Cast Aluminium Outdoor Furniture That Is All Weather for Your Home
Using quality outdoor furniture is one of the easiest ways to make your garden feel new. Cast aluminium patio furniture is an alternative you might think about. Unlike lightweight aluminium furniture, which is prone to break down after prolonged use, it is specially designed to withstand various weather conditions.
Cast aluminium has a higher resistance to rust and corrosion than low-grade aluminium components do. When you utilise lower-quality aluminium furniture, it’s possible that you’ll acquire a lot of rusting and corrosion, which can rub off onto your clothing when you sit down. You occasionally even see water puddles that are rust-colored. Particularly following a downpour that soddens your patio and furniture.
Because of how the outdoor furniture is made as well as the material used, cast aluminium gives your furniture greater strength. It goes through a number of stages that make it possible to etch elaborate designs onto them. The following steps are relatively easy to follow:
A wooden life-size model is created.
This wood mould is used to create a sand mould that accurately captures the shape and impression of the furniture that will be produced.
The sand mould is then filled with molten aluminium.
Before removing the sand mould, the metal is allowed to cool into an identical duplicate of your wooden design.
The cast aluminium item is subsequently given the appropriate amount of sanding and painting
While working with molten aluminium
You can actually make a lot of fascinating and distinctive shapes by casting molten aluminium into a pre-made mould.
When compared to wood or low grade aluminium furniture, cast aluminium patio furniture is significantly simpler to maintain. You can create a substantial piece of furniture out of cast aluminium that won’t easily blow away in high winds. If you like, you could also paint it. You shouldn’t be concerned about things like rust and chipping.
Cast aluminium outdoor furniture is usable in practically all other weather conditions. It resists rusting, breaking readily, and being carried away by powerful winds.
While the furniture’s appearance is significant, choosing outdoor furniture requires you to
You may get decent quality patio furniture made of cast aluminium for reasonable costs. A good work does not have to cost tens of thousands of dollars. You may still find patio furniture with sturdy construction and distinctive designs for a reasonable price.

Today is a big day: I am sharing my first world – “Simynthos” – with all of you! I’m very nervous about it, actually. It’s the first world I ever finished!
So what kind of world is it? It's inspiration, the island of Corfu, is one of the more northern islands of Greece. It is greener than the southern islands, and the architectural style is a bit different. It has surprisingly high mountains and cute little villages with tiny orange houses and narrow roads and pathways. It has olive groves with trees more than a thousand years old, and it has beaches with some of the clearest water I ever swam in. I tried to capture Corfu's atmosphere in this little world, so that my simmies may enjoy it, too! And now I hope, your simmies will enjoy it as well :)
To make it a “quick” project (still took more than a year, though 😬) I used the existing world “Sa Pineda” by the amazing @nilxis as a base. The island itself was not created by me, I only created the houses/lots and made over the vegetation.
Even though it is on a tiny map, it is a full world with several houses. It has almost all rabbit holes, and a lot for your sims to do – well, at least considering the sizes of the place. It can be a home world as well as a vacation world with Nraas Traveler mod (can be found here).
Other than my previous builds it does contain some CC. Most of it comes with the download, but not all (you will find all links to additional CC below).
If you would like a (almost) CC-free version, please message me! I will gladly try to make it look good without CC, if I know that someone wants that! However, you will always need the rabbit hole rugs if you want the rabbit holes! But I could remove all decorative CC and try to decorate with non-cc items.
I had a lot of fun building on this little island. I also learned a lot and I hope to use all the experience I gathered from this first completed project for my next world!
Details:
tiny map (256x256)
contains CC (most of it is included in the download, but not all. Links are provided for the items not included, see below in the “Links to CC…” section.)
no Store content used
road-less
unpopulated
9 finished residential lots
17 community lots
3 dive lots
two empty lots, one community, one residential
contains most rabbit holes. The ferry provides room for additional rabbit hole rugs in case you want to place some that are not included.
Packs used: I have all expansion packs and all stuff packs installed, and have probably used items from almost all of them.
Packs you will definitely need for full functionality: Island Paradise (for the Dive Lots, the Ferry, and the All-in-One Bathrooms), Late Night for the Bars, Supernatural for the Elixir Shop, World Adventures for the Nectar Maker and the Nectar Racks, University Life for the Coffee Bar, and Ambitions for the Salon and Tattoo Studio, Showtime for the Karaoke Machine, on one lot I used the grill from Outdoor Living Stuff.
I used a lot of furniture from the Seasons and the Pets expansions. This is non-functional, but the world will look different if you do not have these expansion.
A word of warning (please read this!):
This world is TINY! But for its size I packed A LOT into it. This means, however, that lots and buildings are on the small to tiny side. So not all game options may be available on all lots.
The Weather-Stone may not spawn due to lack of a suitable location.
There is some kelp visible from map view next to one of the dive lots. I could not find a way to remove it, unfortunately, although I tried everything I could think of. If it bothers you the workaround is this: Go into edit town, select build on the dive lot. Without doing anything leave build mode and leave edit town. Now the kelp should not be visible anymore for this in-game-session. You will have to do it over again the next time you start up your save, though.
The proximity to community lots will mean that you can hear the noise from concerts, movies and sports events or even just music very loudly on some residential lots. I recommend you turn down the volume of music and effects in the game options to around ¼ of the bar. You will still hear the sounds on the residential lots, but not as loudly.
I advise against playing with horses on Simynthos due to the limited space and the lag they can cause. See recommended mods section below for more details.
Snow may look black in some places, mostly on or near the paths due to me having to paint under the walkways I placed. Sa Pineda already came with 8 terrain paints. I decided not to change the terrain paint, as it was very nicely done by the creator, and also snow is probably a rare occurrence on Corfu. If you want to, you can just disable snow/winter in the options.
Highly recommended mods for performance and functionality:
TheSweetSimmer’s Pick Up Toddler Fix: If you want to play with families you will absolutely need this mod! Without it you may not be able to pick up toddlers at all due to the limited space inside some of the houses.
OhRudi’s space saving mods: I recommend all of ohRudi’s space saving mods for this world:
“Fix: Pets need less space”
“Fix: Sims need less space”
“Fix: Guitar needs less space for playing”
“Fix: Bass needs less space for playing”
Nraas Register: Horses will cause lag on Simynthos due to the limited space on the island and the extensive space that horses need for routing (even with ohRudi’s mod), so I recommend disabling horses in the game options and using nraas Register mod to deactivate wild horses completely.
Nraas Debug Enabler: The dive lots on Simynthos have the same problem that all dive lots seem to have: If you want to explore the caves, you will need to reset them first. If you forget your sim will be reset to the beach. Best way to do this is using Nraas “Debug Enabler” mod (click on cave > Nraas > Debug Enabler > Options: Name of Cave > Object > Reset).
Nraas Go Here: I generally recommend Nraas Go Here mods “Teleport for everyone” option, just in case a sim or a pet gets stuck somewhere.
Other recommended mods (optional):
You can have functioning Greek restaurants on Simynthos if you use these two mods together:
icarus_allsorts’s “Eat Outside Restaurants”
Cinderellimouse’s “Cooking and Ingredients Overhaul”
Both mods combined will allow you to set the menu for the diner or bistro rabbit hole to Greek dishes (or any other dishes you prefer) and order these dishes from a waiter on the lot. How cool is that?!
Links to CC that’s not included in the download:
You will need these Jynx rabbit hole rugs (Pets Fix), from this thread on MTS:
Late Night rabbit hole rugs (Pets fix)
Base Game rabbit hole rugs (Pets fix)
You will need the Left and Right versions of this mattress for two sims to sleep in a double bed that is placed against a wall.
I recommend you use @nilxis beautiful “Mediterranian Day” lighting mod.
Credits:
Thanks to @nilxis, the creator of „Sa Pineda“, for the beautiful base to this world. The island on which Simynthos was build is entirely their creation. I did not change the island itself or the terrain painting outside the lots (except for some places where I placed the walkways/paths). All credit for that goes to them! You can find the original version here. Also make sure to check out their other worlds, while you‘ re at it. They are some of my favorite worlds!
Thanks also to @aroundthesims for their amazing CC! If you do not know their website yet, you should definitely check it out! They have a lot of really cool items!
Thanks to @nornities for their extremely helpful CAW guide here. Unfortunately I only found this guide when Simynthos was almost finished. I could have avoided some of the mistakes I made, had I found it sooner!
Some of you may know, that I am not the first to make a Greek version of Sa Pineda. Back in 2016 Vendela created Simtorini. This super cute world has the typical blue and white houses another Greek island, Santorini, is famous for. Go check it out here.

The Forgotten Nursery
It was supposed to be just another weekend adventure for Nick, Jake, and Ethan three friends, barely twenty, looking for a bit of fun and maybe some harmless mischief. They'd heard rumors about the old abandoned research facility on the outskirts of town. Supposedly, the place had been part of some government project, long since shut down. Curiosity got the better of them, and on a Saturday afternoon, they made their way through the overgrown woods, eventually stumbling upon the facility's decaying entrance.
Nick is tall and broad-shouldered, standing around 6'2" with a muscular, thick build. His arms are well-defined from years of lifting weights, with prominent biceps and forearms that show the physicality of his sport. His chest and legs are equally strong, giving him a bulky, powerful appearance. Nick's jawline is square, with a bit of scruff on his face, and his short, dirty-blond hair is styled in a messy, athletic cut. His tan skin, often a bit weathered from outdoor practice, adds to his rugged, athletic look.
Jake has a lean, sculpted physique, standing around 5'10". His body is built for speed and endurance, with long, toned limbs and a sleek, athletic frame. His chest and shoulders are defined, but not bulky, showing the streamlined look of someone used to cutting through water. His skin has a slight bronze glow from spending so much time in the pool under the sun. Jake's dark brown hair is short and neatly cut, often slicked back from the pool water.
Ethan is lanky, with a wiry, slender build. Standing around 5'9", his frame is much more delicate compared to Nick or Jake. His arms and legs are long but thin, with just a hint of muscle definition, more the result of occasional activity rather than any dedicated sport. His pale skin has a slight flush, with a face that is more youthful and boyish, giving him a softer, almost innocent look. Ethan's black hair is longer, falling messily around his face, often covering his light blue eyes.
"Looks like no one's been here in years," Nick remarked as he nudged open the rusted door. The heavy metal groaned, revealing a dark hallway beyond.
As they ventured deeper, their flashlights flickered across old signs and faded labels. Most of the rooms had been gutted, but one door caught Ethan's attention. "Nursery Wing - Research in Progress." His heart raced with excitement, fueled by the thrill of the unknown.
"Bet this is where they ran some freaky experiments," Jake chuckled, shoving the door open.
The room was pristine, completely untouched by time. Large cribs lined the walls, soft lighting illuminating shelves full of stuffed animals and pastel-colored furniture. In the middle of the room stood a large central console with a blinking light-a sign that, against all odds, this place still had power.
