I had just binged your The Cursebreaker in a few hours and Ive just finished it and I want to say IM OBESSED

I love your characterization, the way you make time for every character to shine and they are all so distinct, having that dynamic between warriors time and wind was so delightful to read and throughout the entire story there was many times I had genuinely laughed aloud

AND THE WAY YOU DESCRIBE BODY HORROR IS LOVELY

anon ive genuinely been sobbing over this ask for a week i dont even know what to say!!!!! i cant thank you enough for the kind words!!!! there have been so many times where i've doubted that what i was aiming for was working in cursebreaker - balancing scenes between all the characters, making sure the friendships and dynamics were paced well, praying desperately that the jokes hit, that the body horror wasn't too weird or out of pocket for the fic - this feedback means the world to me!!!

I just keep thinking about how between the buried and me actually ended up beefing for a hot minute with their label because they insisted on having One Singular Fuck on their Automata 1 EP, deliberately, because they wanted it to have an explicit rating. It was deliberate! Nobody gives a shit what the words were except for BTBAM it was a specific choice, and ever since then that's made me take a second look at every single album I've heard and will hear that has one singular song with one singular lyric, of any sort, that gives it that rating. Surely, that must have come up during the conversation during recording? Why would it not have come up afterwards, when the Two EP and Sundowning at that point had established the beginnings of a pattern? Am I looking too much into this? Objectively the answer is yes but seriously I can't stop thinking about it
