I like the intro, I think it has the best intro. I think flower is a bit weak, but that’s because I mostly know these from strong covers. The jazz swing is pretty cool though, and adds a nice touch to the song. But overall, I’ll give a strong meh.

And we get our first ProSeca song on this list. Yay! And it’s Giga, of course, continuing the K-pop influenced trio this time, which is nice. Haven’t had a trio in a while. I think there is a bit of struggle in VOCALOID singing in a song meant for humans, but Giga gets better, his Odo version was perfectically transferred in one world to the other.

Ayase starts to get on the list after his rise to fame as part of YOASOBI. His tuning is so echo-y and whispery here which is distinct for sure. I think he could have tuned it down a bit, this is definitely something where the voice can lead. As for the lyrics, uh, not sure.

#350 - Alkali Underachiever (Kairiki Bear) [Hatsune Miku]

Kairiki Bear’s first entry into this list and second COMPASS song on the list. Kind of transition from the iconic PV style and production style as well. Kind of a quiet song for Kairiki Bear for a somewhat solitary magical girl character, apparently.

Kinoshita enters the list with the second Una song on the list. Very much shows the strength of Una and Kinoshita with a song that gives you strength and I just love her interjections, which show how versatile Una is as a VOCALOID.

#352 - Unknown Mother Goose (wowaka) [Hatsune Miku]

wowaka’s return, which turns out to be his last after his untimely death. A song about the hidden struggle of Vocaloid artists and the work never appreciated. Probably the turn the tide on how VOCALOID is perceived and paved the way for the renaissance, although it has been going for a year and a half for now.  I think a perfect mix of older, quieter wowaka and the fast-paced and cryptic late wowaka, and I’m glad he was able to leave this song as his farewell, because this is the best of him for sure.

We have a freaking power metal song, although it just sounds like rock to me. Oh well, it still slaps either I want to hear some growl or something, but the GUMI has avenger of justice is good enough. Maybe a follow-up to that manbo-p song…

Speaking of the VOCALOID song about a bullet that slaps, we have one of the most watched songs from DECO*27. Another commission for the tenth anniversary, like Sand Planet and Unknown Mother Goose, DECO*27 felt he was inadequate in his response, but I think this song showcases his relationship with Miku very well.

Yes, another DECO*27 song, and an underrated one. The chorus is a bit awkward, but the verse is one of the intriguing of DECO songs, and the drums really work its due here, and the general beat is really interesting on this song. Someone, cover this!

#356 - Vague Lust Lover (Denpol-P) [flower]

One of my favorite koyori songs. Another flower duet song, koyori goes away from the synth to a more traditional guitar band sound, which I really like, and I think it quite fits the young love feeling of the lyrics, like Fleetwood Mac or something.

2nd MARETU of many here, he comes a lot later… and as expected, it’s a COMPASS song. That coffin is the character’s main weapon… yeah. The song is kind of meant for seek and destroy times, even though MARETU style is dampened here.

We have a piano rock song from Neru? There’s a hint of his harder style, but then it goes back to your joyful piano rock, which is amusing. Chorus feels a bit closer to his slower songs, so I guess he didn’t stray too away. Yeah, it’s… interesting.

#360 - Nonsense Bungaku (Eve) [Hatsune Miku]

A famous utaite, Eve’s first song was so-so, but from here he starts to career as an artist with very interesting PV and all. Started a trio with two equally famous songs, all had this charismatic chorus that sticks in your brain. And the production is major level in terms of the mix and instrumentation, showing how much of a pro Eve is.

#361 - Lost and Found (sasakure.uk) [Hatsune Miku]

Another early sasakure song which people kind of remember. Well it’s on Sekai, so more people will remember the song. An early hit of Miku's dark voice, sounds like part of the Lalala series, but it’s not actually. The piano is really interesting here.

A somewhat mangled English song about being goodbye to a dead lover (there are too many songs with this as the topic.) Awkward English adds to the charm to the whole thing, I think and the song itself is very good with a sick drum breakdown.