"What the hell is this?" Nick muttered, stepping inside. It looked like a nursery, but everything was sized for adults-oversized cribs, high chairs, and baby toys that were far too large for actual infants.
"Looks like someone had a thing for some twisted baby roleplay," Ethan joked, his laughter echoing eerily in the sterile room.
Suddenly, the door slammed shut behind them. Before any of them could react, the console in the center lit up, and a voice-mechanical, calm, and nurturing-filled the room. "Welcome, little ones. Playtime is about to begin."
"What the fu-" Jake started, but he was interrupted as a robotic arm extended from the wall, grabbing him by the arm. "Hey, get off me!"
Before they could fully comprehend what was happening, similar arms shot out, pulling Nick and Ethan toward separate changing tables. The friends struggled, but the mechanical grip was too strong. The tables adjusted automatically, creating straps to hold them in place.
"System activation: Regression protocol initiated," the voice chimed sweetly. "Let's get the little ones ready for their nap."
Panic surged through the trio as they were stripped of their clothes, the mechanical arms working quickly and efficiently. Within moments, they were diapered -thick, crinkling, adult-sized diapers with smiling and playful animals printed on them wrapped snugly around their waists. Soft baby powder filled the air, and the scent only added to the surreal nature of what was happening.
"What the hell is going on?!" Nick shouted, but his words started to feel fuzzy. His mind grew foggy, the sharp edges of his thoughts dulling as if something was gently erasing them.
The same was happening to Jake and Ethan. Their struggles weakened, replaced by confusion and a strange sense of comfort. The mechanical arms lifted them from the tables and placed each of them into a large crib. Blankets, warm and soft, were pulled over them. Their diapers hugged them tightly seemingly draining their will to fight with each moment that passed.
"There, there" the voice cooed. "The little ones are safe now. No more big boy thoughts, just soft, simple feelings."
Jake blinked, his eyelids growing heavier. "What were we doing here...?" he mumbled, unable to remember why he was even scared.
Just as the trio was starting to settle into their new reality, more robotic arms extended from the ceiling, each holding a large baby bottle filled with a warm, creamy liquid. The scent of milk filled the air, but there was something else in it too-something sweet but slightly off.
The arms positioned the bottles at their mouths, and the voice returned, calm and insistent. "Time for a nice bottle before your nap, little ones. Drink up."
The boys tried to resist, shaking their heads, but their bodies felt heavy, almost too relaxed to fight back. Each of them was forced to start drinking. The liquid was smooth and comforting as it slid down their throats, and within moments, all three bottles were emptied.
Unbeknownst to them, the milk was laced with laxatives-a powerful dose designed to break down any remaining sense of control.
"Good boys finish their bottles," the voice purred. "And good boys use their diapers."
Nick was the first to feel the uncomfortable pressure building in his stomach. He groaned, shifting in the crib as his body reacted to the laxatives. "Oh no... what the hell did they put in that?"
Jake grunted beside him, clearly feeling the same pressure. "Man, I don't wanna... I can't..."He clenched his stomach, trying to hold it in, but the urge was overwhelming.
The voice returned, its tone soothing yet authoritative. "There's no need to hold it in, little ones. You're wearing your diapers for a reason. Good boys let go. Good boys use their diapers."
Ethan whimpered, clutching the front of his diaper as the pressure became too much to bear. He squeezed his legs together, trying to resist, but the voice echoed in his mind. "Good boys use their diapers. Don't fight it. Let go."
The boys squirmed, each of them desperately trying to maintain some sense of dignity, some sliver of control. But the urge was too strong, the pressure too intense. One by one, their resolve broke.
Ethan was the first to lose control. His body tensed before he let out a soft gasp, feeling the warm mess filling the back of his diaper. As the release hit, a strange wave of relief and euphoria washed over him. The humiliation of messing himself melted away, replaced by a growing sense of freedom. His mind felt lighter, as if every adult worry and concern was being emptied out along with his bowels.
Jake followed shortly after, groaning as he felt his body give in. He let out a breathless laugh, the feeling of the warm, mushy diaper oddly comforting. The regression sank in deeper as he let go of any lingering thoughts of resistance with each load he filled his diaper with. His mind was free-childlike, simple, and content.
Nick held out the longest, but even he couldn't resist forever. His body betrayed him, and as he filled his diaper, a powerful sensation of surrender overtook him. The weight of his "big boy" thoughts and responsibilities seemed to drain away, leaving only the blissful, empty feeling of someone without a care in the world.
"There, there," the voice cooed once more. "Good boys use their diapers. Doesn't it feel nice to let go? No more big boy worries, just soft, simple thoughts from now on."
The boys, now fully regressed, lay in their cribs with content smiles on their faces. Their minds were blank slates, free from the burdens of adulthood. Their diapers full of what used to be their big boy thoughts. With each movement their diapers squelched in response. They had become exactly what the nursery wanted-obedient, happy, diapered little ones, without a care in the world.

You take a breath and sneak out of the cozy room. It had been hard parting away from your cozy bed. The warmth provided by the hand-knitted blanket and the scent of delicious wood made you want to never leave. They’ve really done a great job decorating the rooms of the dude ranch. It still holds the Western theme you love, but it's also adorned with rustic charm, from the weathered leather furniture to the handcrafted wooden accents, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
It had been a couple of days since your arrival. You were tired of... well, everything and desperately needed an out. You wish you could say that it happened like in the movies— a divine sign that made you come here, but no. There was no divine intervention, no mysterious flyer sticking to your face. You had to do an endless amount of research to find the perfect place, and when you were done, you picked the ranch that had the least foot traffic. You were running away from people. Choosing the most touristy one would defeat the purpose—you wanted to be alone.
And you were glad that you did. The place was amazing. Surrounded by large mountains and wide fields. This place wasn’t so people would come and see what was what. It was an actual ranch with actual people working all the time. Accepting guests was the side hustle and not the other way around.
There were two cowboys that you constantly saw: Joel Miller and Jack Daniels. Both charming, both handsome enough to make you want to scream. Jack had been personally assigned to you, but Joel was always around, watching, observing, and, of course, running his mouth. You’ve grown accustomed to their odd friendship... rivalry? It was actually kind of cute to see Jack turn all red whenever Joel said something to undermine him. And the other seemed to know that well.
Two talented cowboys. And you, who had no idea what the hell you were doing.
Which is why you were escaping your room like some kind of criminal at the brink of dawn. Joel’s teasing wasn’t only reserved for Jack, you got your fair share as well and it was even worse when Jack chimed in—the two seasoned horse riders letting you know just how out of your element you were. You needed to train without those two constantly spitting quips your way.
You silently make your way to the stables and blindly reach out towards Honeydust, the palomino Jack had gotten you accustomed to. You gently guide her away from the other horses. The rose-pink light of dawn has begun to trickle through the open windows, painting Honeydust’s coat in a gorgeous hue. You regret not bringing your phone; you would’ve loved to show Jack and Joel later on.
“Alright girl,” you mutter as you pat the side of her face. She whinnies slightly and digs her hoof into the ground. “It’s you and me. Let’s show them how it’s done.”
As you reach for the saddle, you smile to yourself. You might not be that good at horse riding yet but you did learn some things—like the value of a good saddle. You take a moment to inhale the scent of it— a mix of leather, hay, and a hint of earthiness.
Honeydust stands patiently, seemingly aware of your fumbling attempts to secure the saddle. You take a deep breath, remembering the lessons Jack patiently gave you about saddling up. Slowly but surely, you manage to get everything in place. As you tighten the cinch, you feel a sense of accomplishment. A week ago, you hadn’t been able to do this. Maybe you're not a full-on cowboy, but you're determined to learn the ropes.
With the saddle secured, you grab the reins and lead Honeydust out of the stable, into the cool morning air. The sky is a canvas of pastel colors—blues, pinks, and golds blending together as the sun inches higher. It's a breathtaking sight. You pat Honeydust on the muzzle and press your cheek against her, watching the sky.
“Isn’t it beautiful,” you whisper to her. “Honestly I’m gonna hate going back. It’s been a couple of days and I’m already attached to this place.”
Honeydust snorts and shakes her head. You smile wide as you pat her again, “You’re right. No room for sentimentality.”
Mounting Honeydust, you settle into the saddle, adjusting to the feel of it beneath you. The quiet creak of leather is drowned out by the sounds of the waking ranch. Birds chirp in the distance, and you take a deep breath, your lungs filling with the fresh scent of the outdoors—
But then you’re slipping.
And then falling.
With a loud, sharp gasp, you find yourself unexpectedly upside down beneath Honeydust's belly. Panic sets in as you register the proximity of her powerful legs, your eyes widen, your heart pounding loudly in your chest. Honeydust remains still, your body still miraculously hanging to the saddle.
Your heartbeat starts to slow, you take a deep breath. You’re fine. You’re okay. You just forgot to fasten one of the belts.
“Need any help there, sweetheart?”
Fuck. Busted.
“I’m fine,” you answer, emphasizing the latter. Jean-clad legs come into view. “Just. . . trying a new riding style.”
“Is that so?” Joel drawls, amusement dripping with every word. “And what would you call this one? The hangin’ fool?”
“Rude.”
His hips cock to the side and you see him placing both hands on his narrow hips, “Would it be better if I called it the hangin’ beauty?”
“Yes actually, it would.”
Your cheeks warm as he steps closer. You try not to stare, or perhaps that’s just you lying to yourself, but whatever your true intention was your eyes linger right over his crotch. Even with the thick jeans and the belt buckle, you know he’s packing underneath there. You can especially tell now since this is the closest you’ve ever been to it. Your mouth waters. Your brain delving further into sinful imagination when his low chuckle echoes in your ear.
“A’right then beautiful, let’s get you out here.” he stops for a beat, his knuckles brushing down the outer part of your leg. You shudder, your legs tighten around Honeydust. “Unless you wanna show me this new ridin’ style of yours?”
“You know what, I think I’ll take a rain check on that.” your voice is shrill and pitchy. Your eyes start to throb. “Especially since all the blood in my body is currently in my head.”
“Oh shit—Okay, just gimme a sec.” he slides his hands under your armpits. “A’right now let go.”
“What?”
“Just let go, sweetheart. I got you. You’ll be okay, promise.”
With a sharp breath, you close your eyes and loosen your legs. Joel's arms wrap further beneath yours, drawing you closer. You feel the tightening of his biceps, feel the huff of his breath against your cheek. He takes a step back and suddenly unbalanced, he falls backward, pulling you along.
With a huff, Joel lands on his ass, and you find yourself comfortably nestled against his chest. It takes you only a second for your gaze to find his. You hold your breath and so does he. His hand pleasantly curls around your waist, keeping you from moving away. His chest is firm under your own, your nipples tightening when you shift a bit, the graze of fabric makes you shudder.
