I've been seeing alot of Authors getting hate because people accuse them of things they didn't do, there's this account called 'Aifairy' they recently made another account called 'Aifairys' they are going all over enhablr saying that all off these works are fake, they put these so called "Evidence" of it being ai generated. Alot of authors I've seen answering hate question n things like that are more than I can truly count one of my moots @honeybelleee-deactivated2024112 recently got alot of hate for false accusations on using ai she does not use ai and all of her works are true, if you were an author and your would spend day and NIGHT on your works just for it to be called false? What fucking bullshit. People can fake things don't just believe everything you see on the internet alot of if could be fake news, like Aifairy is faking all of their things saying "oh they have faked this blah blah" [insert image: 'evidence'] they would go reblogging posts n putting these photos of them analysing whether it is human or ai generated. Another thing is alot of anons going around spreading hate to authors, like if your just a jealous bitch that doesn't know how to write.

i wasn't going to make my own statement in response to the aifairy stuff and the account @/dumb-ppl-on-blr, but now that it’s escalated further it feels right to.

i am absolutely appalled by the situation going on. a MINOR’s face being leaked is absolutely disgusting and vile. things like this severely damage people’s mental health, and it causes many writers to leave the community. you are tearing apart a community that was at peace by putting a minor in harm's way which is absolutely sickening. if history is to repeat itself over, this is only a starting point for many more disgusting and vile people to start hate accounts targeting other writers, and not just within the enhablr community. it's so incredibly disgusting this act is an act those who are bullying may think that it doesn't affect a person behind a screen as it's just words and that it's funny and amusing to get a kick out of it as they're bored and want to rile people up, however, this affects real people. it's clear people haven't thought about how their actions affect others if someone is willing to start a hate account and call someone they don't even know a 'dumb whore' which is in its own a vile term to direct and call someone.

finally, this is your reminder to report both @/dumb-ppl-on-blr and @/wonsdoll-is-a-dumb-whore and get both accounts taken down.

i'm against ai being used for writing too, but that account and their followers be randomly checking every single account like i lich rally saw okwonyo being checked as if it wasn't clear enough.

in actuality, you can't tell if someone's using ai or not because there are people who write emotionlessly because of lack of experience. i do that sometimes too and i only realise that when i'm editing.

this causes false accusations like this to spread. we don't need this on top of everything else that's making writers leave tumblr. stick to blocking and disengaging with blogs that admit to using ai instead of spreading false information like this.

LMAOO I CACKLED WHEN I READ THAT POST THANK YOU FOR LETTING ME KNOW😂 They're using free AI checkers online and claim that they "can tell if a fic was AI generated or not". These may not really be professional credentials, but I am a computer science student(IB Higher level that too!!) AND planning to pursue it in uni, so I know enough about AI. Using AI for unethical work is..well unethical! Which is why I've never used it for writing fanfics, a purpose that doesn't really hold a lot of importance in people's lives??? AI generates the same ugly, repetitive response everytime so I wouldn't even think about resorting to it, and I don't see how Fatal Trouble shows that pattern.

@aifairy claims that chatgpt generated a similar response to my fic. first of all, the images they've attached are not the same as what I've written at all. it's talking about sunghoon giving a bite mark on the reader's neck and her thinking about the night it happened. HELLO HAVE YOU REAS THE FIC? he hasn't bitten her even ONCE??? there way just a suggestive allusion to it in the end. And seriously? They're using AI checkers like ZeroGPT and GPTZero for this? Hilarious.

I can assure you I've never wasted my time by using AI to write my fics like I couldn't even think about it. Here are some things about me which will hopefully make my intentions of writing on this platform clearer:

I've been writing online since the age of 13(2020), I used to be on wattpad before tumblr and my writing has improved quite a bit since then. I joined Tumblr in 2022 and wrote a fic about the show Wednesday(again, generative AI was not trendy, where I live atleast)So what I'm trying to say is I've been writing A LONG time before language modeling AIs became trendy. I've never switched to them.

Writing and reading has been a passionate hobby of mine since I was very young. I've received several academic proficiency awards for high level subjects in english literature, english language as well other languages at school, my works have been published in my school magazines and literary competitions multiple times. I have absolutely no problem in coming up with good content and am able to execute it properly as well.

