It'll be my birthday this week! it feels exciting for some reason, even if it's something I haven't held in recent years. something to celebrate!!

I keep forgetting to add this but I should make a new "wishlist" for gift art or other stuff since I've never really posted one before ^^; I see other ppl putting up gift wishlists so I kept thinking of doing the same.

I tried making a list a month ago for "things I like" and even tho I used to make this stuff as a kid before and it's pretty easy to guess what I like it was really hard.... (I was trying to make a list of physical gifts I like haha)

I ended up just describing a lot of shapes and colors, heh ^^

just saw one of the weirdest movies today, on the request of my mom, because, "it's funny as hell". The movie was "Being John Malkovich" and she was right. it was one hell of a ride of a funny movie

just learned from the comments of The Fold's recent YT video that... One of the voice actors of Ninjago has passed. Kirby Morrow, the voice of Cole. only 47. this is awful, his voice acting was always my favourite to hear on the show and to hear suddenly that he has passed on is devastating. what the hell

Rest in peace. I don't know the circumstances or who needs to hear this but keep safe in these trying times. lets try to keep each other uplifted.

What’s the Use of Feeling Blue - english cover!

This was recorded a while ago and I just wanted a comparison point of my own voice and the estonian translation i was doing around the same time. Kind of a bad audio quality but I like the emotion and color in this!

just had a huge weight off my shoulder (personal weight? idk how to express this in english right now) and i genuinely feel like I can focus on other stuff again. including art!! aahhh it feels like such a relief! I can even sit normally - without pressure/tension in my shoulders, which I just noticed I wasn't doing anymore today after the news.

sick this week! my only week truly off work (exam week at my school). sucks that I had to fall sick again at this specific time.

beeen meaning to write posts rhis week again but I'll have to post-pone these for some important rest-time. yup. conveniently I am also going thru a writer's and artists block. so... idk what else to do with my time cept to drink teas, spend time with family and sleep.

2020 vs 2010! also 2009 portrait vs 2019 self-portrait! Been having this in my drafts for a while and found some sketches I’d scanned in again.

IHave to say that it feels like nothing has changed too much, just a glance - but - a lot has changed for me as a person! My art has come to a place where I finally feel comfortable drawing just for myself again. Been really busy as always, so that’s why I haven’t been online much, but maybe that has let me have more personal time too.  Happy belated new year everyone and hope yours has been great so far!
