I’m at school for my longest day of the week (have been here since noon, will be here until about 8 pm) and I took adderall and I honestly cannot tell if the fact that I took my meds has calmed me enough to actually think or if I’m straight disassociating lol

#actually adhd #ah the joys of having *british voice* ✨mental illness✨#fyi: my heartbeat off meds is so high it feels like I’ve run a marathon nonstop #so with it so calm rn it literally is making me silently freak out a bit lol #but I know this is just. normal people resting heart rate #I took my anxiety meds but adderall also helps calm my heart so I’m like #perfectly fine rn physically #but I haven’t been properly taking my meds and I’ve been VERY ANXIOUS lately #so the diffference is. staggering #MelloMoans
