lovers II Keira Walsh x Williamson!Reader
masterlist I word count: 2468
a/n: Hi, we realized that it's our 100th oneshot which sounds absolutely wild, so enjoy. For the readers who wait for the Emily Fox fanfic it will come out next. <3
You were in love with Ibiza.
In love with the beaches and the sunshine, the palm trees and the blue of the ocean.
You were in love with the clubs and bars, your sister and her friends took you to.
But above all, you were in love with your sister’s best friend.
The afternoon sun painted the hotel room in soft golden light as you slipped into a short dress. You could still feel the salty air and the sun from earlier that day on your skin as you began applying mascara to your eyelashes. Except for a bit of hunger, you felt fully content.
“Ready for dinner? You look gorgeous by the way.“, Keiras voice said from behind you.
You hadn’t noticed her coming in.
You flinched, almost stabbing yourself in the eye with the mascara wand.
Keira smiled apologetically at your reflection in the mirror.
You watched as her gaze started to travel down your body, taking in every curve in your tight-fitting dress.
With a smile you turned towards her and bridged the gap between the two of you.
“Are you kidding? Look at you… Your curls are so pretty and soft.“, you whispered, gently running her fingers through her reddish brown hair.
You loved the way the salt water had restored Keiras natural hair texture.
“My curls? I just didn’t straighten my hair.“, she laughed.
Her cheeks flushed slightly, barely visible through the light sunburn on her skin.
Completely enamoured, you beamed at her: “I love it.“
You were about to lean forward to kiss her when someone cleared their throat behind you.
Your heart stopped while you pulled apart. You ran through possible explanations for this situation in your head, just in case you would turn around to face your sister.
Instead, Alex Scott watched the two of you with a knowing grin.
“You do? Oh hi, Alex.“, Keira greeted the former football player.
“Little Williamson is right though. She could have done something with fashion but…“, Alex said without finishing her thought.
You rolled your eyes, she had always tried to convince you to work in the fashion industry but you wouldn’t trade your job as an English teacher in Barcelona for anything in the world.
“She chose to teach people English in Spain and honestly, it was the best decision ever.“, you finished for Alex.
Keira laughed: “I agree with that.“
Leah appeared next to Alex in the doorway. Subconsciously, you tried to put more distance between yourself and Keira.
“Of course, you do, Kei. Because that way you can talk to someone in your mother tongue almost every day. How did the Catalan interview go again?“, your sister teased.
Her best friend released a tired groan: “Don’t remind me.“
Alex changed the subject, pointing with her thumb over her shoulder: “Now that everyone’s dressed up, let’s get some dinner in before we go clubbing.“
“Sounds like a good idea.”, you agreed in a good mood, the sea air made you hungry.
At the restaurant Keira studied the menu thoroughly before looking at you with an innocent smile on her lips.
“Everything here sounds so good, do you want to share?”, she asked.
“Sure.”, you replied happily. Above your heads the fairy lights were switched on and you could hear the waves crashing on to the shore in the background.
The romantic atmosphere was quickly disturbed by your older sister.
“Excuse me? I thought you’d share with me!”, she pouted, sending glances at the Barca player which could kill.
“What about your girlfriend? Doesn’t she want to share with you?”, Keira asked in return, cheeks flushed.
“Yes, Lee, no need to be that dramatic about it.”, Alex Greenwood intervened laughing.
“I’m not dramatic.”, Leah countered smirking.
“That’s just how she’s.”, you explained cheekily.
“Why don’t we order food for the table so we can all share?”, your girlfriend suggested hoping this would calm the Blonde Arsenal defender down.
“Yes, that’s perfect. I’m in.”, the two Alex’s declared grinning.
“Same, you too, Leah?”, you turned around to investigate your sister’s face, waiting for her reaction.
“Sure.”, she nodded, sounding much calmer already.
“What about a first round of cocktails?”, Jess wanted to know.
“Please.”, Leah answered.
A few minutes later the drinks arrived at your table, beaming you toasted with her. “Cheers.”
“Cheers.”, she responded grinning.
The sweetness and the alcohol sparked the desire in you to touch your lover’s curly hair again.
“Stop it.”, Keira demanded giggling.
“I’m not doing anything.”, you remarked in a not guilty tone.
“Yes, you’re. Stop it.”, she bit her lip nervously.
“Fine.”, you sighed defeated, quickly finishing your cocktail.
After the last sip you stood up smiling delighted at the other girls. “Girls, are we ready for the club now?”
“Let’s go.”, Alex Greenwood chirmed.
The sun was long gone now, the moon and the stars shown brightly as you and your sister former and current teammates joined the Ibizan night life.
Something your sister and you both shared was the passion for music. While Leah preferred to sing you would take every chance you could get to dance. Before Keira your first love has been rhythm and beats.
“Come on, Kei.”, Alex nudged the red-haired woman who admired you from the distance.
“I don’t dance. I’m here for the drinks.”, she waved the sports journalist off.
“But I do. Come on, Alex.”, Leah remarked cheerfully.
“Coming.“, Alex laughed and let the defender pull her into the direction of the dance floor.
The other Alex jumped up as well, following closely behind: “Hey, wait for me.“
You caught Keiras eye from across the room and danced your way over to her. You were not ready to stop yet but you also didn’t want to leave her alone.
Keira reached for your wrist with a laugh: “Stop twirling around, y/n.“
“Why?“, you asked, spinning out of her grasp.
“Just because.“
You stopped for a moment, studying her face. There was something serious and pleading in her eyes that you didn’t understand. You only wanted to continue dancing with your friends. “Keira…“
You interrupted yourself, taking in a sharp breath in surprise as two hands laid on your hips and spun you around.
A man in his mid-thirties and clearly drunk grinned at you. His gaze traveled down to your neckline while he asked you something that your brain didn’t seem to comprehend. Apparently he wanted you to dance with him but everything about him made clear that he had other things in mind than just dancing.
You froze in place, not sure if you felt disgusted or disgusting.
Just when you were about to say something, your sister squeezed between him and you and pushed him back: “Sorry, no. That’s my sister!“
“And she’s already taken.“, Keira added. You hadn’t noticed that Keira had gotten up from her seat as well.
Leahs head whipped towards her best friend: “What?“
“Uhm…“, you mumbled as you watched the man retreat with his hands raised in surrender.
You desperately tried to find a good reason to change the subject but you just couldn’t come up with one.
“Who is it, y/n? One of your colleagues or one of the Barca girlies?“, Leah asked, her voice tinted with anger.
“It’s…uhm…“, you started and forced yourself not to look at Keira. Lying would be so easy right now. But did you actually want to keep hiding?
Your sister got impatient: “Just tell me.“
“Keira.“, was all you could get out and prayed that you made the right choice.
The two best friends looked at each other. Keira nodded slowly: “It’s me.“
“Wait, you?! When? How? She’s my little sister!“ Leahs eyebrows furrowed in anger.
Keira shrugged, trying to keep her voice calm: “In Barcelona… it just happened.“
Your sister turned towards you with her jaw set: “We’ll talk about this tomorrow morning!“
She stormed off without waiting for an answer and you quietly wondered where she would go.
Keira and you ended the night there and went back to your hotel room.
You walked out on the balcony overlooking the ocean, Keira followed right behind you.
“She’s really mad.“, you said nervously into the night sky.
The midfielder wrapped her arms around you and rolled her eyes: “She can’t be mad about this.“
You knew she had a point.
“No, Lee is more upset about the fact that we didn’t tell her.“
“Still. I can talk with her if you want me to.”, Keira offered while you kept watching the waves come and go which was scarily similar to your older sister’s temper. Deep down you knew she would eventually calm down.
“No, I’ll do it, it’s fine.”, you assured the Barcelona player before kissing her temple softly.
For a moment she closed her eyes under your touch. “She’ll be fine.”, the midfielder whispered in a convinced tone as her lips touched yours in a heartfelt kiss.
“What was the kiss for?”, you raised an eyebrow at her curiously.
“For good luck.”, Keira replied smirking.
“But she said tomorrow so maybe we could just go inside and..”, you begun rambling.
“You think that’s a good idea?”, your girlfriend interrupted you with a doubtful look on her face.
“No, I’ll do it now.”, you sighed, knowing fully well that some things shouldn’t be put on hold. Although you’d miss the comforting hug of the midfielder who pretended to hate them but always made an exception for you.
Cautiously you stood at the entry of the hotel room your sister and her girlfriend were staying in. “Lee, can we chat outside?”
Without a word the older blonde got up and put on her shoes, signalling that she was ready to talk to you outside.
