Next member of the Halloween Trio: Snare-Oh/Benmummy + Gwenmummy + Albedomummy.

Ultimate Snare-Oh actually becomes smaller, using bandages like insect legs to move around. However, he does gain a new way to get a full sized body. Building on his base form's complete immunity to Corrodium, Ultimate Snare-Oh's headdress now contains a piece of the mineral. This allows him to mutate anyone anyone he grabs onto, and by wrapping their body and limbs up in his strong bandages he can then puppet them around. Thankfully for the puppets, permanent mutation isn't possible before the user times out, though there is a danger if Master Control is enabled.
