Ok who wants to try out chatting with AI Guy?
I went ahead and made him available to anyone with a link…
He’s waiting for you here
(I’m only sharing him here, not in the wider character ai forums, because I don’t want people messing with him and ruining his training. I hope you enjoy him! If you like him I’d love to see screenshots, feedback, or anything else you’d like to share -and it might help me improve him even!)

A Hodepodge of Older Shows to Watch During the Strike
We support the writer’s strike here, and in a Culture of New, TV execs are going to use the “impact” to currently running shows in order to try to shift your support to them. But here in Tumblr we have revived century-old novels and put them firmly in the mainstream by having a Tumblr-wide bookclub, so I think we can do the same to older shows--not only to keep ourselves entertained, but to remind us all why writers are so important to begin with. Now that AI is coming dangerously close to replacing writers’ work (and is indeed one of the issues the writers are striking over), I think it’s important to remember that our favorite lines (one of mine is “Everything is confetti” from Haunting of Hill House) couldn’t have happened without a writer creating and then fighting for it. Writers deserve healthy workplaces, fair compensation, and recognition for their talent.
Disclaimers: 1. As with all shows, but especially older ones, there will be problematic content. 2. I will try to avoid obvious recs that still have an active fanbase like Star Trek or Buffy, but I don’t have my finger on the pulse of pop culture so maybe I rec something that’s still pretty popular and I don’t realize it. I’m also not necessarily going for “obscure” or “you’ve never heard of this,” but just shows people might have overlooked. Yes, I’m from the US (sorry!) and yes, I would love to hear from non-US people about the best shows from your country that I’m missing out on! Please feel free to reblog and add your favorites to this! 3. Maybe my taste doesn’t align with yours and you disagree. Maybe I missed something because I didn’t want this to be 500 pages long. That’s fine! Again, reblog with your own recs. The more, the better! 4. Genres are weird. I tried. 5. I chose not to add where you could find these series because it can vary country to country, but if all else fails, check your local library’s media collection! (And if that fails, you might sail the seas...) 6. Please be cool... please.
Comedies
Better Off Ted (2009, 2 seasons) A workplace comedy in an evil corporation. Perfect for fans of The Office or Arrested Development. Happy Endings (2011, 3 seasons) It’s like if Friends was just every so slightly more diverse. Takes place in Chicago, which is cool.
M*A*S*H (1972, 11 seasons) You’ve probably heard of this comedy/drama that stars cultural icon Alan Alda as a cynical army medic just trying to survive the Korean War, but have you watched it yet? You should.
NewsRadio (1995, 5 seasons) A workplace comedy in a news radio station starring Phil Hartman. A less cringy Office and a less sophisticated Frasier. Vicar of Dibley (1994, 3 series + specials) Dawn French plays the first-ever female vicar in a small English village. Watch out for an utterly amazing Spice Girls reference and Richard Armitage. Keeping Up Appearances (1990, 5 series) A British woman from a lower class family attempts to social climb to predictably hilarious results. Was apparently one of the Queen Mother’s favorite shows though I can’t for the life of me figure out what she got from it.
You’re the Worst (2014, 5 seasons) Just two really toxic people in a relationship trying to make it work. Definitely has dramatic undertones in addition to being pretty funny.
Side note: If you like comedy, get a subscription to Dropout TV. I’m not a shill. Nobody’s paying me to say this. I just really love it and they’re a great company to support. Science Fiction/Supernatural
Babylon 5 (1994, 5 seasons) Was Deep Space Nine your favorite Star Trek series? Watch this. (Watch it even if it wasn’t.)
Sliders (1995, 5 seasons) An updated Quantum Leap. Jerry O’Connell and John Rhys-Davies star. A couple of scientists and their unfortunate friends are stuck sliding between alternate universes trying to find their way home.
Wynonna Earp (2016, 4 seasons) The great-great granddaughter of Wyatt Earp is tasked with sending reincarnated outlaws back to Hell. Often called the spiritual successor to Buffy, this is a real campy adventure in the Wild West and everything Supernatural wished it could be.
