So you literally can't hold the manslaughter, aiding, abetting, libel, undercover cult indoctrination, or bad parenting against her she looked HOT while she did it all. Like, CHRIST, can't a woman be IMPERFECT?

Polly Cooper - She had at least ten lobotomies, was the victim of like every crime imaginable, and still managed to build a huge support system for her children. That her kids were attacking classmates with a rock is evidence that she was preparing them to be self sufficient citizens of Riverdale, frankly.

Penelope Blossom - Unlike other criminal entrepreneurs, such as cloth mother (Hermione Lodge) and wire mother (Gladys Jones), her child was forced to repeatedly put her down like a rabid dog. Then she became a lesbian nun, which is kind of a step down for somebody who used to wear what bordered on full drag to run a brothel. In my opinion.

Little rant;

As many of you know, I'm a sucker for stationary but especially fountain pens. I own quite a few, ranging from dirt cheap to pretty expensive. I know my way around them. Cue me sitting at the dining table at my bf's place, talking to his parents, and pens come up. His dad says he's got a Parker fountain pen, but it never really worked so it's been left to catch dust, asks me to take a look at it. He grabs the pen, I open it up, sure there is a converter in it and a ton of dried up ink. I ask him what ink he put in, he grabs it; it's Chinese brush / calligraphy / permanent ink. My heart drops. It's everything that doesn't belong in a fountain. Looking at the quality of the pen- likely it wasn't cheap, gold plated nib and accents, black sleek design, Parker branding. I don't know the make- I've tried to figure it out and I might ask reddit for help, but no clue. I have spent the entire rest of the evening cleaning out this pen- it wasn't enough. I was determined to bring it back from the brink of death, unsure if it could be saved. The gold plating on the nib was dissolved by the ink, only remnants left, there were literal pieces of dried ink in the shape of the nib coming out of it. It was so stuck in the converter I could barely twist it down to suck up the water. I could only imagine how back it would be in the flow channels of the nib.

Anyway, a few weeks, a shit ton of time, enough water to flood a small village and some good ol' blood, sweat and tears later. I've filled it with parker blue fountain pen ink. It's working. It's writing. I just packed it in my bag to hand it back over to his dad but like, I'm gonna give him a crash course pen care.

Description

The wedding between Nicholas II and Princess Alix of Hesse took place in the Imperial Chapel of the Winter Palace on 26 November 1894, just over twenty years after the marriage of the Tsar's aunt in the same chapel. The wedding was announced in April that year and was to take place on the Empress Marie Feodorovna's birthday. Tragically, Emperor Alexander III died of kidney disease on 1 November, and the court was thrown into mourning with the exception of the day of the marriage.

The royal couple stand, holding lighted candles, whilst the Metropolitan Archbishop of St Petersburg, Mgr Palladius, makes the sign of the cross before them. Ella, (Grand Duchess Elizabeth Feodorovna), writing to her grandmother, Queen Victoria, described her sister's dress as 'embroidered silver cloth Russian court dress & very pretty', helpfully including a sketch. She added that 'Alix being tall will look perfectly lovely'. She wears a kokoshnik tiara and a small diamond crown, beneath which is a wreath of orange blossom, her imperial gold-embroidered mantle is lined with ermine. The Tsar is dressed in the uniform of a Hussar. In the background George I, King of Greece stands to the left of Christian IX, King of Denmark, who looks towards his daughter, the Dowager Empress; the Princess of Wales, and the Queen of Greece. The Prince of Wales can be seen dressed in the uniform of Russian Dragoons to the right of the portrait.
