscent of those awkward times during English Literature class in high school, when something (or someone) would get inside my head, and I’d end up with an unexpected and embarrassingly, uncontrollable erection. Like I said, brains are weird.

Later today I have a meeting. Not a zoom call, or a teams meeting, an actual in person meeting. Given the fact I cannot get this dream out of my head, I’m certain it will pop into my brain at an inappropriate time.

Therefore, I’ve resigned myself to the fact that today is going to suck, and not in the ‘shivers down my spine’ kinda way.

At least it’s Friday. For whatever that’s worth.

For the past 6 days I've worked 68 hours... that's 68 hours out of 144, leaving 76 hours of free time, in which about 50 of them I spent sleeping 😴

Todays is my day off and it's noon and I'm still in bed and I don't think I'll ever get up!!

The original Cabin Fever was The Shining. The actors in the film were reportedly pushed to the brink of madness by director Stanley Kubrick and who knows if it contributed to Shelley Duvall's current mental health struggles. Kubrick was well known for doing 30 or more takes for each scene and it is also rumored that Jack Nicholson was only given cheese sandwiches for meals during filming. (Nicholson hates cheese.) This is the perfect wintertime horror film.
