Aleksander nearly dropped onto his knees when he saw you. You were ethereal, for sure, but that wasn’t it. Gosh, you were just so… pretty? Handsome? His brain was such a mess, mushy and sweet and all putty-like. Aleksander could feel his cheeks and ears burning as your eyes met- did he just see the stars in your eyes- no, that would be too cheesy to think about; but he could hear the clamour on the streets quietening as he stared at you, a feeling blooming in his heart. Anticipation? For what? Love? But he truly thought what he felt was greater than love- no that would be too strange- but he could feel how a feeling of calmness passed over him, the feeling of a warm meal on a cold day, the feeling of a warm embrace in your arms-

‘Snap out of it,’ he thought to himself, as he watched you walk off. Was that love at first sight?
