#I saw a patient today with a traumatic brain injury after falling from 40 ft face first onto concrete#she also had 3 miscarriages#and on top of that one of her babies died in her arms#now she has cancer#and despite having so many reasons to be depressed or complain the only thing she said was#‘ God is on my side’#all I can say is AstaghfirAllah for all the times I have complained#personal
