hahah yeap everyday unfortunately. on good days though it only takes about an hour 20 or an hour & a half so i cross my fingers & hope for the best each time lol 😄. it ends in August which seems long to me but i'm hoping these months will pass by in a flash 😆. other than the travel time, the work culture & environment is not so bad so i guess that's a plus, but, you never really know what life has in store for you ╮(︶︿︶)╭

i'm in mech engineering! it does include math but if im being honest not much of it is being used rn 😬🫣

i've heard sooo many people talking about genshin lately. i'm not a big fan of rpgs (actually very bad at them) so i tend to observe from the side. what do you like the most about the game? and ofc i have to ask this, who's your favourite character?

as for me, i'm currently in love with yakuza 0! its my first of the series and i'm enjoying it to the fullest. i've been playing on the weekends to release some stress & it's the perfect antidote for me. i mean come on, it even has a karaoke and disco dancing minigame!

lmao its so funny that i was so shocked of your travel time when i suddenly remember that during my senior year i used to inter for a company outside the city so i literally have to cross borders before the crack of dawn which was wild bc how did i survive that?? anyway, it was just a month a half or two so it wasn't much. the job was okay too so fatigue all came from the commute (tho reading a book durinf a long ride kept me company, maybe you should try it to!) i'm glad that the work didn't add to your problems tho i'm sure you can handle anything thrown at you ;) and yes i agree, nature has its way of rocking our steady boats but im sure youll be able to cope and overcome it (if it gets too tough always rmbr that my asks is always open for rants!)

OMG REALLY! THATS SOOO FUN japanese people are very respectful so ig thats why your sensei always praises you or perhaps you were good. contrary, my sensei was sassy 🥶 lmaooo he points out mistakes and is very particular with pronunciation and clarity of words so when we recite in class it always gives me the nervesss. the only time i was able to connect my classes to anime is through the characters names like yuki means snow and yuki from fruits basket has gray-white hair and is deemed cold or yoru means night asa means morning and that shows the duality of yoru and asa in chainsaw man lol smth like that. WE SHOULD! lmaoooo tho i am not fluent in N5 i got to warn you ahead of time!! im not sure about my favorite part bc i enjoyed it sm lol i love learning languages, to begin with, so altho it gave me a high blood pressure whenever were to recite in class i enjoyed it sm heh how about you? あなたは日本語べんきょうたのしいですか。lololol

dates are not his thing like date planning, he’s rusty at it, last time you two went to the same art room you guys met in and he just gave you a tour and then paint with you

but you loved those moments anyway, you get to see your boyfriend at work and you get to see his thoughts just paint out into a beautiful picture, and where he doesnt have to have trouble expressing why he feels like this or why he feels like that, he can just be plain and open, like an open book for you to freely read and its like his way of saying all the things he hesitates to say.

when he told you about the time his seniors before him told him he should have just been a model or ssomething instead of an artist, he’d do better with that pretty face of his, you swore to hunt them down for discouraging him like that, but you couldn’t help but just soften at him

like he’s been through so much with all that and he had to strive his way into a new field he’s entirely new at and he just wants to express a different type of feeling in his art rather than just showing up at a studio for someone to paint him or just strut around with new clothes, sure that paid more, but art was where his heart found it’s home.

and you loved that part of him

the feeling of finally knowing what the other person hass been going through, just right when they open up to you and you get the honor of being the person they choose to tell was probably the happiest moment of your life,

Will You Be My Friend?

❀ Jiho had a hard time finding friends outside of her company (2015)

The classroom slowly started filling with chatter that got gradually louder as the end of the last period was nearing. The teacher did everything not to show his mild annoyance at the children who stopped paying attention to him, but he also remembered that it was indeed a Friday and he wanted to go home just as much as the children that sat in front of him.

Jiho’s focus was still on the teacher as she jotted down extra information about their assignment due for next week. History was probably one of her least favourite subjects, but teacher Kim made it more than bearable. He found ways to keep things entertaining and even though his assignments were a lot of work, there was always a creative part to it. This time they were free to choose whatever medium they wanted to use to present a certain historical moment. Jiho hadn’t made her mind up yet on how she was going to present her moment, but she was kind of excited to be working on it for the next few days.

Once the bell rang, indicating that the last class of the day was over, all the kids jumped up on their feet ready to run out of class. Jiho who was following the class diligently until the bell signal started putting her stuff away calmly. She didn’t notice the pair of footsteps coming closer until she heard a chuckle. It didn’t sound like an amused chuckle though.

