As much as I can appreciate having sort of blank slates to use as practice or do character exploration on. I do not like Arcane Odyssey as a story, the characters don't really have much of a complex personality or even moments that really like.. speak something of actual personal connection. I feel like Iris has some of those considering her windrow arc but I want the other characters to also have their personal moments! As a writer the story does feel kind of awkward and fast paced [game-wise, makes sense] especially with how it's hard to connect with the characters in some ways. Hard enough for me that I'm practically rewriting or adding further to make the characters more complex when I write them for stories.

I don’t do angst xD. I tried doing angst once, fully intending of doing like a main character death and yeah… Never finished it xD. So can’t really say :P. Maybe Stay? But that’s more bad century than bad ending :P

Most of them, really xD. Depending on whether happy ending means happy ending in the fairy tale way or in the porn way probably 😊). But yeah they’re happy alright :P.

I've done a few crossovers. Probably The Temptation Within is the craziest one because for some reason there’s like 4 or 5 people who are both Within Temptation and Sanctuary fans (whyyyyyyyyy it fits like a glove) and I know all of them so yeah xD. Not exactly an audience. But I did start my ao3 account because of that (ff.net is iffy about RPFs because well. RPFs have bad reputation basically, though I was nice… but yeah).

I don’t know languages other than English that would make sense for the fandoms I write unfortunately, so the only times I did it I went with Google translate big time on that. I know a few things in Serbian but a whole dialogue? Nope.

Tom and Jerry crossover with Chip and Dale but that one was never published I was like 7 😊). So yeah.

Don’t make me choose between my babies damn it ☹. But I am going to go with The Admins Know Better because that’s two fandoms I like but it’s not that much in your face that you need both of them to make it work so yeah xD.

The failure to mention anti-Zionism could add to concerns that the Biden administration is attempting to water down the definition of anti-Semitism to exclude anti-Israel extremism. The White House in May rolled out its long-awaited national strategy to combat anti-Semitism, a document that barely mentioned Israel. In the strategy, the White House also declined to officially endorse the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance's definition of anti-Semitism, which includes certain extreme anti-Israel views.

ahhh i’m not much of a writer as yourself, i like to daydream but think it always sounds clunky and poorly thought out when i put it into words so forgive me hahah - my story happens post movie though!

after arthur was put away and his flat was put on the market i moved in not knowing it was his! i kept getting his mail sent to me and was determined to do right and get it sent on to him (i’m stubborn like that about admin lol) what i thought would be a simple task turned into an increasingly complicated mission of trying to find a forwarding address, plus my curiosity grew about who this previous tenant was when all the neighbours spoke about him so evasively. i eventually am able to track him down to arkham! it took such a hassle to find him, so instead of just dropping the post off with the officials, i ask to meet the man so i can put a personality to him (by this point i’m shocked to find out this “arthur fleck” is the same man as the “joker” on the news a few months ago) we meet (through the usual prisoner visit way) and i, slightly embarrassed, explain i just wanted to return his mail to him and he’s both incredibly touched and lightly bemused that a total stranger would go through such effort to sort out such an inconsequential thing for him just because it’s the “right” thing to do. with the silliness of the situation, the ice is kind of broken and we talk a little bit. when it’s time for me to go, he asks if i’ll come see him again (sweet thing doesn’t get any visitors outside of the occasional nosey journalist) and because i’m lonely in this new city and he seems sweet i say yes! and the rest… becomes history! (i also have an alternative version of my story that’s more joker centric than arthur centric where i’m still the new tenant in his old apartment, and joker breaks out of arkham and is surprised to find a stranger living in his home haha)

I do need to get back into writing and self-shipping, life is... So much right now, it's actually TOO MUCH, but tonight you've made me remember what actually makes me happy -community engagement on here, loving Arthur, and writing 🩷🥺 all things I thought I'd forgotten how to do. This doesn't sound clunky or poorly thought out???!!! It flows so beautifully and I can really see the drive to return Arthur's mail to him and trying to find out who he is. I loooooove the idea of living in his apartment after him; Anderson Ave is infamous now and the apartment you're in had a body left in it to rot for who knows how long (probably a few hours once Joker killed Murray so I doubt Randall's corpse was left in Arthur's home for long🤢), and just being surrounded by his home before you've even met???? Talk about home being where your heart is🥺🥺🥺

Yes! You can absolutely do that! We have a few examples of this in play right now (Randall from Monsters Inc and Karen from Incredibles 2, Rabbit from Winnie the Pooh and Thumper from Bambi). So we're excited to see what you come up with!

Alright, I know the timeline is fucked, so here’s the gist (subject to change)

Timeline

Modern AU where the events of Stargate movie happen fifteen years later (2008)

1995: Jack O'Neill and Randall MacKenzie work together overseas as fighter pilots. They bond through a traumatic event and and become blood brothers

1996: Dan is born

1997-2007: Jack and Randy visit each other often, Charlie, Dan, and Scout grow up as cousins. Charlie is born in 1998, Scout is born in 1999

2008: early in the year, Charlie dies, Jack accepts suicide mission, Randy finds out from Sarah O'Neill and refuses to let him go alone, Events of Stargate 1994, Afterwards Randy is posted to moose jaw to become a snowbird

2009 (season 1): Randy is a snowbird, Jack is retired. Randy is celebrating his first season as a snowbird, Jack shows up and explains the situation, Children of the Gods

2009-2013(season 1-5): Randy is still a Snowbird, Jack visits more frequently and vice versa, kids become close with SG-1

2014(Season 6): Randy gets posted to Colorado Springs to head up an SG Team upon Canada being looped into SG Program

2015-2016(season 7-8): Randy goes reserves, moves to family to Nova Scotia, and continues heading up SG team by flying out for missions. Dan graduates university in 2016 at 19, gets job at SGC via Nepotism (Jack is general, Randy heads up and SG Team) Dan is hired for Science Team in sept, Randy officially retires in Nov

2017(Season 9): Dan goes off-world for the first time, Scout graduates high school and goes to New Brunswick to finish her comp sci degree so she can take an accelerated network and admin course at college,

2018(season 10): Scout's Wild Years

2019 (post sg1 canon): Scout graduates university in May, has a wild summer working at a warehouse, starts at SGC in September

2023: Atlantis