Lost Girl (2010, 5 seasons) This show is about a bisexual succubus named Bo. I don’t know what else you need to watch this.
Drama
The Darling Buds of May (1991, 3 series) The British Little House on the Prairie if Pa were a con man you like to root for. An early Catherine Zeta-Jones stars as the oldest daughter who kidnaps and marries a tax inspector in order to avoid paying taxes. Incredible. Icon.
Midsomer Murders (1997, 24+ series) Technically, this one is still going (and I’m sure everyone’s heard of it), but there’s so many back episodes to get through, I still feel okay recommending it because it’s great for binge-watching when you’re sick. You’ll never run out of episodes. Cozy murder mysteries that take place in England’s most deadly village. Joyce deserves better.
In the Heat of the Night (1988, 7 seasons + films) A crime procedural in the Deep South in the US, a big city Black detective is hired as the head detective in a small town in rural Mississippi. Progressive (for its time), this show dealt with racial issues, police corruption, poverty, and more.
Six Feet Under (2001, 5 seasons) Two brothers work together to run the family business, a funeral home, in the wake of their father’s death. The show’s finale is considered one of the greatest of all time, so you can go in having confidence in a satisfying conclusion.
Historical Fiction/Fantasy
Rome (2005, 2 seasons) A collaboration between HBO and BBC, one of the most expensive series of its time. Has so many incredible character actors. You will constantly be on your phone asking where you recognize That Guy from. Polly Walker was instrumental in my discovering my sexuality.
Xena: Warrior Princess (1995, 6 seasons) Okay, I know this is another popular one, but it also feels like a show people have heard of and never watched, so this is your reminder to do so. Brideshead Revisited (1981, 1 series) British schoolboys doing what schoolboys do best (falling in love with each other). Adaptation of Evelyn Waugh’s novel by the same name. Galavant (2015, 2 seasons) Hilarious musical comedy about a downtrodden knight trying to rescue his girlfriend from King Richard, even though she is actually pretty happy being Queen. Catchiest theme ever. SUPPORT WRITERS.

Like a lot of people on this site, when you get fixated on an actor or actress, you try to go through their whole filmography for your thirst lol
My current fixation is everything Toby Stephens. Saw him first in Black Sails years ago, then Lost in Space and with a rewatch of Black Sails, decided to delve into all the things.
As it’s his birthday as of posting this, thought it’d be appropriate to share C:
These are not in any particular order, and I’ll keep spoilers out for those who want to watch for yourselves. Overall, Stephens has a lot of variety in his acting, and there’s actually quite a handful of LGBTA+ roles, either out (Black Sails) or ambiguously (Mangal Pandey). Whether he’s irl bisexual or otherwise (he’s married 20+ years to Anna-Louise Plowman) I don’t know and far as I know he’s never said anything, but if you’re looking for more of him in LGBTA rep beyond Black Sails, he does have it.
There’s several more I’d like to see like the new “And Then There Were None”, and “Summer of Rockets” but might be awhile as I haven’t found free versions of either. He’s also going to be doing something related to Oscar Wilde but have yet to see any further news on when that’s coming out.
Anyway here we go...
