We've seen fics with Yassen being Alex's guardian, we've seen fics of K-Unit adopting Alex, and we've seen (precious few) fics where Sarov wins. But what about a fic where K-Unit goes on an undercover mission to Russia after the bomb detonates. At an event, they meet President Sarov, his adopted son's guard, and a familiar face.

Is there any actual description on how Vladimir Sarov (General Sarov's son) looked like? I need it for a thing and all I found is that Alex looks only slightly like him (and reminds Sarov of his son more with the things he's done)( 'serving his country at 14')

We've seen that Yassen isn't big on overt displays of affection. He's not huggy, and while it's clear from so many things that he cares about Alex, he tries to avoid personal conversations.

My headcanon is that when Yassen comes to rescue Alex from Sarov (because we all know that's how it happens, don't we?), he takes one look at how shaken and traumatized Alex is and pulls him into a hug.

BLUNT. i can't believe he not only got alex involved in things once but did it over and over. oh my god

sarov's death and how it happened. by that point with what happened to other villains in the series i was expecting him to die or at least get injured, but i definitely didn't see it going like that

The birth of Tsarevich Alexis is announced in what appears to be the newspaper "The Sphere: An Illustrated Newspaper for the Home and, later, The Sphere: The Empire's Illustrated Weekly. It was a British newspaper published by London Illustrated Newspapers weekly from 27 January 1900 until the closure of the paper on 27 June 1964.

Interesting mention of Seraphim of Sarov, to whom the Imperial Couple prayed for a male heir. The picture of the girls on the train windows, all very young, is one I had not seen.

I really hope we get Skeleton Key. I feel like Scorpia's coming up next, and I don't mind them doing it out of order, but I want Skeleton Key at some point, and I want Yassen to be the one to save Alex from Sarov.

Ian is obsessed with doors, Jack just wants to keep Alex safe, and Tom does not care whatsoever but is scared of the murder drones, Sabina grew up inside the safe zones and thought murder drones was just a myth to keep children behaved and Kyra is curious about them. James and the other kids from Point Blanc are worker drones that live in the safe zones, just a different section of it.

Damian Cray - a very popular worker drone known for his hatred towards drugs and alcohol and just like in the original au he is a pop star

Julia Rothman - the Tessa of the au. She is more crueller tho and likes to torture and kill worker drones

Nikolei Drevin - a human that lives on another planet. He hates rogue worker drones and has a son named Paul.

Desmond McCain - also a human that lives on another planet. He is married to Myra Bennett and owns a zoo of Sentinels (in the original AU, he owns crocodiles)
