Persona3watch 🫡: we’re at the post-ryoji mark!! An exquisite lad for sure (also chidori and her sword headband is in our hearts forever) .. my thoughts:

Shinjiro…… 😔😔😔🫡🫡 but also why did they characterize ken (and a lot of other child characters tbh) like that

Junpei having like. No swag in the beach scene and then having his arc w chidori. Strong.

I forgot how aigis confronts ryoji first when the 13th full moon shows up!! Also I wish she had more pronounced character traits other than “I must stay near mc” but anyways

All of the major shadows match the design of the tarot card designs!! The first one I could tell was the lovers card/shadow but it’s fun to look at the resemblance

Chidori means so much to me I love her :((( I found a lot of her scenes v poignant as a kid, and it's nice to see her develop in the relatively short amnt of screen time she gets

I wish Ken got better characterization and I wish his route for FemC wasn't. What it can be. I'm so very fond of him but like...let him be a kid for the love of God

I have a lot of complex feelings towards Ryoji but he's undeniably a super interesting character; I'm excited to meet him again, so to speak, in my current playthrough, since it's my first time playing with the intent to get all the way through (as opposed to getting to Oct 4 and sad quitting) in a couple years

Aigis does get shafted a but in terms of characterization which blows because I think she's conceptually super interesting. Iirc The Answer in FES adds more to her character and gives a bit of depth, but that would mean having to either get FES or having to emulate a ps2 and getting an ISO for it and setting all that up (which, if u ever are interested in, lmk - I've done it and it's not super hard, just a bit tedious and lengthy bc of the size of ISOs compared to ROMs)

Also! Yes I rly quite enjoy the monster design in persona, both for shadows and the persona themselves (if I think too hard abt polydeuces and castor and the thematic foiling...aaaa...)
