i just realized that im a suckers for murim manhwa where main chara need to navigate politics of demonic cult, plus point if they initially from righteous sect

its bc demonic cult in these stories are potrayed quite grounded and realistic, not as baby eating demon cult, but as group of people who's just tad bit different. (I loveee when murim alliance is shown to be a hypocrite bastard)