His other hand comes to brush a strand of loose hair behind your ear. You swallow not once but twice. The warmth of Joel’s palm cradles your cheek and a slow breath exits your lungs.
“You a’right?”
“Y—Yeah. . . thanks for helping me out.”
“My pleasure.” His voice is deep, hoarse even, and it scratches your ears just right. You find yourself drawn to him. Your eyes dropping to his lips and back up to meet his heavy-lidded gaze. His lips part. The divot in the middle of his bottom lip more prominent than ever. You lean in without a thought, he mimics you, coming in closer and closer. Your chest heaves. Your heart beating madly against your chest.
“What the hell are you two doin’ canoodling here?”
You jerk away, your eyes lingering on Joel long enough to see the disappointment in his gaze. His eyes close slowly and he takes a ragged breath. Shifting slightly you see Jack holding a hay bale. His eyes are narrowed, his brows knitted together as his gaze flits between you and Joel. You chew the inside of your cheek, embarrassment heating you from the inside out.
“We ain’t canoodlin’,” Joel answers, agitated. “I found her hanging upside down under Honeydust’s belly. Who’s fault do you think is that?”
Jack’s mouth opens and closes, his cheeks suddenly flushed. His gloved hands tighten around the hay as he pushes it up his arms. Then finally, with a softened gaze, he turns to you. “Are you okay?”
“I’m fine,” you reply, your heart currently beating in your throat. “I just forgot to fasten the other side of the saddle.”
Joel squeezes your waist and you’re suddenly hyper-aware that you’re basically on his lap still. “It’s not your fault, sweetheart. You have a shit teacher.”
“Excuse me?” Jack’s tone is enough to have you scrambling off of Joel’s lap. If looks could kill, Joel would be dead right now. On your feet, you move towards Honeydust, and with great comfort, she nuzzles your chest. Joel smiles lazily when Jack drops the bale of hay and walks up to him. “You better take that back, old man.”
“Yeah?” his eyes glow with mirth. “Make me.”
Involuntarily you cover your mouth with a hand. Is it bad that you’re secretly enjoying this? The amount of testosterone in the air is thick enough to cut with a knife.
Joel slowly gets up, as if he has all the time in the world, and faces Jack. He’s slightly taller than the latter, smile still tugging at his lips as he tilts his head ever so slightly down. Jack’s nostrils flare.
“You want me to knock you out in front of our guest?”
“I’d love to see you try.”
Joel takes another step closer, his chest nearly flushed against the other, he jerks his head to the side and places his hands on his hips. You swear you see Jack’s skin darkening with a deep shade of red from his chest to his neck. His jaw is wired tight, the muscle there twitching.
“How about this,” Joel grins. “You manage to make our sweet girl here a full-on cowgirl in two days and I’ll eat my words right outta your hand, Whiskey.”
Jack huffs and clicks his tongue, “Don’t call me that.”
“It’s your name isn’t it?”
“It ain’t and you know it.”
“Your parents shouldn’t have named you Jack Daniels,” Joel rolls his eyes, “Do we have a deal or not?”
You hold your breath when Joel extends a hand. Jack’s eyes briefly find yours, his fingers twitching. The morning chill is still in the air and despite it, beads of sweat appear on your skin. Two days. Two days and you still don’t know how to put on a saddle right. With a small shake, you attempt to warn Jack but that only makes him smile.
He turns to Joel, “Deal,” he answers, taking his hand. “Two days. Be ready to eat your words, old man.”
They shake on it and as they do Joel gives you a not so subtle wink. It reminds you of just how close the two of you were a mere couple of minutes ago. You avert your gaze, suddenly shy to face him, and think about what might’ve happened if Jack hadn’t interrupted.
When Joel leaves, Jack lets out a long sigh and turns to you.
“You slipped, darlin’, really?”
“In my defense, it was early.”
“Fuckin’ hell.” He shakes his head but you see the way his lips curl upwards ever so slightly. “Anyway, wait for me here and I’ll be right back. We gotta get you into tip-top shape because I ain’t gonna lose to Joel.”
“I warned you, you know,” you softly kick the dirt with the tip of your boot.
Jack’s tongue moves over his bottom lip, a shudder crawls up your spine and heat pools between your legs. He grips the bale of hay and throws it over his shoulder.
“That’s why I accepted the challenge, sugar. No guest of mine is gonna leave here without feelin’ like they can conquer the world.”
“Jack this is impossible I’m never going to get the hang of this.”
“With that attitude you sure ain’t gonna.”
With a crooked smile, Jack watches as you draw your shoulders together and stomp your boot against the soil. The lasso is tight between your fingers, the tips of which are chafed from turning the lasso again and again in an attempt to loop the rope around one of the wooden posts. He tilts his head to the side when you turn to him, a pleading expression etched onto your beautiful face.
"This is never going to happen," you huff. However, instead of keeping his eyes locked on yours, his gaze drops to where your flannel hugs your breasts, the poor buttons struggling to keep it all together. His cock swells at the thought of licking them, sucking on your hard nipples while the sweetest noises flee from your lips. "Jack?"
He doesn’t hide the fact that he’s been staring at your gorgeous tits, he drags his gaze back slowly, his smile only growing upon seeing your parted lips and glazed eyes. “Yeah, sugar?”
“We’re never going to win this thing with Joel,” you say and he doesn’t fail to notice how breathless you suddenly are. “How am I supposed to learn to do everything a cowboy can in two days? Seems a bit unfair.”
“Not everythin’,” he struts towards you and peels the lasso from your fingers. “We just need to cover the basics. No one is expectin’ you to catch a knife in mid-air with a lasso.”
Your brows furrow, “What? You’re saying you can actually do that?”
“‘Course I can,” he chirps back. “Unlike you, I’m a top-notch cowboy.”
His heart breaks a little when he sees how defeated you look, with a small nudge to your shoulder, he draws your gaze back to him. “Want me to show you again darlin’?”
“Sure but I’m not sure it’ll do me any good. I’m horrible at this.”
With a reassuring grin, Jack steps back, unwinding the lasso he took from you. He takes a moment to adjust the coils and then demonstrates the art of lassoing, the rope flying through the air in a graceful arc before landing perfectly around a wooden post.
“You see, it's all in the wrist,” he explains as he smoothly tightens the loop, making it look deceptively easy. He repeats the motion a couple of times, each throw precise and controlled.
“You know who’s really good at this?” he asks, returning his attention to you. “Joel.”
You snort, “I feel like that man is good at everything. But I’m not sure why you’re telling me that.”
“Well, you know who used to suck at it—me.”
“You?” you raise a sole eyebrow, and a teasing smile touches your lips. “You who can catch a knife in the air, supposedly, that is.”
“It takes a lot of practice, sugar. That's what I’m tryin’ to tell ya. I sucked at it. Couldn’t even do one loop. Then the old timer helped me out.”
“Joel?”
Yup," he says, noticing your shock. He had been shocked too when the man had shown him how to properly do it. It was both amazing and terrifying. Jack had never had someone care about him enough to actually show him how it's done instead of letting him struggle on his own. "And eventually, I got the hang of it. So will you.”
You smile wholeheartedly and take the lasso from him, “Thanks, Jack. I. . . I appreciate it. You actually really respect him, don’t you? Despite all the banter and arguing.”
“That’s just how I show love, darlin’.”
“You never argue with me.”
His eyebrows tilt up, along with the corner of his lips. You avert your eyes as you loosely hold the rope in your hand, the exercise quickly forgotten. Jack closes the distance until there's only a breath of space between you two. He entertains the idea of lifting your head by the chin, forcing your gaze upon him, but he refrains. He wants you to listen to him and oblige.
“Look at me, darlin’,” His eyes shine with delight when you do, he leans closer. “You want me to fight you?”
Your brows furrow, your lips forming the most adorable pout, “No. Of course not.”
“You sure?” This time he does cup your cheek to keep your gaze fixed on him. His pinkies move towards your neck, drawing soft patterns up and down your skin. You visibly shudder, a soft breath escaping your lips. “I see how you watch when Joel and I start to bitch and moan at each other, sugar. You sure you’re not into it even a little?”
He knows your answer. But he allows you to giggle and escape his hold anyway. “You’re ridiculous,” you say and as a response Jack wants to touch on the fact that you can’t look at him anymore, however, he’ll allow you to escape him for now.
“Come on then, now that you got your giggles on, let’s see you at least pull in one of those cones.”
While you attempt to just do that, Jack ends up regretting teasing you because he ends up thinking about Joel instead. It’s hard to admit that the constant bickering is the obvious telltale sign of something more. And he knows there’s something. Joel only weaponizes his tongue when you’re around. Or someone else for that matter. But when it’s just the two of them it’s different. It’s lingering touches and heavy scotch-filled conversations. Sometimes Joel would even whisper so he wouldn’t wake the others. Jack shivers as he remembers how Joel’s lips felt against the shell of his ear. Downright sinful.
It always remained at that, however. Touches and looks and talks. Nothing more and nothing less.
“Jack,” you say, your voice drawing him away from thoughts he’s happy to be drawn away from. “How did you end up here? Like with Joel and the rest.”
“It’s not much of a story. I was lookin’ for a job and came here lookin’ for one.” He lifts his hat and combs his hair back with his fingers. “I actually met Tommy first. Joel doesn’t like the hiring process and says his younger brother is a better judge of character. I met him after I was hired. Then I met the little munchkins.”
“You mean Sarah and Ellie?”
“Yes ma’am I do,” he reaches forward, letting his fingers nearly brush yours. He chuckles, "I also know what you're doing, so stop stalling and throw the damn lasso already."
You take your bottom lip between your teeth and all Jack wants to do is pry it away from the sharp edges, "Oh, are we arguing? Should I add this moment to my journal?” you manage to lock your gaze with his, a grin spreading across your face. “Does this mean you love me?"
He takes a step closer, leaning ever so slightly into your personal space. A hint of a smile pulling at the corners of his mouth, he breathes, "How 'bout this? You throw that rope, and I'll kiss you, sweetheart. Then you’ll really know what I feel."
Your eyes widen, "You’ll... excuse me?"
A wicked glint in his eyes, he quips, "I'll kiss you, full-blown on the lips. And believe me, it'll be my pleasure to lay one on you."
"Just throw the rope? Aren't you selling a bit short?"
Jack takes another step towards you and you can feel the heat radiating from him. His voice low and husky, he counters, "Fine then, manage to actually lasso something, and then I'll kiss you."
"You're mean. You said you'd only do it if I threw it." You challenge him by taking a step closer and he’s delighted to see it.
Cupping her face in his hands, he grins, "Changed my mind. And you have yourself to blame for it."
With all his heart Jack wishes for you to make the throw. Something primal and ugly in him finds extreme joy in being the one to kiss you first. He hated to admit it, but his heart broke a little when he found you and Joel together, lips almost about to touch. He hated feeling like an outsider. Especially when it came from Joel.
