WHY is it the one trigger of mine that no one can seem to respect is my emetophobia???? Why is it so hard???? I genuinely can't understand why everyone treats this one like it's "not a big deal" considering I'm literally fighting off a panic attack right now, and the last time I got badly triggered I spent an hour hiding in the bathroom crying and panicking really hard. I just don't get why no one ever respects the fact that vomit is a major trigger for me. If you can respect the fact that other things are triggering for me, this shouldn't be any different. Sorry about the wall of text I had to get this off my chest because I just got triggered again and I'm mad this time, so yeah basically fuck everything I'm just *thinks about my f/os to calm myself down*
