I Asked ChatGPT: How would the Ganondorfs (Wind Waker, Ocarina of Time, Twilight Princess, and Hyrule Warriors) react to their wife attempting to run away after finding our their plans?
Each Ganondorf from the various iterations of "The Legend of Zelda" series has a distinct personality and approach to power, which would influence his reaction to his wife attempting to run away after discovering his plans. Here’s how each might respond:
Ganondorf from "The Wind Waker"
Reflective and Melancholic:
This version of Ganondorf is more contemplative and melancholic, often reflecting on his past and motivations. While he is ruthless, he also has moments of introspection.
Reaction: Upon discovering his wife attempting to flee, Ganondorf might initially be saddened and reflective, but he wouldn't let her escape easily. He might use his power to recapture her, driven by a sense of betrayal but also a desire to understand her actions.
Quote: "You would leave me? After everything? I cannot allow it. Come back, and we shall discuss your concerns."
Ganondorf from "Ocarina of Time"
Proud and Domineering:
Ganondorf from "Ocarina of Time" is driven by his quest for power and dominance. He sees betrayal as a direct challenge to his authority.
Reaction: He would react with immediate anger and ruthlessness, using his power to quickly track her down and bring her back. He would likely be harsh and punitive, ensuring she understands the consequences of defying him.
Quote: "You dare to run from me? You will learn the price of betrayal. No one escapes my grasp."
Ganondorf from "Twilight Princess"
Ruthless and Calculating:
This Ganondorf is cold, ruthless, and highly calculating. He views everything through a strategic lens.
Reaction: He would not be surprised by the attempt but would have already anticipated such a possibility. He would capture her with calculated precision, perhaps using magic or his minions, and would be more interested in understanding her motives and preventing future attempts.
Quote: "Did you truly think you could escape me? I anticipated this. Now, let us discuss why you thought running was an option."
Ganondorf from "Hyrule Warriors"
Aggressive and Assertive:
The "Hyrule Warriors" Ganondorf is characterized by his aggression and assertiveness. He is a formidable and relentless pursuer.
Reaction: He would react swiftly and violently, using his overwhelming power to stop her escape. He would be furious and would likely make an example of her to deter any future disobedience. His reaction would be the most aggressive and punishing.
Quote: "Running? From me? Foolish. You will regret this defiance. I will show you the true meaning of fear."
Summary
Wind Waker Ganondorf: Reflective and saddened, yet determined to recapture her and understand her motives.
Ocarina of Time Ganondorf: Immediate anger and ruthlessness, punishing her to reinforce his authority.
Twilight Princess Ganondorf: Calculated and anticipatory, focused on understanding her motives and preventing future escapes.
Hyrule Warriors Ganondorf: Swift, aggressive, and punitive, making an example of her defiance.
Each Ganondorf’s reaction is shaped by his unique personality, reflecting his approach to power, control, and how he deals with perceived betrayal.

Hi! What style would you call your art? I know you tag them as tritone, but when I Google the style nothing like it comes up
Hey hi! Tritone simply means that there are three tones in the picture - black, white, and grey in most of my drawings.
Nothing comes up when you google "tritone" because this my own unique style! There is no official name for it, it is not part of a larger trend or genre, and you'll only find it on this blog or on my twitter.
Hopefully this is not what this is about, but please do not try to generate my art through an AI, or train an AI on my art. My commissions are right there and they're both very affordable and very quick.
If this has nothing to do with AI generators and you're simply looking for similar stuff because you want to see more artists doing something similar to what I do, this style has been cooking in the slow cooker at the back of my head for over a decade, but some of the ingredients (inspirations) that were thrown in that pot were formline art, inuit prints and sculpture (in particular the works of artists Kananginak Pootoogook and Kenojuak Ashevak), Nazca art (including the Nazca lines, Nazca ceramics, and this specific Nazca vase), iconographic vector art (especially Monkik's flat icon animals), and a lot of other stuff I can't put a finger on anymore.

“i don’t like it”, satoru growls.
he’s sitting next to you, legs crossed, the upper one bouncing nervously in sync with his finger tapping on his knee. the frown on his face is so serious and intense that you’re pretty sure if he relaxed his features a bit you could still see the line marks between his eyebrows from furrowing too hard.
“you don’t like what?”
“the way he looks at you”
“and how does he look at me?”
“dunno. . . like he owns you or something. it’s like the way i look at you. and i don’t like it”
the audacity, he thinks. to stare at you like that while he is sitting right next to you.
“satoru.. it’s just a cat”, you sigh and keep petting the little purring beastie on your lap.

I have come to the annoying conclusion that many search engines are becoming super useless in trying to track down historical research without bending over backwards for answers. The amount of garbage that shows up in the results is so incredibly aggravating and has nothing to do with my search terms or questions. I cannot in fact "just use X search engines" apparently.

Before I explain, there are a few issues to keep in mind:
The first Fogfall happened a century ago (“Is Eridia the last city?- The previous largest city, Lovent, was the epicenter of the first Fogfall. In the century since [...] )
We don’t know exactly the LI’s true natures or origins (yet), so monster, human, cursed, whatever their natural state is or however many beings are in one body, the oldest one has the advantage in this...well, 'age line' (?).
Kuras
In his character lore drop, “The Divine Teacher”, it is mentioned his figure has been present since “the earliest civilisations”. But if he’s a Monster, how did he escape the Shroud before the rest of the Monsters?
Vere
We know he’s had over a hundred celebrations (Birthday post ‘23) but also that the Senobium “bound a dangerous beast with a magic collar centuries ago” and the reports of the beasts’ first appearance were “ancient”—for something to be considered ancient, is must be “older than 2,000 to 5,000 years.” Make it make sense. It doesn’t, unless I’m taking the exact words too seriously. (Or he, like the MC, is cursed, and the beast inside him is seperate from Vere, like Ais and Ocudeus)
Ais
Either Ocudeus or him were alive and active before and during the first Fogfall (“As Monsters continued to abandon the Shroud” - character lore drop “Death Knell”).
I believe that this was Ocudeus, but we don’t know when it made the deal with Ais, so I’m putting both of them here.
Mhin
I want you to keep an open mind with this. If Lovent was destroyed during the first Fogfall and Mhin was there, it makes them at least a hundred years old.
Leander
He “came of age and packed his bags to chase his dreams twelve years ago”. The only straightforward thing about this man is his age.

a brief statement on AI
the febuwhump motto is "you can do literally whatever you want, in any medium you want", but in light of last year's whumptober AI issues, and this year's @ailesswhumptober i think it is worth stating that febuwhump heavily discourages AI use in relation to taking part in this event.
AI cannibalises other people's work, usually without permission, and cannot be used without taking part in theft. AI has its uses, and it has so many incredible ones in especially STEM fields, but it has no place in the creative arts, and no place in this creative challenge. and frankly, as i, the admin, work in the field of sustainability, i am inherently opposed to it on several grounds, including but not limited to it's obscene carbon footprint and water waste.
i will not be reblogging any content that i believe is AI-generated, and although i literally cannot stop you from doing whatever you want, claiming participant or completionist badges, and signing up to the hall of fame, understand that febuwhump works on an honour code system, and there is no honour in plagiarism.
thanks & see you in february