For a while the two of you walked silently on the sand which felt still warm under your naked feet.
“So, you and Keira, huh?”, Leah broke the silence, sounding more curious than mad this time.
“Yeah.”, you answered timidly.
“Since when?” the defender continued asking.
“We got closer when she came to Barcelona.”, you confessed.
“That was forever ago.”, she noted slightly hurt by your reply.
“Yes, but we just started dating a few months ago.”, you added quickly. This much was true. Undoubtedly, you always had a soft spot for your sister’s best friend. The more time you two spend together, the more it became obvious that there was more than just friendship.
“And you didn’t tell me.”, Leah swallowed hard through that realization.
“You didn’t ask me.”, you reminded her.
“If you’re dating my best friend? How was I supposed to know.”, she retorted.
“No, in general, it’s mostly about you when you call me.”, you countered.
“I didn’t realize that. I’m sorry. But I thought you’d tell me such things.”, the defender apologized, her skin despite the tan turned pale.
“It’s okay. I guess we weren’t great sisters for each other recently.”, you admitted guiltily.
Leah nodded in reluctant agreement: “I guess we weren’t.“
There was a moment of silence between the two of you, not uncomfortable but thoughtful.
“But we could do better now.“, you said determinedly,
Your sister stopped walking. You only realized that wasn’t on your side anymore after a few more steps.
You turned towards her and caught her staring at you.
“Y/n?“, she asked.
“Yes?“
“Are you happy?“
You smiled at her: “Very.“
“With Kei?“
“Yes.“, you confirmed again.
Leah studied your face for a moment, searching for any indication of a lie before she finally nodded once: “Okay.“
“Okay?“, you echoed with hopefulness in your voice. You didn’t want to fight with your sister. You wanted her and Keira in your life.
Leah kicked up some sand with her shoe: “Yes, okay. I think I can live with that.“
“Good.“, you beamed and slowly continued your walk, waiting for your sister to take her place by your side again.
You thought your talk was over when your sister suddenly spoke up again: “Y/n?“
You looked at her, signalling her to continue.
Just because you live a life outside of the public eye doesn’t mean I’m not interested in your life or I’m not proud of you.“
Her words caught you by surprise. You frowned at her in confusion. “Wait, you’re proud of me?“
“Why do you sound so surprised? Obviously I’m proud of you.“
You stared down at the fine sand under your feet: “Sorry.“
Another break in your conversation arose. Apparently, struggling to express your emotions properly ran in your family.
“Not everyone has the bravery to go abroad for work… I would not.“, Leah continued.
You looked back up at her: “Really?“
She nodded slowly: “You know how much I love home. And Arsenal. I just couldn’t.“
Hearing this filled you with pride but at the same time, you had to suppress a smile because you really couldn’t imagine your sister anywhere else.
“True, you’re such a homebody.“, you laughed.
Your sister smirked and gave you a small shrug: “See, we’re just very different.“
“Yes, but that’s okay.“, you assured her. You could feel the tension dissolve slowly.
Leah raised an eyebrow: “I will still have to talk to Keira though.“
You let out a groan: “Oh no, not the big sister talk.“
“Oh yes, even for my best friend.“
“Fine, but try and be nice, okay?“, you asked innocently.
“Of course.“
“Thank you.“
She reached over and ruffled through your blonde hair: “Anything for my little sister.“
You tried to get revenge. You two were laughing like children while you chased her down the beach.
You never heard anything about their talk. Both Keira and Leah refused to tell you anything and stubbornly maintained their silence. You didn’t care anyway. They seemed closer than ever and that was all that mattered to you.
The next days were spend at the beach, enjoying the sun and the refreshing coolness of the sea.
“No. I’m not going into the water.“ Keira shook her head determinedly. She had spend the morning straightening her hair but to you, that was not a reason to miss out on swimming.
“Come on.“ You impatiently pulled at her arm.
Leah appeared on Keiras other side, pushing her forward. “You better go now.“
Together you barrelled towards the sea, falling over each as soon as you reached the water. The rest of your friend group burst out laughing,
Keira pushed her now wet hair back. It started to curl at the ends already.
“I hate you Williamsons!“, she laughed.
You kissed her cheek: “No, you don’t.“
“Not really, no.“, Keira admitted and pulled you towards her by your waist to kiss you.
Leah grimaced in disgust: “Okay, but you don’t have to kiss in front of me.“
“Stop complaining.“, you rolled your eyes.
Keira grinned at her: “You better get used to it, Lee.“

Meet me in the Hallway
Leah Williamson x Styles!reader
Disclaimer: i know leah wore the suit in 2022 but for this it’s 2021.
Y/n sighed running her hand down her dress nervously as her brother walked through the door fixing his cuffs “right cars going to be here in 10.” Y/n nodded looking as her phone lit up for the fifth time in two minutes “who in the hell keeps texting you.” Y/n looked at the vanity her stomach filling with butterflies before turning back to her brother “Sorry H, it’s the group chat talking about international break coming up.” Harry nodded understanding his younger sisters busy schedule “alright but please turn it just for tonight we barely ever get to do anything like this together.” Y/n looked back at her phone before nodding.
Sitting in the car Y/n couldn’t help herself as she tapped on the empty seat beside her as Harry looked at her quizzically “what’s wrong Y/n/n.” Y/n hummed turning to face him “nothing H.” Harry shook his head “I’ve seen you, play matches no problem for both England and United you don’t ever get this nervous, it’s just an award show.” Y/n nodded along to her brothers words “I know H, but I’m not used to this I’m scared of the judgement of standing on a red carpet let alone standing next to you.” Harry shook his head “hey your Y/n Styles an amazing football player who has helped her childhood club grow into the WSL, who will make the Great Britain roster this summer and the England roster next summer, yeah your my little sister but that’s not all you are or all you are worth trust and the only people that are allowed to have that opinion of you are the one who have your phone number ok.” Y/n nodded before turning to look back out the window as they pulled up to the red carpet.
Y/n and Harry stood for photos together and then some separately before splitting for a bit to do interviews “Y/n hi any chance of a quick interview.” Y/n nodded letting out a soft “of course making her way over. “Hi I’m Morgan.” Y/n shook Morgan’s hand before getting into the interview “what’s it like attending an award show with none other than Harry Styles.” Y/n couldn’t help but sigh internally knowing she shouldn’t have gotten her hopes about being asked questions about herself “I mean he’s my brother so it’s pretty normal he doesn’t act any different if that’s what your asking.” Morgan smiled nodding “and can you give us any clues is he going to be releasing any new music.” Y/n turned looking at the celebrities walking the carpet looking for either her brother or anyone really to get her out of this “ehm I’m not really sure, it’s not something I ask as I know it’s a process and one that takes time when he’s ready to share it with the world you will know.” Y/n turned to the carpet once more as Morgan began to ask her final question before Y/n caught eyes with Alex Scott who smiled brightly bounding over to the younger girl “oh my god hello gorgeous.” Y/n let out a laugh pulling Alex into a hug “hi Al.” Morgan cleared her throat before asking the question again “one final question Y/n and I let you get back to it, what is your favourite Harry Styles song.” Y/n looked at Alex “hum that’s hard Al have you got a favourite song of Harry.” Y/n couldn’t help her eyes drift to the figure behind Alex or the butterflies that erupted once more in her stomach the second the figure caught her staring. “Oh I’d have to say favourite song sign of the times Y/n, and favourite match performance of Y/n’s is probably her being the youngest start during the 2019 World Cup and she did not disappoint.” Alex wrapped her arms around you giving you a squeeze “and Y/n favourite song.” Morgan continued ignoring Alex’s last bit “Fine Line.” Morgan gave you both a quick thank you before you both turned to leave “I hate these.” Alex looked at you softly before turning at the sound of her name “you are so much more than his sister remember that.” Y/n nodded thanking Alex before her eyes drifted behind her again turning as she felt her cheeks heat up.
Harry sat at the table watching his sister who nervously played with the table cloth as she looked around the room “Y/n are you sure your ok.” Y/n nodded smiling at Chloe Kelly as she came running over “ahhh Y/n your here.” Y/n got up wrapping Chloe in a tight hug swaying back and forth “aww it’s so good to see you, I’ve missed you.” Chloe and Y/n began discussing the current season before Y/n remembered who she was here with “oh Chloe this is my older brother Harry, Harry this is one of the best forwards I’ve ever seen.” Harry stood up shaking Chloe’s hand as she looked at you surprised “holy shit Y/n.” Y/n laughed at her shocked expression “I’m sorry I know you guys are siblings but to actually see you guys together is mind blowing.” Y/n laughed sitting down as Chloe, herself and Harry began chatting.