With a determined glint in your eyes, you take a deep breath, and let it out slowly. Gripping the lasso in your hands, you start to swing it in a circular motion above your head. It’s sloppy and uneven but he can see how much care you’ve put into your stance. Jack watches intently, noting the way you shift your weight from one food to another, a subtle smile playing on his lips.
As the lasso gains momentum, you release it at just the right moment. It sails through the air, forming a perfect loop. Jack's eyes follow its trajectory, silently urging it to find its mark. The loop descends gracefully, and, with a satisfying thud, it settles around a nearby plastic cone and you pull it towards yourself, the plastic moving with ease.
A triumphant grin breaks across your face as you complete the throw. “I did it,” you gasp in a low tone, panting. Your head suddenly snaps towards him, a shit-eating grin plastered over your perfect lips. “I DID IT!”
Jack only smiles as he leans in and cradles your face in a rush. He crashes into you, lips meeting yours in an eager, lingering kiss. He teases the seam of your mouth with the tip of his tongue. Just a brief preview of how badly he wants this to happen. His hands slip to your ass, kneading the plump flesh, his cock stiffens at how you moan into his mouth. You press against him and Jack can’t help but roll his hips to feel more of you. It’s been so long. Too long since he felt something warm and tight around his cock.
He parts away by dragging his lips down to your chin and from there to your neck. He nips at your pulse, feeling it beating against his mouth.
“Jack,” you breathe. “I—Wow—”
“Kissin’ is one thing I’m better at,” he chuckles deeply into your ear. “Among other things.”
He holds you by the neck and gently pulls away. He can’t get enough of the expression you’re giving him; pupils blown and lips slightly parted. Your chest heaves heavily, your pulse beating wildly under his palm. Jack brushes your lips together, smiling upon hearing you whimper.
“Now, throw that lasso again and I’ll give you another kiss.”
And it all comes down to horse riding. You should be surprised but you’re not.
The sun was finally setting over the ranch. A subtle chill settling at the base of your snake as the sun went down. It had been a tiring day full of lasso throwing, ax throwing, and knotting. Your back ached and when the final challenge finally befell you all you wanted to do was go back to your room and sleep. The only thing that gave you an ounce of energy was Jack’s proud smile after every challenge that was won. Joel seemed genuinely impressed. And you were genuinely surprised to find yourself acing every task. Seeing how smug Jack got made your heart flutter and stomach draw tight.
The two of you had done a lot of kissing that day. It hadn’t gone any further but deep down you really wanted it to.
You feel a deep sense of Deja Vu when you find yourself staring at Honeydust with a saddle in hand. You take a deep breath, fingers tightening around the leather. The open air gives you a sense of calm, the cloudy sky a pleasure to gaze upon.
Jack touches the small of your back, goosebumps rising across your skin at the gentle touch, “You got this darlin’ don’t worry so much.”
You briefly glance at the track Joel and Jack had set up for you. Wooden fences stand tall at various intervals, creating a series of jumps that make you sweat just by thinking about them. Your eyes linger on the strategically placed cones that form a zigzag pattern.
“Honestly no matter what happens I’m impressed,” Joel cuts in, cupping Honeydust’s cheek. Your gaze moves deftly from the track to the man standing before you. As always, he looks amazing in his red and yellow flannel. “You’ve done well sweetheart.”
“Maybe you should just forfeit and accept we won then,” you answer, smiling. Joel shakes his head.
“Someone is sure of herself.”
“Hell yeah, I am.”
“Look at that,” Jack pipes. “Soundin’ like a true cowboy already.”
You expertly secure the saddle onto Honeydust's back. The leather feels cool beneath your fingertips as you tighten the straps, ensuring a snug fit. Adjusting the stirrups, you make sure they're the perfect length for your legs. As you stand beside the horse, you can feel the intensity of Joel and Jack's gazes on you. Their eyes trace the curves of your movements, a subtle tension lingering in the air.
With everything in place, you take a deliberate breath and swing yourself onto the saddle. The leather creaks slightly under your weight as you settle into position. Honeydust shifts beneath you. You catch Joel's gaze, and a sly smirk plays on his lips. His eyes linger a moment longer than necessary, you let out a puff of air, your legs tighten around Honeydust..
"Remember, just go with the flow. You and Honeydust are a team," Jack advises and with that, you head off.
Gently nudging your heels against the horse's side, you urge Honeydust into a graceful gallop around the track. The steadying thud of her hooves pounding against the dirt creates a harmony that molds with the song of the wind, transporting you to a place of serenity. Each hurdle makes your heart jump with excitement. The jumps seem impossible at times. As you zigzag through the cones, you can feel Honeydust's muscles tense and relax under your hands, transitioning from one step to the next with the gracefulness of a dance—
A sudden jolt disrupts the rhythm, and you find yourself tumbling to the ground. You let out a deep groan as your back hits the earth and with the corner of your eye, you see Joel taking hold of Honeydust’s reins, calming the poor palomino. Jack’s face comes into vision a second later.
"You okay, darlin'?" When you nod and begin to get up, his worry turns to frustration as he glances at Joel. "This was supposed to be about teaching, not pushing her to the damn limit."
"I didn't mean for her to fall, Jack. So don’t act like that was my intention."
“No, your intention was to make me look like I don’t know what I’m doin’.”
Jack, eyes still glued on Joel, helps you up. Your head is still spinning a little from the adrenaline rush but other than that you feel fine. Your eyes flitting between both men, your stomach twists and turns at how they’re both glaring at each other. This time is different from the arguments. This time they both genuinely look like they’re about to explode. Joel has his jaw tight while Jack has both hands in tight fists. “Guys. . .”
"Why you gotta make everythin’ personal?" Joel snaps, ignoring you all together. “It was just meant to be a harmless bet.”
Jack's eyes narrow, he tears his hand away from yours and your heart drops, "You're the one who makes it damn personal by goadin’ me all the damn time."
“That’s. . .” Joel’s eyes grow soft, his demeanor changing entirely. You watch the furrow between his brows relax, his shoulders sagging ever so slightly. “I’m—”
“Can it,” Jack hisses through gritted teeth and raises a hand. “I don’t want your apology, I just wanna go. Unless you think I’m gonna be bad at that too.”
You reach out, head still spinning, your fingers graze the back of his jacket and he slips from between your grasp. You part your lips to call out to him. To tell him to come back. But Joel takes a hold of your hand and lowers it with the shake of his head.
“I know where he’s goin’. Let’s go.”
“Are you telling me he has a brooding spot?”
“He does.”
The sun had set. The crickets now singing under the starry night, but Joel can't focus on any of it. He can’t because he might’ve actually screwed everything up for good this time— which would be typical of him.
After months of contemplating whether he should take the next step or not, he’d finally made Jack snap. That had never been Joel’s intention, obviously. But he wasn’t the best at flirting. Never had been. And when Jack came into his life, all fresh faced and a lashing tongue, he couldn’t help but fall for him a little.
You’re walking just a little bit behind him, trying to keep up. He can feel you staring at him. Your eyes curious like a newborn gazelle’s.
“If you stare any harder I’m gonna start blushin’ sweetheart.”
“I’m. . . I wasn’t. . .”
“Sure you were,” he sighs. “It wasn’t my intention to be hard on him you know. It just. . . sorta happens. I care a lot about him and I just want him to. . . “ He clamps his mouth shut. What was he supposed to say? How he was hoping that all the teasing would finally push Jack into his arms? How he wanted to do more than touch Jack when he knew no one else could see.
“You want him to. . . what exactly?”
“I don’t know,” he says through gritted teeth. “It’s complicated between us.”
“You both have a crush on each other and don’t know what to do about it. It’s not that complicated.”
Joel’s mouth opens and closes— then opens again. “And how the hell do you know that?”
“Because he talks about you a lot,” you answer with a soft smile. “He said he cares about you. And about your opinion.” Joel’s eyes narrow as you rub the back of your head, your eyes dropping to where you would be taking your next step. “I just don't know where I fit in all of this.”
“What do you mean?”
“You and I almost kissed,” you say finger moving between you two. “Jack and I actually kissed. And well. . . I don’t want to get in the middle of anything. It might be a bit sudden but I like you guys, I care about you, and want you guys to be together if that’s what you want.”
“It’s not your job to worry about us.” Joel huffs, his guilt gnawing at him. “But I get what you mean. We. . . we didn’t intend to put you in that position. I can assure you this wasn’t some twisted game we were tryin' to play. I can't talk for Jack but I care about you. And I care about him if that makes sense. But I fear that me being emotionally constipated might’ve ruined it with him. He gets mad every time I open my mouth.”
“That’s because you tease him all the time and honestly he’s not doing any better than you.” Joel’s eyes go wide when you suddenly cradle his cheeks and bring his face towards your own. “And you haven't ruined anything Mr. Miller. You just need to tell him exactly what you’ve been telling me.”
“You think so?”
“I know so.”
Before he can reach he feels the soft touch of your lips. You kiss him slowly—tenderly. Joel follows your lead, parting his lips, he allows you to slip your tongue inside. He sucks on your tongue, enjoying the way your body presses against his.
When you pull back, you’re completely dazed.
“Now what was that for?” he asks.
“To keep everything even” you answer, smiling. “Now let's go get our brooding cowboy.”
It doesn’t take long for that to happen. They find Jack sitting on the ground, his back pressed snugly against the wooden fence. He’s staring at the stars. The gentle light streaming down his face and down his neck, Joel’s heart skips a beat at the sight and he feels as though he can’t breathe.
Only when they walk closer does he notice the bottle of whiskey. He lifts the bottle to his lips and takes a swig, Joel’s eyes follow the way drops of amber trickle down his sun-kissed skin.
All Joel wants to do is lick the bitter drop off of him.
The two stop before him. Neither of you knowing what to do or what to say. Joel attempts to apologize by parting his lips and that is the exact moment where Jack finally meets his gaze.
“I know,” he says curtly. “Sit.” Jack extends the bottle of whiskey. Joel, without a word, sits down and takes the bottle. Just as he’s taking a swig, he notices you’re about to leave. Thankfully Jack stops that from coming to fruition. “And where do you think you’re goin’? Sit your ass over here.”
Joel almost cackles at how shocked you look. With the tiniest yelp escaping your lips you sit down right next to Jack. Taking a mouthful of whiskey, Joel extends you the bottle. You take it and chug it down immediately—Jack snorts and finally Joel feels comfortable enough to laugh alongside him.
“Calm down darlin’, it ain’t runnin’ away.”
“Sorry,” you hiccup, shoving the bottle into Jack’s chest. “I’m nervous.”
“Well, don’t be,” Jack sighs and his head falls back against the fence. “I shouldn’t have reacted that way. I—”
“We know,” Joel says with a fond smile. He throws his arm over Jack’s shoulder and cups the back of his head, his hat tumbling to the ground—it was now or never.
