Okeey, I checked out info on AG176, the episode where Max and May meet Cassidy and Butch for the first time and somehow Max knows who they are, apparently it’s dub-only. So a dub error. Hmm, didn’t think TPCi dub would do such an error. I was very confused about Max knowing about them. Thanks dub for confusing me, I like being confused. (No I don’t)
I think I’ll watch the last 13 episodes of AG saturday night ;o After finishing my spooky episodes. I want to have a goodnight sleep tonight. And maybe draw something :3
#blog ramblings#I'll switch back to Haruka and Masato once I rewatch theme again lol#It's easier to use dub names when watching dub#it like... says that i'm watching dub instead of the original deal#thanks pokemarathon! This was a blast

The Ole’ Berate And Switch!
448: The Old Berate and Switch
452: Roketto-dan Kaisan!? Sorezore no Michi!
Pokemopolis Title: Wife Swapping Party
Dodginess: 4/5
Animation: 3/5
Story: Team Rocket break-up... and (sorta) reunite immediately!
Team Rocketness: Twice the team, thrice the motto!
Today's episode begi.... Team Rocket have captured Pikachu!
Yes we start with Jesse's crotch and a caged Pikachu as Team Rocket run from the twerps giggling with delight, only for their way to be blocked by a fork in the road. As they desperately try to figure out what way to go, Pikachu slips itself free, jumps out, and Team Rocket's blasting off again... all ready! After crashing to the ground, Jesse glares at James and snaps that it is just like "a man" to not remember directions. James retorts angrily that it is just like "a woman" to not keep her cage fastened (haha he called her a slut!) and when Meowth tries to play peacemaker Jesse snaps that it is all James' fault, because he lets himself get "feelings" and try to do the right thing. James snaps back that Jesse is cold and calculating, and then Jesse in turn attacks Meowth, declaring that if they just had a talking Persian they wouldn't have these problems. James is shocked, but Meowth is just pissed and roars that he only works with them because The Boss forced him to, and then.... then.... Team Rocket break up!?!?!
Oh don't worry Gentle Dodgers, it's just....
We return to the twerps, May pleased to have the last of her ribbons now and everyone else excited for her upcoming appearance at the Grand Festival at the Indigo Plateau. But first they have to head for Pewter City, and Ash proves his dimness once more by being surprised that Brock wants to pop in and check on his old gym as well as his family. Once they're done there, they'll move on to Ash's final Battle Frontier challenge. As they walk through the town, a raspy voiced young green haired man is telling kids they can sign up for a local one day tournament. He calls Ash over before recognising him, pointing out the one day tournament to Ash who thinks it'll be the perfect warm up for the Battle Pyramid. Inside, Nurse Joy is taking signups and apparently loves the work so much she doesn't have time to blink or move her mouth when she speaks. Ash signs up and she tells him that if he likes, he and the other trainers can leave the rest of their Pokémon with her in some weird kind of opium den.
She also points out their ball cleaning service (oh my!) and May asks if they can take care of her Pokémon and Pokeballs even if she isn't competing, and Nurse Joy kindly agrees. Brock makes his move, trying to hit on the odd Nurse Joy before being pulled away by Max, then realising that his heart isn't beating fast like normal. Apparently they don't investigate this odd behaviour any further though, as we next see Brock and Max sitting with May in the stands as Ash and his Corphish battle against a kid called Howie and his Pinsir. Pinsir tries Vice-Grip but Corphish dodges and uses Crabhammer, which clashes with Guillotine. Outside, Jesse stops and notes the One Day Tournament banner on the hall. She knows this is her chance to steal all of the Pokémon and show James and Meowth that she doesn't need them. Shortly after she heads inside, James also comes by and notes the banner and decides to pop in to take a look at what is going on. Meowth shows up next, and after staring at the banner for a little while, declares he needs glasses and wanders inside! Inside, Corphish is tossed by Pinsir which then tries Guillotine, only to bounce off of Harden before Corphish uses Bubblebeam to knock it down and then finish things off with Crabhammer, winning the battle. Elsewhere, Nurse Joy asks "Patch" to take the Pokeballs they have collected, and the green haired man snaps raspily that his name is Butch! BUTCH!?! OH MY GOD! IT'S BRUCE! Meanwhile Jesse and James encounter each other in the halls, much to their chagrin. As they give each other the cold shoulder, Nurse Joy shows up and displays little of the warmth she is known for, calling them Team Nitwit, then....