I dedicate a good amount of time every week to writing. I only stick to fanfics online, because they're more popular and in demand than writing stories with your own OCs from my experience. I want to work on writing actual stories but I'm still a school going student so I don't have enough time for that. And at the same time on tumblr I get to connect with people who share the same interest as me :)

So basically what I want to say is I do not use and have NEVER used AI to write fics, I have not used it for Fatal Trouble or any other fics from my master list. I'm literally putting out fics I've worked hard on for FREE on this platform so others from the same fantom can enjoy it as well. Be respectful about it and stop being discouraging. DON'T LIKE IT DON'T READ IT. Writing on this account helps me improve my skills and get feedback. I don't care about what someone random online accuses me of, because ik that irl, my family, teachers and friends are aware about my skills and support me and I'm doing well in them as well :)) so I'm not going to be discouraged and stop writing<33

hello enhablr I know we've probably all moved on but the accounts are still up so please let's work together to make enhablr what its once was. peaceful,fun and creative but most importantly a safe space

@/ wonsdoll-is-a-dumb-whore is leaking private information of a writers here on enhablr and that writer happens to be a minor whilst targeting tumblr creator @/wonsdoll and this cannot be tolerated

@/dumb-ppl-on-blr is bullying,targeting and misgendering enhablr writers this account is also including @/aifairy it's causing hate towards the creator whose only here to call out the use of ai in writing but then again people are getting death threats because of @/aifairy and I don't see @/aifairy doing anything about it so two wrongs don't make a right

Bullying can have significant and long-lasting effects on mental health. Writers here aren't getting paid they are all here because writing is hobby and also a form of escape for many writers here and they shouldn't be harassed for the way they write. And even if it doesn't meet your standards you can simply move on.

I told them about how they were saying Chatgpt was a good reliable source but I showed proof it was not and I KNOW they read it because they started switching up their sentences by saying "It's not always reliable" to other asks like didn't you say that it was? before i go to bed, i just wanted to clear up some things that i've noticed in people's posts regarding this situation. this has (assumingely) nothing to do with @/aifairy. their intentions are to only bring awareness of author's who are potentially using ai and getting praised for lazy works while smaller writers get little to no praise for their authentic writing. however, i still do believe that the whole thing about their account is chronically online (also using an ai to look for ai generated fics is literally just fighting water w water to me lmfao). this also DOES NOT mean i condone any of the hate and harassment towards the writers who have been said to be using ai and i most certainly dont agree that it should be handled publicly either.

besides that, they've already stated in their bio that they do not condone any of the hate that is being sent out to writers and they have no control of that whatsoever. however, that should be somewhat of a sign for them to close the account to stop the unnecessary hate.

with that being said, please stop sending hate to them and the authors and instead focus on taking down the accounts that made those hate accounts.

hi loves! i didn't want to make this post myself about what has been happening on blr these past few hours due to the fact that didnt want to potentially fuel the fire even more, however after thinking about it some more, i feel as though that i should speak up on behalf of my mutual and friend.

in my opinion, this started from someone checking author's and their authenticity of their writing. though the intentions are very much there and clear, it allows hate anons to rise and continue to spread towards many authors on this platform. it starts nothing but hate train after hate train to writers and it gives the community a toxic environment and it's not the first time that this has happened, either. it disappoints me to say the least that our community has hit such a low point where we constantly come at each other's throats with no regard of how the opposing party feels. not only that, but going as far as exposing and leaking a MINORS face and posting it without their knowledge at all to send hate to my mutual / friend proves my point further. its not only sick and twisted, but its also an invasion of privacy. i will not disclose who it is as it's bad enough that their face is just uploaded on a blog for everyone to see, and i will not be answering anons that has anything to due with this person.

many of you anons who send hate and think that you're remotely even doing anything do not understand how powerful and hurtful your words are. many of you guys do not understand that sending someone hate DOES NOT equal holding a person accountable and educating them at all. you all scream and shout that you want the old tumblr community back and complain how toxic it is nowadays, but none of you realize that you're part of the problem. it's pathetic and disgusting having to see stuff like this happen multiple times and never learn from it.

I didn’t want to do this, but it’s reaching the point where I have to. people. this is getting too much. the hate people are getting about their works being “plagiarism” or “ai generated” is absolutely insane, and it has gotten so bad that belle deactivated her account. why must everyone hate on someone for such stupid things, especially calling the fics writers on tumblr work so hard on, not sleeping well for it sometimes?

Is it that hard to show some kindness in our world? we all make accounts here for many different reasons, and one of them is to have a safe space to get away from the rest of our problems and just write and read. but why is it that our accounts that were once our safe places are now turning into places we don’t want to go?

the guilt inflicted on all of the people who receive such hate is absolutely devastating and it shouldn’t be this way. when I first joined about a year ago, it was safe and a place where I could share my feelings, but at the beginning of this year, it’s all gone downhill.

I myself have logged off for months on end since April due to the hate I was getting for my age of all things. I get why ppl were worried and uncomfortable with interacting with me, but it doesn’t feel nice to have so many people come at you for such stuff.

but making things to to the point where many are deactivating their accounts which they’ve worked so hard to create and make a following for is just disgusting. and I hope you know that.

If you’re one of the people that has an account just for deprecating peoples work and demotivating other writers and goes on anon just to give hate asks, get lost and don’t interact with me and other writers. it’s for the best of our world on tumblr.
