I feel so called out rn honestly what did I ever do to deserve this from you (yes okay it’s true)(they’re awful)(just horrible)(I blame school)(but also I remember summer between seventh and eighth grade)(I slept from 5AM to 9AM and just marathon-ed through the lotr extended edition on a portable dvd player)(and then the first commentary track)(and then the next and the next...)(and once those ran out)(I marathoned the hours and hours of behind-the-scenes footage)(until that ran out)(and then I did it again)(so I guess the sleep habits are an ongoing issue oops)

@ my pss I'm so sorry I accidentally deleted your ask instead of answering it. But no, I don't have plans with my friends I tend to stick to family for Christmas. You?

The first one i read was half-blood prince, and It was actually at christmas eve of 2008. And what do you have to do when your caught on snow storm? what do you like to do to distract yourself the most? (i have never seen snow in my life) ~pss

tbhhh I barely leave my house anyway so I usually just stay home on my computer or reading books. You just have to plan ahead and go buy anything you might need because the roads will be down for a while. School even got let out about 20 minutes early, surprisingly. If you have to go to work, which most adults do, it can get pretty dangerous trying to drive there. There’s also a lot of snow shoveling after the fact, especially after the plow sloughs a lot of it off the road and into your driveway. There’d be less but tbh our snowblower is crap. It’s actually still snowing. And even so, I do love my snow. I’m glad to have it. Also, I bet it gets a lot warmer where you are than it ever does here haha. What’s the weather like now?

Honestly, if mistletoe is a real tradition in America and not something exclusive to stories, then I’ve never encountered it. I’ve never even seen mistletoe, actually. Maybe other people do it? idk. I’ve never kissed anyone at all, much less under mistletoe haha. If you don’t mind my asking, what country are you from?

I don't have a funny story, but have a weird one. For 3 years i went with my parents to my grandma's house and a part of the car broke. 2 times it was a window, one time it was a mirror. My week has been busy, yesterday i went to a near by city and I came home today (i did a test to get into college). how was your week ? Do you have any christmas piece of clothing? ~pss

I’ve been pretty busy, writing papers, studying for tests. I’m actually just pretty tired tbh, I don’t actually have any christmas cothing? You?

I really like this Garland my Grandmother puts on her door every year. Do you have any funny/weird christmas story? ~pss

Haha oh, not really. The closest I have is I guess when I was younger, my brother, my dad, and I all got a present from my grandparents of the same size and wrapping paper, so we opened them together, and while my brother and I got an iPod, my dad got two bars of soap, which I felt a tad bad about. What about you? (Also how's your week been going?)

i guess i only have two, always having the same christmas eve dinner with my family, and every year I make a lemon pie. Do you have a favorite christmas decoration? ~pss

Personally, I really like the strands of “pearls” and the little crystal teardrops we put on our tree. What about you?

It was a really nice day, i finished this watercolor i was doing, and it turned out good so i was happy. I was wondering do you have any christmas traditions? ~ pss

Aww, that’s great!! And yeah, I do, though I guess they’re a tad boring. We watch a christmas movie every sunday in advent with the fireplace on and the lights off. We drink eggnog with nutmeg when we put the tree up. No one can go downstairs until everyone is awake on christmas morning. We always have a snowball fight. We have the same Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas breakfast every year. Probably a few more. Not that many but together they make it seem nice and familiar. What about you?

when i was young i used to travel by car with my mom and dad a lot, and at christmas season we would always listen to this CD full of christmas carols. Today i went to a kid's school to deliver presents and i painted their hands (i wasn't allowed to paint their faces). Have you ever done any charity project around christmas time?? ~pss

I do service projects and stuff through my church around christmas, yeah. Present stuff, warm clothes/blankets, and a lot of cooking. Usually I make or buy stuff and other people distribute because I don’t have a car, though. Does that even count idek. Ahhh I don’t know what else to say?? I hope you had fun at your project. How was your day otherwise?