“Aren’t you training to become an idol?” Jiho looked up to see a bigger guy standing next to her desk with crossed arms. She locked eyes with him for a few seconds before letting out a hum confirming his statement and then continued putting her notebook in her bag. “Wow~ The nerve of this girl.” Jiho didn’t have to look up to know those words came from one of her classmates that stood next to the boy that spoke earlier. “Just because you are a pretty foreigner girl doesn’t mean you will become an idol. It takes actual talent you know?” Her voice was laced with pure annoyance. Jiho looked up to the girl and nodded. “Hmm. I know.” She kept it short and with her bag completely packed, Jiho stood up. The smaller girl scoffed at Jiho and looked at her friend. “All she does is study the whole day, this nerd doesn’t even have any friends and yet here she is acting like she’s everything.” Jiho rolled her eyes at the comment and made her way out of the room, but the girl halted Jiho by grabbing her wrist.

“Why are you here even? Don’t trainees usually study at SOPA? Are you actually even a trainee?” Jiho’s classmate kept firing questions at her not giving any time to answer. Not that Jiho was planning to answer anyway. The boy started laughing turning to his small friend. “You’re probably right Eunjae, with the way she’s always paying attention to class and has her nose buried in her books, I think this girl is way more likely to become a scientist nerd than an idol.” The weak insult had Jiho trying to hold back a laugh. The small girl scoffed as she heard the giggle leave Jiho’s lips. “What?! What’s so funny huh?” “Nothing. I have to get going though, thanks for the little chat.” Jiho smiled before pulling her arm free of Eunjae’s grip and leaving the room. She heard the 2 bullies yell out to her but she ignored it. “Doctor Jiho? Being a scientist? Doesn’t sound too bad right?” Jiho laughed to herself.

For some reason Jiho’s dorm was a bit further from SM than most of the other trainees’. She lived with two very nice girls. One was in her mid twenties and the other girl was 3 years older than her, being 17 (Jiho is 14 international age at this point in time). The oldest was an SM employee and the 17 year old was another trainee. She got along well with them, but they were always busy so she didn’t get to see them too often.

Because she lived a bit further away from the company, Jiho had decided to find a dance studio closer to her dorm so she could practise their on week days after school or whenever she couldn’t go - or is to lazy to go - to SM. So on her way back from school she went to check out the dance studio she saw online. With her headphones playing some of her current favourite songs she made her way to her destination. A few minutes in she felt her phone buzz.

“Are you finished with school? Will you be heading to the company now?”

To Doyoung oppa

“I’m going somewhere first. It might be too late to come over afterwards.”

“But I’ll be there tomorrow.”

From Doyoung oppa

“Okay, be careful and go home before it get’s dark outside. C U tomorrow.”

Jiho smiled at the message and then pocketed her phone, picking up the pace to reach the dance studio faster.

The dance studio was bigger than Jiho imagined it to be. That was her first thought when she entered it. Of course she was using it alone, so size didn’t really matter in the first place but having a bigger room that could easily fit a small group of dancers all for herself was a plus point. Jiho threw her bag to the side and twirled around in the middle of the room until she heard someone push against the door. “Oh- I’m sorry, I didn’t know anyone was using this room.” The girl said. Completely flustered at the sudden appearance Jiho bowed and apologised. “No I’m sorry. I was just checking out the room. I messaged the owner and asked if I could use the studio after school every once in a while...” The two girls stared at each other for a second before they both spoke up at the same time. “Wow~ You’re really pretty.” Their eyes widened and after a few seconds they both start laughing hysterically.

After finally catching their breaths both girls sat up from where they fell to the ground laughing just a minute ago. The were sitting just a meter apart and Jiho held out her hand. “My name is Jiho.” The girl smiled and took her hand, shaking it firmly. “I’m Ryujin. It’s nice to meet you.” “It’s nice to meet you too.” The girls talked for a bit and Ryujin invited her to dance with her.

They bonded over dancing to some kpop group songs and a lot of their other interests. “Hey Jiho?” Jiho’s head swiftly turned to the girl - who she learned was one year younger than her. “You’re really good at dancing. Are you perhaps an idol trainee?” Jiho gasped, shocked by the question. “Oh, yeah I am. I actually kept wondering if you are a trainee too. You’re a really great dancer as well.” Ryujin nodded her head excitedly and began to share how she got in to JYP after attending a GOT7 concert. Jiho shared her own story which Ryujin was so amazed by.

