the reason I'm like. Very Pointedly saying I wont comment on the validity of the different perspectives of critical race theorists esp Black women is that it's incredibly inappropriate for me, as a white person, to decide the validity/truth of their perspectives on generational trauma and ongoing oppression. most authors on opposing sides of perspectives often respond to each other either covertly by describing their theories or by literally name dropping them in books n articles. MANY afrooptimists name drop wilderson, and wilderson vs. warren is an often discussed clash that many Black people have written about EXTENSIVELY.

I am very privileged to have a huge family so far away from 🇰🇪 that truly loves me. I did not grow up celebrating birthdays. I am straight from the ghetto.