OH GOD KILL IT IT'S A MONSTER! Wait no, it's Cassidy! OH GOD KILL IT IT'S CASSIDY! She demands to know what they're doing here and they ask her the same, getting the 411 on her plan to steal Pokeballs (and one would assume Pokémon too) from all of the trainers. She then asks them why they didn't show up to Giovanni's lavishly financed surprise party recently, and when they gape that they weren't invited she chuckles that she didn't see them at Professor Samba's party either.... and then her phone rings, the Professor himself roaring at her that his name is Namba! Or Dr Robotnik. Cassidy and Jesse tear into each other as James moans in horror, then Cassidy stops to actually take notice of him and declares that he looks awful.... is Jesse making him sick? As he stares in horror at her, she tells him that she can understand being revolted by Jesse, and personally she loves the idea of being sandwiched between Butch and James.... oh my!
She drags him away somewhat unwillingly, leaving Jesse behind to kick at the fire extinguisher in a rage (poor fire extinguisher). Back at the battle, Corphish is fighting a Marowak which tosses its Bone Club at the crabby Pokémon which ducks.... only for it to boomerang back and smack it in the back of the head. Max says the worst part is not knowing it is a boomerang and coming back to hit you on the head.... but really that's the ONLY part of it! Meanwhile, Butch walks along complaining to himself that after all these years, Cassidy is still calling him the wrong name, only for Jesse to show up and greet him as Clutch. She then notes his balls with a grin and leans in for a good look.
She demands that he give her his balls to handle (would you say no?) but he doesn't think Cassidy will like it, but Jesse could give a shit and declares she is taking over their operation. Back at the battle, Corphish's Vice Grip is dodged by Marowak which swings its Bone Club back, only for it to be knocked free before Corphish uses Crabhammer to knock Marowak down. Elsewhere, Meowth mutters that he misses Jesse and James making fools out of themselves, then picks up an almost empty packet of biscuits and remembers sadly the way they used to split their biscuits into three unequal parts, or a crust of bread, or cheese, or a rice cake, crackers.... oh Meowth, so obsessed with food. And speaking of food-obsessed.... Max is chasing Munchlax through the halls only to find a door that isn't a door, because it's a jar.... :D Anyways! Peeking through, he sees James handling his balls in a sack while Cassidy declares he has to hook up with her... well that ain't gonna happen sister, he plays for the other team, and we're not talking about Jesse and Meowth! She's bragging about the plan, although for some reason they keep insisting that they're only stealing Pokeballs and not the Pokémon inside. Max is alarmed, Butch and Cassidy hooking up with James!?! Ash defeats Marowak and rushes over to Brock and May to celebrate, only for Max to motion him and the others over. When they reach him, he tells them that this whole tournament is a Team Rocket setup, and Nurse Joy is a phony. They decide to check on the Pokeballs and walk in on James and Cassi-Joy, and Max pulls open a box to reveal some of the stolen balls. Ash demands to know who they think they are (James is fully just wearing his Team Rocket uniform right in the open!), so Cassidy pulls of her dress (oh my) and answers in the best possible way - with a motto! "Prepare for trouble, it's a brand new day!" "We're making it double, anyway!" "Mime Mime Mimemimemime!" "Let's see if I can remember my lines," grins Cassidy,"An evil as old as the galaxy!" "Sent here to fulfil our destiny!" "To denounce the goodness of truth and love!" "To extend our reach to the stars above!" "Whenever there's a piece of... pie... in the universe...." "...of pie?" asks James. "Ahhh! I goofed it, so what!?!" she shouts angrily. "Forget it," sighs James. "It's Cassidy!" shouts Ash. "That's not Butch!" notes Brock. "I am too!" insists James,"You need to get your eyes checked!" "Gee... maybe Butch is right?" asks Max, checking his glasses. Houndour flamethrowers Corphish into a box of Pokeballs and knocks them over, and Pokeballs flow into the arena like something out of the Shining.