It was about 2 hours later that the girls decided to call it a night. It was already getting darker and it would be a good idea for both of them to head home. The girls waved their goodbye’s to the owner of the studio who was cleaning up the reception area and then they left the building. Jiho was only a 5 minute walk away from her dorm while Ryujin had to take a bus so Jiho offered to wait for the bus with her.

“I had a lot of fun today.” Ryujin beamed and Jiho nodded. “Actually Ryujin-” “Everything alright?” Ryujin’s tone sounded a bit concerned but Jiho gave her a quick laugh to assure her she was alright. “Yes, I just- See I don’t have many friends outside of school. Well I don’t have any friends at school at all and in my company I’m only friends with one other girl trainee and some of the boys as well. But I would love it if you’d become my friend... You know, so that I have more friends that are girls.” Ryujin smiled brightly at the cute confession. She pulled Jiho into a side hug. “Of course! Here save my phone number so we can hang out and dance more often.” The girl both eagerly grabbed their phones, happy that they found a new friend.

Jiho always had many friends when she lived in France. She was never the type to be shy around people, but for some reason when she moved to Korea things were drastically different. The girls she trained, even though they were friendly to her face, weren’t actually her friends. They were all training to be the best female trainee of the month, it was some kind of competition and even though Jiho tried not to be bothered it was a bit sad that the girls couldn’t seem to push their competitiveness aside to become actual friends. The only girl trainee she was friends with was her roommate. As for the boys, she seemed to get along with them better. It may have been because she had gotten to know and befriend Doyoung so early on, but she had already gotten closer to a few more of the boys in her company because of her outgoing nature.

In school most of the kids either looked at Jiho funny because she was a foreigner or because she wasn’t a very feminine girl. Doyoung had called it jealousy, but Jiho didn’t think their was anything to be jealous about over her. She stopped paying any mind to it though because she still had friends outside of school and she only came to school to study anyway. Well that’s what she made herself believe to not become to sad over the lack of friends. But now she had met Ryujin. A girl she genuinely clicked with so well. Their personalities matching almost perfectly, just being different enough to not get bored with each other but similar enough to not clash. She was so excited to tell her roommates about it when she got home and tell Doyoung that she “had found a replacement for him” already on the next day. That clearly being a joke because no one could ever replace Doyoung who had almost become like a brother to her already.

A/N: Ok so, I had this idea of writing a new fic , I know you all want to kill me because I have to update all my other fics (and I will!), but I just couldn’t let this get away, I know I didn’t put any specific names there so I’m just gonna say it’s all EXO + a bunch of other people, but for now it will be EXO centered, This took me a lot of research and still wasn’t enough to make it realistic but I still hope you all like it <3 thanks for 6.6K!

Summary: You and your best friend were surprised when you got the opportunity to become a trainee and fullfill your long lost dream, little did you know the hardships you’d find not only in adapting to this new life, but also matters of the heart you’d never expect to happen.

You were both nearing your new residency aka a dorm full of trainees in a foreign country for you both.

If anyone said you'd be on this situation a year ago, you'd laugh and tell that person that they are crazy, but then it happened, you and your friend were hanging out when you watched the new video uploaded by SM and surprise; they will hold the global audition where you two live!

You instantly showed Y/F/N and she just showed no reaction,

"You wanna try Y/N?"

"What? No! Not me, it is you who needs to try out! Dumbass"

She looked at you surprised and answered;

"What? Me? Absolutely not, where did you get that idea from?"

"Why not Y/F/N? You are an amazing dancer and you look good, what's the matter with trying?"

"I don't.... I just do these things as a joke, you know that"

"No you don't , you say it's as a joke because you don't have your parents support but you have told me before that The first thing You'll do when you have your own money is to pay for singing , dancing and acting lessons, this might be a huge shot for you"

It was a little unsettling to hear her say that but it was the truth indeed. Thoughts floated your head as you unsuccessfully thought a way out of this.

"If I audition .... You will also, right? And fully committing, that means you'll have to practice before hand and actually give a fuck about it"

She thought about it for a while but eventually agreed.

What you didn't expect was that you both would be called back and go through 2 more audition stages, till the day you actually signed the 2-year SM contract to become a trainee.

It wasn't easy leaving everything behind , basically learning a whole new language , have enormous arguments with your parents about how we're on our senior year and we should finish school , even if we explained we'd finish school in Korea, it wasn't easily accepted but eventually they couldn't completely hold us since we were 18.

