I was able to connect with the moon 🌕🌕 on my drive home from the studio tonight. To say it was beautiful would be an understatement. Tonight's restorative class at @ahimsayogastudioelmhurst was breath-taking. A combination of the moons energy, an amazing space, wonderful spirits, lavender oil, my singing bowl and a renewing, releasing practice created an all-around beautiful hour. I am so blessed. I will begin teaching at the beautiful Elmhurst location in the very near future, and I am SO excited! For the longest time, I was unsure of what I was meant to do in this life, or what my true purpose was. I struggled to find happiness in any job, in any degree. I struggled to find happiness within myself. Now I can say with honesty and an open heart that yoga has given me that purpose. Being able to share this gift is not only fulfilling, but it is a true blessing.
