Síntesis de los argumentos del/la o los/las autores:

En este capítulo del autor y exprofesor Alan Sroufe llamado “Apego: la relación diádica de la emoción” del libro “Desarrollo emocional: la organización de la vida emocional en los primeros años” lanzado en 2000; aborda como lxs cuidadores y los infantes son parte del crecimiento del apego para que sea una relación diádica. Una relación que primero solo es trabajo del cuidador ya que el infante antes de los 6 meses solo es un usuario, pero de 6-12 meses se vuelve un usuario activo que no solo necesita los cuidados básicos, sino necesita los cuidados básicos de un cuidadxr en específico y comienza a mostrar los signos de apego, como angustia si se separa, felicidad al ver a su cuidador y esto muestra la necesidad de acercarse de manera afectiva a su cuidadxr. Sroufe hace uso de los modelos de los sistemas conductuales de Bowlby, un investigador que estudia el apego como un sistema diádico de la conducta; que básicamente define que el apego no disminuye, sino que cambia la manifestación ya que el cuidador no busca la misma proximidad que el infante, esto mismo crea un equilibrio sano de apego. Diferencia sobre el apego y las conductas de apego, ya que la conducta de apego se clasifica por persona y manifiestan cierta conducta con esas personas, pero el apego por su cuidador en especial ya que el infante detecta quien es esta siempre que se encuentra en alguna situación o cuidado en especial. Incluye el estudio de Bowlby para respaldar que el apego no es una conducta, sino algo que va adquiriéndose con el tiempo con los cuidados necesarios para que este crezca de forma san y junto a el lazo seguro. Menciona la búsqueda de proximidad no es algo que se adquiere, sino algo que el infante analiza para poder usarla, ya que puede que se sienta cómodo en alguna situación y lugar y no busque la proximidad, pero si en algún otro momento o lugar si necesite de esta proximidad con su cuidador. El apego como relación diádica constructiva para el desarrollo del infante y no como algo con lo que nace de forma inmediata y que amarra para saber cuándo necesita de cuidados, de espacio personal y de contención. El autor da incapie a los diferentes tipos de apego y como esto puedes influir en el infante de diferente manera. Primero el apego seguro: tiene espacio sano el infante y una relación equilibrada con su cuidador; luego el apego ansioso: es la falta de independencia del infante y su constante ansiedad por separación; el apego ansioso/resistente: se angustian en la separación, pero no manifiestan problemas con desconocidos por confusión de cuidador fijo. Esto para dar a conocer que una figura de apego puede ser organizada, excesiva o desorganiza y que puede causar tanto efectos negativos y positivos en el desarrollo de infante y en la relación con su cuidador. Como objetivo dar a conocer la importancia de la calidad de cuidado para poder desarrollar el apego diádico para un buen desarrollo del infante y relación con su cuidador

Se elabora un breve comentario final en el que se destaca el principal aporte del texto a la construcción de conocimientos del curso y la formación profesional.

Este texto aborda de forma clara, completa y argumentativa sobre el apego y como es un proceso que pasa por muchas etapas que dependen de que importancia y aporte del cuidador hacia los infantes. Este texto no solo me abre un visión mucho más amplia sobre lo que es y cómo se trabaja el apego, si no que tambien me da una mirada muy útil para la pedagogía ya que en un salón de clases siempre se tratan diferentes tipos de estudiantes con sus distintivas personalidad y situación social y es poder conectar con cada uno no siempre requiere de la misma manera que con otrx, ya que debemos conocer a cada uno para saber cómo tratarle y como acercarnos, ya que como sus cuidadores criaron al infante y el tipo de apego que sea en la infancia va a influir en sus personalidades y su manera de ser delante de la sociedad, o incluso que no hayan tenido ese apego diádico hace un diferencia y que debemos conocer con el tiempo para así conectar con ellxs y que pueda se sientan sentirse seguros en el proceso, sin forzar la situación. Así yo poder generar clases que no sean solo material, sino también un espacio de tranquilidad y con vocación por delante.

La seguridad (la calidad) del apego es un constructo, y los procedimientos de validación de constructos requieres que se establezca una red de relaciones con los correlatos antecedentes, contemporáneos y resultantes. Si la calidad del apego se ha capturado, las clasificaciones deberían entrelazarse a un proceso de desarrollo en despliegue y relacionarse con importantes consecuencias del desarrollo. (p. 221)

More Flash Character Headcanon Ideas

Pets:

When Mark Mardon was a kid, his brother, Clyde, had a dog named Thunder. In most families, the dog would have belonged to both children, but Mark’s parents made it pretty clear that the dog only belonged to their golden child.

Mick Rory’s family owned three cows, two Clydesdale horses, a donkey, a mule, two dogs (Spot and Rover), four cats (Fluffy, Stripey, Mouser, and Mr. Tuxedo), nine sheep, six goats, six to ten pigs (at any given time) and many, many chickens, ducks, and turkeys. They also raised bees.