For the first time, Joel brings their faces together without the tease of what he might or might not do. He kisses Jack tenderly, softly. Just like how he wanted to treat him during all those nights they were alone together. Jack digs his fingers into Joel’s shirt, nails nearly biting into the skin. Much to Joel’s surprise, the other man tastes sweet. Their tongues move together, still unsure but eager to explore.
When Joel opens his eyes ever so slightly, he sees you staring in awe.
He nearly breaks away laughing. But also, he can’t really blame you for your expression.
It really does feel magical.
You hold your breath. Every nerve ending you have is buzzing with want and arousal. The space between your legs pulsing as you watch Joel tilting his head, slipping his tongue through Jack’s eager lips. Deep down you feel like you’re intruding. That this is a tender moment that should just be between the two men but you can’t help but stay there, like a deer in headlights, watching.
You shudder at the sound of Jack moaning, his hands grip Joel’s shoulder and host himself up the older man’s lap. He grinds down, swallowing Joel’s gasps, he parts away, a trail of saliva connecting the two. You’re still holding your breath. The tips of your fingers numb, your brain a whirlwind as it registers the sight before you.
“Stupid old man,” Jack rasps, tilting his head to the side. “Gettin’ all sappy.” Then his heavy gaze finds your struck ones. He reaches out and in a dream-like state you take his hand, his fingers hastily close around your wrist and tugs you towards him. Your gasp is caught in your throat when he kisses you. The taste of Joel and whiskey still heavy on his tongue.
A hand that doesn’t belong to Jack trails up the curve of your ass and squeezes. A choked-out moan drops from your lips only for Jack to shove his tongue between them. He sucks on your tongue and nips at your bottom lip all the while rolling his hips over Joel’s lap.
“God, look at you two,” Joel groans, giving your ass another firm squeeze before moving his attention to Jack’s spread thighs. “I want to watch you eat that pretty pussy up, Jack. Bet you want that too. . .”
Joel palms Jack’s cock through the denim, stroking him with a smug smile. Jack parts away from your lips with a whimper. His chest heaves. “Yeah,” he gasps, staring into your eyes, and his hips jerk, chasing the heat of the other’s palm. “Want you to make a mess of me, sugar.”
“Please,” you answer albeit not really needed. Your body falls back to sit on your heels, Joel crashes his lips against the younger cowboy’s, drinking the noises in like a starved man. He rips his flannel open while straightening himself, the momentum of the movement forcing Jack to grip Joel’s shoulders. He slides off of Joel’s lap, the kiss breaking when he directs his full lust-addled attention to you.
His gaze is enough for you to start struggling with the buttons of your jeans. You kick them off in a rush and before you can take off your shirt Jack is already laying you down upon the soil, the stars above blinking down at you with mischief. Joel sitting close, pulls your head so you’re nestled comfortably above his lap. His hands cradle your face, thumbs stroking your skin gently. It’s a complete contrast compared to how Jack is. He slides your panties to the side, the pad of his thumb resting right above your clit, he stares at your from between your spread-out thighs.
“Fuckin’ delicious,” he mutters right before delving in. He drags his tongue slowly up your folds while tenderly stroking your clit. Your back arches off of the earth, your eyes fluttering closed as he goes back down, only to kiss you tenderly. He takes his time with you. His jaw moving and tongue teasing your fluttering entrance. Your breath catches in your throat, your chest rattling, Joel shushes you while praising Jack at the same time.
When your eyes finally open, you find Joel looking down at you. His thumb traces the underline of your bottom lip and moves down until he reaches the hem of your flannel. Flattening his thumb over your stomach, he pushes the fabric up until he exposes you to the sky completely. He cups both your breasts and smooths his fingers over your tingling nipples.
“So hard already. . . you must really like what he’s doin’ down there huh?”
Tears stinging the corner of your eyes, you nod. Your silent reply is answered with a sharp bite to the inside of your thigh. Your body jolts, a gasp of pain rattling your throat. Joel smiles. “I think he wants to hear you, sweetheart.”
“I love it,” you moan and as a reward, he pinches your nipples.
“Good girl.”
Jack presses his tongue deeper, your body clenching at both the words and the movement. He groans into your cunt, the bridge of his nose brushing your aching clit deliciously as he swirls his tongue. Your stomach coils tight and you push more of yourself into Joel’s palms, your mouth drops wide. You want more. You need more. You want them both to take and take and take—take until you forget your own damn name.
“Joel. . .” you breathe. He looks down at you curiously. “I want to suck your cock.”
Jack stops only for a moment before his eyes flutter closed and loses himself in you. Vaguely you can see the way he grinds down, a groan reverberating between your legs. Joel sucks in a breath and exhales from his nose. “You sure?”
Your answer is ready on your tongue, and as soon as you give it to him, he expertly unbuttons himself. The tip of his cock pushes against your lips and your breath hitches. Precome smears over the soft flesh, your tongue darting out for a taste, you end up tasting from the source instead. Joel’s hips stutter.
“Holy fuckin’ hell,” his hips jerk a second time, this time thrusting himself deeper into your mouth. You feel him leaning over, a second later you understand he’s reaching for the other man who is working you toward your orgasm. “Jack com’ere—Let me taste her.”
Jack doesn’t make Joel repeat himself and unwillingly pulls himself away from between your legs. Your tongue swirls around Joel’s cock as Jack kisses him deeply. He licks himself deep into the older man’s mouth, stealing a moan deep within Joel’s chest. While Jack steals the breath from Joel’s lungs, he pushes two fingers into you with ease. Your eyes rolling, you take more of Joel into your mouth, prompting the other to instinctively thrust deep enough to make you choke around him.
He parts from Jack with a gasp, “Fuck, that’s it, sweetheart, choke on it.” he says through gritted teeth. Both men look down at you with dark eyes, the shadows caused by the moonlight caress their backs, deepening every crease of their faces. You shudder.
You’re surprised to see Jack dipping down, lower from where you’re sucking Joel’s cock, he sucks the tender skin of the base, and the sound that Joel makes almost feels inhumane.
But Jack doesn’t linger. He pulls away from both of you, his torso tall between your legs, he strokes himself at the sight of your mouth full of the man he admires.
“You like having your mouth full, darlin’? Such a dirty girl allowing two men to have you like this out in the open.”
You whimper and nod, eyes flooding with tears as Joel shoves himself deeper. Spit and precome trickle down from where his cock stretches your lips.
“Fuckin’ filthy,” Jack says giving himself a firm squeeze before swiping his palm over the head of his cock. With his other hand, he follows the contour of your leg, reaches all the way to your hip. “You’re ‘bout to feel much fuller.”
He shoves himself inside you with a single thrust; your channel tightens around him, a moan escaping your throat. Your mouth is pulled away from Joel briefly, gasping for air, before he pulls you back. He adjusts his hips and slides back into your mouth, kneading the back of your neck.
“You feel that? How hot and wet you are? Both of us stretching you?” Jack's voice is gruff as he thrusts into you; your eyes close as pleasure radiates through your body, your skin left tingling. You can hear Joel moan and pant in the background, his cock throbs above your tongue and you hollow out your cheeks.
Your eyes flutter as Jack's cock glides in and out of you; his plunges getting deeper with every thrust. You feel overwhelmed by both of them. You’re left breathless and spinning. You feel only them and nothing else.
You grip onto Joel to keep yourself teetered to the moment as Jack's movements become more desperate, Joel matching him thrust for thrust. With each gasp, Joel's cock slides further down your throat.
The tightness inside your body grows; waves of pleasure cascade through you. The pressure builds and builds and builds—You’re so close you can taste it. Jack presses a palm over your mound, adding pressure as he draws quick and tight circles around your clit. Your throat convulses around Joel’s cock and he pulls out, his length resting comfortably above your lips. You breathe heavily against him, his cock slick and warm on your skin.
“Atta girl,” he coos. “Just a bit more. . . Show us how pretty you look when you come.”
You feel the pressure between your legs mounting with each hard thrust from Jack, your moans becoming louder and more desperate. Joel encourages Jack to go faster, and with each plunge you feel the tension in your core build higher and higher.
And finally the coil snaps.
Your whole body trembles and shakes. Your orgasm still rolling over your body like a violent wave. Jack pumps his hips into yours as he digs his hands into your hips. He keeps thrusting relentlessly, pushing himself as far in as he can before he pulls out. His jaw goes slack, cock gliding over your mound, he spills over your skin. You shudder at the trickle of his seed.
Joel’s cock slides across your lips, teasing you. Your tongue darts out and quickly wraps around him, you tilt your head to take in all of his length. You push your mouth onto him, bobbing your head up and down until he groans. His hips buck erratically and at the same time you feel the touch of Jack’s mouth against the side of your neck.
You swallow everything that he offers you, savoring every moment of the taste of him. You stay close to him until his breathing returns to normal, his thighs shaking underneath you as he pulls out.
“Holy shit,” Jack chokes out as he collapses on top of you, head right above your chest. Joel wipes the sole tear that had escaped you eye and smiles. You bring his palm to your lips and kiss the rough skin.
“It’s going to be hard walking away from all of this,” you whisper, shuddering when Jack’s mouth moves against the side of your breasts.
“Who says you have to walk away?”
You don’t have it in you to go into the details of your life and how you have to go. Or entertain the idea that maybe the things that you thought were important aren’t as essential that you thought after all. It’s pure chaos and right now all you want is to feel their warmth against your bare skin under the stars.
For now, you are content and feeling grateful for the two amazing men who coincidentally made themselves an inseparable part of your life.

My little love
Chapter 36
Pairing: Bucky Barnes x Enhanced!Reader
Word count: 3.0K
Warnings: Fluff city, wedding planning, pregnancy announcement, Lottie's growing up.
A/N: I am so excited about this chapter. It's just a bunch of fluff and fun. I also had the idea with Steve in mind for a while now. I'd love to know what you think about it!!
Series Masterlist
“A dance m’lady?”
“Of couwse.” Lottie takes Henry’s hands and they start to twirl around. She’s giggling as they dance around.
The ballroom you were looking at for a potential venue was huge. A bit too big for the small wedding you wanted to have but it was beautiful.
“Thoughts?” The wedding planner you’d hired, Olivia, asked.
“It’s beautiful.”
“But?”
“It’s maybe too big?” Bucky says as he looks around before looking at you.
“Yes, this looks like we could fit 3 or 400 people. Our wedding is going to be so much smaller. And we’d like to have the ceremony outside.”
“The ceremony space is why I picked this one out. Let me show you what I had in mind.” Olivia waves for you to follow her through long hallways. It’s almost a maze to get from the ballroom to the other side of the venue.
“What do you think?” Olivia says as she opens the door.
It’s a huge greenhouse and while the flowers and foliage are beautiful, it’s not what you wanted.