Y/n sat holding Harry’s hand nerves shooting through the roof as they began calling out the nominees for British signal “and the winner is Harry Styles Watermelon Sugar.” Harry looked at you surprised as you pulled him into a hug “oh H go I’m so proud.” Harry stood kissing Y/ns cheek rushing up to get his award. Y/n knew she was supposed to be paying attention to her brother but she couldn’t help her eyes drifting to a certain figure sat two tables over straightening her dress as the nerves kicked in again.
Y/n was stood in an empty Hallway trying to turn her phone back on when she felt two hand wrap around her waist “ignoring me tonight my love.” Y/n sighed relaxing into her loves arms “no just wanted to be present for Harry and you make that extremely difficult when you light up my phone every five minutes.” Y/n smiled feeling the breath on her ear “I was simply telling you how sexy you where in that dress darling the silver really matches my green but it would suit my Hotel floor better.” Y/n sighed turning to look at the ocean blue eyes she so often gets lost in. “Oh really.” Y/n couldn’t help her eyes drop to the most kissable lips she had ever known “I found it really hard to just sit there and watch as Chloe came over they way she hugged you and wouldn’t let go of your arm had me wanting to shoot up out of my seat.” Y/n hummed once more wrapping her hands behind the older girls neck “you could have I wouldn’t have minded, maybe could have introduced you to my brother.” Y/n felt her self deflating at her girlfriends words “you could do that anyway you know I’d love to meet him maybe get him to tell me stories about you.” Y/n sighed “I mean as my girlfriend not as my friend.” Y/n pulled the blondes face towards her dying for a kiss “I like this though, our little bubble of privacy.” Y/n stopped her movements “this doesn’t feel like a private relationship to me, it feels like you want to keep me, us, our beautiful relationship hidden.” The Arsenal defender shook her head “I don’t I just don’t want unwanted opinions or attention on our relationship.” Y/n shook her head “so our families are unwanted opinions.” The taller girl sighed “can we please just drop this for now, I just want to kiss you and hold you and maybe even slip my hotel room card into you hand and tell you to meet me after.” Y/n sighed before nodding “ok yeah I’m sorry Le, I just..this, today would have been so much easier if I could do this with you instead of by myself or with H.” Leah hummed pulling her girlfriend into a searing kiss. “I promise soon ok.” Y/n nodded pulling Leah down into another kiss as they both relaxed into each others arms “I love you ok.” Y/n nodded “I love you too.”

I'm here now, Leah Williamson
Your whole life was revolved around the world of football. Whilst you weren't a footballer yourself, your brother and wife were. You couldn't escape it. If you weren't his sister, you were her wife.
Before you got married to your wife; you were a Grealish, meaning that your brother was Jack. You and Jack were really close with each other, despite living 4 hours apart. Being so close with Jack meant that you were also really close with his girlfriend. Sasha had been in your life since you were about 12. As well as being one of your closest friends, she was like an older sister to you.
Jack was actually the one to introduce you and your wife to each other. Your wife being none other than the Lionesses Captain, Leah Williamson. Leah and you had met when you were just 18.
6 years on: you had got married just over a year ago, you had a little boy together. Jayden, who was nearly 4, you also were currently 7 months pregnant with a little girl.
Before you got married, your's and Leah's relationship was next to perfect. Despite the both of you being quite fiery characters: nothing more than little disagreements happened, you rarely said a cross word to each other.
However, since the wedding, it was a completely different story. Arguements happening way too often, that was something you never wanted your son to see or hear.
Growing up, you had seen Jack go through both the best parts and the difficulties of football. So, you understood the struggle and the benefits within Leah's Job. You had seen how much it had affected her when she tore her ACL, causing her to miss out on a World Cup.
As her wife, you wanted nothing more than to be there for her, support and comfort her.
But that didn't happen.
Ever since her injury, she became more withdrawn from your shared home. Part of you thought that she might cherish the time she had off, using it to spend time with you and Jayden. But no: if she wasn't giving a talk across the world, she was doing a book signing or an interview, or she was going out at night partying with Alex.
And tonight was just another one of them nights.
You were sat on the sofa with Jayden, listening to him babble away abou the TV show he was watching, when Leah came down the stairs: all dressed up and ready to go.
"Alex is waiting outside, i'm gonna go." Leah said as she made her way through to your shared kitchen.
You made sure that Jayden was alright on the sofa before getting up as quickly as you could. A pain shot through your stomach as you stood up; causing you to clutch onto your bump.
"Your going out again?" You asked Leah as you cautiously made your way through to the kitchen.
"Yeah, me and Alex have an event. I could've sworn that I told you." She replied, not even looking in your direction.
"God Leah, I can barely keep up with all your events. Your out all the time."
"What's that supposed to mean?" Her voice raising, her eyes finally meeting yours.
"You have a family, Leah. We barely see you anymore."
"Jayden misses you, I miss you." You continued, your voice softening at the admission.
"I can't do this now, Y/N."
"You never can do this." Another pain shot through your stomach, causing you to groan out in pain before grabbing ahold of the kitchen side.
"Seriously! That's the card you pull out not. Your pathetic!" Leah's voice loud and harsh, each word cutting straight through you.
"Just leave, Leah! You'll be lucky if you have a wife and a son to come home to."
And with that, Leah stormed out of the front door. Slamming the door as she did.
By now you were fully crying. You sat down on one of your dining room chairs, resting your head in your hands.
You weren't sat there for long before you had little footsteps running towards you. Little hands trying to pull your hands from your face.
"Mama okay?" Jayden's quiet voice asked you.
"I'm okay baby." You soon re-assured him, pulling him up to sit on your lap.
"Mummy shout at you."
"Me and Mummy just had a little fallout, that's all."
"Mummy shout at me." His voice soft, appearing a little fearful.
"No! Definatly not. Mummy loves you so much, she would never shout at you, Jay."
As soon as you finished your sentence, another pain shot through your stomach causing your stomach to become rock hard. Jayden's face screwed up in confusion as you groaned out in pain.
"Mama, the floor got a puddle." He told you quietly, looking at the groand.
Fuck! This can't be happening. Not now. It's too early, surely?
"Jay, can you go get Mama's phone, its on the sofa." You said, as you placed him down on the ground.
His little legs running off towards the livingroom in a hurry. If you weren't in so much pain, then you would've laughed at the endearing sight.
He came running back to you, with your phone in hand. He gently gave you your phone before sitting on the chair next to you, watching you intently.
You quickly unlocked your phone and rang Leah's number. The call soon ran out with no answer from her.
"C'mon Leah, please just answer." You muttered quietly, before trying her number again.
No answer.
The pain you were in was becoming increasingly intense by the minute.
You quickly gave up on Leah answering the phone. So, you rang the only other person you would want in a situation like this. The only other person that could keep you calm like Leah could.
Jack and Sasha were in London, luckily for you, due to the fact that earlier in the day Man City played Arsenal at the Emirates.
"Jack?" You asked hopefully, but you could still hear the panic in your voice.
"Sis, woah! What's wrong?"
"Jack, I think i'm in labour."
"What? You can't be, it's way too early." He somehow stayed calm, despite your paniced voice. But he himself, couldn't tell you that he wasn't worried about you and his future neice.
"I'm telling you this baby is coming."
You knew that it was way too early for you to be having your little girl. Your whole body way becoming worked up, all you were doing was dreading the possibillities. Your mind jumping to the worst.
"Y/n, where's Jayden. And where's Leah!" You knew he would be angry at Leah for leaving you, especially in the state you were in.
"Jay's at home, with me. And Leah, well she's gone out with Alex. We had an arguement and she's not answering my calls."
The pain that you were now in was bringing tears to your eyes, adding more distress to your voice.
"Right, okay. Just keep calm for me, Y/N. Me and Jack have just left. We're on the way, we'll only be 10 minutes, Okay." It was now Sasha's voice at the other end of the phone.
"Sasha, it hurts so much."
"I know it does, babe. But your so strong and brave. It's all going to be alright. Your both going to be okay."
10 minutes later…
Your head shot up at the sound of the door being unlocked. Some part of you wished that it was Leah would be the one walking through the door. But you still felt so much relief when Jack and Sasha came in the door.
"Uncle Jack!" Jayden quickly jumped down off the chair, running towards Jack.
"Hi, little man." Jack soon picked him up, placing a kiss on his forehead before resting him on his hip.
"Oh Babe. C'mon, let's get you to the hospital." Sasha wrapped her arms around you, only letting go to try and find your hospital bag.