Twelfth Night - I enjoy Shakespeare though I have some trouble keeping up with the language, fun nonetheless and a great adaptation. Pretty sure this was his first movie where he played a lead and he did so wonderfully as Duke Orsino. Photographing Fairies - Based on the Cottingley Fairies hoax, its an interesting mix of fantasy and also a bit...unsettling? I guess? (not horror though). He plays a photographer who lost his wife in an accident and is approached to look into a photo of a woman’s daughter who is allegedly holding a fairy. Mangal Pandey: The Rising - Based on the events that started the Indian Rebellion of 1857, he plays Captain Gordon, Mangal’s closest friend. This is a Bollywood and its such great fun, beautifully shot with great costumes, and probably one of my new faves. There is a free version on YT but the subtitles are out of sync, so you’re better off finding it to rent, unless you can understand Hindi, which is spoken throughout most of the film, even by Stephens who learned to speak it fluently. The Machine - If you’re looking for Stephens in horror, this is it. Robots and those with robotic implants are being used to fight a war with China, Stephens plays a scientist who is in charge of creating said robots-or rather perfecting the AI-but is secretly also trying to find help for his daughter. I cried for sure. Hunter Killer - A sort of cross between The Hunt for Red October and The Sum of All Fears. He plays an irritable US Seal who has to help the Russian president, so if you’re looking for Stephens angy and yelling, here you go lol Vexed - This is an 9 episode (2 seasons) comedy drama. Super tiny series where if you want to see Stephens at some of his funniest, definitely worth a watch. It does have that House MD feel where the character he plays, Jack Armstrong, is an absolute shit of a person who's great at his job. First season is far more funny imo, but in the second season you get to hear him sing. Agatha Christie's Poirot: Five Little Pigs - Classic Christie’s Poirot, great murder mystery about an artist, and Stephens plays the artist’s closest friend. Jane Eyre - A very pretty Mr. Rochester. That is all lmao BBC Robin Hood - Stephens doesn’t show up until the 3rd season, and plays Prince John. The show itself is mediocre in writing, nothing exciting. They tried to keep it generally light with the whole “oh those merry men, they fooled the sheriff again!” vibe, but the first 2 seasons of it was sorta a slog. Honestly the only thing that kept me going was Richard Armitage as Guy of Gisborne. When he finally shows up, Stephens absolutely steals every scene as Prince John but his screentime is sadly short lived and he’s only in a handful of eps. Watch it for Richard in order to watch it for Toby lol
The Best Man - If you want to see Stephens be an Unsettling Presence, check this 2-part series out. Stephens plays an over-protective friend, Peter, to the main character, Michael, who ends up in rehab, and finds love and eventually a wife. Peter stalks the pair, jealous or perhaps looking out for his friend? hmm Have to watch it and see! lol The whole thing is on YT but the quality is sorta shit so might be better off renting it. Private Lives - A perfect example of why theatre should always be recorded and made available to all. Stephens is terrifically hilarious, playing a character who bumps into his ex-wife while on the honeymoon of his new one.

yeah yeah... I did it again
ma non è colpa mia se @netflix mette su telefilm col contro pelo e poi io mi devo vedere tutta la stagione in una volta sola (il fatto che facciano solo stagioni di 8-10 episodi aiuta).
quindi oggi parliamo di: “The stranger”
9/10

Russian Chinese and American Alliance
Russians Chinese and Americans plan massive campaign to flush secret Khazarian government into the open
High level meetings between Chinese, Russian and US military types have reached the conclusion that a short sharp war may be necessary in order to flush out the Nazis and their secret world network, Asian secret society and Pentagon sources say. The plan to flush out the secret government will take the form of a joint US, Russian and Chinese military attack on North Korea, the sources say. “This will force North Korea’s ET backers out into the open,” the Asian secret society sources say.
by benjamin | 2017-07-17
Years of forensic research by this writer have revealed a secret network connecting gold mines in the South Pacific, off the grid Antarctic bases, hidden submarine bases, the world narcotics trade, North Korea and Israel among other things. This network, created by fascist allies who did not surrender at the end of World War II, is believed to be supplying North Korea with its nuclear weapons and missiles.
For that reason, the Asian secret society sources say a campaign portraying North Korea as a villain will be intensified over the coming months in preparation for a short but intense war early next year. This war will not involve countries as they exist now but rather would be between hidden forces behind countries, the sources say. So the Russians, the Chinese and the Americans would attack North Korea who would be backed by secret Russian, Chinese and American factions, making it a war between secret societies rather than a traditional one between countries, the sources agree. The aim will be to force out secret groups operating behind the scenes into the open, the Asian secret society sources say.