“Mama.” Lottie tugs at your shirt.
“Yes, sweet Angel?”
“Not this one. I no see it.”
That reassured you that this in fact was not the place where you would marry Bucky. You hadn’t really liked it to begin with but it was spacious.
“I agree. Buck?”
“We’d like something different.”
“Ok.” Olivia says. “I have three more venues we can look at today. What do you say?”
“Of course.”
****
You drive all around looking at some possible venues but none of them seem to fit what you want for the wedding. This is the last one and if it doesn’t work you’ll have to go into the city which you don’t want to do. Henry and Lottie are also getting a bit restless.
“We’ll look at one more place and then we can do something fun.” You say as you unbuckle Charlotte and help her out of the car.
She gasps as you set her down. “Oh mama, is so pwetty.” She says as she takes in the mansion in front of you.
“It is so pretty.”
“This place looks great.” Bucky stands beside you, his hand coming to rest on your lower back. “It’s really nice.” He smiles.
Suddenly you’re starting to feel really hopeful that this place could be it. Olivia steps out of her car and calls you to follow her.
“You know, most couples don’t bring their kids to these kinds of things. Are you wanting to make them part of the whole process?” She asks as you head up the front steps.
“Yes, we would love for them to be involved anyway they can be.”
“I’m sure we can find some other things they can be a part of, maybe cake tasting?” Olivia turns to watch Henry and Lottie nod eagerly.
The five of you walk around the large home as Olivia points out areas that she would use and how.
“Now, I know you want an outdoor ceremony but in case of bad weather we could use this space. What do you think?”
She says as she leads you to a large living room. It’s free of furniture so Olivia explains the seating arrangement, where the aisle would go.
“It’s a nice space if we had to do the ceremony inside.” Bucky murmured as he looked around.
The room, while simple in color, was a great canvas to decorate however you wanted. A huge chandelier was the main feature of the room. Bucky takes your hand and pulls you to the front of the room.
“This is where we would be standing as we say our vows. What do you think?” He asks with a loving smile.
“I really really like it.”
“Well this is only the backup space. I’d like to show you the outdoor option.” Olivia chimes in. “It’s being updated but it will be ready way before your wedding date. Follow me.”
“Mama.” Lottie gasps, wide eyed as she stops in the hallway.
“What is it, sweet Angel?”
“I see it mama, is this one.” She says bouncing on the ball of her feet.
You beam at her and then Bucky who’s also sporting an excited smile. He takes your hand and the four of you walk out to the most beautiful garden you’d ever seen.
Your breath hitches as you step out to the garden. While some maintenance was being done, the garden was in full bloom with a variety of white flowers. The hedges were trimmed to perfection. It looked heavenly.
“I absolutely love this space.” Olivia says excitedly. “They only keep white flowers so we can bring in flowers in the color scheme you gave me to fill in the area. We could have an arch at the end with flowers and fabric draped down. The chairs would obviously go here.” Olivia explains with a smile. “Some rooms are also included in the contract so you could get ready here.”
“That would be great.” You turn to Bucky. “It would be less hassle getting the kids ready here too.”
“So far this seems like the best option.”
“Good because I want to show you where you’ll have the reception.”
“Daddy, what's a reception?” Henry asks as you follow Olivia.
“It’s like a dinner and a party to celebrate that your mama and I got married.”
“Oh, can I go to the reception with baby?”
“Of course bubs. You’re going to have a really important job at the wedding.”
“Really?” Henry looks up, eyes wide with excitement.
“Yup. You’re going to be the ring bearer. That means you will hold the ring mama puts on my finger and the one I put on hers.”
“What about baby? Is she a ring bearer too?”
“I take wings?” Lottie asks.
“No sweet Angel, you’re going to be the flower girl.”
“Sounds so pwetty. Can be flowe-uh girl.”
Olivia shows you the huge ballroom. Like the rest of the venue, it’s perfect.
“Now we have to test it out. Are you ready?” Bucky asks as he walks you back to the French doors that lead to the garden.
“What are you doing?”
“Just picture it. I’m in my tux, the room is decorated beautifully. You’re standing there as beautiful as ever, especially in your dress. Ladies and gentleman,” Bucky announces. “I’d like to present for the first time Mr. and Mrs. Barnes.”
Olivia has the kids clapping and cheering so that you can get the full effect. Then Bucky leads you back toward the center of the room and pulls you into his chest. Butterflies took flight in your belly listening to Bucky calling you Mrs. Barnes.
“Now this would be our first dance.” He murmurs before he starts humming a slow tune.
You’re looking at each other lovingly as you sway from side to side. Two sets of arms wrap around you and Bucky. When you look down Lottie and Henry are swaying with you. It couldn’t be more perfect.
You both agree that this is the place you want. Olivia smiles again and heads out to make a few calls to get a contract for you to sign.
“I can’t wait to marry you.” You look up at Bucky.
“Neither can I.”
In between planning the wedding there was regular family life and work. The shifts at the medbay and Bucky going on missions weren’t slowing down just yet. Lottie's birthday was coming up. This time she requested a tea party which you and Bucky happily agreed too.
The truth was Charlotte was growing up so fast. Just a year before she was learning how to walk and talk. Now she’s more popular throughout the compound than even the Avengers. And just as a growing child does she changes all the time. From mannerisms to vocabulary, some of the latter really showing how much she’s grown.
“I’m weady.” Lottie calls out from the top of the stairs. She’d chosen a pretty pink dress for her tea party. “Wook at my dwess daddy.”
You and Bucky had been talking about the wedding when Lottie had called out and both your heads snapped in her direction.
“What did you say, doll?” Bucky was in disbelief.
“I said am weady.”
“After that.”
“Oh I says wook at my dwess daddy.” She says as she stops in front of the two of you and does a little twirl.
When you look at Bucky you see tears in his eyes.
“You can’t call me that.” He whispers.
“But you is my daddy.”
“I’m your dada. You always call me dada.” Bucky says.
“But am a big girl an big girls says daddy. An bubba says daddy too.” She defends herself.
“I know doll.” Bucky picks her up and presses a few kisses to her temple and cheek. “But you’re my baby, you can’t be a big girl.”
“Daddy, I wanna be a big girl.”
You chuckle as Lottie wrapped her arms loosely around Bucky’s neck. She gives him a beaming smile and Bucky’s too weak to say no.
“Alright, I guess you can be a big girl and call me daddy.” He relents. “You look beautiful in your dress, doll.”
“Tank you daddy.”
Bucky puts Lottie down so that she can find Henry and show him the dress she has on. You hug Bucky as soon as you can.
“I hate that so much. She’s growing up way too fast.” He says with a pout.
“Next thing you know, she’s gonna come home from school talking about a boyfriend.”
“That’s not funny.”
You laugh at his scowl. “Let’s go celebrate our not so little girl’s birthday.”
“This turned out great.” Molly compliments as she sits next to you on the couch.
“Thanks. Charlotte is very into tea parties now. It just made sense to make her birthday this.”
“Well you’re turning into a whole party planner, between this and the wedding. How is that going?”
“It’s going well. We found the venue not long ago. Oh, now that we’re talking about it. How would you feel about being a bridesmaid?”
“I would love to.” Molly gives you a half smile, half grimace.
“But?”
“We haven’t told anyone yet but it’s only fair you know. I’m pregnant.” She says in a whisper.
“Molly, oh my god.” You exclaim.
“Sshhh. You can’t tell anyone.”
“I can’t believe this. I’m so excited. But why can’t you be a bridesmaid?”
“My doctor wants me to be as stress free as possible.” She frowns a bit. “I would have loved to be up there with you.”
“And weddings can be very stressful. Don’t worry about it. As long as you’re there and taking care of yourself.” You lean in and give her a quick hug. “Is there anything you need?”
“No, I'm good right now.”
“Ok, I’m going to check in on the kids.” You smile.
“You’re going to tell Luke that you know?”
“Maybe.” You giggle.
“Go, it was his idea for us to tell you first.”
You’re beaming as you get up and check in on how the others are doing. Eddie is playing a card game with Sam and Henry. Sophie and Josh are hanging out with Nat and Clint. You walked by and saw Charlotte with Olivia and Steve, talking to Duckie.
“She started calling me daddy today instead of dada and I don’t think I’ll ever get over that.” You hear Bucky say.
“Wait until she starts calling you by your first name. That was a fun stage with Liv.”
“No way. I couldn’t handle that.”
Luke chuckles. “Just imagine, ‘Luke, can I have a popsicle?’ Or ‘Luke read me a bedtime story.’”
Bucky chuckles and shakes his head.
“Hey you two.” You walk up beside Bucky, letting him pull you into his side. “So…”
“So?” Luke is looking at you amusedly.
You couldn’t help the excited smile on your face. Luke chuckles.
“She told you.”
“Who told what?” Bucky looks between both of you.
“Molly’s pregnant.”
“I’m so excited for you guys. Congratulations.” You pull your big brother in for a hug.
“Thank you. We’re really excited too. Liv is over the moon knowing she’s going to be a big sister.”
“Congrats man.” Bucky shakes Luke’s hand.
“Hopefully you’ll be giving us the same news soon.”
“Maybe after the wedding.” You say.
****
The party continues for a while. You and Bucky both go around and make sure everyone is doing ok and have whatever they need before cutting the cake.
Everyone gathers around the beautiful birthday cake Henry made for his sister. The room erupts in a loud rendition of happy birthday before Lottie blows out her candles. There’s clapping and cheering and Charlotte giggling at the attention.
“Have another bite.” Bucky holds up the spoon for Charlotte.
“Mmm, so yummy.” She murmurs before she walks away to where Olivia is playing. She goes back and forth until the cake is all gone.
After gifts and some more games the party dies down. It happens just in time since Charlotte was losing her fight to sleep. You take her from Duckie, who Charlotte was sitting with, and start heading back to the house. Olivia comes with you since you had promised the girls a sleepover.
Bucky had just slipped under the sheets of your shared bed and gotten comfortable. He was flipping through the pages of the book he was currently reading while you were thinking over the bridal party.
“Did you ask any of the guys to be your groomsmen yet?” You turned to look at him.
“Not yet. I was going to do it tomorrow, why?”
“Well Molly isn’t going to be a bridesmaid so now I have three bridesmaids to your four groomsmen.” You sigh. “I don’t know what to do.”
“What if I just ask three of the guys instead of the four I had planned?”
“Maybe.”
Bucky shakes his head. “We aren’t having this conversation again.”
“Please let me have Steve on my side.”
“He’s my best friend.” Bucky replied. “I’ve known him the longest. He’s literally my best man.”
“But I’m his favorite best friend. It only makes sense if you think about it.”
Bucky laughs. “It’s not happening. The only way it will work is if we cut him down the middle and share.”
You huff a laugh before you get an idea. Bucky can see it with the way your eyes light up.
“What are you thinking?”
