I feel like I haven't posted in a while even though I've been drawing a ton, but it's because I've been quietly chugging away on a new OC project and I've been too shy to share until now >.< So much planning worldbuilding and visdev to do....

But! I finally feel like showing off the preliminary designs for two of the main characters, Nova (he/him)(the blue one) and Kaz (he/she)(the green one). They're mecha pilots in a competitive sports league where teams go head to head to prove their engineering and piloting skillz. There's a lot of other characters too but they're still trapped in the visdev mines

The hard part of the design process is still ahead of me OTL (logo design my beloathed...) but I hope I can get some proper refs made for them soon! I really like them, so I'm looking forward to sharing more as I go!!

second of all,,, literally cannot get past the fact that 1) chimneys "bachelor party" is just buck and eddie off their minds 2) theyre so fucking CLOSE like jesus christ 3) theres SO many innuendos ??? for WHY

i do fear that theyre deliberatley not showing us the chim storyline cus its batshit wild, but its so funny to me that the three storylines of the episode are gonna be buddie drunk shenanigans, saving the wedding, and chimney literally in an action thriller adslfk

4. Where do you find inspiration for new ideas?

In the dead of night while I'm trying to sleep, no joke. I'll wake up from a dead sleep just to scribble something on my phone adslfks. Sometimes I'll be reading tumblr posts about something and draw inspiration from those too!!

8. Do you prefer the beginning, middle, or end of a story?

Always the middle because I think my beginnings and ends are a little clunky sometimes. But writing the middles has always been my absolute favorite part of writing things, because of this I tend to go on and on until it's way too long for me to even comprehend anymore lmao

55. Of the characters you write for, which is your favorite? Has that choice been swayed at all by your followers/readers’ reactions to certain ones?

My favorite to write is Copia lmao. 100% always Copia. The choice has not been swayed by anyone haha. Uh though I did start writing more ghoul centered things because that seems to be what everyone's into in the fandom. I do throw Copia into places that he wouldn't otherwise be but yeah.

1. What are your top 3 favorite sets you've made? 1. I'm just so effin' proud of this one lol. 2. I honestly love my entire skam playlist series, but this zoenne one is my favorite (and it deserves more love t b h) & 3. This "Mickey Milkovich as Richard Siken Poems" set is honestly a fav. There is definitely some stuff I'd change if I remade it but I love the concept so much like I kinda popped off not gonna lie ;adslfk;lk.

2. What is your least favorite set you've made? Uh...there are several from my Patrick Brewer in Every Episode series that are....oof. The lighting on that show is SO INCONSISTENT so it's really hard to get a nice cohesive coloring, at least for me...

3. Which of your sets has the most notes? This one of Annie doing a Really Good Job of controlling her facial expression a;dlkfj;lj

Im okay! I did the hot touch SMARTLY. I realized my tea kettle makes a funny lil DOING noise if you slap it so i like, slapped the bottom of it(right after i turned off the stove.