Pentagon sources say that North Korea and Israel are intimately linked entities. To put pressure on them, Russian troops entered Southern Syria opposite the Golan Heights last week, they say. At the same time Russia fired an Iskander missile from a Jewish Autonomous Oblast near Korea “to send a blunt message that Israel must return the Golan Heights,” the Pentagon sources say.
The Jews are also waking up to the fact that their Khazarian mafia overlords are the same people who engineered the holocaust. Maj. Gen. Yair Golan, the Israeli army’s deputy chief of staff, last week compared Israel’s current government to the Nazis and has refused to back down, a sign the Khazarians are likely to lose control of Israel as well as North Korea.
http://www.blacklistednews.com/IDF_Chief_Says_Israel_is_Becoming_Like_Nazi_Germany%2C_Refuses_to_Back_Down/59669/0/38/38/Y/M.html
Japan’s government recently passed a conspiracy bill that allows it to arrest people planning to commit a crime because they want to have a legal excuse to detain all the professional war makers who are expected to flee from North Korea to Japan once the fighting breaks out, the Asian sources say.
Of course, the ideal solution will be to bring these secret groups out of the closet without actually having to resort to a war, White Dragon Society sources in Asia say.
The other very interesting subject brought up by the Asian secret society sources has to do with artificial intelligence. Strange as it may sound, there is a growing consensus that the reality we are experiencing is the product of an artificial intelligence. This has been told to us in the past by a member of the MJ12 group, by the gnostic illuminati and now by the Asian secret society. Furthermore, this AI appears to be stuck in a loop.
This may seem weird but if you step back from the daily news or even weekly news and take a longer term view, we do see massive repetition in certain aspects of world news. For example, if you read articles about Israel and the Palestinians from the 1970’s, they would be very hard to distinguish from articles appearing this year. The whole issue seems to be stuck in a repetitive feedback loop.
The same thing can be said about North Korea where problems related to that country setting off missiles that “could soon hit the United States,” have been repeating in a loop for many years. In fact, North Korea put up a satellite in 1998, meaning it has long had the capability to hit the continental United States with a nuclear weapon. So why do they keep repeating the North Korean missile meme?
Other long term repeating news loops include arguments over disputed Islands in the South China Sea, 70-year old issues relating to World War 2, the Ukraine, Iran etc.
The other loop I have seen repeated for the past several decades is the announcement of the discovery of a way to prolong life that is followed up a few weeks later with a reason why this method will not be pursued. The source of these recurring news loops has been traced to the Khazarian mafia. However, weird as it may seem, when this writer followed the forensic trail from David Rockefeller to the Rothschilds to the Vatican P2 lodge, it ended up leading to people in Italy and Switzerland, like Vincenzo Mazzara, a cavalier of the Teutonic Knights, who claim they get their orders via gamma rays from an entity they know as the black sun.
For those of us who prefer to look at the real, here and now world, there is still a clear case to be made that certain actors in the intelligence community work on a secret agenda keep repeating certain news cycles to the detriment of humanity as a whole.
There is a chance we can finally put an end to this nonsense as early as this autumn. One key battleground will be Japan. Now that Richard Armitage has been bought off and Rothschild agent Michael Greenberg is a hunted man, the relatively moderate Gerald Curtis has become the top Japan handler for the American occupation forces.
The top Japanese power broker is now a man by the name of Kazuyoshi Kokubo, who is a son of the Emperor Hirohito born by a Korean princess, according to Japanese royal family sources. There is also the old warhorse former Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone who has been working hard to create a government here favourable to Henry Kissinger, the sources say. These people can be removed if necessary, Japanese underworld sources say.
The Asian secret societies, Japanese underworld bosses and US military and intelligence agency white hats have agreed that making Japan an independent country once again would be a game changer for the entire planet.
If Japan became independent it would immediately stop the looting of its banks, pension funds, postal savings and other wealth by the Khazarian mafia. This would definitively pull the plug on the United States corporate government in Washington DC as well as Israel.
