His episode whould be that the tennyson fam (now in Bellwood) are participating in a go cart competition, in here they befriend a kid around their age, he looks like he's new in town and acts weird sometimes but he seems like a good kid! totally a normal human child, right? later on [insert bad guy] attacks the competition cause [insert stupid reason] which cause Rook to mess his covert and oh no! humans can't know who he is or they could capture him! but wait, Ben and Gwen don't seem scared of him, they actually think he's more cool now, and so Rook helps them beat the bad guy, new bestfriend acquired!!

(Rook still has his tail, it's just tuck in, and because of that he still doesn't have a name, but he let's people call him Rook to be less suspicious)

been re-watching the reboot and with that working on my idea of reboot Rook, at first he would pretend he is human but then Gwen and Ben found out and they become besties!!

redesign for some of the kids for the aftersummer!au, I thought it would be fun to had the kids have a little gang of their own (an omnigang? idk what name they would have) also they all wear a number on them so they can match with Ben >:3c

Copper(10): A mutant with technokinesis powers, used to be "bullied" by Kevin, still has a crush on Gwen.

Lucy(11): An alien refugee, she's under the care of Camille and Joel, loves hanging out with her cousins, consider herself and Jonesy to be bestfriends

Jonesy(11): Yes that kid who literally appears in only one episode, I thought it whould be funny if there was a single normal human kid with them, while he's weirded out by the kind of adventure they have he still likes them.

Julie (10): the only one to go to the same school as Gwen (Gwen goes to a private school because ofc she does), helped a mechamorpho with their ship and as a thank you gift they gave her Ship, which she has to hide from her parents cause you know.

Anyone else get the feeling Rook and Glitch would confuse each other do to their speech patterns?

I don't really know what you mean, like the way they both talk fancy? honestly I think they would understand each other no probs, but would confused other people that are around them (maybe they are doing it on purpose, who knows)

hey uhhh there already is a karting episode in the reboot but its during season 2 and the main plot of that one is about a vilgax robot like attempting to bait ben into using shock rock to validate how "these powers are to strong for you. SO GIVE THE WATCH YOU FUCKING B R A T!!!!!!" and yada yada, so maybe have them like see rook then maybe chat a bit. But that's it. Then your proper writing for after summer can kick in

Oh yeah yeah that episode actually gave me the idea of how they would meet, I wanted to make this au kinda like a fan continuation of the series so I tried to make things close to canon as I can

I did thought of the idea of them meeting originally in that episode but I didn't know where they are (in the ep) but I'm pretty sure is not Bellwood and I wanted Rook to be in the Bellwood (more expecific in the undercity from omniverse) to have adventure yk
