#ohh this is crazy to me#the fact that Sharon is apparently identical to Peggy#which Steve takes as ‘It’s like the past being reborn again!’#and then ‘I thought I had found her reborn’#at this point Steve does not known Sharon’s name or that she’s related to Peggy#but he’s put a lot of emotional weight on her#and then bringing Bucky into this- ‘First it was Bucky- the greatest sidekick a man ever had!’#and the context that he’s brought up in#‘Is this my destiny? To have been given a second chance at life-#only to lose everything I ever held dear?’#which I know is referring to Steve being frozen instead of dying and then waking up in the future#but it’s also reminiscent to me of the effect of the super-soldier serum s transforming Steve’s life#particularly with how Bucky’s brought into it#which is a relationship he gained after that transformation#and then lost#again he does not know Sharon but he’s comparing her dying to losing Bucky which devastated him#marvel#steve rogers#sharon carter#my posts#comic panels