After finding your hospital bag, Sasha took Jayden from Jack so that he could help you. Jack soon came towards you, trying to help you up and get you too the car.
"Jack, i'm so scared." You told him truthfully as the tears came flooding from your face.
Your hands clutched onto his t-shire, using it to keep you on your feet.
"I know you are. But everything will be okay. You've got me and Sasha and little man over there." He re-eassured you before slowly helping to the car.
Jack got you in the backseat of the car as there was more space. Sasha sat next to you in the back, you quickly using her shoulder to rest your head on as she ran her fingers through your hair - trying to calm you down.
You didn't even notice that Jack had grabbed Jayden's carseat from your car. He placed it in the passenger seat before placing Jayden in it, making sure he was all strapped in.
It didn't take you long to get to the hospital. Jack was driving quite quickly but also making sure that he was careful to cause you any more pain.
Despite your contractions becoming stronger on the way, you tried to ring Leah again. No answer again. However, you tried to ring Alex. To your suprise, she answered.
"Y/N?" You could barely hear Alex, due to all the background noise. Also, the pain made it hard for you to concentrate.
Sasha saw this and quickly took your phone out of your hands before placing it on loud speaker so you could hear her.
"Alex, it's Sasha. Is Leah with you?" Sasha asked her.
"Yeah, she is. Is everything alright?"
"We think Y/
is in labour. We've just got to the hospital."
"Wow, okay. I'll get Leah and we'll head towards the hospital." Alex voice clearly shocked, you could tell that she was disapointed in her best friend and the way she had acted towards you.
By the time the call had finished, Jack was round by your door trying to help you get out. Sasha grabbed your bag and Jayden before following you and Jack into the hospital.
"Hi, I think my sister's in labour." He told the receptionist, whilst still holding you to make sure that you didn't fall.
"Can I have a name, please?" The receptionist was a quite polite, old woman.
"Y/N Williamson." Jack told her.
"And how many weeks are you?"
"27 weeks." You replied this time.
"Right okay, we'll get you straight into the room and a doctor will be straight through." She told you calmly. Before directing you towards your room.
Half an hour had past and you were all set up in your room, on the bed. A doctor had came to check you, telling you that you were already 9cm dialated. You contractions were way closer together than what they had been, they had put you on gas and air to try and reduce the amount of pain you were in.
Jayden was sat outside your room with Sasha, asleep in her lap. It was getting late, so he was bound to be tired. You knew that he was confused about what was going on, but he just went along with all the chaos.
Jack was sat in the room with you. Perched on the bed next to you, your hand in one of his whilst his other ran through your hair.
"Where is she, Jack?"
"She'll be here. I know you've been falling out a lot recently. And as much as I dislike her for the way she has been treating you, she would never miss the birth of her little girl." He told you, trying to re-assure you as best as you could.
What you didn't know was that Leah was currently running through into the hospital, heading straight towards the maternity section. Alex right behind her.
"My wife. She's here, she's in labour." Leah told the same receptionist.
"Your name and your wife's name, please." The old woman still polite.
"Leah Williamson. My wife, Y/N Wiliamson." Leah's fustration coming out in her voice, her own guilt causing her patience to run thin.
"Room 107. She…" The receptionist didn't even get to finish her sentence before Leah had took off, trying to find your room as quickly as she could.
Jack had left the room a minute whilst the doctors checked you over again when he saw Leah running around the corner, Alex not far behind.
"Your having a laugh, aren't you." Jack angrily questioned Leah.
"Jack, look I know I messed up and let her down but let me see her. You know I need to be with her for this." She told him, whilst quickly lowering herself to where Jayden was sat on Sasha's lap before kissing his forehead.
"You need to remeber how lucky you are that she loves you."
"I know." Her head lowered in guilt. heavily regretting how she had treated you.
"Jack. Babe, you need to let her go in. Y/N needs her." Sasha told him, grabbing ahold of his hand.
Jack didn't say anything, he just sat down in the chair next to Sasha. Before looking at Leah and glancing towards the door of your room.
Leah wasted no time in darting through the doors. Her face saddened at the state you were currently in. Your face blochy and tear-stained from how much you had been crying, your body looked so drained from the amount of pain you were in. You weren't even looking towards the door, you were just staring out the window of your room.
"Baby?" Leah said softly, as she sat on the edge of your bed, quickly grabbing your hand.
"I'm so sorry, princess. I know I messed up and I feel so bad for that. You and Jayden and this little one are my everything and I don't know what I would do if I didn't have you in my life." She continued, her voice no higher than a whisper not wanting to startle you.
"I don't like you at the minute." You told her through staggered breaths.
She slightly laughed at your outburst before quickly kissing your forehead.
"That's fair. I deserve that."
You were about to answer Leah when you felt the urge to push. The pain caused you to let out out a grunt in pain and squeeze Leah's hand.
"Baby, what's the matter." Leah questioned you worringly.
"I need to push!"
Leah quickly got up and ran out the room, telling Jack to find a midwife, before rushing back to your side.
"Same as Jayden, yeah?"
You soon nodded at Leah. She helped you lean foward slowly before quickly slipping in to sit behind you on the bed. Your back flush against her chest, as both her hands found yours.
A couple of midwife's soon came into the room, not wasting anytime in getting ready before telling to push when you felt like you needed to.
The pain of giving birth could never be explained to anyone. Your body was tired, your throat was extremely sore and you were sweating profusely.
Leah was a gem, exactly how she was when Jayden was.
"Leah I can't do this." The pain quickly becoming too much for you to handle.
"You can my beautifil girl." "Your so strong." "I'm so proud of you." "My special girl."
Leah continuously whispering praise into your ear. Trying to re-assure and calm you down in every way she could.
After nearly half an hour of pushing, you were finally making progress.
"Right, I need one more push from you, sweetheart. " One of the midwifes told you.
"Come on, Love. Our baby girl is nearly here." One of Leah's hand that was holding yours came up to push your hair from your forehead.
You managed to use any energy that you had left to give one final push, a loud groan left your mouth as you did. Leah's praises never stopped throughout.
And finally, your little girl was born. But something was wrong, you and Leah both knew that.
"Why isn't she crying?" You said breathlessly, your voice containing nothing but panic.
The midwifes didn't reply to you, simply concentrating on your daughter. You couldn't see what they were doing as many midwifes and doctors surronded the little bed that they had placed her in.
After 10 grueling minutes, a quiet cry came from your daughter. Both, you and Leah let out a huge sigh of relief. Tears streaming from both your eyes as a midwife brought your little girl over to you, carefully placing her in your arms.
She was Leah's absolute double. Big blue eyes looked up at you, a few light blonde hairs rested on her head.
"Hi, babygirl." Leah said softly from behind you. Her finger gently going in the tiny hand of your daughter.
"She's perfect." You whispered, Leah kissing the side of your forehead in agreement.
Not so long later: Alex, Jack, Sasha and Jayden were allowed into your room.
Jack came in the room with Jayden resting on his hip, Sasha and Alex following after them. All of them surronding your bed. You and Leah let them all have a look at your daughter, currently not wanting to let her from your grip. You knew how important skin to skin contact was for your newborn.
By now, Leah had come from behind you and was resting next to you on the bed. Jack soon handed Jayden to Leah, him soon taking comfort in his Mum's lap.
"I a big brother now." Jayden told you all before slowly peering at his sister currently in your arms., you all letting out a slight chuckle at him.
"You've got a very important job now, little man." Jack told him.
The three of them eventually left the room leaving time for you and Leah to have with both of your children.
You layed happy as ever on the bed with your own little family, both children fast asleep in yours and Leah's arms.\ Leah looking at you with nothing but admiration and love in her eyes.
"You know, I'd marry you all over again if I could." Leah said quietly, her words pouring out suddenly.
"You would?"
"Most definatly. This, right here, means more to me than anything else ever could. And i'm so sorry that I forgot that. You make me so happy, Y/N. it's kind of scary sometimes."
"Your so soppy sometimes, Leah." Your slightly laughed at her before resting your head on her shoulder.
"I love you, Y/N."
"I love you too, Leah."
"Now, babygirl needs a name. So, what you thinking."
"I quite like the name Erin and I think it goes really nice with Jayden." You told Leah, both of you just contently looking between each other and your children.
"Erin (Your Mum's Name) Amanda Williamson. I love it, it's perfect for her."
"Can we wait a while before the next one. I think I need about 5 years to recover from today."
"My girl, we can have another whenever you want. But for now, i've got all I need right here."

