This is an affirmation straight from “The M.O.U.T.H. Book Messages of Uplift to Heal.” I wrote this book after writing an affirmation everyday for a year straight after going through a period of mental confusion. I would wake up, write an affirmation and then text it to a group of friends in my phone. I would be reminded humbly of my affirmation throughout the day by certain situations, challenges and events. After having all these affirmations, I decided to share my process of self reflection with others by writing the book.
