The Abu Dhabi F1 Circuit has a lot more to offer to its visitors. As a part of their health and fitness program, Yas Marina Circuit is offering visitors a chance to participate in running, walking, and track cycling on the racetrack. This fitness program is called TrainYas, and here is all you need to know about it.

What is TrainYas?

TrainYas is Yas Marina Circuit’s fitness program, powered by ADNOC and presented by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council. TrainYas allows visitors to participate in running and cycling activities that are conducted at the same time at Yas Marina Circuit. The TrainYas program is open to people of all ages and all fitness levels. Above all, it is free for all participants. This means that you can participate in the running event or the cycling event without having to pay any fees. All you need to do is fill out a registration form prior to the day of the event and confirm your registration upon arrival at the circuit. Yas Marina Circuit also conducts the TrainYas Ladies fitness program, which is exclusively for women. Similar to TrainYas, this program allows visitors to participate in running and cycling free of charge. 

Cycling at TrainYas

If you are participating in track cycling, you will even be provided with a complimentary bike and a complimentary helmet at the point of arrival. Yas Marina Circuit provides these bikes in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Sports Council. In order to maintain the highest levels of safety and hygiene, all the bikes and helmets are sanitised after every use. Once you are on the track with your cycle, you will be guided in an anti-clockwise direction around the track, while the runners will be guided in a clockwise direction. You can enjoy as many rounds of track cycling as you wish to until the event concludes for the day.

Schedule for TrainYas

The TrainYas fitness program is conducted every Monday and Wednesday, from 6 pm to 10 pm. Here is the hourly schedule for the program:
