i’d love to see some seishi x akira headcanons if you’re okay with that ship!! they’re good boys and i think they’d be the type to be awkward at first but warm up to affection after a bit!

Seishi x Akira hc’s

-Yeah, the first days of their relationship were very awkward, because no one really went and DID anything, because they needed to warm up to each other and get comfortable at first

-They  liked each other, yes, but this was a big step for them, so they needed just a little bit of time to get used to everything, so it’s one step at a time

-Specifically Akira, who stated that he would need some time to get used to everything, what Seishi respects, it was a big decision after all and he didn’t want to make his new boyfriend anxious

-So the first week or two it was just a whole lot of dancing around each other with Seishi being all like “I better don’t do this, it could make him uncomfortable” and Akira being all like “Why isn’t he doing anything and walking with a 5 feet distance from me, am I making him uncomfortable and he doesn’t like me after all?”

-Their first hand holding looked like a handshake and was so tight that Akira’s hand almost died

-Their classmates sat them together and gave them the kicks in their butts that they needed

-They started out with small things, hand holding and watching movies together, both trying to figure out how couples work

-Once Akira warmed up enough to Seishi, he needs ALL the attention and affection, to the point of him jumping on the couch and landing on top of Seishi, who could only yelp in surprise, and not getting up until he was pet and cuddled for at least half an hour, preferably longer

-Seishi is also quite affectionate and doesn’t mind the cuddling at all, it’s just that WE HAVE CLASSES AKIRA, WE ARE GONNA BE LATE, I CAN’T AFFORD TO DITCH CLASS, AAAAAAAA-

-Akira is always the first to fall asleep and shifts impossibly closer to Seishi, sighing in content, and Seishi mELTS-

-Their classmates had no idea what beast they had awakened, because now Seishi was literally carrying Akira to the next class with him getting everyone out of their way and being super close and lovey dovey all the time and it’s gross for everyone except Aruma, she’s kinda getting into it

-Every time Aruma whips Seishi from now on Akira will literally jump her, because he is a protective raccoon and will also actually sound like one when he protects his boyfriend

-Seishi is a bit more civilized when protecting Akira, but when someone does something truly unforgivable, then he won’t hesitate to hurt the person

-Seishi got Akira a rat as emotional support animal and it lives in his hoodie and it’s the best

-They switch spooning, because they wanna be both occasionally

-They don’t make much of a fuss about all of those romance days like valentines day, they decide to make every day count instead

-Kiss a lot, even in public, but it’s always just pecks in public, not that they care about other people watching

-Akira has to get Seishi to go to bed because Seishi is definitely the type of guy to go 3 days without sleep because he desperately wants to finish something and can’t afford to go to bed yet, with Akira dragging his tired but off to bed, because god dammit Seishi-

-They play a lot of horror games together, where Akira found out that Seishi is actually quite the scaredy cat and needs to be comforted and calmed down constantly, the poor baby-

-They are both bastards, but they are good for each other

-Good bois, good ship

Any headcanons about Tsubame that you'd like to share?

(Tsubame, Tsukumo, their names are so similar...)

This is a tough one because Iinuma-Sensei never posted a profile for Tsubame on their blog, with their reasoning being that it’s practically the same as Tsukumo’s.

They also added that they didn’t want to discuss Tsubame’s past any more than what’s given in the manga. What the fuck are you hiding, Iinuma-Sensei

What we do know, however, is that Tsubame was a skilled fighter. Most likely he was a mercenary or an assassin for hire, as he mentioned he worked for many people in the past.  

He grew up as a street urchin- stealing from merchants, running from guards, and pulling pranks with friends. The territory he lived in was rather poor and filled with strife, so it wasn’t much of a surprise when it fell into war.

Rather, Tsubame welcomed it at first. Becoming a mercenary means getting paid, and his exceptional hearing and experiences stealing, fleeing, and fighting made him desirable to many. This did come back to bite him, however, as we saw in the manga.

On a much brighter note, his time spent with Tsukumo in the Tanuki Village was full of mundane, yet fun activities. Their favorite pastime was to go on mini adventures and explore the mountains surrounding the village.

There was one time when on one of these escapades, they stumbled upon an abandoned shrine in the woods. To this day, Tsukumo doesn’t know what scared them more: the fact that they saw the figure inside the shrine move or Tsubame’s ear-splitting scream that followed soon after.

"Bokuto-san," Akaashi's voice is steady & straightforward. He doesn't hesitate, waste time feeling nervous -- but simply holds out the gift: a small puzzle box. While he's not sure how easy it is to solve, he figures it's something sentimental that will last for a while, so at least Bokuto won't forget about the gift. "Happy birthday." (OK here you go ahhh sorry I'm always bad at birthday asks because gifts are hard but??? Sorry!)

            “ UWAAAH!!                     th—thank you so much, akaashi!     i didn’t think you would remember it so well! ”  with a boisterous laugh and a hardy grin,  he slugs an arm around the setter and pulls him  in.

Kuroo can range from being a morning person or to half asleep. He wakes up earlier then most an goes to sleep when he can. If he over sleeps hes more tired than the night before, but if hes on 5 hours of sleep his body is ready to go. If Volleyball practice has been cancelled he enjoys having the time to sleep in but is quite groggy an half alseep when waking up-not wanting to go to school ,since he loves volleyball and looks forward to it everyday.

Gets mistaken for a tourist a lot (especially an American one) and every year some kid asks if she’s an exchange student. Doesn’t help that she’s fluent in English–her accent is fairly neutral with a hint of Eastern Caribbean though, definitely not American.

"Are you good at receives?" Akaashi raised his voice at the end in questioning, though his expression appeared less curious -- more deadpan, as if instead of a question he had stated it. He had noticed the Karasuno player before, though wasn't certain he knew that the boy was a regular or not. However, it didn't hurt to make a guess, maybe he was good at receives & Akaashi wasn't aware. "We need one more to practice with... This is a training camp, isn't it?"

       “Um,” Yamaguchi was not sure how to answer the first question that was thrown at him. He wouldn’t say that he was bad at receives, but he wouldn’t say that he was good either. His receives were simply not something worth taking note of– after all, he had been focusing on working on his serves much more than any other skill. 

With that in mind, it had suddenly made him want to work on it more – if the Fukurodani player would allow him. 

The freckled male held the ball between his hands, ready to discard it back into the cart if the other agreed. “Would it really be alright?”

There’s a sudden urgency as the volleyball he’d been attempting to spin and keep balanced on a finger tumbles to the floor of the gymnasium. Despite there being some cheating within his means to rotate the ball earlier, with many failed attempts, it had been this one time he hadn't needed to go to extra lengths for it to remain.

     How unfortunate that it was short-lived. 

         He’d seen all the cool basketball players do it.