And now here we are, we got to the dorm, a woman dressed like she was ready to go to a meeting greeted us and told us to follow her.

As we got to our room, we found out that we'd be sharing the room with two more trainees, also foreigners, one from China and one from Thailand; they both spoke good English though so communication wouldn't be a problem.

The space on the room was better than expected, even being shared by 4 girls, after greeting the other girls, the woman caught our attention to hear her speak;

"I want to welcome you girls to SM Entertainment, congratulations for entering and I hope you work hard to achieve your objectives , first I'd like to introduce myself, I'm Jenna and I'm a foreigner just like you all are , I was assigned to check up on you guys often so consider me your manager for now , I was actually shown all your auditions and you are all really talented but still lacking in a lot of areas , you all have different strengths and weakness so here it is your personalized schedule"

She got 4 papers and called us by our names;

"Y/F/N”, she called and after your friend got hers she frowned while reading another paper that was given to her "what is this?"

"Oh, it is your special diet, some of you need to lose weight so we design a diet plan for you, make sure to follow it" , Jenna answered with a stern voice.

Your name was called next and you got the 'special diet' as well, what most took your attention though was your schedule:

The diet wasn't as strict as you thought it would be , but you still wondered if you'd be able to handle that schedule when back home you were already exhausted just by going to school, well this is your life now and you'll have to embrace it.

You looked at Y/F/N for a second and she looked just as desperate as you did, meanwhile Jenna continued to speak:

"Well tomorrow I'll be here at 6 to give you your skin and hair products, also direct you to where you'll study and just give the rest of the guidance you'll need"

She smiled at us and turned around to leave but then she turned to us again "oh, contact your family now, because your phones will be taken starting tomorrow and you'll get them back every Saturday, alright? Rest well, first impressions are really important"

She said as she closed the door and we all looked a little shocked , aside from the Chinese girl , who was acting like this didn't surprised her at all.

"Y/N... how will we survive without our phones all week?" Y/F/N asked you.

"Have you checked the schedule? I don't even think we'll have time to think about phones"

"My parents are going to kill me...” She murmured

"No need to tell me" you agreed.

The Thai girl, whose name was Achara, seemed the most excited out of us four, "do you think we'll practice with boys?”

She asked while smiling.

The Chinese girl, whose name was Ting, rolled her eyes and said "there's no gender separation at practices”,

"Really?!" Achara asked looking really happy about it.

Y/F/N suddenly said it louder than she thought "are you serious that she is here for that?"

Achara looked at her feeling somewhat offended and you nudged Y/F/N's arm, "I'm sure it is not like that, Achara let me guess, you're a kpop fan?"

She nodded excitedly and said "don't get me wrong, I love dancing and singing but kpop is what inspired me on the first place, so I can't help it but get a little excited"

You smiled at her and said "Yeah, I understand, me and Y/F/N were sort of like that also"

Achara smiled wide and asked us

"What's your favorite group?" And just when you were about to answer , Ting said "if you are here because of that , you'll be out in no time , it's really rare that we get to meet any idols at all and even if we do , that's not the focus , is it?"

Y/F/N answered with "it's not but can't we talk a little bit?"

Ting answered while shrugging her shoulders “Well, it’s less competition for me I guess"

You all seemed to dislike her answer but the chat died, you managed to contact your family and explain what's going to be like now, you were met with protests but you still said you think you'd like living a busy life there, so they settled off.

After finishing your call, Ting got up and said "ok so we have to decide the bathroom order"

"You won't call your family?" Achara asked her.

"They wouldn't even care if I didn't contact them for over a year, anyways, the bathroom order, should we do it by age?”

You let out a chuckle and said “I bet you're the older here"

She raised an eyebrow at you and said "fine, how do you wanna decide then?”

"Why don't we play rock, paper, and scissors?" Y/F/N asked, you agreed and the order was Y/F/N-Achara-You-Ting

"Argh, I can't believe this, it's so unfair, you are definitely not prepared to face the Asian respect for the elders rule" Ting whined while the rest of you just ignored.

You were exhausted from the whole travel so you just decided to sleep already because from what you've catch, it's not like you'll get lots of this for the next week.

...

Day 1:

You woke up to Y/F/N literally shaking you; she let out a sigh when you looked at her "ah, finally, how didn't you wake up with the alarm?"

"Sorry, guess I was really tired" you mumbled back to her and suddenly her words kicked in and you sat abruptly on bed "wait, am I late?”

