"being careful isn't always an option." they paused. "and I suppose it doesn't matter too much, having friends in high places helps." she raised a brow. "it must run in the family, picking up strays along the way." a laugh left their lips. "you know there's an easy solution for that don't you?" she asked, raising a brow. "just kill the child and be done with it, she'll remember in a few hours." at the mention of the jedi, aestraea's eyes darkened slightly, jaw clenching. "where?" she asked. this was a fight that they would not lose - wouldn't be caught unaware again.

"i suppose so. it's a bit concerning, though, we'll need to be more careful." she replies, knowing that if anything happened to her mother again, she'd make it rain blood over the damned city. "most are. two jedi left with me when i fled the temple, eros and alyla vane, and we took in a force sensitive child that eros found when the jedi came for her. vesta is certainly a concern, but only because she doesn't remember us." kore sighed, shaking her head. "the one i'm worried about is my jedi master. the one who killed you. she's alive, mother."
