This is Ro Lilac!!! She’s my main OC and was originally a self insert, until I branched her off into her main character around 2021!!! She’s an A Hat in Time OC. She’s 19 years old and has one sibling, her sister Katelyn, who I’ll talk about later. Her mother is Olivia Lilac and her father is David Stevens (last name isn’t canon yet, I’m open to ideas for his last name), and she has three aunts named Meredith, Veronica, and Susanne. Ro’s a very polite and reasonable person, more interested in finding peaceful solutions to any problem or conflict she may face. If she is forced to fight, she’s quick on her feet and strategic with her attacks, having plenty of experience with self defense. In AHiT, she’s a parental figure to the main three girls (HK, BK, MG) and will accompany Hat Kid in order to protect her during her journey. There may be specific parts of the game where she would be a playable character, but she’s mainly a negotiator/bodyguard. After chapter five, she’ll be a playable character. I’ll go into detail about her role in the game in a later post.

This is Katelyn Lilac!! She’s Ro’s (half) sister (they both hate referring to each other as their half sister, especially Katelyn, it makes them feel like they aren’t as close as they really are), 16 years old, and aroace. She’s essentially the polar opposite of Ro, being energetic and excited nearly 24/7. She doesn’t know much about her father, and prefers it that way. She’ll also be present during the main story of AHiT, although much less active than Ro. She’ll usually be contacted through a phone or some other communication device. During maybe one or two parts of the game, she’ll be playable for a short amount of time, and then unlocked to play as after chapter five is completed.

she uh….. honestly doesn’t have a name yet i just call her lizard (PLEASE GIVE ME NAME IDEAS HELP). She’s a Parappa the Rapper OC, I haven’t decided on an age yet, and I literally just made her about a month ago. She’s a burnt out college kid with misophonia that moved into Parappa Town from a small town about an hour away to take online classes. She has the deepest voice out of all the OCs I have listed here, and it’s a bit raspy, as if she hadn’t gotten enough sleep the night before. She doesn’t have a major role in the games, especially the first one, since that’s when she first moves into Parappa Town. She’ll have her moments in the anime, usually as a background character, but she’ll have a few interactions with the main group. she is nowhere to be found in UJL, leave her alone she’s taking a nap!!! She’s a lot more active in the second game, acting as a supporting character.

FINAL ONE AND SHE IS A KIRBY OC!!! Specifically the anime, she’d get put in the anime and then like one game like Escargoon lmao. She has the highest and softest voice out of all the OCs that I wrote about in this post. Her name is Anne and she’s 22 years old, living in Whispy Woods. I’ll just copy and paste what her introductory episode would be like lmao here yall go.

Kirby, during a walk with Tiff and Tuff in the forest, drops something (idk what it would be yet maybe some candy if they have a little backpack for snacks) and doesn’t notice. Anne tries to return it while they’re still in the forest but conveniently never catches up to them/ isn’t heard by them. With Kirby now being outside the forest, the place she’s never left in her entire life, she is now forced to leave the forest and enter Cappy Town to find them.

there's actually a lot of reasons that i wont really get into here but! tl;dr i was going through a really tough time when i first got into a hat in time and i kind of fixated on him through a majority of that time which caused me to enjoy him so much, and him just kind of existing helped pull me out of that rut as cheesy and silly as it sounds?

it wasn't out of me relating to him per-se? although i do see myself in *some* parts of his character (like his hotheadedness and him holding grudges and stuff), i just think he's neat, and how he acts towards his grandkids in the SLD DLC really sold my feelings towards him, especially from him actively searching for them during the time the ship crashed, which kinda served as a "see! he does care!" moment for me i suppose?

but, i mean??? even regardless of that- he's a scottish owl who has a really cool design thats voiced by the joker AND smash ultimate guy, why wouldnt i like him? why wouldnt YOU like him? this is now connie propaganda go show him love!

anyway i guess my simple enjoyment for him developed into a mini fictional crush for some time because hes been part of the polycule for awhile despite me not even realizing im gay until. recently /hj

though fyi! hes not actually my only favorite character in ahit, HOWEVER he is my #1 fave which is why i draw and post him a bunch hehe, hope this helps!!!