"No, you're not" answered Jenna who was sat on Achara's bed, who you figured was on the bathroom by now,

"Here”, she continued while giving you a small bag with some products inside, "this is all you'll need for skin and hair care"

You opened the bag and there really was a large amount of products with no brand on whatsoever but whatever right? They were giving you all this for free and they really took looks seriously so it wouldn't damage you.

"I'm sorry but how do I know what and how to use it?"

Jenna just gave you a smile and said "it's ok, here, after your morning shower, you scrub your face using this - she picked up a product- afterwards, you have to keep your face moisturized during the day with these creams, I'll bring new ones for you too, and anti-pore strips, also don't forget to put on face mask 2 times a week, it's important, for hair just use these and you'll be fine"

"Oh, okay, thanks"

"You and Y/F/N will go to an international school and here it is all the transportation you need to take after school to get to the building you'll practice"

She handed you two a paper full of info on how to get to the most important places, our school, the dorm and SME building.

We were attending "Korea Kent Foreign School”, thankfully me and Y/F/N were on the same class so we could just help each other in case someone gets lost and stuff like that.

We got to the school bus and basically that was our first contact, no one looked as us weirdly since most of students were foreigners, still no one introduced themselves so we just sat down, Y/F/N looked at me and said

"Finally we can talk"

"Yeah, what's on your mind?"

"Well... pretty much everything right now"

You laughed and agreed, “I know, I'm a little nervous for practice later, to be honest, like what if we just have to get there and already show our skills for everyone? I'll be so embarrassed"

"Well, if that does happen, remember we're all on the same boat, literally"

"Yeah, I know, you think people will hate us for being foreigners?”

"Nah, Jenna was saying earlier that SM is looking for foreigners now, that's the 'new trend', fresh faces she said"

"Well that's good I guess, what did you think of her?”

"I'm still a little hesitant but mostly I think she's willing to help us"

"Yeah, I feel the same way"

The ride to our new school was fast and everyone orderly left the bus , that shook me a little since I was used to people bumping at each other all the time to get places, so it was nice having people organized for a change.

Classes really weren't that different but you could notice that the amount of commitment was, everything was taken very seriously and there were a lot of talks about colleges since the main goal were to put us in one of those.

When Josh from the welcome committee asked you where you planned to apply and you said you didn't know, he really expressed his concern over your future.

The thing is, you didn't know if you could talk about being a trainee or if that's supposed to remain secretive, you supposed you could mention but you'd rather ask Jenna so that you wouldn't mess stuff up already.

Teachers were different too, not that they were interested in knowing your name or stuff like that, but they would keep a close eye to check if you are taking your notes and absorbing the content well.

You quickly learned that the coordination of the school knew you were a trainee when the principal called you and Y/F/N to talk to you and tell us that there would be days we could finish school earlier to go practice.

At 2:40 PM the bus left so you got back to the dorm so you could face the subway.

Now that was a real experience, people looked at you and Y/F/N like you were absolute aliens aka foreigners to them. You hoped that would get better with time because it was really uncomfortable.

Somehow you managed to find the SM building quicker than you thought and then it was time.... finally your first day as a trainee, all type of thoughts were running through your head while you were going to the reception, you and your friend had to get past some fangirls, who were clearly waiting for the opportunity to see some idol.

“Oh, God, will they be here every day?” Y/F/N asked

“What do you think?” you laughed and got into the building, as you two got in, Jenna came to meet you two , “Oh.. You two got here on time, great”

She turned to you first and said “Y/N, you have to go to the third floor, second room to the left to meet your singing tutor and Y/F/N, you go to the second floor, Third room on your right to meet the choreographer”

A form of panic started to take you “wait, you won’t come with us?”

Jenna laughed and said “why would I come with you? I have a lot to do girls, and so do you two, so go practice! Good luck”

She walked away.

You turned to your friend and murmured “I’m gonna pass out”

“No, you’re not, calm down, you’ll do great, just try to do what they ask right? Also they are supposed to be here to teach us, so it’s just like any other class, I think we have to go now…”

As you got to the third floor and to the designated room, you met a room with about 8 people on it, 4 boys and 4 girls, now with you being the fifth, you were stared for a while and you felt some of the girls looking at you up and down, you decided to ignore and focused on your breathing so you’d try to calm yourself down.

Just in time, a man around his 40’s entered the room and you could feel everyone tensing up, he stood at the center of the room and examined all of us.