Sunsets and footballers (Part 72)
Lucy Bronze x Reader (59) / Alexia Putellas x Character (29) & Jordan Nobbs x Leah Williamson (14)
Masterlist (other parts here)
((**3.1k**))
ALEXIA POV
“Fuck.” Lucy growled. “Fuck. Fuck.”
“It’s okay. It’s just Ona.”
Alexia watched her jaw twitch as she drove. “Did you ask her to come?” She repeated.
“No.”
She saw her hands on the steering wheel turn white with just how hard she was gripping. Alexia knew Lucy. She couldn’t console her. She needed to be there in the room with them. With Blau. She needed to physically be there to protect her. She was always that way.
Alexia looked down at the warm pile of grey fur cuddled in her lap and smiled. Chiquito was on his back in a position that should have been impossible for his spine, a single paw over his eyes and the other touching Alexia. Needing to know she was there.
“When did you talk to her?”
“This morning after I realise I… was alone.”
Lucy immediately sympathised. She didn’t have to look at her to know. She felt it.
“She call me about the national game this week to see if I go.”
She ran her fingers through the soft fur of his belly, watching him squirm as he enjoyed it, moving his paw from his eyes and slow blinking up at her.
“Will you?”
Alexia sighed. She’d been trying to avoid all of these thoughts. “I don’t know.” She replied in Spanish. Lucy knew enough for that.
She nodded. “If there’s anything we can do…” She cut herself off.
“I know. Thank you. Today will be fun.”
“And there’s YFN’s birthday this week…”
“Oh?”
“This is the whole reason this Lumos event is happening. I called a few girls to come and distract her but it got out of hand. All of the WSL games were played yesterday so everybody has a day off today and came down to mingle and get their content done. It’s a lot. But I really just wanted to organise her birthday with people while she was busy.”
Alexia gave a small smile at that as Chiquito began playing with her hand, pulling it close to lick and then cuddle to it. Lucy was smart by doing that. Blau would have picked up what she was doing otherwise.
“Why you leave so late?”
“The organising? Because I wasn’t supposed to be here. I didn’t know what was happening with her and work and Spain and the clubs. And then the accident happened…”
It wasn’t an accident, but she didn’t want to use the word ‘assault’, which was more than understandable.
Chiquito grew tired of being on his back and stood, stretching and then stood on his back legs to nuzzle up to her neck. He was a very loving cat, and she knew he must have missed… her.
Alexia loved Chiquito. She allowed herself to be herself with him. Giving him all of the love and kisses and attention. That was the real Alexia, deep down. Too deep to find. Or at least she thought it was.
She looked over and saw that worried, protective, jaw-twitching Lucy had returned.
“Ona won’t be a problem. She just want to check on me.”
“You don’t understand.”
“I know her.” She replied in Spanish.
“Ona likes me.”
“I know.
“She really likes me.”
“I know.”
“I… I was lonely and let her get close. But we didn’t do anything…”
“I know,” Alexia said, softer.
“But you don’t know. My one job is to protect her. And only then make sure she’s happy and loved and has everything she wants. But I feel like I’ve just let her down every step of the way. The messages, the stalking, the brick… the fucking brick… Kristie. Mark. Her believing she was alone and we were broken up. The… accident…”
She almost whispered that. The assault. Alexia didn’t say it aloud but she understood now. Even if Ona wasn’t a threat, everything was a threat to Lucy now. She just needed to…
“I just need to protect her.”
Alexia nodded and she put her hand on her friend’s arm and squeezed. It felt good to be the comforter and not the comforted.
Chiquito settled back down into her lap, his back to her tummy, and his body curled around the entirety of Alexia’s free hand, claiming it as his own.
YFN POV
“Hey chicken,” Caitlin said as her arms came around her from behind and then she spotted Jordan and Leah. “Jordy! Leah!”
She ran around the table and shoved Katie aside to hug their best friends.
Jordan gave her a laugh and a hug back, and so did Leah. “Just did some interviews did you?”
“Yep, just need ta take some photos and we’ll have a break and get some a that lunch YFN was talkin’ about,” Katie said.
Jordan nodded silently and the couple immediately picked up on tension, their eyes wandering around the table.
“Wait, what’s happenin’?”
“What’s the issue? What did we miss?”
“Nothing. No issue..” YFN insisted.
Katie ignored her and started looking around the room until her eyes found Ona standing near the entrance, talking to several Man United players from her days there, though her eyes finding YFN ever so often.
Kyra crashed the party then with her cheeky attitude and said her hello’s. She took a bite of the closest item of food on YFN’s plate and her chewing slowed as her eyes found what the girls were looking at.
“What’s she doing here?” she asked.
Silence again. Shit. They didn’t know about Alexia and Ridley and there was no way to explain otherwise.
“She’s-” Leah started.
“-just here to see Alexia and do some press.” YFN cut off, appreciating that she was trying to help.
“Wasn’t she and Lucy a thing?” she asked.
“Not exactly..”
“Speakin’ of – where is she?” Katie interjected.
“Picking up Alexia.”
“Alexia’s coming? That’s great! Is Ridley coming?” Kyra blurted. She couldn’t be mad at her, it was Kyra after all and she was as innocent as they came.
More silence. Leah didn’t even attempt to speak this time. The silence lasted until Katie said, “Fuck. That bad?”
YFN cringed but it was all the response they needed. “That’s why she’s here?”
“I assume so… please don’t say anything.” She looked at Kyra and grabbed onto her cheeks with her good hand, her face puffed out with the food she had in there. She reminded her of a little Lucy sometimes. “Especially you. Don’t mention Ridley at all. Got in?”
She nodded until her face was released and she could swallow. “Yes, mum.”
“She looks a little out of place…” Alex said sympathetically, looking at Ona across the room.
It was true. Although she was surrounded by friends and former teammates, she still looked a little awkward and to be honest, she didn’t blame her. But in YFN’s head, everybody was making a big fuss over something so small. Lucy and Ona were never a thing. She liked Lucy, but so did the majority of the lesbian community. How could she ever be upset at someone for liking the person she adored with every fibre of her being?
“How far away is Lucy?” Kyra asked as a joke-not-joke.
Katie slapped her arm.
“We need to get going over to do our photos..” Caitlin said, tugging at Katie.
“On your way… can you two invite Ona over here, please?” YFN asked.
ONA POV
Ona had never before heard Alexia in such a state as that morning. She was crying, her voice shaking, half-asleep, and yet, somehow, Ona knew she was still holding back. She was destroyed. And Ona knew exactly what that felt like. She was always head over heels for Lucy and truly believed they were on their way to becoming something more when she’d met YFN. She didn’t hate either of them, she didn’t hate anyone. She simply grieved something she’d lost, and what’s worse, the potential of that something. And so when she heard Alexia so heartbroken over Ridley, she did the one thing she’d want someone to do for her. Be there.
Ona booked a flight as soon as Alexia had hung up. She’d messaged her but assumed she’d fallen asleep, and some part of her said maybe catching a flight was too dramatic, but she’d heard that pain in her voice, and Alexia was never, ever like that. Ever. She was going to be there for her friend because that’s who Ona was.
She was aware from a young age that she felt differently… more deeply… more passionately than other people. She was touchy and almost shy, and had her feelings affected by anything quite easily. She loved hugs and kisses, anything physical, from any of the people she was comfortable with, and although she knew it could be a bit much for some people, she didn’t care. It’s just the way she showed her emotions and to be quite frank, it helped take the edge off of the enormity of the things she felt. Alexia acted tough, but Ona had known her for a while. From Barca, the Spanish National team and prior to that, when they were young. And so she knew she was really a softy. She liked hugs. She liked being cared for. She just didn’t want anyone thinking that.
Ona messaged as she landed, and still nothing. She could have been asleep or more likely, she was ignoring her. She wasn’t surprised. Instead – she saw all of the messages from the girls about the Lumos event and jumped on board. Even if Alexia wasn’t there, perhaps players there would know where she was, or… maybe even YFN.
Although they’d had very little interaction, she knew it was because of their awkwardness towards the situation rather than any animosity. Whenever Ona had caught her eye at the pub, she’d never shied away from it. She’d always given her a smile, and not an empathetic one either, a polite one. That told her everything she needed to know about the woman. Yet, regardless of how nice she seemed, Ona did also hold a little hope that she would see Lucy at some point and be able to talk to her because fuck, did she miss her.
When Alexia didn’t respond, Ona took a taxi from the airport to Lumos and was greeted by chaos. She followed the directions of the staff as best as she could with their quick English and found herself being led into a room reverberating with a loud mass of voices, music, pets and other sounds. She didn’t have to wonder where to go first. Just as soon as she stepped into the room, her eyes found YFN. She was holding a phone up to her ear and paused before giving a smile and collecting herself.
