QUICK FIX short film by  Alexandra Lemay

This  was a  labour of love that was made with no budget over the pandemic. It's far from perfect but I am still extremely proud to have produced my first independent short. Thank you to DP / co-producer  Kacim Az and his better half, hand model extraordinaire Vic Lamontagne as well as everyone else who helped make this lil' dude possible. I am extremely grateful for the festivals that supported it by including it in their programs and even awarded it prizes.  I hope you like it!

This is a video interview I did for the NFB a few months ago, it was made by an external production company, La Guérilla and directed by Joannie Lafrenière. Not gonna lie, it’s a little embarrassing; I was nervous and eating my words, but it’s good promo material for Freaks of Nurture. Hopefully it gets all you stop-motion fans exited and inspired!
