“Have you seen the posters for That New Diner that has opened up in town? I heard it has some strange employees!”

I recently had the honour of being able to play test @vinillust new game while it has been in development! If you were ever a fan of the original game then you are going to EAT UP this new upgraded retelling of the story!

It was so fun being able to learn more about the characters and try and reach every ending! And all of the new artwork is gorgeous!

You can tell Vin has put lots of time into making this new game so I hope you all enjoy it!

The game will be FREE to download on Mac and windows on the 28th November!

The lower drawing of Akano has him once again with larger heart pupils and blood splattered on his face and clothes, smiling widely at the viewer with his pointed teeth. The tray he holds is no longer empty, instead with a dripping knife covered with blood on it. The textbox specifying what you'd like to order now reads "A knife?!" The scattered heart doodles are now red instead of pink.

A seemingly kind waiter confronts you in a diner. What happens when he takes you home?

The Diner was created in a week, and all sprites and programming were completed by the creator, Vinaera. The game contains 5 endings; three bad, one good and one true ending. A walkthrough is available for those that struggle.

Okok so I finished Deltarune Chapter 1, began Deltarune Chapter 2 but stopped because my PC stopped working, played The Diner and Mushroom Oasis, played John Doe and I'm hopin to play the House Hunted games, got like 1 ending from It's Not Me It's My Basement, attempted to play Hungry Lamu but it wouldn't work, I GOTTA MAKE A LIST BRO

wait, am I missing something? If Akano doesn't cut himself then what's the bandaged arms from?? 😭😭

Akano's arm injuries are burns given to him by his sister in childhood. Nearly 10 years later, these burns have healed into scars and are barely noticeable.

He wears the bandages because he is holding onto his past / embarrassed by his scars.

Of course you can! You can kill him in The Diner, too.

maybe I'm a bit dumb or smth lmao but in the "you understand each other ending" (sorry if I shouldn't ask spoilers or anything from the game but I'm really asking here-) what exactly are we doing to Akano. I get the cuts and stuff, but the context is pretty vague here. Are we indulging in his obsession or-- (just confused on why we're seemingly on him and just... cutting him?)

It's vague on purpose but I envisioned it as freaky sex👍Enjoy

is akano a “yandere” like everyone says? most posts about him is him being a yandere and im not sure if it’s true lol

Akano is not a yandere, but I admit I portrayed his character poorly in The Diner because he was still very new to me. He is obsessed with seeing blood, not so much the person themselves. I hope that the upcoming remake 'That New Diner' will portray him more accurately to the way I see him! I have no issue with people imagining him as a yandere though, it's an attractive trope and I want people to be able to bond with my characters! :]