She wondered if she should go over, or if she even liked her, but before she could argue both sides further in her head, her old Man United friends were there and surrounding her with excitement at her sudden arrival. She greeted them all and had a little catch up, letting them tell her about the different things she could do content-wise today. They encouraged it and honestly, it sounded like a great idea to fulfil her content needs in her own time and space, rather than being forced by her manager to find some for her to stay relevant and find sponsors. She just wished she’d brought Coco. Regardless of the girls all chatting around her, and Ona trying her best to distinguish the English from each other, her eyes kept finding YFN as she was talking in her group.
Just when Ona thought she’d be stuck there forever, two Arsenal players she’d briefly met before, Katie and Caitlin came over from YFN’s table and extended an invite to join her.
“Go, go!” Lucía García encouraged in Spanish. “She’s organising it all for us so she’s the person to talk to!”
Lucia wasn’t aware at that stage of Ona’s crush on Lucy otherwise she would have offered to keep her in the wheelchair. An over-exaggeration as she usually did.
She politely withdrew herself with the promise to see them all later, and headed over to YFN’s table where she now sat alone. She looked around and saw Leah Williamson, Jordan Nobbs and Alex Scott all sitting in an area with couches, headsets and microphones, talking and pointing around the area which was set up for podcasting.
“Hi,” she greeted, politely using English.
“Hola, Ona,” she smiled in return, though wincing slightly and dropped the smile a little. Ona’s eyes found her bruised jaw and she felt sick in her stomach. As she came around the table to kiss her on either cheek, she saw the wheelchair she was sitting in, her knee in a brace, her arm in a sling and couldn’t help the pure empathy that seeped from her. How was it possible to do that to another human being? And if Ona had ended up with Lucy, would they have done the same to her?
She sat down adjacent to her, YFN automatically moving her laptop and paperwork out of the way.
“How are you?” she asked, genuinely curious.
YFN chuckled and it was a cute, humble thing. “I’ve been better.”
“Is there anything I can do?”
“No, thanks for the offer though. I appreciate it.” Another smile. She was also great with eye contact and her eyes held… intelligence and awareness. She could see why Lucy liked her so much. “You’ve come for Alexia?”
“Sí. I could not see her here..”
“She’s not yet. I think she’s slept most of this morning or just been ignoring her phone. Luce is on her way here now with her.”
“Ah.” She felt good, knowing that Alexia was coming, and that she’d seen her messages. “Do you know much?”
“I was going to ask you the same..”
“She call me this morning very upset. She kept saying ‘she left’ and that she didn’t deserve to be loved.”
“That Ridley didn’t deserve to be loved?”
“No.. no… Alexia. She wouldn’t let me say anything bad about her to make her feel better.” Ona knew her accent was strong as she struggled for words in English, but YFN was patient with her, following every word.
She nodded.
“Is it… true? She is gone?”
Another nod. She looked as if she knew more, but didn’t say, and Ona didn’t ask as she knew the relationship between the two and that it was private.
“Never coming back?”
She sighed. “I don’t think so, but I can’t be sure. I just… I’ve never seen Ridley so in love before. And the one thing I know about her is just how unpredictable she can be sometimes.”
“Did they…” Ona didn’t finish the sentence, fearing the question was too inappropriate but she knew just how much of a difference that would have made to the situation. Sex always complicates things.
“I believe so.”
Ona swore in Spanish.
“Didn’t you have a game last night? You must be tired..”
“I am used to it I think,” she admitted. The two shared a smile.
“For what it’s worth, I think you coming here to be there for Alexia is beautiful. You’re a really good friend.”
Ona hadn’t expected the rawness of what she’d just said. She held her eye contact and could feel the blush on her face a little. “Thank you. She would do the same for me. Alexia… does not have… do emotions well… if that makes sense. She hides and be’s strong so when I heard her I knew I must come.”
YFN nodded knowingly. “Will you stay here or take her home?”
“Whatever she wants. I need to be with the national team by Wednesday.”
It was Monday now and their new coach was not lenient in the slightest, though still somehow a slight improvement on the last. Alexia was still injured and not playing, though she tended to go and be supportive when she could. Right now Ona wondered if that was what she needed most.
“I wonder what will be better for her,” YFN pondered aloud, mirroring Ona’s thoughts. Her heart jumped a little. Maybe they were a lot alike in the way they thought and empathised and acted. Maybe that’s why Lucy liked her so much. And maybe, just maybe, Ona was also Lucy’s type.
She shook the thoughts from her head and watched as YFN wriggled a little uncomfortably in her chair. It must be horrible to be stuck in one place for fear of pain and an inability to move far.
“I am really sorry for what happened to you. You didn’t deserve it.” She meant it, every word. And she wanted to say more but knew she didn’t have to. YFN understood the ‘more’ without her having to say it. She’d noticed that about her.
“Thanks Ona. I really appreciate that. It means a lot.” She reached across the corner of the table with her good arm extended, and Ona took her hand and squeezed. They held each other’s hands and eyes and it felt cathartic, almost. And she knew it was more than just a thank you. It was a sign that things were okay between them, and that they both understood and appreciated each other, regardless of the Lucy complication.
As if she knew she was there, YFN’s eyes snapped straight towards the entrance Ona had walked in to see Lucy standing there, almost dishevelled, her eyes flicking between the two and to their joined hands and back. God, she looked good. Ona saw her throat bobble as she swallowed her emotions.
With her eyes falling on YFN and only her, she made her way across the room with purpose, and Ona couldn’t help but want her eyes back on her. She was distracted from her wanting, though, as she spotted Alexia entering the room with her famous frown and sunglasses. She was dressed well, as was typical of la Reina and her facial expression held no happiness there. She moved her glasses to the top of her head and her eyes also found the pair, examining the situation and then Lucy stalking for them. She was always in Captain mode.
She looked quite normal besides the slightly red, puffy eyes, which could be explained away easily with a lack of sleep, and Ona was unsurprised and indifferent by the attention she caught just by being there.
In fact, the only thing different about her was that she had a little grey cat perched over her shoulder, his head scanning the room before nuzzling back into her neck.
The little grey cat who Ona immediately recognised as Chiquito.

The reason for her smile LW6 x reader
Alex Scott became a close friend of yours quickly, the both of you just clicked. you often partnered together since you were a world renowned photographer, photographing many celebrities. You had recently returned from living abroad in Italy. Upon arriving in London Alex offered you the opportunity to come take some photographs of a football star while she was being interviewed. This was also the perfect opportunity for you to catch up and work alongside each other.
You made your way to the studio.
“I missed you so much.” Alex rushed into you hugging you tightly. “ I can't wait for you to meet Leah.”
“ Me too, I'm so happy we're working together again. Why didn't you tell me it was Leah Williamson? You know I'm a huge fan!”
You hear the door open and you're greeted by a blonde girl with a bright smile on her face. She wore brown trousers and a simple white crop top showing off her abs. In her hand three coffees.
She sets the coffees down on a table and gives you a hug.
“I'm Leah. It's nice to finally meet you y/n but i must say if anything i'm your biggest fan.”
“I don't believe you.” You say expecting her to not even know your name. Her blond hair was loose reaching her shoulders, a halo of blonde framing her face. She was even more gorgeous up close.
“She serious , Leah asked me if you would be available for today.” Alex took a sip from her coffee smirking at you.
“Oh sorry i almost forgot i got you a coffee too.” her hands brushed against yours. It was from your favourite coffee shop and it was also your go to order.
“Oh my god this is my favourite coffee shop. How did you guess my order?” Leah just shrugs.
The photo shoot goes well. Leah changes outfits, styling herself looking impeccable due to her amazing sense of style. She often turns to smile at you, occasionally asking you questions it almost becomes a mix of her interviewing you. Suddenly Alex gets a phone call from her mom since it was just the three of you. You both tell her to go take the phone call . She steps outside the room leaving you to alone.
“ Can I see some of the pictures you've taken?” Leah walks over to you and places a hand on your back. You nod and show her some of the pictures so far.
“These look great , I really love your work, it just has so much warmth to it.”
“I think you and your smile put all the warmth in these pictures.” It was true her smile was like warm honey. She blushes and shakes her head in disagreement.
You walk over to your equipment on the table. Leah follows you and leans against the edge of the table.
“What's your favourite club ?” You laugh and raise your head up to look at her. She wears a smirk on her face.
“Do i have to say arsenal.'' Leah playfully nudges you but shakes her head while biting her lip.
“It's Barca . I loved watching them play while I lived in Spain i actually saw you play against them you broke some hearts after scoring that header.”