Ash explains to the audience (who are sitting in the empty arena just.... hanging out?) that the tournament is a fake put on by Team Rocket, and everyone starts grabbing at their Pokeballs before a bunch of Rocket Grunts leap out to stop them, causing a massive face off. As the fight goes on, the twerps talk up the value of the memories that all of their Pokeballs contain... once again suggesting that Team Rocket's big plan was to steal.... empty Pokeballs? To their credit, some of the grunts actually seem ashamed, which does little to help them as they are promptly fried by Pikachu's Thunderbolt. Jesse and Butch watch and Jesse suggests they make a graceful exit, only to be spotted by Ash who calls out Swellow and knocks them away from their stolen Pokeballs. So that can only mean one thing.... THEIR motto! "Prepare for trouble, we've shuffled the deck!" "It's not my thing, but what the heck!" "An evil as old as the galaxy!" "I'm doing this from memory!" "To denounce the evils of truth and love!" "To extend my arm with a big white glove!" ".....Jesse?" "...ahhh... Butch?" asks Butch. "CUT! DO IT RIGHT OR DON'T DO IT AT ALL!" screams Jesse, straight up kicking Butch in the face!
"It's Jesse!" gasps Brock. "And Paunch!" adds Ash. "STOP!" cries Butch,"You twerps love to torture me with that, don't you!?!" Butch doesn't do himself any favours by calling out a Raticate of all things, only for the ugly monster to get blasted away along with Jesse and Biff. Meanwhile Meowth grabs Pokeballs, James grabs some as well, and a recovered Jesse does too, all of them talking about how the others will look foolish when they see how well they're doing without them. They all reach of the same Pokeball and find themselves face to face once more. Jesse and James both declare the Pokeball belongs to them, and then Meowth offers them a biscuit and reminds them that they always used to split it up, no matter what it was, they always split it into three, and James realises once a team always a team, and Jesse actually APOLOGISES! JESSE APOLOGISES! Then an angry ugly man has Rhyhorn use Horn Attack to smack them free, while the Rocket Grunts run for it. The twerps meanwhile have started putting Pokeballs away when they see Butch and Cassidy running with one last box, only to fall into a pitfall! They get out and run again only to reveal a waiting Rocket plane... and fall into another pitfall! And then their plane falls into it too! Pikachu uses Thunderbolt and sends them blasting off, Cassidy warning "Mitch" to prepare for trouble because here it comes! So who cased the pitfalls? The REAL Team Rocket lower through the air in their Happy Buddha Face Meowth Balloon holding shovels, and deliver the REAL motto! "I may be wrong but I swear I just heard prepare for trouble?" "I did too, so make it double!" "An evil as old as the galaxy!" "Sent here to fulfil our destiny!" "Meowth, dat's me!" "To denounce the evils of truth and love!" "To extend our reach to the stars above!" "Jesse!" "And it James!" "Hey Meowth's da name!" "Whenever there’s peace in the universe!" "Team Rocket!" "Will be dere!" "To make everything worse!" they finish together. "WOBBBBBB-UFFET!" Hells yes! They grab the last box of Pokeballs with a mechanical arm, but Corphish Bubble Beams the balloon and sends them blasting off again again, again! But at least they're doing it as friends! Back in the gym, everyone is happy to have their Pokeballs back, remembering the associated memories of all of the Pokémon they have captured, befriended or otherwise journeyed with which apparently they wouldn't have been able to remember without the ACTUAL Pokémon which apparently were never in those Pokeballs at all. Max notes they're lucky that of all the Team Rocket members out there, they only have Jesse, James and Meowth to deal with. And what of those three? Why they've settled down to split their last biscuit with a smile, which soon fades when Jesse uses an illegal wrist move to get the biggest piece of biscuit and they all start angrily fighting amongst each other over it.....
Just the way it should be!
Moral Learnt: If you've got friends and you're broke, at least you've got friends!

Cassidy: "No offense James but you look awful."

Fand die Folge also wegen solchen Sachen schön gut.
Egal