You had invited Steve over for coffee. The day was beautiful so you were out in the backyard watching the kids play. You and Bucky were working on the seating chart when Steve showed up.
“So how’s the wedding planning going?” He asked as he took a seat.
“It’s good. We have a lot figured out already.”
“Especially the wedding party.” You say with a smile. “But we need your opinion.”
“Sure, whatever I can help with.”
“I decided to pick Nat as my maid of honor with Wanda and Sophia as my two other bridesmaids. It was hard though, I wanted to pick both Nat and Wanda as maids of honor.”
“I knew it.” Steve chuckles. “I knew you’d have a hard time choosing between them.”
“Well I picked Clint and Josh as groomsmen but the best man was between you and Sam.”
“Oh.” Steve’s smile falters a little.
You feel kind of bad for doing this to Steve but in the end it will be better.
“After talking about it with Y/N I’m going to ask Sam to be my best man.”
“Yeah we kept arguing over who’s side you would stand on.” You start to explain.
“No, I get it.” Steve looks a bit dejected.
“So we thought that you could stand between us instead.”
“What?” Steve’s face scrunched up in confusion.
“You’re one of the big reasons we’re together.” You start to explain.
“Since the moment you realized I was still alive you did everything possible to save me. And because of that I met the love of my life.” Bucky looks at you with a loving gaze.
“You’re our best friend and biggest supporter. We wouldn’t be here without you.” You add. “So we thought that instead of you being the best man, you could officiate the wedding instead. What do you think?”
“You want me to marry you?”
“Yes. I think you’re the perfect choice. You know both of us so well and you’ve always been there to support us. We want you to have a special role on our wedding day.” Bucky says with a smile.
“How would I even do that?” Steve asks.
“I already looked it up and you can become an officiant online. So what do you say? Please say yes. It would mean so much to us.”
“I would love to.”
You jump out of your seat in order to hug Steve. There’s a delighted giggle that bubbles up as the two of you embrace.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you. The wedding is going to be so perfect.”
“I’m just happy to be part of it and help you guys celebrate. After everything you’ve been through, this past year alone.”
“I don’t think we could get married without you, punk.” Bucky is the next to hug Steve. “Seriously, this means a lot to us. Once Y/N said it, it made so much sense. Having you just as my best man wasn’t enough. You’re an important part of both our lives and having you officiate the wedding feels right.”
“Ok you’ve got to stop.” Steve blushes.
“Just accept the compliments, Rogers. Now c’mon I’m gonna help you register and then we can go over a few things for the ceremony.”
You sat back down at the table with Steve by your side. The three of you went over ideas and how the ceremony should go. The more you got done for the wedding the more excited you got. There were still a few things left to do of course but you were so happy at that moment. When you looked over at Bucky you could tell he shared your feelings.
You were getting ready to marry your best friend and the love of your life. Nothing could be better than that.

hey bunjy. i have a question. i have an old cat whose incontinent and recently weve had to resort to putting her in our outdoor pool cage (closed off. she cant go wandering out into roads without someone opening a door for her) becauses shes become incontinent and our house reeks of cat piss. i feel bad for her and want her to be happy out there so i was thinking of getting some furniture. we live in florida and shes a fluffy black cat and i dont want her to get overheated or deal with the heat. ive been looking for shaded furniture for her but all the outdoor, weather-proof furniture ive found is too high up for her as she has arthritis and wont climb any step unless she has to. do you know of any weather-proof, low-lying cat furniture that gives cats a a shaded respite from the sun?
uh. I'm not really pet care adjacent, but it sounds like you have more problems than just furniture. does anyone have (constructive) suggestions for improvements?

As the seasons transition and the days grow shorter and cooler, it's the perfect time to embrace a fall refresh! Much like we enjoy a spring cleaning, a fall cleaning is essential to prepare for the cozy months ahead. Let’s dive into the key areas to focus on during your autumnal tidying spree. Remember, you can tailor your fall cleaning to suit your unique needs and preferences, making it as detailed and delightful as you wish!
🍂 Forgotten Spaces
With more time spent indoors, it's crucial to improve your home's air quality. Make sure to dust all those often-overlooked areas: nooks and crannies, ceiling fans, the tops of cabinets and refrigerators, vents, air returns, and blinds. A thorough dusting will help ensure a fresh and clean environment throughout the season.
🌰 Clean Your Linen
As we cozy up more during the colder months, don't forget to give attention to all your linens. Freshen up your curtains, rugs, blankets, sheets, pillowcases, furniture covers, and mattresses, along with any other fabric-covered furniture that may have been overlooked during the warmer seasons.
🍂 Deep Clean
Give your home a thorough deep clean by tackling the walls, baseboards, doors, door handles, light fixtures, and appliances. Don't forget to clean your fridge and freezer, washing machine, dryer vent, and replace your shower curtain as well as batteries in any detectors in the home for a fresh start.
🌰 Outdoors
Don't forget about the exterior of your home as the weather changes. While I don’t worry too much about the yard after the last cut (leaves are great for the ecosystem and fun for kids), it’s important to keep walkways clear. Keep a rake and broom handy for this task. Consider power washing your house and sidewalks, cleaning out your gutters, and hosting a yard sale to declutter. Additionally, check your pantry and donate any food you no longer plan to use.

Unlucky Clover
... Yeah I wasn't getting to sleep until I posted this. It's been a rough two days, so enjoy the combination of my two Normal brain cells, size scenarios and vampires.
Word Count: 2.1k
CWs: pretty heavy fearplay, and it’s a sizey story with a vampire, obviously mouthplay/vore energy
=====
The snow began to fall, and Clover quickly ran towards the nearby human house. Luckily, she had plenty of provisions, but she needed to escape the cold quickly or she’d freeze in this weather. As she entered the house through a hole in the siding, she was pleased to discover that it appeared to be heated, and even the space between the walls was warmed thanks to the insulation. As she sat down and curled up for warmth, waiting for her body to recover, she came to a decision that this house would be the perfect new base until the spring.
-
It was early in the evening when Nix noticed that they weren’t alone in their house. It was easy for them to smell the scent of fresh blood, but this was no pack of mice… this blood was human. Following the scent lead to a random wall, against the outside of the house. Perhaps somebody was laying against the siding? thought Nix, but it was far too cold for them to bother checking. Besides, they could wait a few more days before their next meal.
-
It took three days for Nix to finally spot the little intruder. They hardly believed their eyes as they saw her running behind their furniture. At first, they thought it was some kind of hallucination, but the scent confirmed that it was definitely real. It seemed like they had a borrower setting up shop in their house.
-
It had been two weeks, but Nix had finally spotted the little nuisance again. For the last two weeks, small objects had been disappearing around their house, which they could only conclude was due to their little “housemate”. When they saw her, the little intruder was scurrying towards a hole in the wall, holding a few hair clips in her arms as she ran.
“You know, you’re not very good at sneaking,” said Nix, a playful tone in their voice. They saw the borrower’s spine tingle, before she ran even faster into the hole in the wall.
-
It took Clover a few days to work up the nerve to leave again after that incident. This human seemed to be… more nocturnal than most humans, waking up at sunset and going to sleep before the sunrise. Clover had heard of a “night shift” job, and figured this human must have one.
There were a few other oddities as well, including the human’s distinct lack of food in their pantry, but that wasn’t enough to deter Clover. After all, she was an outdoor borrower, she was able to go out and forage for enough food to last her.
It was almost sunrise, and Clover knew the human was probably on their way to sleep. She just needed some fabric, and she knew the human had dropped a sock behind the dryer a few days ago. All she had to do was get to the laundry room and grab it and she’d have the material for a perfect winter coat.
Making sure that the human was out of the room, she began her trek, moving along the walls of the dark house. She got most of the way through the hallway, in an area with nowhere to hide, before the worst possible thing happened.
There was a moment as Clover stared fearfully at the human, taking in their appearance. This human was pale, that was the first thing she noticed. Their eyes were a bright red, almost seeming to glow, but surely that was just a trick of the light. They wore casual pajamas, just a baggy shirt and short pants, a far cry from the nice suits or dresses the human would normally wear before going out. After what felt like both seconds and years, the human spoke again, the second time they had spoken to the borrower.
“You.”
Clover was thrown off-guard as the human seemed to move at a superhuman speed, wrapping both of their giant hands around the borrower. Cold, was the first thought Clover had. Perhaps the human had been outside recently? No, that wasn’t right. Nothing was right here. Clover stared at the human fearfully as they began to speak.
“Well, well, well. What do we have here? If it isn’t the little thief who’s been running around my house.”
As they spoke, Clover stared, wide-eyed, as she finally noticed the gigantic canine teeth of their captor. It was all starting to click… this wasn’t the house of a human at all…
“What’s wrong, little thief? Cat got your tongue? Or are you incapable of speaking?”
Clover blinked back to attention. Speaking to humans was expressly forbidden… but Clover was never one for rules.
“I… can speak…” hesitantly murmured the borrower, almost too quiet for a human to hear. However, at this point she knew she was talking to no ordinary human.
“Ah!” exclaimed Nix, a clear teasing tone in their voice, “It’s intelligent after all. Well, as intelligent as somebody can be when they break into the home of a vampire.”
Vampire. Clover had known it to be true, but to hear it out loud made her skin crawl. She had heard legends of vampires, humans given a thirst for blood in exchange for immortality. It was said that vampires needed to kill dozens of humans a year to quench their thirst… and humans had a lot more blood than borrowers did.
Nix quickly interrupted the borrower's thoughts as they continued to speak. “Please, I know I’m quite attractive, but surely you know it’s rude to stare,” teased Nix, as they moved the borrower to a single hand, holding the borrower ever closer to their mouth, grinning wide with their fangs out.
“I… I… I…” was all Clover could stutter, as she stared in fear as the gigantic fangs, each one half the size of the small borrower.
“Oh? It seems like the little thief found her voice again. What were you saying?” said Nix, as they moved the borrower even closer.
“I… d-didn’t know…” spoke Clover, who was starting to tremble from fear. From this close, she could smell the faint metallic scent coming from the vampire’s mouth.
“You didn’t know? Didn’t know what, little thief?”
“I didn’t know… you were… a v-v-v…” Clover stammered fearfully.
“Oh! A vampire! Is that what you’re trying to say? It’s so hard to understand you with that stutter of yours,” spoke Nix, playfully poking Clover’s nose (or rather, her whole face) with the index finger of their free hand.
Clover could only nod, her voice caught in her throat. As Nix began to laugh, Clover recoiled back, pressing her body against the far side of the vampire’s tight grip.
“I… I d-didn’t know…” repeated Clover, as if in shock. “A-are you… g-going to kill me?"
“Well, I suppose it doesn’t matter what you knew or didn’t, because now you’re here, in the hands of a vampire,” said Nix, a devious smile still plastered on their face.
“Y-you didn’t an-” Clover went to speak again, but was swiftly interrupted by the vampire as they continued mocking the borrower.