She laughs and so do you. What you don't realise is Leah looking at you needing to make you laugh again. Leah doesn't want the day to end; she wants to keep talking to you. She wants to hear more about your time in France and Spain.
“You should come to an arsenal game sometime. Then you'd get to see how many hearts I can break.” She leans in closer brushing your hair out of your face. Your face gets hot, a blush creeping up on your skin. You hear Alex come back into the room you move away from Leah but not before whispering “Maybe I will if you ask me nicely.” Leah turns to look at you but you're already behind your camera .
The sun starts to set as the three of you say goodbye you don't realise that Leah hugs you for a seconds longer than she does Alex. You both walk Alex to her car but you realise you forgot something in the studio. Alex offers to go with you even though she is already in her car but Leah insists that shell go instead.
You enter the studio and quickly find your missing piece of equipment. You turn back to look at Leah when she starts to speak.
“ Y/n will you please come watch my game on Saturday. I'm asking nicely. “ She smiles at you.
You walk over to her and focus all your attention on her face. “I've never been to watch a football match for a first date.” You pray that she's actually interested in you starting to overthink what you just said.
“Well there's always a first time and I promise a proper first date on Sunday.” You feel giddy at the promise of Sunday.
“Who says I want to go on a first and second date?” You ask her sarcastically of course. Leah smirks .
“ I have a feeling.”
She walks you to your car and helps you pack everything. She even opens you door for you.
You look at each other you're about to say bye when she kisses you so sweetly . You melt into her touch. She pulls away.
“Goodnight y/n”
When you reach home you get a text from a number.
Leah - Hey love , it's Leah, here's your ticket for Saturday (she sends a picture). Can't wait to see you. Xx
You - The feelings mutual. Can't wait to take more pictures of you.

𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐍 — 𝐆𝐒 . 𝐋𝐖 . 𝐊𝐖
## georgia, leah & keira !!
Hello everyone! I hope you enjoy this! I’ve missed writing over the last crazy weeks, i’m getting through all my messages & requests now! More parts of this to come! Thank you! Love always - RGx
1,786 words.
When Keira and Georgia first met, they were in school. Fifteen and wrapped in blazers that were at the very least a size too big, hanging down by their waists and protruding from their shoulders.
The pair weren’t totally unfamiliar, sharing a group of mutual friends - more specifically, Leah, who would throw their names around in conversations.
Leah had lived five minutes from Georgia practically since they were born. they spent years kicking about on the field outside Georgia’s house, seeing each other through years of school and friendship. That was until year seven found them both in different schools at different ends of the town - but somehow, through the mess of puberty and British secondary school, they never lost touch. instead opting for a weekly kick about on a Tuesday, which usually ended in a mess of laughter. The type of laughter that's silent and pure joyous, the kind that makes you hold your nose and cross your legs. most importantly, it worked.
Leah and Keira however, had met on the third day of year seven. football tryouts, obviously. Leah striking up a conversation about Keira’s boots, and helping her to tie the ridiculously long laces. They both made the team and made an even better pair. Keira, despite her small frame, dominated the mid field. Leah, with her big aspirations and an even bigger mouth, dominated the defence. They would scream across the field, calling to each other after a good pass and swearing under their breaths when the ball came off their feet in an unintended direction. It started at after-school practice, then lunch, then the days seemed to fall into weeks, then into months, then into years until their meeting became a soft memory of them.
It was the final day of school before May half-term, a Friday. It was still warm and light out, the sun still standing her ground as four o’clock rolled around and the final bell rang through the grounds. At the sound, Keira and Leah hurried to shove their belongings and clothes back into their kit bags - disregarding the need to actually remove either of their football kits and instead just slipping their blazer over the top.
The pair still slightly red in the face and breathing deeply as they sifted through the crowd in the common area, weaving through the bodies and towards the gates - arms linked and followed by a small group of other girls who they shared a pitch with.
Georgia’s day had finished earlier, her school day ending in a blur. At lunchtime, her phone buzzed in her blazer pocket. A text from Leah asking Georgia if she wanted to play in a friendly five-a-side match with some of the girls from her team. though she said it in far fewer words, something along the lines of. ‘g!!! five-a-side on the field tonight!! meet me from school, I’ll introduce u to the girls. love u x’ and that was that.
Georgia was already outside the gates by the time the bell rang, headphones in and looking down at her phone. She had her kit on too, beneath her blazer. A backpack slung over her shoulder and hanging low on her back, it was full to the brim - most likely with her uniform scrunched and shoved in amongst the books.
When Leah, Keira and the other football girls had finally managed to break out of the crowd and through the gates - Leah called out and pulled the group in Georgia's direction, spotting the girl standing hunched against the wall. Once she was close enough to be noticed, Georgia removed her headphones and pulled Leah into a side hug and laughed when they collided.
"You're sweaty get off!" She laughed, nudging Leah away playfully and turning her attention to the rest of the girls. "I'm Georgia! it's lovely to meet you!"
Before Keira could reply she was being hugged, smiling at the unexpected contact and letting out a loose laugh as the group errupted into harmonizing laughs when leah called from ahead of them.
"She's a hugger girls!"
They all finished their greetings, exchanging names and 'How are you's before they started to move away from the school. The walk to the field wasn't far at all, maybe 15 minutes and Georgia seemed to fit straight into the crowd. Laughing and joking with everyone, making sure they were all equally included.
After five minutes though, Georgia and Keira had managed to drift away from the other girls. Stood in a two behind the group, laughing and talking about football. they shared their favourite players and discussed matches they had been to, each of them excited at the presence of a new ear to chew off. they shared embarrassing football moments and silly cards they had received. This continued until they had reached their destination, still chatting as they threw their bags onto the grass and began marking their 'goalposts.'
It felt strange to Keira, it had never been easy for her to make new friends. But weirdly, it didn't feel like she was making a new friend in Georgia. Instead, it was as if they had been friends for years.
The match was fun, full of laughter and cheers. By the time they had finished up, the other girls had said their goodbyes and made their way home. leaving Leah, Georgia and Keira alone on the grass. they sat there for a while, laughing and talking until they had to leave. accompanying each other on the walk home, where Keira made sure to take Georgia's number to stay in touch.
They spoke every day.
—————————
Keira had never felt this way about a group of people before, or honestly about anyone at all. She wasn't a sociable child and that wasn't a trait she really ever grew out of - but with Leah and Georgia, her ability (or lack thereof) to make friends seemed to wither away.
The first time they spent the day as just a trio was in the summer. It was hot, with little breeze to put them out of their misery. Sprawled out on a pitch of grass by the stone beach, which was far too hot and crowded to even think about finding a spot. But laying on mismatched towels beside each other and sharing a big bag of doritos was enough for them.
The group stayed like that for hours, laid on their towels and sharing the snacks that Georgia had provided. They laughed until their ribs hurt, and kicked a ball about until they were sure their knees would buckle.
The day was slowly slipping away, the sun now drifting below the horizon and a chill settling into the air. At the now lack of heat, the girls concluded it was time to walk home.
They walked together, sharing a bottle of water and stopping every few yards in fits of laughter. The walk would usually take 15 minutes, but between them, they had managed to extend the walk to 45.
Georgia and Leah decided to walk Keira home first, considering she lived closer and they wouldn't want her to walk even a street's length alone. They escorted her right up to the front door, sharing a hug and a passing kiss on the cheek before saying their final goodbyes.
Keira watched them walk away from her house through the window next to the door, smiling absentmindedly as they faded from view. Watching Leah's ponytail swing as she shook her head, presumably at some stupid comment Georgia had made, Keira couldn't help by stifle a small and breathy laugh from her lips.
"This is it." she thought briefly. these were her people.
—————————
Almost a year later and they were still as close as ever. Spending evenings after school and spare time on the weekends as a trio. whether that be in town, or at each other's houses.
On this day, however, they sat on a small patch of grass behind Georgia's house. All three of them adorned in mismatched football kits their parents had strung together. They sat in silence for a minute or two, heaving for breath as they lay sprawled out after an all too intense round of quickfire penalties.
In this silence Keira lay fidgeting with the blades of grass beside her, twisting them between her fingers and ripping them from the ground. She knew she could tell them anything. They would never judge, just listen. So she was confused as to why an anxious fire began to spread through her stomach, around her limbs and across the back of her neck as she sat up in the grass and turned her body to face the pair head-on.
Georgia was the first to notice the look on Keira's face, raising herself to rest on her elbows with her eyebrows furrowed. "Kei? What's wrong?"
