I thought this was a neat-o effect. It's not the shot I'm using, but I wanted to share it. Anywho, I think I might maybe possibly have this finished and posted by Monday, the 16th of December. It'll be a ~10 minute long short. It was made to come across as a poorly produced orientation film for newcomers to "Spaceship Dawn," a scientific research space station. If you'd like to see a couple of promos, you can check them out here and here. (The first promo is an alternate take, like the one above, but more of a blooper. The second promo is an actual scene from the short film in which you can see the purposefully bad cue-card reading and flubbing of lines.)
