Development in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-conditioning) and increased standard of living has led to an increase in the demand for HVAC solutions. Climaveneta has commissioned a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Bangalore that is in alignment with the Government Policy of ‘Make in India’. The factory is located at Narsapura Industrial Area (near Mitsubishi Electric group companies), the new factory is about 50 km from the center of the city. The total plot area is around 1,50,000 SQFT. The project started in around April 2019 and is now fully operational since June 2020 with the production of Air-Cooled Screw Chiller, Water-Cooled Screw Chillers and, Precision Air Conditioners (PAC). Production setup consists of contemporary assembly lines, one each for Air-Cooled Screw Chiller, Water-Cooled Screw Chillers,  PAC units and, Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger assembly. Manufacturing setup is designed with Lean Factory Manufacturing principles like balanced production single line flow, 5S & Mudas and Kaizen. In total there are 4 test labs, making it one of the largest facilities dedicated to chillers in India. Air-Cooled, Water-Cooled, and PAC assembly lines are equipped with production run test labs. Besides, there is a modern and sophisticated performance test cum witness test set up with state of art viewing monitors.  With this facility, Climaveneta can offer performance tests for all their manufactured products at AHRI/ Eurovent/ & design conditions.  This new factory is a part of the company’s strategy to expand its footprint in the Indian market and enhance product range with backward integration. Climaveneta strongly believes product performance and quality are key factors to sustain in the market and to ensure that all products undergo multilevel quality checks and testing.