Leah sat up next, removing her arm from across her face and moving to face Keira as well. "You okay?" She whispered softly.
Keira was silent for a few beats, taking a deep breath and closing her eyes before she started speaking. "I need to tell you both something and I don't want you to think of me any differently and I don't want you to not want to talk to me or hang around with me anymore and I just-"
"Keira, woah, slow down." Leah was always logical, but she was also fiercely caring. She placed her hand gently atop of Keira's on the grass. "Slow down, nothing you could ever say will ever make us not want to speak to you!"
"Yeah Kei, never." Georgia iterated, smiling.
"I like girls." She whispered. Looking down at the grass beneath her, avoiding the eyes now fixated on her. It was silent between the group for a minute before Georgia spoke up.
"You're still Keira."

All the rumours are true II Leah Williamson x Reader
arsenal women masterlist
Leah Williamson's Instagram story
Her music is amazing ! Love her latest Single! 😍
Williamson_Babe Is Y/N refering to Leah in her lyrics when she sings North London forever?! 👀
Musiclover96 Omg, I bet she does. Are they dating? That would be iconic.
The september morning light was streaming through the large windows of your girlfriend's appartement while you both were drinking your first coffee of the day.
With an amused look on her face Leah read the latest comments on her instagram story before showing you one observation a fan made:"And are they right? Is that line about me, darling?"
"Which one?", you asked giggling.
The blonde defender let out a small huffed noise:"The North London part?" A teasing smile appeared on her pretty lips before she continued:"Or did you just try to show you're an Arsenal?"
You could not help but blush as you were currently wearing one of Leahs old Arsenal jerseys, simply because it was your favourite sleeping shirt, especially when the football player or you were apart from eachother due to your busy careers.
"Actually it was an ode to my flatmates when I first moved to London.", you mocked her in return.
Not really convinced by your answer Leah wanted to know:"Oh really? Who was it?"
"You know them, we'll meet them for dinner next friday, love.", you reminded her in a nonchalant tone.
The blush from earlier came back as you confessed:"But the fans are right, I wrote the line when I was thinking about you."
"I thought it was dedicated to your flatmates.", the defender throw an eyebrow up.
"It's for them and you. Soon they will be my former flatmates considering I'm moving in with you on friday.", you drew gentle circles with your fingers on your girlfriends arm.
Jokingly Leah replied:"Unless you decide that you miss them and want to move back in with them."
"Right."
"It's possible.", Leah shrugged with her shoulders before hugging you from behind and resting her head on your shoulder.
You could feel her strong arms around you, making you feel grounded in this exact moment.
Because that's what you were for eachother, lovers who could be one true self, leaving the public figures label behind at the front door.
Carefully, you pulled yourself out of the hug and walked over to the kitchen counter to make yourself another cup of coffee and while you were at it, poured your girlfriend another one too while casually changing the subject, "When did you say was your next home game again?“
With an innocent smile you set the cup down in front of her. Leah eyed you warily but with an amused smile on her lips, "Why? Do you want to come and make the fans speculate even more?"
"No, I want to support you.", you answered and grabbed Leahs cap from the counter and put it on, "I could even wear an undercover look, see?"
With a laugh your girlfriend nodded, "I‘m sure that‘ll work."
You put your hands under your chin, blinking at her with big eyes, "As Miss Undercover in the stadium."
"I won‘t stop you if you‘d like to go.", Leah grinned, obviously not unhappy with that idea herself.
You caught the hint and as you sat down at the kitchen table again, you asked, "But would you like me to be there?"
Leah leaned over to you to press her lips onto yours and mumbled into the kiss, "Maybe."
When she pulled back, she snatched her cap from you and put it down on the table. "I take that as a yes.", you laughed as you watched her stride across the room to your record player.
On the first few notes, you recognized the song she put on as your newly released single.
Leah was slowly swaying to the music, smiling, as she confirmed, "You should take it as a yes. I would love to have you there."
You raised your eyebrows at her in amusement , while you watched her moving around in her old oversized shirt that she slept in last night, "Is that what you call a dance?“
"No, I'm very convinced this is a dance.", the defender stated confidently while she took your hands in hers so you two could move together to the tunes coming from the record player.
"Lee, we didn't even had breakfast yet.", you laughted out loud because of you're girlfriend's goofy mood.
"You need breakfast for that?", Leah asked you with a teasing smile.
You shook your head:"No, but I don't want the bacon to burn."
"I can take it out while dancing with you.", the blonde woman replied in a flirty tone.

arsenalwfc Look who came to watch our game today 👀
katiemccabe Does she know I excist? 😏
leahwilliamson In your dreams McCabe 🙄
Giggling Beth greeted you with a hug, while you both got seated in the stands at the Arsenal match a few days later:"Hi y/n, you and Lee are both terrible at the undercover looks."
"Excuse me, we thought this is perfectly fine.", you answered in a playfully offended tone.
Not in the slightest convinced the injured striker said; "Sure, no one will notice you."
"So, not good?", you sighed.
Amused the blonde looked at you:"No."
"Awful, the fans will recognize you.", Vivianne remarked grinning.
Her girlfriend suggested in her jokingly manner:"You can try to hide behind Viv."
"Yeah that definetly works, you and Beth are the same height.", the dutch woman nodded.
"Thanks guys."
"You're welcome.", Beth winked at you.
Excitedly you jumped off the seat as Leah made one of her rare goals:"Oh my god Lee scored!"
"Leah!", the blonde striker shouted her teammates name beaming proudly.
Happily Vivianne observed:"She's coming to us."
"Can she celebrate anymore subtle?", Beth rolled her eyes.
Vivianne pointed a thumb in your direction as you excitedly waved down to your girlfriend, "Worst Miss Undercover ever." "They‘re both bad.", Beth agreed more amused than actually annoyed.
Now it was the dutch strikers turn to roll her eyes, "Honestly. Throwing kisses to each other like the love birds they are." "It‘s disgusting."
As Leah went back to her position on the field, you turned around to the couple, "You two know I can hear you, right?" "We do but we thought you were too busy celebrating with your girl.", Beth shrugged.
With a smirk, you winked at her, "We‘ll be even more busy after the game." "Too many details!", Vivianne groaned and grimaced in disgust. Beth just shook her head, "Oh god."
"You can tell that they have not lived together for that long yet.", Viv commented. Beth slipped a hand on her girlfriends arm, "They‘ll grow out of it soon."
"Once routine settled in." With a smile on your lips, you only listened half-heartedly. Your gaze was fixed on Leah playing. You knew you would never get tired of her.
Alex Scott Instagram Story
She knows all of Y/N lyrics. Such a fangirl 😂
A few weeks later, Leah was standing in the crowd of one of your concerts in London. Alex Scott was accompanying her. The former football player snapped a few photos of Leah singing to your songs. "Look at you, Lee. You‘re so in love." "In love?", she repeated surprised. "Yeah, you definitely look like it." Leah gave a small shrug and a wry grin, "I guess I am." Alex looked satisfied, "It suits you." "Thanks."
Both of them were ushered backstage during your last song. "Hi, did you enjoy the concert, girls?", you greeted them, wiping sweat of your forehead with a towel. Leah went in to hug you, "We did. You were great tonight."
Alex could not help but tease the defender: "Leah knew all the lyrics." "They're my favourite songs.", the blonde defended herself, grinning sheepishly. You could not help but tease her:"Especially the North London song, right?" "I think a line of it will be my next tattoo.", Leah thought out loud. Innocently you asked, while kissing her blushed cheek:"So we'll do a partner tattoo?"

“It had been over ten glorious years being known as the best right back in England and the world, but now a young Lucy Bronze announced herself to the world in the most spectacular of ways in that tournament, going on to become England’s starting right back to the present day. […] I did all I could to support Lucy, challenging her and pushing her so when she eventually took my spot, she knew I’d be her biggest cheerleader – bar her mum, Diane (personally, I think I’m still up there though!). Mine and Lucy’s relationship is one I still treasure. We got on from day one. Even though we were in direct competition with each other, there was always this utmost respect between us. I would tell her what she needed to work on in regards to her game, and she would listen. We would sit and talk about almost anything in the world – she even helped me with my media degree, looking over my essays and editing them for me. I remember joking with her during the World Cup that I had twelve England goals – a lot for a right back – and if she wanted to be better than me, she would have to start shooting at the goal. We laughed. ‘In all seriousness, Lucy, you get in great positions,’ I added. ‘Don’t think about it, just shoot.’ Turns out Lucy really did listen to me because she went on to score a screamer of a goal in the next game England played in that tournament, the World Cup quarter-final against Norway.”