Digger didn’t have any pets growing up, but his family did raise a LOT of sheep. His legal father (Ian Harkness) also had a dog named Fang, who liked Digger about as much as Ian did. Digger speculates that Fang was at least part dingo.

Roscoe Dillon’s mother, Rosa, owned a Persian named Priscilla (an anniversary gift from her wealthy husband). Unfortunately for Rosa, Priscilla was even less fond of being hugged than Roscoe was. Roscoe, by contrast, got along splendidly with the cat. Both hated crowds, loud noises, and being touched. Roscoe remembers Priscilla fondly as his most understanding family member.

Neither Sam nor Evan had any pets as kids. Sam’s apartment didn’t allow pets; Miss McCulloch would’ve loved for her kids to be able to have pets but didn’t have enough room for them in the orphanage.

Hartley’s parents owned a number of thoroughbred horses, several show dogs and show cats, and a wall-sized aquarium full of exotic fish. Most of these were more for show than anything else; Hartley wasn’t supposed to touch any of them without explicit permission. On the one and only occasion a rat made it inside the Rathaway estate, he befriended it...only for his mother to promptly have it killed when she discovered it. Now, of course, Hartley is the proud owner of at least six rats.

James Jesse didn’t exactly have pets growing up...but since he got to spend time with lions, tigers, elephants, camels, bears, monkeys, and horses in the circus, he didn’t really care all that much. Putting your head in a lion’s mouth is cooler than having a puppy any day.

Leonard and Lisa Snart once made the mistake of bringing home a kitten from a neighbor. Lisa named it Gabriela and was thrilled with her new pet....but when Larry Snart came home and saw the kitten, he promptly drowned it in front of his children. A few years later, Larry brought home a pit bull puppy...and predictably abused it until it was the nightmarish guard dog he wanted. The dog didn’t have a proper name (Larry just called it “you mutt”), but the neighborhood nicknamed it the Hellhound. It lived for a few years before Larry tripped over it whilst drunk and killed it in a rage (although not before the dog did a number on him). This dog is also the reason that both Leonard and Lisa are scared of large dogs.

Barry Allen owned a cat named Fluffernutter and a dog named Streak the Wonder Dog (after Green Lantern Alan Scott’s dog).

School headcanons:

Mark and Clyde Mardon both ended up being placed into a Spanish I class in their Freshman year of high school (one of Clyde’s classes was cancelled abruptly shortly before the start of the school year, and Mark hadn’t been able to decide what electives he wanted to take). This was the only high school course Mark ever earned an A in, mainly because, unbeknownst to the school, both he and Clyde were bilingual and could speak Spanish better than their Spanish teacher. The only downside was that both of them spent a lot of time being bored out of their minds.

The one and only time Barry Allen got detention was due entirely to the fact that he got a tardy slip every day for three months. Once the school caught on to the fact that Barry never missed out on any work, they eventually stopped giving him tardy slips at all, instead simply accepting that Barry being late to everything was a fact of nature.

Wally West once got detention for using his super speed to leave the school grounds in order to get Indian food...from India.

Leonard Snart never once passed a course (he slept through or outright skipped almost every class), but he was never held back a year. This was because most of the faculty wrote him off as a lost cause by the time he was seven years old. This is why Len can barely read and write and knows almost nothing about literature or history. That being said, Len doesn’t have any particular animosity towards the school system. It did give him and his sister free food, after all. (This free food also resulted in Len having a nearly perfect attendance record before he dropped out. He might not have learned anything, but he wasn’t going to miss out on lunch.)

If Sam Scudder had gone to a better school, he probably would’ve been put in either a gifted program of some sort or have been skipped a few grades ahead; he is and always has been extremely intelligent. As it was, he went through all of school (until he dropped out) believing that he was just reasonably clever and kind of a nerd; he still doesn’t really realize how intelligent he actually is.

Roscoe was likewise very intelligent, although the fact that he was on the autism spectrum before it was widely recognized meant that he often got himself into trouble at school. When he had teachers who liked him and were understanding of his quirks, he did very well in school, but most of his teachers were demanding and critical. As a result, he didn’t always perform as well as he would have been able to under optimal conditions. Also not helping matters was the fact that his father would denigrate his son for any grade less than an A (no matter the context). He still did well enough to graduate high school with a strong GPA and be accepted into college, but it wasn’t until college that he ever felt comfortable in school. He graduated college (a year early, due to his desire to please his father) with a B.S. in engineering...only for his father to criticize him for not having a high enough college GPA, for not graduating at the top of his class, and for having changed his major from business school (which he had hated) to engineering. Shortly afterwards, Roscoe fell into a particularly bad manic episode, which in turn was a major influence in his decision to become the Top.

Heyo. Here is a mobile friendly muse list. I have listed with their verse but am more than happy to throw muses into crossover AUs out of their own canon into one of these others or more. I apologize that some of these bios might be messy as they’re from old blogs.