“I’ll be honest with you… you smell absolutely delicious, you little thief,” continued Nix, their tone playful yet predatory. “You know, it’s been a week or so since I’ve fed… and while you certainly aren’t a meal, you’d surely be a good little snack…” said Nix, as Clover trembled in fear, staring at the fangs which may soon rip her apart.
This is it, thought Clover. I’m going to die.
“Maybe if I had enough of you… tell me, little one, you wouldn't have any friends nearby, would you?” asked the vampire. They knew the answer, but wanted to hear this intruder admit it. As Clover fearfully shook her head, Nix continued, “Ah, a shame then. I guess you really are all alone, huh? Just you and me, here in this house… far from anyone who could hear you…”
Finally, Clover regained her composure just enough to speak just one simple statement, voice soft and weak as tears welled in her eyes. “I… d-don’t want to die…”
At this, Nix stared at Clover, continuing to grin that sharp grin as their glowing red eyes looked at their captive. They adjusted their grip on the borrower, holding her between their index finger and thumb, which was still enough to keep her completely unable to escape.
“Don’t worry, my dear, it will only hurt for a moment” cooed the vampire, as if soothing a child about to get a needle. They slowly, deliberately raised the now-sobbing borrower to their mouth, bringing her right up to their fang, close enough that the borrower could reach out and touch it. As Clover cowered, she heard the vampire vocalize, a sound which shook their entire mouth, including the borrower now inside it.
“Hmmmm…”
And then, before she knew it, Clover was brought out of the vampire’s mouth, and dangled in front of their eyes by her leg. She would shout in pain, if she had any fight left in her. Instead, she could only stare at the giant red eye in front of her, waiting to see what was happening.
“You know, I was hoping for a little more fight out of you. No yelling, screaming, not even kicking? Just going to lie back and accept your fate, huh?”, said the vampire, in an almost casual tone, a far cry from their tone only seconds ago.
Clover could only continue to wordlessly stare at the vampire’s eye, unsure what they wanted her to say.
“You know, I’ve seen a lot of different reactions to my little games. Begging, pleading, fighting. But you? One weak little ‘I d-don’t want to die’”, Nix said, imitating the borrower’s voice with extreme precision, “and then you just cower. Is that just how you little things are? Ready to accept death at the slightest threat?”
“N-n-no…” was all Clover could say, forcing the word out of her mouth.
“N-n-no” mimicked the vampire, again perfectly mirroring the little borrower’s voice before rolling their eyes and speaking again in their own voice, “Seriously, you have to work on that stutter, my dear, it makes you sound even more pathetic than you already are.”
Dangling by her leg, tears stinging her eyes, and face-to-face with a monster that was now mocking her, the little borrower became almost completely unresponsive. Nix shook their little captive around, before continuing. “You know, if you’re going to be this boring, it makes me wonder if you’re even worth the effort to kill. I was expecting a little more of a thrill than this, weren’t you?”
Clover didn’t respond, until Nix shook her again, their voice growing more firm, “I asked you a question. Weren’t you expecting a little more of a thrill?”
“Y-yes… I mean, n-no…” said Clover, reignited with fear after hearing the change in the vampire’s tone.
“Well, that answer tells me nothing. You know what? You’re officially no fun. Do you know what that means?” asked Nix, that familiar devious grin on their face. Clover desperately tried to hide her face from the vampire, only to be shocked when she found herself being lowered to the ground. After being released, roughly landing on her shoulder blades before flipping around, Clover could only stare up at the vampire, wondering what her fate would be, before Nix spoke again.
“It means that I want you out of my sight. Now.” spoke Nix, though there was still a hint of playfulness in their voice. “Well? Are you waiting for me to pick you back up, or are you going to go scurry away somewhere?”
Clover was... confused. She had just accepted her death at the hands, or rather mouth, of a vampire, and now she was being set free? Despite her better judgment, she fearfully asked a question, taking a moment to compose herself so as not to stutter.
“You’re… not going to kill me?”
Nix leaned down and grinned before replying, “Hm? Did you want me to?”
“N-no, no, I just…”
Nix waved their hand dismissively before replying, “You have until I wake up to get the hell out of my house. After that, you’re fair game. Now scram, and think twice before stealing people’s things again, you pest!”
Clover wasted no time scrambling to her feet and starting to back away fearfully. “Y-yes sir, uh, ma’am, uh…”
“The more you stutter on, the more I’m regretting letting you go,” Nix said, as they turned around and began walking towards their bedroom. “And you don’t want me to regret this.”
Clover understood the message loud and clear, as she ran to her little hidey-hole and quickly packed only the essentials for her expedition to find a new place to live. The outdoors would prove challenging this time of year, but surely it was better than staying with a vampire.
-
Nix chuckled as they entered their bedroom. By now, the little pest was probably down the block. To think, she thought they would eat her. While Nix was a vampire, they’d never drain somebody dry, even a little thief like that. What kind of mindless beast did she take them for? Regardless, hopefully they had given her a good scare, and a lesson on being more sneaky when borrowing. After all, not everybody would be as kind as they were…
#once again: yes i am normal about fearplay why do you ask#in my mind there was an extra scene that got cut for being a bit too much for g/t tumblr but i'm still happy with the end result.#any/all pronouns for Nix btw. there wasn't really room for Nix to go 'im genderfluid' but yeah. their gender is whatever it needs to be.#g/t#giant/tiny#macro/micro#oc tag: nix#g/t whump#tiny whump#horror whump#g/t writing#g/t fearplay#vampire#my writing

A Place To Call Home

Summary: Victoria and Ethan make a house a home
Rating: General Audiences
Category: Fluff
Victoria grinned as she opened the garden furniture boxes. They had ordered the outdoor things when they still lived in Ethan’s apartment and now they were in their forever home, they could finally put it to use.
She probably should be helping with the inside stuff but the weather was so nice and Victoria wanted to be outside. Her rings glistened in the Boston sun and she smiled as she looked down at her hand.
They had only recently returned from their honeymoon and it had been absolute bliss. It felt so good to finally be a married couple and Victoria loved having ‘Ramsey’ at the end of her name.
“You’re supposed to unpack the indoor items first.” A voice said. Victoria looked up to see Ethan emerging from the bifold doors a smile on his face.
“It’s a beautiful day. I want to be outside.” Victoria laughed.
“I can’t argue with that. But there’s hundreds of boxes inside that also need unpacking. And my dad and your parents aren’t here yet so it’s down to us.”
Victoria smiled. “I’ll make you a deal. Let’s get these items unpacked quickly.” She gestured to the outdoor furniture boxes. “And then we’ll head inside and unpack the boxes and when we have lunch, we can sit out here and eat it.”
“How quickly can we set this up?” Ethan asked.
“We’ll find out when we get it open. Let’s not waste anymore time!” Victoria opened one of the boxes.
It didn’t take long before the seats and table were set up on the patio, the Boston sun still beating down on them. There were enough chairs and extra ones for when family and friends visited, luckily the house already had a garden shed for which Ethan and Victoria were keen to take advantage off.
“Now the sun loungers. Very essential for a poolside.” Ethan said sarcastically.
“I haven’t been going on about them for that long.” Victoria laughed.
Ethan rolled his eyes. “The minute you saw the pool I knew this was going to be the one.”
“Don’t pretend you didn’t think the same.” Victoria winked.
The outdoor furniture by the pool was done and Victoria and Ethan then headed back into the house.
“We finally made it.” Ethan smiled down at Victoria.
Victoria wrapped her arms around his waist. “We did. And there’s so much to look forward to.” She pressed a kiss to his cheek.
They found their forever home and couldn’t wait to see what was ahead for them.
“That’s not straight.” Victoria said.
Ethan held the picture down, a sigh falling from his lips. “Do you want to get up on this ladder and put it up yourself?”
“No way I’d break it! And I know if you weren’t holding that you’d use one of your hands to pinch the bridge of your nose.” Victoria laughed.
“Well yes because putting up a picture shouldn’t be this difficult. It’s not like they’re going to notice until they are at least four.” Ethan replied.
“No but we’ll remember all the fun we had putting it up.” Victoria laughed as she stroked her belly.
With a few more adjustments, Ethan finally had the picture up on the wall. He wasn’t so sure about a black and white picture of a giraffe but he started to come round to the idea and for where it went on the wall, it actually went well with the decor.
“It’ll be just like their dad is watching them.” Victoria smirked.
“You’re never going to let that one go.” Ethan laughed as he pulled his wife into his arms.
“Never. And I’ll teach our children about it too. And about how their father is the most kind and thoughtful person I have ever met. And that they are so lucky to have a dad like you.”
Ethan pulled Victoria in for a lingering kiss and then bent down and pressed two kisses to Victoria’s belly.
It wouldn’t be long until they had their twins in their lives and they couldn’t wait for the excitement they would bring.
“Are you ready to see your new rooms?” Victoria looked down at Luke and Lily.
“Are all my toys in there?” Luke asked.
“Well if you come with me and Lily goes with Mommy we’ll find out.” Ethan laughed as he led Luke to his new room.
“Ready Lil?” Victoria looked down at her daughter.
“Yeah! I hope it’s pink!” Lily giggled.
“Close your eyes and no peeking!” Victoria said.
Lily covered her eyes with her hands letting out a little laugh as Victoria led her into her new room.
“Can I open them?”
“You can!”
Lily opened her eyes and gasped at the look of her new room. One wall had been painted pink, the other white and there were pictures of unicorns on the wall as well as a family picture. Her bed was right near the window where it overlooked the garden and she had a desk in the corner of the room while her toys were in another.
“It’s pink! And my toys are here!” Lily grinned as she picked up her large teddy.
“Do you like it?” Victoria smiled.
“I love it! Thank you Mommy.” Lily smiled as she wrapped her arms around Victoria’s legs.
“Lily! My room is blue! Is yours pink like you wanted!” Luke ran into the room.
“Yes! And I got unicorns! Did you get dinosaurs?” Lily asked.
“Yes!”
“So I’m guessing you like them then?” Ethan laughed.
“Yes! Thank you so much!” Luke said.
“Now you’ve got to promise us that you’ll keep them tidy.” Victoria said with a stern voice.
“And that means putting all your toys away when you’re not playing with them.” Ethan raised an eyebrow.
Luke and Lily looked at each other. “Is he talking about the Lego piece?”
“Yes. I do not want a repeat of that.” Ethan replied.
Victoria crouched down to the twins’ height. “Your Dad is right. Even if it was a bit funny.” Victoria winked.
The twins giggled as they reached for some toys out of the new toy baskets.
“It really feels like a home now.” Ethan smiled.
“It does. We’ve come a long way but it was all worth it.” Victoria said.
The Ramsey family were loving life. Their home was perfect and they couldn’t wait for what would come next.
Stepping on Lego is not the one lol
