"Ugh...dammit, not this same thing again." The girl looked down at her phone in frustration at the message, she was surprised her father actually texted her back after what she said. He'd been trying to call her all week for a while, but it wasn't for the reason she wanted. Hating how much her dad went with whatever her grandparents wanted.

Despite being the one who agreed to let her be with her cousin and let her live out dreams of being a star yet here he is asking her to just drop everything she built because now her grandparents think she had "her time" out the village. They want her to come back, and they always ask when is she coming back.

She was trying not to look so openly, especially since Ryuji was sitting right across from her. Finally, inviting him to hang with her at her and cousin's place. This was supposed a fun day and yet she couldn't make her mood instantly shift into a better one. Nonetheless, her face still betrayed her; she just wore her feelings way too openly to hide much for long. Eventually, just blurted out how what was clawing in her head.

"I just don't get it, like I'm finally living out what I want they just don't care man...like ...you know no---I'm sorry, I'm messing this day all up for us lemme just stop talking."

The girl was already thrilled to be invited a arcade, she never had the chance to go fun places enough since unfortunately her work always got in the way before. She seen dancing games like this before at conventions she was guests at before. Now she finally get to use of them, this is so exciting!

They even had that one song she added to her dancing playlist two days, how awesome is that? Instantly pressing to that play, her eyes lighting up as soon as the music begun. "Yo, Ryuji!--Check me out, I'm gonna kill it!"

She was already going for the dancing on the video on screen beat for beat. This was one her favorite current songs, how could she not know the song by heart by now. She was definitely buzzing from excitement and fun. "Come up here and dance with me, dude!"

Happy New Years Kiss / Not Prompted (Accepting)!

@fctedivided delivers a drunk New Year Vic for Shanice and Alasie: When Alasie and Chloe would find Shanice and Vic lying on the floor, drunk and passed out, from drinking too much at the start of a new year.

"...Seriously? Geez, great start of a year. Being absolutely plastered. Well, at least they're not yelling about something dumb, right?"

The girl couldn't help but shake her head at the sight, there those two are passed out on the living floor from drinking way too much. Look at these empty bottles of wine all over the floor, how much did these two even drink? Shanice was still even holding the now empty glass in her hand, though the grip was loose enough for Alasie to bend down and take out her hand.

At least the two are quiet now though, no arguing which Alasie is still confirmed is just way too much sensual tension. Shanice will never argue her down on that. She couldn't help but smile at how close Shanice and Vic actually were lying on the ground, stifling a snort of a laugh to herself at the sight.

"Annnnd this is why they should've just drunk sparkling juice like us, huh?" Giggling to herself as she took a throw blanket off the sofa and draped it over the two. "Well, Chloe. I guess it's up to us to clean up, huh?" Offering the other girl a big grin as she couldn't help but let some more laugh escapes.

The girl had to cover her face with both of her hands for a mouth, a fit of nervous, giddy giggles escaping. Was that one of those New Year's Kiss things she had seen before on TV? Back in her home village, they didn't really do things like New Year kisses but she knew about them, New Year's traditions in the big city sure were bolder than she thought.

Finally, she uncovers it with a big grin, "That's not fair man! I wasn't expecting that!"

Hopefully, this doesn't sound like a cop out but it's definitely her mother and older cousin, Shanice. As well, as her friend Sangi as well though I never talk about that guy.

Her mother being one of the very few humans in town and having the audacity to marry the former head's son. She never wanted to Alasie to think she had a choose a side, human or Livun. While her father loves her, he is does know that his community will see his clan as weakening and pressures Alasie to live to a ideal that constantly made her feel under pressure.

As soon as Shanice was bought into her life, she bonded instantly with her older cousin. She lived a life she always idealized and glamorized in her mind, to be a star. She encouraged to do whatever she wanted in life, to live for herself, have no restraints and once Shanice decided to lived the Livun town Alasie followed her in hopes to be a star too.

And her best friend Sangilak, shared similar dreams of wanting to see more than her community kept them from. To the point that she requested for him to come with her, so still had a Livun connection, in truth she just was nervous to leave without bringing her best friend.

What a surprise! She never saw anyone hand out instant ramen cups for Halloween, but Ryuji is a interesting sort. If anyone would though it would be him though. Nonetheless, how quirky and creative!

"Happy Halloween to you too, Ryuji! How considerate thank you, I actually never had spicy before." She's always down for trying it out though and if it's too spicy, she'll just give the rest to her big cousin and scarf down the regular one. "I was gonna just give you these." Takes a small baggie from her satchel and with monster faced cookies.

"My cousin always baking stuff, so I wanted to share with ya'."

I will admit I do think that "flight or fight" sometimes do differs depending on what's going on. Nonetheless, I definitely see her as a much of a "fight" type when it comes to panic and fear. Perhaps she is more mentally prepared due to her supernatural agent shenanigans, but to be honest I think because she's battle ready that adds to it even more. The type that if someone spook her and Alasie already on edge, she will certainly scream. In addition, will yell at to the other if she didn't elbow or hit them on instinct before that.