Primary, secondary and tertiary basically are just organization ranks for me based on a few factors such as my current muse for a character, how small the verse for them might be, how interested I think people are in them, ect. I’ve never heard anyone call Sharna Sharnnie....lol. They do call Artem Velvet and they call Gleb Glebchka. I’ve never heard anyone call Alan Marron but it came from somewhere. They call him A-Lawn

The parents of the Flash Rogues, characters at varying levels of canonicity.

Farthest to the right in the top picture are Reginald Norton Dillon and Rosa Nicole Dillon, the parents of the Top (Roscoe Dillon). Reginald is a banker; Rosa is a housewife. They’re quite well-off financially. I came up with the names and backstories here.

Next to them are Larry/Lewis and Shirley Snart, the parents of Captain Cold and the Golden Glider. Larry used to be a corrupt cop; now he spends basically all of his time drinking and/or abusing whatever relatives are within reach. Shirley ran away from him when their kids were five years old; sadly, life hasn’t been much better to her since. Both of them are basically canon (Shirley’s name is semi-canonical), though I’ve extrapolated some of the expanded stuff.

The two on the left of the topmost picture are Matias and Paloma Mardon, the parents of the Weather Wizard (Mark Mardon) and Clyde Mardon (Mark’s older brother, now deceased). They immigrated from Guatemala when their children were toddlers and now work as a high school geography teacher (Matias) and a librarian (Paloma). They favored Clyde over Mark due to the fact that the former was better than the latter at almost everything. Neither has ever fully shaken their accent despite their efforts. I came up with the names and most of the backstory here. Mark’s family being from Guatemala is from th New 52/Rebirth continuity; the fact that Mark’s mother, at least, favored Clyde over him is also basically canon.

On the far left of the second picture is Martha Scudder, the mother of Sam Scudder, the first Mirror Master. She’s the widow of Percival Scudder (who died when Sam was seven months old), and she works as a seamstress for the Rathaways. She’s not well-off financially and has been living on what is colloquially known as “Skid Row” since her husband’s death. She was a good mother to Sam and was devastated when he turned to crime. I came up with her name and backstory, since we know very, very little about Sam’s past.

Next to Martha are Helena and Alessandro Giuseppi (alias Helen and Alexander Jesse), the parents of Giovanni Giuseppi, alias James Jesse, alias the Trickster. They’re tight rope walkers and acrobats in the circus, and they’re both very fond of their only son, even if they wish he would return to the circus with them. They’re the children of immigrants from Italy; as such, they are fluent in Italian. The names and backstory here are broadly canon (though I had to come up with the dad’s name). Also, for some reason, James’ dad has the same hairstyle and mustache as Abra Kadabra (I toned it down a bit here, but in his first appearance, he looks exactly like Kadabra).

Next to them is Miss Eva McCulloch, who runs the orphanage where Evan McCulloch, the second Mirror Master, grew up. She’s an incredibly kind woman who worked hard to be a mother to all the children there. She lives in Kirkcaldy, Scotland. Everything here is canon except her first name, which I made up.

Next to her are Osgood and Rachel Rathaway, the parents of Hartley Rathaway (the Pied Piper) and Geraldine “Jerrie” Rathaway. They’re extremely wealthy publishing magnates who are cold, distant, and demanding around their children. All of this is canon.

The third picture is composed solely of the relatives of the first Captain Boomerang, George “Digger” Harkness. On the far left is his mother, Betty Harkness. Next to Betty is her husband, Ian Harkness, and next to Ian is W. W. Wiggins. While married to Ian, Betty had an affair with Wiggins that produced Digger. Ian knew Digger wasn’t his son and treated him cruelly; while W.W. Wiggins never acknowledged Digger as his son at all. Next to Wiggins is “Aussie” Green, who was introduced as Digger’s dad in a Bronze Age Flash issue prior to Crisis on Infinite Earths. He was cheery and good-natured, and is the only one of Digger’s three dads who seemed to actually love him. Although if he really was Digger’s dad, shouldn’t his last name have been “Harkness?” “Green” was just an alias Digger used. (Cary Bates probably got a character’s name wrong again.) The couple next to “Aussie” are a pair of criminals whom Digger hired to pretend to be his parents in his first-ever appearance, Flash #117. The woman’s first name was Sally, and she was once an actress. All of the names and backstories are canon.

On the far left of the bottom picture are Alan Walker and his wife Barbie; Axel Walker’s dad and stepmom. Next to them is Alice Strickland, Axel’s mother. Axel’s dad is a wealthy used car salesman who divorced Axel’s mother when Axel was nine. He hired a slick lawyer to ensure that he wouldn’t have to pay to support his ex-wife or son, then proceeded to remarry a woman who was only 12 years older than Axel. Alice, who had been a stay-at-home mother prior to the divorce, was left penniless, and she and Axel were both plunged into near-poverty. Except for the fact that Axel’s parents are divorced, I made all this up.

Next to Axel’s mom are Digger Harkness and Meloni Thawne, the parents of Owen Mercer, the second Captain Boomerang. They met when Captain Boomerang was transported to the future with amnesia and somehow this produced Owen. This is canon, but we know very little about how any of this actually happened.