“Well, you’re in with me for level 4 singing skills, I’m Hoon , I want you all to line up here, next to me by the piano and I’ll play a note, the person next to me will have to sing it and then move onto the next in line”

At first it wasn’t as bad as you thought and he seemed like calm, collective person, and he was using a low key to everyone, so it wasn’t bad, at least that’s what you thought.

“Alright, this is going nowhere; I’ll have to work with you individually at first, let’s do scales”

Each one of you sang scales, which proved to be hard for you already, coming from a place where you had no technical training whatsoever.

“Now I’ll point to one person and you’ll sing a song of your choice for all of us”, he reached for something beside the piano that we couldn’t see, afterwards he showed us one of those huge film cameras and sat down at the center of the room holding it.

If he wanted to make you nervous, well he did it, you felt sick and you were praying so you wouldn’t be the first one chosen.

Luck was on your side this time, and a guy was chosen before you, as he sang his song, the vocal teacher kept recording him, sometimes standing up to make a full zoom on his face, you heard the singer stuttering a little at the surprise and Hoon asked him to stop.

He pointed at you and you got it that it was your time to sing, all you could think about was your audition song, you knew you had made an awful job, especially since for your turn of the surprise; he picked to make you walk back and forth while singing.

The next girl was jumping, the other guy he started talking to other people, the other he asked us to scream while he was singing, and it just got worse to each one of us.

After the last person sang, the teacher took a long sigh and said “that was awful, alright, I’ll divide you 9 into three trios of 3, the decent, the mediocre and the substandard, the decent will get to pick a song of their choice to work with me every week, individually, the mediocre will get to do that every other week and the substandard…Once a month.”

You had no idea where you were placed but you already didn’t like the idea.

As he started to select people, you weren’t in for ‘the decent’, and so far two people were selected for ‘the mediocre, you just had to accept and try to train the best you could.

“You, last member of the mediocre”, he said pointing at you, you were happy for a few seconds , emphasis on a few, since when you were moving to be next to the other ‘members’, Hoon told you “if I were you, I’d start getting worried over monthly evaluation, in all aspects for you”

Your heart broke but you remembered this was another culture, they were supposed to be like that at first to young people, it still fell pretty hard on you and you barely managed through the rest of singing lessons.

Now you had 2 hours of dancing lessons and in your way to the practice room, one of the girls from your singing class walked beside you and greeted you with a smile, she introduced herself and told me to cheer up because Hoon was famous for being like that at the start with everyone, she also said that they always left some recording studios opened all night for trainees and so , in case I wanted to practice on my own later, I thanked her for the info and we each went our way.

The dancing lesson was somehow of a hardship to everyone but the teacher mocked us and made us laugh for a little bit instead of being strict, he just showed the moves without any music on, and then with music on and we had to try to follow, so everyone kind of got used to it at the end since if you were messing up, everyone had to start over until all of us moved in unison.

It was finally dinner time, your appetite just wasn’t working this time and you didn’t want to talk to anyone, so you decided to grab an apple and head to the recording studio the girl told you about earlier, you just had to get back to where you were in 2 hours to get language lessons, then meet Y/F/N and head out to your dorm.

Turned out the girl was right and you found the recording studio, you didn’t know how to mess with those buttons but you did know that the acoustic inside that booth could make wonders.

Ah, how you wish you had your phone here, you could check your list of songs you wanted to cover and try one now, you tried to remember your list the best as you could, and one song came up.

You started singing, once, twice, five times and you were still not satisfied, you tried to make one of the warm up and breathing exercises your teacher taught you earlier and tried again.

You closed your eyes and enjoyed the deep silence inside the booth before singing.

Since you were immersed into your work and trying to control your breathing so you could reach higher notes, you didn’t notice someone entering the recording studio.

Just as you finished singing the last note of the song, you heard the noise of a microphone being turned on and as you followed where the noise was coming you heard this guy outside the booth saying:

“Wouldn’t it be a waste if no one was recording that?” he said after showing you a smile.

“Also maybe you think you’d be up for a duet?”

A/N: WHO WAS IT? Write me with who you want me to start with, I am indecisive on two members so it’s your call, so did you like it? too cliche? too weird? too ordinary? just tell me and i’ll be fine. Anyways, I just wanted to thank you guys for 6.6K. Also disclaimer; I did a lot of research on SM trainees and stuff like that, and it was really hard to get info, so most stuff were really made up, I decided to put stuff as pressure for body weight and some sort of humiliation because these stuff happens and I wanted to be as close to reality as possible, so don’t be mad at me by that, I was surpised to learn SM is not even the worst when it comes to that...