My head cannons for AHiT

(Mine only don't harrass me just because it doesn't fit yours.)

Hat Kid: Laid-back and very bossy to people around her now since she lost her time peices but is very welcoming to new people and finds everything cute besides Vanessa. Makes several plushies of the people she met and cared about and gave the mafia boss a plushie of himself as a apology for what MU did to him but doesn't like him in his ship. Owns a lot of relects and paintings seen in her gallery but also in her room and shared it with bow kid and mustache girl. Keeps her diary under her bed and no one knows about it. Hat kid and bow kid are close friends , Mustache Girl and Hat Kid are rivals but also Friends, Hat kid really likes Timmy and they like to tease each other. She also makes Snatcher read bedtime stories to her.

Bow Kid: Likes trying out different clothing styles and add some cat sparkles with it and carries a lot of medical aid like bandaids, epi-pens etc etc. She also is slightly clumsy and drops glitter everywhere but Hat Kid doesn't mind. she also likes to draw and color cats and doodle her friends. she's not a huge fan of the people hat kid meets and not a fan of snatcher but she adores the empress and the metro cats. Hat Kid and Bow are very close and bow considers themselves sisters but not really. she is also the youngest in their group but also very talented. Bow and Mu are also close but not really. She listens to Mus vents and give her comfort. Bow and Timmy aren't that much friends because of how close Timmy and hat kid are in a relationship and she's not a fan of it.

Mustache Girl: She's also bossy and absolutely hates the mafia and wants to knock over the mafia boss jar in the machine room but hat kid blocks her. She made a pillow throne on her bed despite making it beside the bed but she is picky and sassy. She does like watching the stars and not afraid of anything besides hat kids umbrella. She can voice her mind all she wants but softens up by now because bow knows how she feels as she trusts her the most out of the group. Hat kid and Mu are frenemies, Mu and Timmy see eachother as siblings and tease eachother and laugh about it, Mu and bow are close as well but Mu sees now as a friend therapist and very trust worthy.

Timmy: He is more of a teaser but also very friendly to his friends but not to anyone he knows, He acts more selfish and more about himself to others than his friends because He wouldn't do that to Bow, Hat and Mu, only teasing them lightly. He also knows more things about time travel than Heat but doesn't want to give her details as it would upset his grandpa (Tim the CEO of time) He likes dogs as much as hat kid, skateboard or just sit around. Him and Bow don't really like each other and he can easily tell. Timmy and Mu treat eachother as siblings as they trust eachother and have a good bond. Timmy and Hat kid are in a relationship as they do like eachother. He also sleeps in the basement because he collects random trash.

This year for our little Halloween special, I've decided to create a cover of "Kidnap the Sandy Claws" from my favourite movie ever! And all in character too!

I've never done a cover before, nor posting any of my singing anywhere online (I'm usually nervous about people even hearing me sing most of the time), But inspiration hit me too hard and I did it! Although I admit, singing in-character is really pecking hard.

I really hope you enjoy this, being my first endeavor into covers!

I've heard you're big on internet safety and privacy and all but can I ask you this: Why are you credited then with a real name for Vanessa's Curse? (The name is also listed under the ahit wikia)

While I prefer to stick to my online username for any of my silly streamer business, I DO want to get my name out there for my voice acting dreams. Having my real name attached to a production is a really nice resume piece. It's an easy way for future employers to be able to directly connect me back to reputable and noteworthy roles and productions. Because of this, ultimately, I chose to allow my real name to be used. While using my real name could connect creeps or weirdos to who I am IRL, the long-term benefits outweigh the risks IMO. I want to build up a quality reputation in the field. And while it IS possible to do it under a pseudonym, I decided that I didn't want to use a pseudonym. I want my name connected to my work. I still mainly go by my screen name for all other things I do online. And it's the primary way I want people to address me. I hope people understand that and can respect my social boundaries. If not, I got block buttons and reporting functions. For anyone else thinking about displaying real identifying information online, I heavily encourage you to do your own cost/benefit analysis. For most internet users, working on a first and last name basis isn't a necessity. And considering how toxic and dangerous some people can be, it might be a good idea to keep personal details about yourself out of the online sphere. Never just hand out info for nothing. Determine that there's a worthwhile reason for it.
